Lauren was the best decision we made for our wedding! I can't imagine having done it without her. She planned out every single detail, solved problems (some I am sure I dont even know about!), and went above and beyond so many times. She even did a site visit to our venue a year ahead. Her team was also super helpful and laid all our items out and packed them all up by the end of the night. I could not recommend her more and hope to work together again someday! -

Hire Lauren!
We hired Lauren as our first step before doing any wedding planning, and from start to finish she was amazing. Lauren was extremely on top of everything, helping us find the perfect venue, recommending choices of great vendors, managing all kinds of issues from vendor communication to wedding-related family stress, making an extremely detailed timeline that kept everything on track on the day, and being a calm manager/coordinator on the day so we didn't have to worry about anything. She is extremely experienced and was always there to pick up the slack when we were getting too busy in our own lives to do so. Besides that, she is an awesome person who is fun to talk to and down to earth. We're so glad we chose Lauren and would recommend her to anyone! -

Don’t walk, RUN to LCR events if you are planning your wedding or other special event! Lauren Stanco is such a pro and capable of juggling so many things at once, I’m convinced she’s superhuman. The level of detail in her wedding timeline and the competency with which she coordinated our many separate vendors was so impressive. And perhaps more importantly, she was always a text away to answer a question, set up a call, or generally quell any of the anxieties that popped up along the process — and that is an invaluable quality in someone who is helping to shape your wedding day. Day of coordination went off without a hitch too, and Lauren’s additional staff lived up to every expectation. Couldn’t have done it without her! -

We worked with Greg Jahaly as our coordinator for our wedding this August (2023). We decided 2 weeks before the event that we wanted to work with a coordinator and are incredibly lucky we got set up with Greg. Greg jumped in immediately and was extremely professional. He asked the right questions, was involved, had us consider different scenarios, and immediately contacted our vendors to take those work streams off our plates. We have a large and chaotic family and he flawlessly handled everyone. Our event was incredible and we truly have Greg to thank. It was also a very reasonably priced service and in my perspective was worth at least double given the work and thought he put in. Cheers to Greg! -

Must Hire Wedding Planner!!
Lauren at LCR Events was my full service wedding planner for my wedding in May 2023 and she was incredible! Not only did she have great vendor connections in the Hudson Valley but she was a true pro that remained calm and collected every step of the way. She was highly organized and kept me on schedule to ensure everything was ready for our wedding day. Throughout the whole process, she was always very quick to respond to any email and super friendly to work with! During the month of the wedding, she helped set up calls with each vendor to make sure all the final details were worked out. She also prepared a highly detailed timeline that she sent to each vendor to ensure the day of went smoothly. Our venue was half indoor / half outdoor and it ended up raining on our wedding day, but Lauren reacted quickly the week of and day of to make sure our rain contingency plan was perfect, which it was! Her staff that helped during the day of the wedding were also invaluable. Greg and Caroline were a huge part in making sure the the day flowed seamlessly. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Lauren at LCR Events to anyone looking to get married, particularly in the Hudson Valley area!! -

Lauren took care of us every step along the way. She was incredibly attentive and organized. She was also friendly and understanding (which can be just as important as the wedding day approaches). She was calm and collected on the day of the wedding, which made things so serene and easy for us. She seamlessly managed all of the contracts and all of the vendor relationships. If you're considering getting a planner for your wedding, let this be your sign to hire Lauren and her team. We hired them for our wedding and we could not be happier! Lauren has been there for us since we started planning (3 years ago) and was so supportive and helpful to us when we had to postpone for Covid. Lauren made a detailed timeline for literally every minute of our day and because of her and her team making sure we followed that timeline, our day could not have gone smoother. Our families did not have to worry about a thing, LCR was on top of every detail! We're still getting comments about how amazing they were. Hiring LCR Events was one of the best choices we made when starting to plan our wedding. Lauren of LCR Events was so incredibly flexible with us as we made our way through planning a ‘covid wedding’. Her attention to detail, suggestions, and flawless execution are just some of the many qualities we love about her. We hired Lauren and her team for some extra hands on the day of wedding and they were absolutely wonderful. Our timeline was flawless and the day moved so smoothly - we somehow even had some down time built in and were able to soak in the day. Greg did an amazing job with the guys, making sure they ate and didn’t drink too much (haha), along with adjusting boutineers and ensuring everyone was where they were needed at all times. Lauren truly has a talent for corrdination and an eye for every detail. All of my anxiety and stress melted away that day knowing I had her and her team. -

