  Everything You Could Ask For

  Don’t walk, RUN to LCR events if you are planning your wedding or other special event! Lauren Stanco is such a pro and capable of juggling so many things at once, I’m convinced she’s superhuman. The level of detail in her wedding timeline and the competency with which she coordinated our many separate vendors was so impressive. And perhaps more importantly, she was always a text away to answer a question, set up a call, or generally quell any of the anxieties that popped up along the process — and that is an invaluable quality in someone who is helping to shape your wedding day. Day of coordination went off without a hitch too, and Lauren’s additional staff lived up to every expectation. Couldn’t have done it without her!

  Hire Lauren!

  Lauren is the best! Hiring her was the best decision we made in our wedding process. Our wedding day went off flawlessly thanks to Lauren and her incredible team. They were a pleasure to work with and we didn’t have to worry about one single thing on our wedding day! She was efficient, quick to respond to all of our questions, and very detail oriented. She worked with all our vendors to put together an amazing timeline and her advice was so helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend hiring LCR Events!

  Professional and Capable

  We worked with Greg Jahaly as our coordinator for our wedding this August (2023). We decided 2 weeks before the event that we wanted to work with a coordinator and are incredibly lucky we got set up with Greg. Greg jumped in immediately and was extremely professional. He asked the right questions, was involved, had us consider different scenarios, and immediately contacted our vendors to take those work streams off our plates. We have a large and chaotic family and he flawlessly handled everyone. Our event was incredible and we truly have Greg to thank. It was also a very reasonably priced service and in my perspective was worth at least double given the work and thought he put in. Cheers to Greg!

  Must Hire Wedding Planner!!

  Lauren at LCR Events was my full service wedding planner for my wedding in May 2023 and she was incredible! Not only did she have great vendor connections in the Hudson Valley but she was a true pro that remained calm and collected every step of the way. She was highly organized and kept me on schedule to ensure everything was ready for our wedding day. Throughout the whole process, she was always very quick to respond to any email and super friendly to work with! During the month of the wedding, she helped set up calls with each vendor to make sure all the final details were worked out. She also prepared a highly detailed timeline that she sent to each vendor to ensure the day of went smoothly. Our venue was half indoor / half outdoor and it ended up raining on our wedding day, but Lauren reacted quickly the week of and day of to make sure our rain contingency plan was perfect, which it was! Her staff that helped during the day of the wedding were also invaluable. Greg and Caroline were a huge part in making sure the the day flowed seamlessly. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Lauren at LCR Events to anyone looking to get married, particularly in the Hudson Valley area!!

  There are no words to describe how incredible Lauren and her team were throughout the wedding planning and the day itself. After I booked all my vendors, Lauren looked at every detail of the contracts, communicated with them very often, mapped out our entire day and confirmed with the vendors and all of the staff at our Venue. She attended every meeting and delt with all the behind the scenes work without stressing me out with it. She responds SO quickly and was on top of everything. She was SO kind and supportive. Our wedding day ran so smoothly down to the minute because of lauren and her staff and my family, my bridal party, my husband and I enjoyed every minute with no stress!!!! She was so fairly priced and every penny was worth it. If you think you do not need a wedding planner.. you’re wrong. Hire lauren and her staff to just make sure your day is extra special!

  Lauren and Staff Helped Make Our Day Perfect

  Lauren and Staff are clearly pros at giving you the perfect day. We hired LCR as a "day-of coordinator," though they were with us side-by-side throughout the months leading up to the event. Lauren was on top of wrangling our other vendors (and us!), along with doing so much more, taking away almost all of our stress as we got closer to the day. She was extremely well prepared for any and all of the curveballs we were thrown and without her, our wedding would not have been the wonderful time it was for us and our guests. On top of her and her staff being absolutely amazing at their job, the price of this service is incredibly worth it - in fact they ended up paying for themselves by saving us money elsewhere.

  Lauren was such an amazing help from the first day I brought her and her team on. She helped us navigate all of our planning and her knowledge and attentiveness led to a flawless wedding that was perfect in every way. Greg and Sarah were so amazing and helpful the day of the wedding as well. Everyone that interacted with them during the wedding couldn't stop gushing about how great they are.

  Exactly what I Needed

  You do not realize how badly you need a wedding planner until you have a wedding planner. There are so many little things to consider and think about and Lauren helped fill in those gaps. Her pricing is extremely reasonable and she was able to put her foot down where it needed to be put down. It wouldn’t make sense to not hire LCR Events.

  Best decision

After a COVID postponement, I was completely burnt out and was looking for a day of wedding coordinator to make sure I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on that day and truthfully, I got that and more. We had a 200+ guest wedding that began with 2 separate getting ready locations, a church ceremony, photos in yet another separate location and then finally the venue - Lauren and her whole team made sure everything went according to plan. So thankful to Lauren and her team at LCR- I wouldn’t have enjoyed my wedding day half as much without them. I danced the night away knowing they were handling everything behind the scenes.

  Lauren and her team at LCR are simply the best! I had the pleasure of meeting Lauren a few years back when a friend used her for her wedding. I saw how smoothly the day ran and knew she would be one of my first calls the day it was my turn. We started planning in September 2019 and then COVID hit so things got a little crazy but Lauren handled every change with ease. The day of our wedding was pure bliss and I have to thank Lauren and her team for that. They run events like a well oiled machine. I would HIGHLY recommend LCR Events for all of your events.

Her attention to detail, suggestions, and flawless execution are just some of the many qualities we love about her. She was definitely our guiding light during such a crazy time and kept everything in order. Our vendors kept telling us how amazing she was to work with and we couldn’t agree more. We would hire Lauren time and time again and will miss working with her!

