Emma and her team were excellent. Extremely engaging and personable to our wants, needs and the unexpected! Emma went out of her way to ensure the day was fabulous! As the newlyweds have expressed to many --" It was our fairytale wedding that came true!" Thank you for everything!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the more I visit, the more excited I become!

Food was very delicious! Staff was very nice. Rooms were comfortable! Overall experience was fantastic. Will recommend to friend’s and family.

I highly recommend you check out this venue! It’s recently renovated and eloquently decorated. The beautiful chandeliers fit perfect with my daughter’s Boho Glam winter wedding vision. Alison Vernay made sure all our needs were met and my stress level was minimal.

Julie was AMAZING at Le Meridien!! She was super responsive and made sure that every want/need was fulfilled. Our wedding reception went very smoothly! I would absolutely do another event here because of her :).

I researched and visited multiple venues for my wedding ceremony and reception in the Charlotte area. This was one of the last places I looked at and I was blown away by the venue! There were several options for rental space. Two different style "ballroom" options as well as outdoor options. I was able to build my dream wedding here. Everything was perfect from the staff to the food to the venue itself. Working with Julie was the easiest part! She was very responsive and paid attention to my needs/wants in the time leading up to my wedding.
Being at a hotel, we (as well as many traveling guests) stayed through the weekend. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. This was truly the perfect experience from start to finish for me. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride!!

The banquet team was outstanding and responsive.... Our wedding was on the rooftop, staff, food, lighting and rooms all impeccable...

Overall, we had a really easy time planning our wedding at Le Meridien, and the value was incredible. We could request pretty much anything we wanted, and they wouldn't nickel and dime us with extra costs. What we were quoted at the beginning is what we paid! This included outdoor space, back-up indoor space, linens, silverware, drink/food servers, food, drink, tables, chairs, decor etc. for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. It was really nice to have all of that included!

While the wedding venue and services were phenomenal, the only downside was the actual hotel itself. Many of our guests had problems with their reservations and their rooms. Additionally, the elevators were absolutely horrible (waiting 10+ minutes for an elevator) in an 18-floor hotel. Also there was no stair access to the lobby.

In sum, planning and having a wedding and reception there was an amazing process, but actually staying there as a guest is a nightmare. Possibly consider other hotel reservations if you work with them!

If you are looking for the perfect place for an all-in-one venue, you will find it with the Le Meridien Charlotte. We were an "out of state" couple who was looking for a way to maximize on location to reduce transportation costs and inconveniences. We wanted a place to get dressed, have our ceremony, and have our reception. That means that not only space and ascetics were at play, but catering also. When we say Alison Vernay and her team delivered, they delivered! They made sure we had the best suites as the bride and groom. On-the-spot needs were taken care of, like snacks, money from the ATM, and areas for guests to gather and change out. All in the comfort of the hotel. We are so grateful that they made our day a dream. From the focus on gluten-free options for the groom to ensuring the ACC National Championship Team staying at the venue did not take over or compromise our wedding! She and several other staff members did an amazing job of ensuring that our special day was indeed special. Also, a special shout out to Mae at the front desk as well for making sure our guests were comfortable and taken care of during their stay.

Jeffrey Teeters was exceptional. There are no words to describe how grateful we are for his flawless work, patience and flexibility. Our meet and greet, wedding and hangover brunch were everything we asked for. Your front desk and rooms team are below average, they were the biggest headache from my wedding week. However, William and Erica were wonderful and corrected everything I complained about promptly and with great poise. The bartender at Evoke was violent, rude and offensive to my guests on Friday night, he probably shouldn't be wearing a "YES!" pin. I didn't get to meet Patricia and Rose but my guests told me they were fabulous. I will be emailing my full review to everyone who put up with me, ran out of characters on here.