Truly an outstanding job from start to finish! After deciding to have our wedding at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Lauren was our next stop, so she was with us from start to literally the last person we said goodnight to after our wedding. A total first class act, knows how to get a wedding planned and fantastic to deal with, she was tireless in making sure no detail, no matter how small, was overlooked. She helped guide us through the process of hiring great vendors (musicians, DJs, photographers, florists) and then interacting with them to make sure they understood all of the details of our wedding - things as small (or BIG) as what version of Ave Maria we wanted playing as we walked down the aisle. Lauren was outstanding at making recommendations but never pushing her agenda - she wanted us to have a great wedding that was ours. And we did.
It was a perfect day. Lauren and her team showed up at our house early (the bridal party all got their hair and make up done here) and one of her team was with each of us the entire wedding. Never overbearing but always there at critical junctures to make sure we were on schedule. I cannot emphasize how important this was - you have hundreds of people who have travelled to see you - the last thing we or you want to do is waste precious time when you can be talking to or dancing with your family and friends. And we never had to worry or fret over any detail or what was next. Lauren and her team kept everything flowing so we could focus on having a great time. And Lauren stayed with us until the very end to make sure we got all our stuff into cars and home safe.
Bottom line - Lauren and LCR nailed it. We had an amazing wedding. Without Lauren we would have overlooked so many of the small details that make a great wedding unforgettable. Highly recommended with zero hesitation. Enjoy your wedding - every second of it! -
Meredith Sent on 08/26/2018We hired Lauren as our Day of Coordinator & it was the best decision we made! She is extremely organized and easy to work with! Lauren was genuinely excited about our wedding and it showed through her work.
I wasn’t too nervous to plan the wedding, but we also didn't know the in’s & outs. Lauren was encouraging the entire way. Lauren was happy to answer my quick random questions & reminded me of many wedding "musts" that I would have totally overlooked without her help. Lauren kept us on track the entire time!!
Aside from the fact she makes you feel confident in your plans, she has great style and taste! She is thoughtful & realistic about every detail to keep the wedding day vibe, expectations, and schedule in check & you are totally able to trust her. I hope to work with Lauren again soon! -

I've been calling myself the Anti-Bride from the very beginning, I loathed the whole process of planning but Lauren instantly turned everything around for me. I hired her as my Day Of Coordinator but she also assisted for a few months leading up to the day. She was extremely helpful from start to finish. She reminded me of little wedding tasks and details that I hadn't even thought of. She met with us at our house first and then helped set up a meeting at the venue for a walkthrough as well. She had 2 assistants on the day of the wedding which was super helpful. Greg - who was awesome too! - stayed with the guys all morning and Lauren was with me and the bridal party. Everything went off without a hitch on the day and any hiccups that came, Lauren was ON TOP OF IT. I was so happy to have her on the scene and behind the scenes. Thank you so much for everything Lauren!!

She knew our style and fit everything accordingly. She has such a calming demeanor that even her attitude made me feel like everything was going to work out fine. She had some great people helping out on our wedding day, who were all really professional and as helpful and nice as she is. Her attention to detail is like no other. She was super responsive and on the ball with chasing vendors. My only regret is that my husband and I forgot to take a photo with her on wedding day =) -

My now-husband and I had booked all our vendors but as the wedding approached, we realized we wanted more help and so we began looking for a day-of coordinator. My makeup artist (Meredith Hayman; also fabulous!) recommended Lauren to me, and I'm so glad she did. Lauren took a great deal of time to get up to speed on our plans, and hit the ground running to finalize details. She was incredibly organized, and dealt with us and our vendors with utmost professionalism. She thought of many details and questions that hadn't even crossed our minds, and she created an incredibly thorough and clear day-of timeline that ensured we were all where we needed to be on our wedding day (including all vendors). It was great to have her on-site for our wedding day; it gave us a lot of peace of mind and let us enjoy the day as much as possible without having to worry about logistics. Indeed, our wedding day went a seamlessly as we could have hoped. Lauren went above and beyond what I expected a day-of coordinator would do, and her pricing was very reasonable considering how much effort she put into making sure our wedding went smoothly. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
