In short, 413 is BEAUTIFUL and the perfect space for our reception. The location is convenient, and it’s also VERY affordable! The coordinator, Amber, was there for us every step of the way, and never missed an answer to any question we had. We got a welcome tour, final walkthrough, as well as vendor referrals, making the planning process SO much easier! I had been wanting this venue since we got engaged and was patient through Covid in order to have it! Amber with 413, a huge thank you goes out to you for making this happen for us!

I first saw 413 at a wedding show 2 days after I got engaged on Valentines Day, 2020, and I knew right away it was going to be the perfect venue for us. We looked at others, but none gave us the same excitement! We specifically liked the location, many of our guests were coming from out of state and the venue is conveniently located to hotels, the green line, airport, etc. The Gilbert building was a beautiful backdrop for many photos & the chandeliers in the ceremony & reception space gave it that extra pop. It ended up raining on the day, so we did many photos inside & in the skyway. We haven't gotten them back yet, but the previews looked great :) We received many compliments on the beautiful & unique reception space & ceremony room- and we were also thrilled! Katie & Brooke were both amazing to work with. They were easy to get ahold of, flexible, organized, positive, and just awesome at what they do. Overall, a beautiful, convenient, & fun venue in Lowertown St. Paul & we couldn't be happier!

We needed a venue large enough to accommodate our group but with an intimate and elegant feel. 413 on Wacouta did not disappoint!! We had 3 months to plan and execute everything! The venue is so beautiful that very little decorations were needed. We chose Sterling Catering (Sarah) and we had Toni (413 on Wacouta) as our coordinator. Oh. My. Goodness. EVERYTHING went without a hitch. These people know their stuff and leave NOTHING up to chance! We were communicated with in a timely fashion during the planning stage. They all took notes on what we wanted and how we wanted it. We never had to wait to have a question answered. As the bride, I thought that there might be something that was required of me on my wedding day. But EVERYTHING was taken care of!! From the moment we stepped into 413 on Wacouta and first met with Britty, my husband and I knew we would be in good hands. From advice about vendors to all of the behind the scenes schedule management - Britty was there for us 100%.
The space is beautiful and really speaks for itself. We made just enough decorations to accent what was already there. Otherwise, Britty's ability and willingness to adjust lighting and the floor plan to match our image of the day, made the space come alive.
Nothing can fully prepare you for the swirl of emotions felt on your wedding weekend, but my husband and I felt so secure and supported by Britty and her staff at 413 on Wacouta. We are beyond thankful for all they did for us and highly recommend them!

Without a doubt the best decision we made was to have our wedding at 413 on Wacouta. Britty and her staff are simply the best. From the moment we met, I knew it was the right fit. All of the vendor recommendations that we received from Britty were amazing, they spoke so highly of their experience working at 413 on Wacouta, and were genuinely excited to return to the venue, such reassuring feedback. Our wedding day was beautiful from start to finish. The day was so stress free and flawless, I truly couldn't have imagined it any better. I have received so many compliments on the venue, and the staff from my guests. My only complaint is that I can't do it all over again! We loved this venue! We looked long and hard for a venue that had the industrial vibes but also felt very cozy and this space was the perfect fit. Britty works very hard to make sure your special day is perfect and for the day of takes over all vendor contact so you can have the best day ever. Our favorite part was the reception space with the limestone walls. Our guests loved the space. We really wanted to have an open bar and were able to afford this with 413's BYOB bar option. You get to take really cool pictures on the rooftop, and there are a ton other spots for great photos. OH also, you can rent a nearby lot to make parking for your guests super easy! Overall it is an amazing fun space that you can add a ton of your own flair to if you want! You'll love working with Britty, and have a flawless wedding day!

I was very skeptical when we began searching for a venue for our wedding that we would be able to find a place that was both affordable and beautiful. When we toured 413 on Wacouta, my husband and I both knew that we had found our venue. We had been looking for a location where we could have both the ceremony and reception. All the places we had toured before that had offered this required the room to be flipped to get it ready for the reception. The set-up at 413 made the whole evening flow seamlessly by having a ceremony room upstairs and a room to have the reception downstairs. Both rooms are decorated elegantly and are ready to be used just as they are.

By far, the biggest benefit to choosing 413 was Britty. I felt so much pressure alleviated with planning everything because she was there every step of the way, listening to our wants, making recommendations, answering questions, calming our nerves. It was like having a built-in wedding planner who held our hand through the entire planning process. Britty not only helped with the planning of the wedding, but she was there on the day itself, making sure everything ran smoothly, ensuring guests knew where to go, collecting the gifts for us, moving pictures from the ceremony to the reception hall. We didn’t have to worry or even think about any of these tasks and neither did the members of our families.
We had the wedding of our dreams on July 1, 2018 and 413 on Wacouta is what helped to make that dream come true!