  If you're considering getting a planner for your wedding, let this be your sign to hire Lauren and her team. We hired them for our wedding and we could not be happier! Lauren has been there for us since we started planning (3 years ago) and was so supportive and helpful to us when we had to postpone for Covid. Lauren made a detailed timeline for literally every minute of our day and because of her and her team making sure we followed that timeline, our day could not have gone smoother. Our families did not have to worry about a thing, LCR was on top of every detail! We're still getting comments about how amazing they were. We are so grateful for her and seriously could not have pulled this off without her! Thank you LCR Events!

  You will not find better than Lauren at LCR Events

  Lauren at LCR Events is just truly wonderful! I simply cannot recommend her highly enough, or say enough good and glowing things about her! I am a true perfectionist and control freak, and Lauren has passed my expectations with flying colors every single time!! She has planned my son's last 4 birthday parties, as well as his First Communion Party, and she always does a phenomenal job, organizing and perfecting every detail. She is on top of everything, makes terrific recommendations on decorations, party favors, party themes and ideas, cookies, cakes, and is attentive to the most minute detail. She takes care of everything! She also has fantastic and original ideas, and does all of the leg work and heavy lifting to ensure a successful party and a fun and memorable time for everyone. Because of Lauren, I have thrown 5 truly successful and wonderfully received parties, and have made great memories for my son, his friends, and all of the kids and family. She is truly an absolute gem to work with -- smart, efficient, easy, creative, elegant, beyond reliable, professional, kind, responsible, and available 24/7. She is truly fantastic and just a lovely person, who is wonderful at her job. I would not hesitate to have her organize and run any party or wedding. She will make it a perfect event!   Great Team!

  We hired Lauren and her team for some extra hands on the day of wedding and they were absolutely wonderful. Our timeline was flawless and the day moved so smoothly - we somehow even had some down time built in and were able to soak in the day. Greg did an amazing job with the guys, making sure they ate and didn’t drink too much (haha), along with adjusting boutineers and ensuring everyone was where they were needed at all times. Lauren truly has a talent for corrdination and an eye for every detail. All of my anxiety and stress melted away that day knowing I had her and her team.

  Outstanding!

  Truly an outstanding job from start to finish!  After deciding to have our wedding at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Lauren was our next stop, so she was with us from start to literally the last person we said goodnight to after our wedding.  A total first class act, knows how to get a wedding planned and fantastic to deal with, she was tireless in making sure no detail, no matter how small, was overlooked.  She helped guide us through the process of hiring great vendors (musicians, DJs, photographers, florists) and then interacting with them to make sure they understood all of the details of our wedding - things as small (or BIG) as what version of Ave Maria we wanted playing as we walked down the aisle.  Lauren was outstanding at making recommendations but never pushing her agenda - she wanted us to have a great wedding that was ours.  And we did.
  
  It was a perfect day.  Lauren and her team showed up at our house early (the bridal party all got their hair and make up done here) and one of her team was with each of us the entire wedding.  Never overbearing but always there at critical junctures to make sure we were on schedule. I cannot emphasize how important this was - you have hundreds of people who have travelled to see you - the last thing we or you want to do is waste precious time when you can be talking to or dancing with your family and friends.  And we never had to worry or fret over any detail or what was next.  Lauren and her team kept everything flowing so we could focus on having a great time. And Lauren stayed with us until the very end to make sure we got all our stuff into cars and home safe.
  
  Bottom line - Lauren and LCR nailed it.  We had an amazing wedding.  Without Lauren we would have overlooked so many of the small details that make a great wedding unforgettable.   Highly recommended with zero hesitation. Enjoy your wedding  - every second of it!

  Phenomenal Day of Wedding Planner

  I hired Lauren Malang Stanco, Founder and Lead Planner of LCR Events to be our "day of" wedding planner. Lauren was that and much much more. After contracting with a number of vendors on my own, I became overwhelmed with the amount of time it was taking me to plan my daughter's wedding. Hiring Lauren was hands down the best decision I made. Not only is she a pleasure to work with, she is the consummate professional who responded to my many texts/emails day and night. Her opinions were invaluable and her recommendations for vendors or items I had not thought about were superb.
  She created the timeline, which unbeknownst to me was the vehicle that ensured nothing was missed on the wedding day. In fact it was from reviewing her timeline, that I discovered how the "first look" occurs. I would never have known that otherwise. Like everything else, Lauren ensured that the "first look" was pulled off perfectly. Lauren was so much more than a "day of" planner. Lauren did everything from visiting the venue prior to the wedding to make sure she knew where everything would take place, to accompanying us to the food tasting, to overseeing all of the vendors at the wedding and to handing out the favors at the end. She even distributed the tips at the wedding, and informed me prior to the wedding day what the tips for each person should be. Solely because of Lauren and her staff, my husband and I were actually able to enjoy the wedding. Lauren also brought two assistants to the wedding, one of which was a man who stayed with the Groom and made sure all his needs were attended to and to make sure he was where he needed to be. During the wedding, with Lauren in the background, we did not have to deal with a single issue. She made sure my daughter had the wedding of her dreams. Lauren is outstanding and I can not recommend her highly enough.

  LCR Events made our wedding possible!

  My husband and I took a risk and chose a venue that had never held an event before and was still under construction when we chose it. When a few months before we found out that construction still wouldn't be finished by our wedding date, Lauren and her team quickly came up with a Plan B that was even BETTER than our original plan! Our wedding went off without a hitch. We got rave reviews from our friends and family and turned a DIY wedding into a chic, unique affair.
  
  Lauren was incredibly creative, resourceful, and just a joy to work with from start to finish. She thought about everything and was always five steps ahead. She and her staff were the best. Our wedding wouldn't have been the perfect day it was without her! Thank you Lauren and LCR events!
