Lauren was our wedding photographer for our October wedding in CT. We are SO happy with the photos she took and had a hard time picking out the ones we want framed because she took so many good ones! It is clear that Lauren is invested in taking quality photos that capture the real emotion of the day. We will absolutely recommend her to friends in the future! -

Lauren was incredible - professional, personable & even-keeled. She has great style/taste and we sincerely appreciated how we got first-class pictures of us but of the event/landscape as well that truly captured our special day. Big plus - we were able to fully enjoy our reception as weren't "bogged down" by pictures all evening. I'd highly, highly recommend working with Lauren. -
User2474657 Sent on 12/19/2015We wanted our wedding photos to be as natural and unposed as possible and Lauren does this better than anyone. We looked at a lot of photographers, but I just kept coming back to Lauren. The pictures on her website stood out in terms of her ability to capture the spirit and moment of the day. Having now received the photos from our wedding day, I know I made the best possible choice. I'm blown away by the pictures that she took. She captured so many special moments that I didn't even realize were happening. And most importantly, we look like we would if there was no photographer there. Apart from the amazing photos, Lauren is just a joy to work with. She was always prompt about responding to e-mails and was very helpful whenever I had questions. On the day of, she was so relaxed and calm, which was important when things got crazy as they inevitably do with weddings. She just blended into the background throughout the ceremony and reception and captured all the fun and happiness as it happened. I cannot say enough great things about Lauren and I would highly recommend her. -
User1978624 Sent on 12/20/2014I planned my wedding from across the country and contacted Lauren after seeing her work on stylemepretty.com. I was really nervous to work with someone who I wouldn't meet until my actual wedding day but I could not have made a better choice! Lauren scheduled multiple phone interviews with me and walked me through the timeline for the day. She was extremely knowledgeable and confident and immediately put me at ease. On the actual wedding day she was very professional, capturing all the photos I wanted (not to mention dealing with my obtrusive relatives). But what I loved most about Lauren was her ability to capture pure emotion. Though my husband and I posed for many pictures, the majority of the 600+ images I got are of candid moments and my goodness they are AMAZING! I just had two 16x24 images of me and my husband walking on the beach printed and framed for my house. My mom was so happy with the pictures of the father and daughter dance, and my mother-in-law loved the pictures of my husband getting ready with his dad. I cannot overstate how impressed I was with Lauren and would absolutely recommend her services to anyone who is looking to capture the real, raw emotion of such a beautiful day. -

We met with a few people and Lauren was simply the best. She was so pleasant and very responsive to every question we sent her way during the wedding planning process. We enjoyed working with her. The day of the wedding she was extremely professional and able to go with the flow, while getting every shot we requested. We loved her photography approach. The pictures she took speak for themselves. We feel like she truly captured the feeling and spirit of of wedding day and we could not be happier.

From the first time we spoke by phone, she was warm, professional, and responsive, providing us with all the info and feedback we needed to capture our wedding the way we imagined. From the first getting-ready shot to the last shot of the night, she captured gorgeous and real moments including us, our friends and family, who haven't stopped raving about the portfolio since we sent it out after the wedding. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking to capture their wedding day with a terrific photographer! -
User1571040 Sent on 03/30/2014As soon as I saw the photographs that Lauren took at a friend's wedding, I knew that I absolutely had to find a way to hire her for my own wedding. As someone who studied photography myself, and is involved with the visual arts professionally, I am ever impressed with her keen eye and stunning compositions. The photographs from our August 2013 wedding were absolutely gorgeous, generating compliments from many guests and making album selections difficult as there was so much to choose from. Her album design and layout was also impeccable, again showing her eye for composition. She did an exquisite job of telling the story of the day.
On top of her stunning work, Lauren has been a pleasure to work with, beginning with our initial contact to set up times to chat on the phone and meet through album layout and design. She is quick to respond to inquiries, patient with indecision, and has been very timely with album edits. One thing I really loved about Lauren is that she does her very best to make sure that she is the right fit for the couple. Her questionnaire given to potential clients at the onset of the relationship is brilliant and is just one way she aims to determine exactly what the bride and groom want so that she can deliver.
I HIGHLY recommend Lauren as a wedding photographer, and will certainly use her expertise in the future for family portraits. -

Lauren truly makes you feel like you are the two most important people in the world on that day.... She isn't obviously snapping away and distracting you while you enjoy the night... She just works her magic while you do your own thing.
She is super organised and knew that being part of the cocktail hour was important to us so she got our family photos done in a flash and I have no doubt that they will be gorgeous.
I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone.... Her pricing is very reasonable and she is willing to travel quite a way for your big day.