We had our ceremony and reception at 413 on July 14, 2018, and we also utilized 413’s BYOB bar package. We reserved the space well in advance and Britty was consistently responsive and helpful in the over-a-year leading up to our date. The space itself was so beautiful that it needed very little added decoration, so we just added some photos and some flowers. Britty and Toni provided day-of venue coordination and were just fabulous. Everything went off without a hitch and Britty even tracked down a pliers when I had a shoe emergency calling for one! Our guests repeatedly commented on how cool the space was, and I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Thanks, 413!

This was the perfect venue for our winter wedding. Ceremony and reception in one building, cozy fireplace in the getting-ready space, and an incredible, helpful team that was always available from scheduling our first visit to after the last song of the night.

We were so happy with how our wedding turned out. Britty and her team were awesome and made the process so easy. We didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day! We had so many compliments on our beautiful everything was including the venue. It was great that hotels were nearby and guests could easily travel to the hotel and venue. The big things that sold us on the venue were the option to bring in our own alcohol which saved us a ton of money as an open bar was a must. There are two separate rooms, one for the ceremony and one for the reception which saved on the hassle of a room flip which we would have had to do at so many other venues. And there were plenty of spaces for taking photos. We didn't want to waste time traveling around as we wanted to be a part of everything as much as possible. Loved, loved, LOVED!

We chose 413 Wacouta after our first visit. The space (both ceremony and reception) were beautiful, intimate and perfect for what we envisioned on our wedding day. We were not let down - Britty and her staff were top notch - responsive to questions and very professional. We appreciated the direction during rehearsal and the ability ( due to the venue not being booked the night before) to set up the night before. We had a photo booth on the main level , which was the perfect space and allowed our guests to move around some. We received nothing but compliments on the space and people loved the location. We would highly recommend 413 for your wedding.

My husband and I just got married this July and we chose to host our wedding at the 413 after looking at tons of other venues. The space is so incredibly warm and intimate, and is centrally located in downtown St. Paul, so most of our guests could easily walk from their hotel to our wedding. Britty was AMAZING to work with! She was not only extremely responsive and helpful during the entire planning process, but on the day of our wedding, she took charge and I felt like I didn't have to worry about anything. Toni was also fabulous on the day of our wedding! She took the lead after Britty went home for the night.
Overall, if you are a looking for an extremely intimate and beautiful venue with an owner/manager that is helpful, organized, and personable... then the 413 is exactly what you are looking for! Having our wedding there was the BEST decision we made.

Where do I begin... from the moment we stepped into 413 on Wacouta we could tell it was special. The entryway and vintage brownstone style was stunning. The ceremony space was perfectly intimate, charming, and upscale. The bridal suite was chic and the space for the groomsmen was huge. Once we took the elevator down to the reception space we knew it was our favorite. The exposed limestone walls, wood and steel beams, custom up-lighting, chandeliers, it all added up to the cozy, intimate, unique, formal and historical wedding we imagined. Beyond the stunning space, Britty and her staff were amazing to work with. Throughout the planning process, Britty was responsive as super helpful in answering my questions. During the rehearsal and the day of our wedding we felt taken care of. I don't think I lifted a finger on my wedding day which was important with my high anxiety personality. You cannot go wrong booking 413 on Wacouta for you wedding. You will not regret it and like us, you will experience the best day of your lives. We wish we could move in to 413 on Wacouta because it is our new happy place :)

We loved this venue from the minute we first walked in, and it was perfect for our wedding! The spaces for the ceremony and reception are unique-historical but with all the modern amenities. Britty and her staff are phenomenal!!! They took care of every detail, so we didn't have to worry about anything except enjoying the day. We highly recommend 413 on Wacouta!

Britty and her staff made our September 3rd, 2016 wedding day amazing. Everything went according to plan and we credit that to the 413 on Wacouta staff. The first time we toured the facility we knew this was where we wanted to have our Wedding reception. Besides deciding to get married, booking 413 on Wacouta was one of the best decisions we made :) Britty is an expert at what she does. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Wedding planning and she responds to emails within 24 hours (usually it is within the hour). We had Green Mill Catering, Glam Doll Donuts, Muddy Paws Cheesecake, and Sweet Pea Floral as vendors which were all recommended by Britty. All of the vendors are use to doing weddings at 413 on Wacouta so it made coordination very simple. I could tell all of these vendors loved doing weddings at 413 and I would guess it is due to Britty and her staff. 413 on Wacouta was the first and only wedding venue we toured - after seeing the beautiful facility and meeting Britty, we immediately knew we'd get married there. The venue itself has the classic 'St. Paul' feel and is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. We had about 80 people at our wedding/ reception and the venue provided a very cozy and fun atmosphere. Working with Britty was amazing- she has so much advice about weddings which made planning a breeze. She was also incredibly responsive to the numerous questions we had. Having people like Britty and Toni who have worked around weddings for what seems like a century, provided so much peace of mind that it was impossible to not enjoy every second of our special the day. Above and Beyond service...email responses and tips are extremely quick! Beautiful building with many features to really customize your wedding and how you want it to look. Britty, Owner and Coordinator, is amazing and very helpful and easy to work with. If you're not a planner and have no desire to be she will make everything very simple for you!

Britty and her staff are amazing. Every question we had, she answered in detail and made us feel like everything was taken care of for our big day and then some. She really goes above and beyond to make sure things go smoothly and help couples get more time to focus on what is important during their wedding day - all the love! Britty was amazing to work with! Throughout the whole process she was always there - she went above and beyond to help us organize our day! We were living in Rochester while planning and she worked with us and our schedules to make sure we were able to get in and see the venue. I hosted my wedding and reception at 413 on Wacouta and the event was perfect. All 150 guests fit into the space for an intimate ceremony. All of the preparation space Britty has available worked perfectly for our group - we had a wedding party of 8 plus the bride & groom. Downstairs our reception was a seated meal all I received rave reviews from several guests. The atmosphere and lighting is intimate and beautiful, with a slight vintage feel with the exposed limestone and rustic wood ceilings. The dance floor next to the bar was a great set-up for our guests. Britty was an absolute JOY to work with and made the whole process stress-free and fun. She and her staff were professional, kind, attentive, gracious. Given another opportunity, I would DEFINITELY choose to host my wedding at 413 on Wacouta again. I would recommend this venue and Britty to anyone looking to have a classy, mid-sized wedding celebration.

When my partner and I began our search for the perfect Saint Paul wedding venue, we didn't expect to go with 413 on Wacouta at first. After emailing owner/operator Britty a few times, it was clear that this gal is on top of things! We finally met with her and toured the space and absolutely fell in LOVE with the venue! On top of the beautiful building, inside and out, Britty made our experience so easy and stress free. She was available to answer questions, show the venue off to our visiting families, and she has the biggest list of caterers that we had yet seen. We also had an incredible live band play our reception and she made accommodations to work everything out with them as well. We wanted the perfect downtown Saint Paul venue; cozy and warm (winter wedding), the exposed brick, limestone, and beams were so beautiful and simple. We also had a lot of out-of-town guests who really enjoyed the convenience of the skyway system to connect our hotel to the venue. Once you see the space, you will fall in love, and once you work with Britty you won't even look anywhere else!

413 on Wacouta Event Center was the perfect location for our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception. The venue is absolutely lovely! Britty and her staff ensured the day was beautiful, comfortable, and memorable. From the first time we met with Britty, we knew this was the right location for our small (~130 guests) event. Britty's wedding planning skills helped us think of everything we might need for the day. The private bride room and family gathering area was perfect for pre-wedding beauty prep/lunch/storage. Both the ceremony and reception rooms are lovely and need very little (if any) additional decoration. Our guests felt welcomed and special.....and so did the entire bridal party and families.

We LOVED 413 on Wacouta for our reception! We cannot say enough about Britty- her organization and attention to detail during the planning process absolutely blew us away! From linens to lighting, to an assortment of caterers and bar options, her expertise in wedding planning allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams. On our wedding day, we had a particularly unruly guest- she managed this so well, we didn't even know about the drama until the next day! The venue is beautiful and every detail perfect. First of all, Britty is absolutely amazing!!!! She is so nice and so sweet and helped us with every little detail for our big day! The venue is gorgeous!!! We were blown away when we were walking through there. And after the wedding, I cannot tell you how many compliments about 413 on Wacouta that we have gotten. People in our wedding party loved the private rooms that we had before the wedding and loved Britty! Our guests thought the venue itself was stunning, and the reception hall is like something they have never seen! It was also great to be able to take pictures on the rooftop before the wedding with the St. Paul skyline in the background. Made for some amazing wedding photos! But, you need to meet with Britty and tour the venue for yourself, I can't even do it justice or tell you how great Britty is. You'll have to go see the venue for yourself and meet with her! AMAZING!

Oh where to begin...

We got married at 413 on Wacouta Event Center and are so glad we did! First off, the venue with its exposed limestone walls is beautiful and requires minimal decor to make the room look stunning. The size was the perfect fit for our wedding of about 160 guests. Having the skyway access to a nearby hotel was also an added perk for guests!

Now onto the wonderful staff. Britty is exactly the kind of person you want when it comes to help with wedding coordination. She's prompt, organized, and quick to respond to emails--no matter how big or small a question, or how early or late into the process (I emailed her regarding table rearrangements the day before the wedding and she got it done!). In addition, she's simply a wonderfully kind person which makes it very easy to work with her. The security and day-of coordinator (Joan and Toni) were spectacular. They took care of everything behind the scenes, and got things packed up at the end of the night which was immensely helpful!

I was able avoid stress during the planning process and enjoy my wedding day through-and-though--and this was in large part due to 413 on Wacouta and its amazing staff. 5 stars!

If you're looking for a knockout gorgeous venue and top notch service with attention to detail, then 413 on Wacouta is the perfect venue for you. Going into wedding planning was not something that came naturally to us, and Britty at 413 on Wacouta, made the experience simple and seamless. She is easily the best and most prompt communicator I've ever worked with...and she doesn't do any of those automated or canned responses. Each message was personal and tailored to us as a couple; a reflection of how much she cares and how great she is at what she does.

We loved that there were no exclusive vendors but there was still guidance provided. The list of preferred caterers included great options at all price points. We also love the new BYOB option for the bar -- though we ended up doing beverage service through our caterer, it is an awesome perk if you're looking to save on the beverage budget.

The space at 413 on Wacouta is intimate and romantic. You can't beat the charm or the historic character of the building. Highly recommend booking here if you have the chance! Thank you, Britty, for being an integral part of this wonderful milestone in our lives!

One word- Amazing! Britty is absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect from our very first meeting to our wedding on August 1st! Britty is timely in her responses, has great recommendations, and helpful in keeping organized throughout the process. Many of our guests complimented us by saying our wedding was beautiful and so well put together. We really owe those compliments to Britty! What I liked most about the venue is how great it looks everyday. I do not enjoy decorating, so not having to decorate was a huge plus. I recommend renting the candelabras- they were gorgeous! Our guests enjoyed not having to travel to another location after the ceremony. Also, there are great photo opportunities nearby.

Britty and the staff at 413 on Wacouta were amazing! I had so many questions during the whole planning process and Britty was extremely helpful! The wedding really came together because of her and her staff. I can't imagine doing it all without her! The venue was beautiful, and we got so many compliments on it!

Britty always responded to my inquiries right away, even on a Saturday when she was swamped with prior weddings! She was awesome. She was happy to help me with anything and everything. She provided me suggestions for vendors she works with (and is not endorsed by) and gave me a briefing on their price range and their style. She helped me create my timeline for the day, and made sure all of my vendors were there executing their jobs the day of my wedding at the appropriate time. I literally left everything in Britty's hands and she delivered.

She even did the majority of the setting up such as my place cards and guest book, etc. Have I mentioned yet how BEAUTIFUL 413 on Wacouta is? It is BEYOND gorgeous! Multiple guests told me it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been at.

Britty provided the chairs, table linens, lighting, and other small details on my big day. When I saw the venue all finished, I was truly so happy with how everything looked. It was honestly my dream wedding in real life. The venue reflected our style perfectly. Small, intimate, romantic, and a touch urban with a splash of a vintage feel.

We had a total of 125 guests which was perfect. The venue is very well kept and all the staff there really did a wonderful job. Everyone was taken care of and I was able to enjoy my day to the very fullest.

We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our daughter's May wedding at 413 on Wacouta! The venue is beautiful - unique, fun and adaptable to the style and personality of the couple. Britty was a gem to work with from the first visit to the end of the event - she was always available to answer questions, share advice and ideas, and help solve problems. The flexibility of being able to select vendors helped us customize to the desires of the couple. Vendors and guests gave us great feedback on their experience. Britty and Toni are a super team - they are real pro's who are reliable, dependable, and full of sage advice …. they go out of their way to assure a successful, memorable event!

Britty, the owner/operator of 413 on Wacouta was exceptional! We loved her space and she was so easy to work with, she even saved the day with our wedding flowers. We were having difficulty with our florist and she didn't hesitate to step in and ensure that our flowers would be done and delivered to us on time. She was organized and our meetings together were always efficient and timely.

413 was a perfect venue for our wedding! We had our ceremony at Mear's Park and it was a perfect transition. Britty made everything as smooth and easy as possible. The 2 ladies she had there on the Big Day acted as wedding planners to make sure I had no responsibilities. The venue looked gorgeous and we couldn't have asked for a better location for our 4th of July wedding!

Britty is one of the reasons my husband and I decided to do our ceremony and reception at 413. She made the entire process so easy - she answered any and all of my questions and QUICKLY. I was always so impressed that I never had to wait very long to hear back from her regarding my questions. If I needed recommendations for vendors, hotels to use, etc, she was also always there with suggestions! On the day of, all I had to worry about was showing up. Everything went so smoothly and if something went wrong, I still don't know about it. :) I would recommend 413 on Wacouta to any couple over and over again. Beyond the amazing service you receive from Britty and team, she atmosphere is so romantic and I loved every moment I spent there.

413 on Wacouta and Britty are incredible! We looked at many venues for our Twin Cities wedding and fell in love with the style at 413. The punched tin ceilings, exposed brick, hardwood floors... it fit right in with our vibe for the wedding and required minimal decor. Most of our family traveled for the wedding and they were so impressed with the downtown location (easy to hotels, restaurants, museums, parks, bars) - it was a hit!

A review would not be complete without mentioning Britty. I knew that our wedding ceremony and reception were in terrific hands with her. She is very organized, professional (yet fun), and willing to provide her opinions and recommendations on your planning. Our wedding would not have been the same without her involved!

Hands down, choosing 413 on Wacouta as our wedding venue was the best decision my husband and I made during our planning process. 413 on Wacouta is elegant, classic, romantic and a bit industrial, which is a perfect balance of what my husband and I were looking for. There was so much character through out both the ceremony and reception space that no decorations were needed- just candles and flowers.

Britty Glenn, the coordinator, was awesome. Upon meeting her, we knew we had found the perfect place to host our wedding. She made the entire planning process simple and fun and accommodated our unique requests to help make the day extra special and our own.

There are no food or drink minimums- just preferred vendors to select from- that helped us create the day that we wanted within the budget that we felt comfortable with. Britty was also very helpful in making recommendations based on what we were looking for and coordinated a flawless day with all of our selected vendors.

I cannot say enough good things about Britty Glenn and 413 on Wacouta- the space was absolutely breath taking and Britty was just a fantastic person to work with. I am so thankful that we found her and 413 on Wacouta!

We could not imagine having our wedding anywhere but at 413 on Wacouta. From start to finish, we loved working with Britty. She was so helpful with all of the planning and logistics for our day and very quick to get back to us with any questions we may have had, whether it was by email or phone. On the day of our wedding, Britty was very attentive and made sure our day ran smoothly.

The venue itself is beautiful, our guest complimented us on it all night! The building has a great historic feel to it and has so much character that you really don't need much for decor. It is also very versatile for whatever your decorating style is. We were able to have both our ceremony and reception here, which was really important to us. The venue is very close to Mears Park & being located in Lowertown made for some great pictures!

We had such a beautiful and elegant wedding at 413 on Wacouta! Britty was unbelievably helpful! She gave advice where we needed it - and we definitely needed it from time to time! - but she wasn't at all pushy. Just the right combination! We loved the cozy downstairs space. We were nervous that it was maybe going to get too hot down there for much dancing-- but that was not the case! We danced the night away in comfort and style. THANK you, 413 on Wacouta!! 413 on Wacouta was extremely elegant, romantic, and everything that my husband and I could have ever imagined! The coordinator, Britty Glenn, made the entire planning process so simple and fun. She was extremely organized and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The day of the wedding Britty didn't miss a beat, she was greeting each vendor as they arrived at the venue and pointed them to right where they needed to go. We were able to enjoy our big day without having to worry about anything! The entire day was amazing!

My wife and I were searching for a couple of months to find our ideal venue: something elegant without the pretense, not to mention a fair costs. We were looking for simple, clean, and unique. We both have been to 15 to 20 weddings over the past four to five years. We have been in banquet halls, at golf courses, at Como Conservatory, and at local parks. We wanted to celebrate with our family and friends in a place where they would talk about for years.

When we contacted 413 on Wacouta and began working with Britty, we knew we on to something. Upon touring the venue, we were hooked. The history, the architectural charm, wonderful lighting, and the quaint vibe sold us. We found the elegance with great service and support we were seeking.

The reception planning and on our big day, Britty was on top of the ball. She was always two to five steps ahead of us to make sure nothing was skipped, or overlooked. There is sufficient parking for 150 guests with the rental of Kats Keys parking lot.

During and since our reception, my wife and I have heard countless compliments about 413 on Wacouta. Our DJ's music had great acoustics in the room without overpowering conversations throughout the whole venue. We had so many people compliment our decorations. Little do they know that the Wacouta's atmosphere did 90% of the "decoration."

On June 29th, 2013 my husband and I were able to share our special day with family and friends at the beautiful 413 on Wacouta Event Center located in Lowertown St. Paul.

Our initial meeting was with Lynn when we booked our venue in 2012. After touring such an amazing space that really needs little to no décor, and seeing Lynn's passion for what she does while also ensuring that our day would go exactly how we wanted, we immediately knew this was where we had to get married.

Fast forward a few months and we had the pleasure of meeting Britty, a recent (and wonderful!) addition to the 413 team, who would be our day-of coordinator. Britty was quick to respond to any emails prior to our wedding and ensured we had all of our bases covered with our vendors.

As for the big day itself, all I can say is Britty and Joan (our on-site security) were rockstars! They made sure everything ran smoothly and ensured that my husband, family, and I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire day. Every couple's dream! Britty was also great about checking in throughout the night to make sure we were happy with how everything was going.

Britty is friendly, professional, and it's evident that she truly loves what she does. I honestly couldn't recommend another venue and team more.

Working with Lynn and Britty at 413 on Wacouta was wonderful. They are very organized, they run a tight ship and they help you find the best vendors to make your day spectacular. The space itself is really beautiful. If you are looking for a classy place to hold a reception in a convenient downtown location, I would highly recommend 413 on Wacouta.

One story I'll share is that a few weeks before our wedding, we realized we were only going to have half the attendance than we anticipated at our wedding. I was very concerned that it would make the space feel really empty, but Britty worked with my fiance (now husband!) and me to come up with a floor plan that was perfect for the evening. It felt like it was just the right size for the amount of guests who attended, and the room has the capacity to hold up to twice as many people. Britty really stepped in and made the logistics work incredibly smoothly, which is so helpful when you are already juggling too many things at once. She was also there on the night of our wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly. I had guests come up to me afterwards and tell me how great they thought it was that 413 had staff their to help guide the evening.

Overall, the space, the staff, and the location of 413 on Wacouta are all spectacular! I am so glad we made such a great choice for our wedding day!

My husband and I hosted our June wedding reception at 413 on Wacouta. We have so many wonderful things to say about it, but here are our top 5.

(1) Lynn and Britty are wonderful. They were both professional, honest and overall great wedding planning resources. From the first time I met with Lynn to Britty congratulating Troy and I at the end of our reception, Lynn and Britty answered all of our questions, gave suggestions and made our day go smoothly.
(2) The Gilbert Building is beautiful. With its exposed stone walls, chiavari chairs and vibrant colors the lower level reception space is gorgeous. It has the romantic, intimate and historic feel that Troy and I were looking for. We did not have to put a lot of time, energy and money into making the space look great because it does on its own.
(3) 413 on Wacouta is flexible with vendors. We were able to choose from a list of 14 caterers so that we could set the menu we wanted at a price we wanted to pay.
(4) 413 on Wacouta is conveniently located in Lowertown St. Paul just around the corner from Mears Park. There are several hotels within walking distance. Our wedding party and guests enjoyed going to Bulldog and Barrio right next door for pre and post wedding drinks.
(5) The bride and groom can take rooftop photos!

As soon as we saw 413 on Wacouta and met Lynn, we knew this was the perfect site for our March wedding ceremony and reception. We wanted a St. Paul wedding, flexibility with catering, and a venue that reflected our personalities and style: creative, easy-going, nontraditional, vintage-loving (well, at least me). We also wanted an intimate, warm vibe for our wedding that would make our guests comfortable. 413 on Wacouta did just that!

My husband is a structural engineer and fell in love with the look of the building and especially the lowerlevel reception site. I loved all the details about the space - exposed stone walls, beautiful chavari chairs, dimmers to control the lighting and mood, spot lights over each dinner table to highlight centerpieces, a gorgeous floor and ceiling in the ceremony room, a lovely bridal suite, etc. And our guests did, too. People could not stop talking about how unique and beautiful the space was. We had about 150 guests - which felt just about right - but the space would definitely work for a smaller wedding and reception or a larger reception-only event.

Plus, the location was perfect. We took pictures in Mears Park, the alley next to 413, the roof of the building (amazing), and on the streets of Lowertown. Our guests loved being close to the Bulldog and Barrio for both pre and post wedding drinks. Parking wasn't an issue - you can rent a flat lot nearby, and there's plenty of street parking.

All of these amazing things aside, Lynn and Britty are what really make 413 on Wacouta stand out! Throughout our wedding-planning process, Lynn was always available to answer my many questions and offer helpful wedding advice. The day before the wedding, Lynn and Britty were downstairs helping me with linens and working through all the logistics. And the day of, they took care of everything!

If we could do our wedding over again, I would choose 413 on Wacouta every time.

Planning our wedding we decided to prioritize the costs of the wedding based on how important we felt they were. We both put venue in our top three—so finding the right venue was very important! When we met with Lynn at the 413 on Wacouta we both knew that this was the place. The limestone walls and rich colors in the basement are enough to make your heart swoon. But after meeting Lynn I knew this was who I wanted at the reigns on our wedding day—she made me feel like I knew how to plan a wedding. Working with her was just as I thought it would be; she was reliable, professional, and incredibly personable. The day of the wedding was perfect and our guests still talk about how much fun they had, how beautiful the building was, and how nice Lynn and Joan were! Thank you, Lynn & Joan for making our day all that we imagined! If you are a bride and planning a wedding you must stop by and fall in love with the 413.

Lynn was more help than I could have ever asked for. She was professional, honest, flexible, accomodating, and FUN! She has done many weddings but treats each bride and groom like the world revolves around them. From the first meeting to the last minute of the night of our wedding, she had our backs. She was fun, held down the fort, and knows the best of the best. I would recommend her to everyone I know, for any type of event.

This was the perfect location for our winter wedding! We had our ceremony and reception inside this stunning venue which eliminated the need for our 140 guests to travel from one to the next. This venue - located in the lowertown area of St. Paul - created the warm, intimate atmosphere we were hoping to achieve for our event.

Lynn is such a professional when it comes to having weddings at her venue! I knew from our first meeting that she would help me work out all of the details and logistics for the big day. She quickly responded to all of my questions, and organized a final walk-through a few weeks before our wedding. When it came to the wedding day, she took care of everything behind the scenes, allowing us the chance to just enjoy the day.

I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding of less than 150 guests. It is the perfect setting if you are looking for a location which can accommodate your ceremony and reception.

Lynn at 413 knows how to manage an incredible event! And, she is very very responsive, professional, kind, good at troubleshooting and brainstorming. My husband and I knew it was the perfect fit the moment we saw it (and met Lynn - we had alike philosophies on wedding receptions and making it special for guests).
413 on Wacouta is near hotels, a block from Mears Park and lowertown restaurants - out of town guests loved the whole atmosphere during their long weekend in St. Paul for the wedding.

413 on Wacouta was amazing! Lynn was extremely helpful and resourceful throughout the entire process. Once we looked at this beautiful and unique space we didn't need to look any further. The ambiance of the venue fit us and was exactly what we were hoping to find for our wedding. It was fun to choose the vendors we wanted to work with, and mold each and every detail in a way that made our wedding day uniquely ours. If I could give this venue more than a 5.0/5.0 I would in a heartbeat!!

413 was the picture perfect place for our wedding ceremony and reception. The building is beautiful and Lynn is on top of everything as the day of coordinator. We loved that we could have our ceremony in the beautiful ceremony room then move right into our reception in the lower level of the historic St. Paul building. We also loved that we could pick from a wide variety of caterers on her exclusive catering list and weren't forced into using a venues one and only caterer. He preferred vendor list was also a great place to help pick out great people to work with on our special day.

I could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else... it was love at first sight. We used both the ceremony and reception area. Both areas are intimate and romantic, perfect for a smaller wedding like ours. *Rooftop photos are a must, great shots, plus it gives you a little bit of alone time* Lynn will make sure your day is just what you want it to be, she is just the best!

The venue is very well kept. We fell in love with the cozy yet spacious atmosphere. We loved that we could have the ceremony and reception at the same place, but in different rooms! Britty was great with giving the tour and answering any questions along the way. On the day of the wedding, Britty took care of unboxing and setting our table decorations. Toni was wonderful with helping to coordinate and pinning all the boutonnieres and corsages. Toni even packed up all the decorations at the end of the night. Our guests were complimenting the venue all night! Great place and service from the team at 413 on Wacouta.

Do you want a jaw dropping venue? This is certainly the place, our guests loved everything about the place. Several great spots for photos. We are so glad we chose to have our wedding reception here! We loved everything about 413

Our daughter's wedding was a treat for all. The staff at 413 Wacouta was top-notch. Britty kept us well-informed, and was very clear about her responsibilities, as well as ours. We hired a DJ, a bar service, a caterer, cake and flowers, but there were no hassles for anyone. Not ANYONE.

The setting is intimate, but large enough for a medium-big wedding (we had 165), including dancing, and all were delighted with the party. The availability of "upstairs" space for a homemade photo "booth" was great, too -- loads of fun and funny shots of our guests.

The price? Fantastic. Many other places are prohibitive, even just "walking in the door." 413 was reasonable, flexible and helpful. I can't think of better adjectives, as the mother of the bride. Thanks to all at 413. Clear communication, excellent service, perfect evening.

We knew before we were engaged that we wanted to have our ceremony and reception at 413. We toured the space, met with Britty and discussed possible dates. Once we got engaged, Britty made the booking process simple and helped answer all of our questions. Throughout the planning process, Britty stayed engaged and responsive to all our one-off email questions. When we found out there was a wedding reception the Friday night before our wedding (therefore not allowing an evening rehearsal), Britty worked tirelessly to make schedules work so we could still have the rehearsal on Friday without stepping on the other wedding party's toes. On the day of the wedding, Britty was calm, supportive and efficient. She helped all the guests and wedding party members feel right at home - I had no qualms or stressors during the day knowing she and her team were helping on-site with everything. The venue itself is gorgeous and all the guests gushed about its beauty and uniqueness. Thank you, Britty, for all your hard work and assistance with making our special day so wonderful!

Britty was amazing! She went above and beyond helping my mom with decorations and accommodating our various requests. The venue is beautiful and uniquely St. Paul. Joan was great on security detail, handling pesky little things before this bride got annoyed.

As soon as my fiance (now husband) and I saw this venue we knew it was perfect for us! It had all the right touches to make our day special. Lynn, the owner, was SO helpful. She never pushed anything on us, but gave us her professional opinion when we asked. Her knowledge and experience made our planning that much easier and better. If I had questions, she was so quick to return my calls or e-mails.

My husband and I got married September of 2022, and we had a great experience. The venue itself is so gorgeous and already ornate which is great because we spent much less money on decorations although we had 135 guests.

Guarantee that you will not find this quality of a venue with this cost. The staff were super nice and answered all my questions.

My only criticism is that the dressing room for the women is very dark and small. We ended up getting ready at the hotel, so it wasn’t a huge issue.

Britty was fantastic to work with, she always responded to my inquires with in a few days. She was also very professional and friendly. 413 is already a very beautiful space and needed very little decoration. Everyone commented on how cozy the space felt. The roof access was amazing it produced some amazing photos. The proximity to Mears Park is fantastic, and the skyway access was very helpful for out of town guests.

The classic beauty this building offers as well as location makes this venue a must! Working with Britty was wonderful, she insured we thought of everything and everything went smoothly on the big day.

I hosted my wedding reception at 413 on Wacouta. This venue has a wonderfully unique feel - it's intimate but still accommodates large parties and is impressive yet not stuffy. The architecture is already a great backdrop, so you don't need to do a lot of decorating. Lynn did a great job of coordinating and accommodating vendors - she has the whole process down to a science. There is a parking lot, hotel, park, church and bars all within walking distance. I had so many compliments from guests who attended. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for a beautiful, charming and unique reception experience.

This site is beautiful and worth every penny. The ceremony room is fully decorated and looks like a dream. The reception area is also beautiful and requires little decoration. Just table decorations are necessary really. I couldn't have picked a better site to host my wedding. Now in terms of the service, the owner appears to be super helpful right up until the event aside from forgetting to mention the security fees to her employees which are separate. Plan for this if you use this venue because we didn't and almost had a budgeting issue. The night of our wedding, the owner turned into a true diva. Now I'm a super low maintenance woman and I was the most easy going bride so I went with it but if you are wanting to be the center of attention on your big day, she'll remind you she's the boss. She made fun of an issue with my dress to my face and got angry when a guest opened an unmarked door that happened to be unlocked but had an alarm go off. This wouldn't have been an issue if A. the door had been labeled that it was alarmed B. if it had been locked and C. if the "security" we paid for actually did anything. That being said I wouldn't change a thing. I had a wonderful wedding.

413 on Wacouta is an amazing venue for a wedding. We loved everything about it, and Lynn is a bonus! The venue is beautiful - it's classy, romantic, and charming. Our guests all commented on how beautiful everything was. Lynn will make sure that everything runs smoothly, just as you planned. We highly reccomend 413!

413 is a great place to have a wedding reception. I am sure that within a few years of working out a few minor quirks, they will be able the premier location for receptions.

The 413 is very well kept and managed. If you are splurging on some things and cutting corners on others, you may not feel comfortable here. The management was not familiar with (turned their nose up to) a couple of my vendors, and made snide remarks about my freelance photographer. I was basically terrified to be married here but the decision was already made. My friends assured me my feelings were just a product of anxiety. I married the man of my dreams, the venue was beautiful and my guests had a great time. Several weeks after our wedding I checked the 413 Facebook page to read the wedding comments and congratulations. There wasn't even a mention of our event. Every wedding before and after us was mentioned. Sad day. I was the poor,pathetic, budget bride
bride, who did not fit in at the 413.

When touring Le Veneré the team sold us on the “everything is done in house to provide quick and painless wedding planning” idea. Once we booked and began the wedding planning process it became apparent that no one actually worked in the house. When calling it went straight to voicemail. When emailing it went unanswered. When someone finally did contact us we were met with rude, abrasive, and demeaning attitudes. Throughout our wedding planning process we felt looked over and disrespected by multiple staff members at Le Veneré.

In addition to that, the finance team made the whole process extremely stressful. In our contract we had multiple dates where payments were to be made. Finance never had the invoices to us on time. When the invoices did finally come, weeks after the dates both parties had agreed upon, they were accompanied by threatening voicemails saying if we did not pay immediately our event would be cancelled. And when I say the calls accompanied the invoices I mean we would receive both within the same hour. 

All in all, our wedding at Le Veneré was beautiful, I’ll give them that. But you could book elsewhere and have a beautiful wedding at a place where people care about you, treat you with respect, and hold up their end of the contract.
