Lauren is absolutely incredible! That does not even begin to describe it! She photographed out best friend's wedding several years ago and from that moment we knew she HAD to be our photographer. Lauren is more than just an amazing photographer, she is the absolute best person. She makes your day so special with her warmth, excitement and energy. Having Lauren as your photographer creates an all around special experience. And her photos and style are beyond gorgeous. Lauren has given us the greatest gift of capturing the best day of our lives and now we can relive it over and over. When you plan a wedding, the day itself becomes a whirlwind and goes by so quick. The build up prior to the wedding, is filled with hundreds of decisions to make about so many different things. Having now planned a wedding, I recognize that the decision to hire Lauren as our photographer was the most important wedding related decision we made.
Once the wedding is over, the food is eaten, the guests have left, all that remains are the photos and the feelings you had. Lauren’s photos were outstanding with hundreds of beautiful photos that not only were beautiful but allowed us to relive the emotions of the moments. She ensured we got the photos we wanted, and made sure to capture photos with our excitable dog.
Lauren’s ability to capture all of the moments of the wedding in a manner, which made the people of the photo stand out, was truly incredible. I can’t recommend her services enough, and I suggest you consider Lauren to be your photographer as she will ensure that your photos and memories are captured and beautifully presented. -

Wedding photographer doesn’t even come close to covering what Lauren and her team contributed to our wedding. They were amazing in every way. Laruen’s wealth of experience, vivacious attitude and affable approach was exactly what we needed to make our dream wedding a reality. Our first call with her immediately put us at ease knowing that we were dealing with an expert, but even more memorable was that we felt like we had just made a friend for life. It is hard to put into words how incredibly supportive and encouraging she was throughout the entire process. We had no wedding planner and couldn’t be more grateful we found Lauren. Where we were indecisive or dare I say clueless, she calmly helped guide us in the right direction. She provided day of timeline recommendations, connected and coordinated with our other vendors, communicated early and often and was the all-star of the wedding selecting perfect locations, wrangling family and children, radiating positivity and ensuring we were on schedule to get to the dance floor. What could have easily been overlooked in the beautiful chaos of the day was taking sometime to ourselves to appreciate the moment, which she made sure we did by finding us a private space away from guest to reflect as a newlywed couple for the first time. Her team was kind enough to stick around when time ran over to make sure all the important shots and our special requests were accommodated. Our pictures are astonishing, they capture the feelings and celebration of the entire day. We’ve been told you can feel the emotions captured in each shot. We will cherish our wedding photos forever, always be appreciative of Lauren and her team for over-delivering and look forward to staying in touch with Lauren as our family grows. -

Lauren is amazing!
We had the best experience working with Lauren! I wanted to include my very excitable dogs in our engagement photos, but didn't think they would cooperate out in public. Lauren was so accommodating and came to our home and was so patient with our dogs! We were able to get so many amazing pictures with them - even ones with BOTH of them looking at the camera! Lauren also made the most out of our location and found the best spots to take pictures. She had our full gallery ready so quickly, too! She exceeded my expectations and I would recommend her to anyone :) -

We began working with Lauren in 2016 when she started photographing Rich and I and our three pups for holidays, our surprise engagement, and our rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, and wedding day in August.
At no surprise to us, Lauren and her second shooter were a calming presence amidst the excitement on our wedding day. She managed to be everywhere, capturing the big and subtle, candid moments we might have missed. She captured all of our shot requests with patience and grace, wrangling our rowdy wedding parties, and beautifully captured our three dogs, who were not interested in being cooperative that day. Her ability to blend into the background while simultaneously directing and capturing stunning portraits is truly impressive.
As always, Lauren's photographs are nothing short of magical. Each image tells a story, evoking all the emotions and memories of that day. I always say you can immediately spot Lauren's photos, as they are always simply breathtaking.
Having Lauren as our wedding photographer was a no-brainer, and I can wholeheartedly say it was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. We can't wait to continue working with Lauren and having her capture our family memories for years to come! -

The best of the best!
Lauren is truly the best of the best. We have known and worked with Lauren since 2019, she has captured so many special moments from before we were engaged, to our surprise proposal, and now our wedding - I couldn’t have imagined having anyone else there on our most special day. Lauren’s love for her couples radiates, she makes everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and truly is incredible.
Lauren worked seamlessly with our videographer, and she fit right in with our crowd! We feel so honored and lucky to have had Lauren capture our day, and can truly say our photos are everything we dreamed of and more. We will cherish them forever. Lauren is an amazing photographer and person. You will not be disappointed! She is incredibly gifted and her work is unparalleled. She has an eye for capturing special moments, and it’s very evident that she pours her heart into her work. In addition to her photographs being bright and airy, she is amazing at dog photography which was so important to us on our wedding day. She made me feel so much more relaxed on our big day and comfortable taking pictures. We are honestly obsessed with our pictures and are going to have a hard time picking which ones to frame. It should also be mentioned that she is professional, accommodating, and organized. Family formals went very smoothly. I can truly go on and on, and I cannot recommend her enough. -

If you are looking for a photographer for your wedding, or any occasion, I cannot recommend Lauren enough!! We are so happy we chose Lauren as our wedding photographer! Lauren is one of the nicest people, and so incredibly talented at what she does. She is very professional, and easily available to help with anything you need throughout the whole planning process. Lauren will make sure you known exactly what to expect during you session or wedding day, and will make sure you feel comfortable in front of the camera. Our photos were delivered to us even quicker than expected! She even sent us a gallery of sneak peaks just two days after our wedding which was such a nice touch. Our engagement and wedding photos came out more amazing than I could have imagined thanks to Lauren! We can't wait to have Lauren capture more moments for us in the future - she is the best! -

Lauren did such a great job for our engagement session. When our original date got rained out, she was flexible and responsive, and was able to take our pictures the following week. I have followed Lauren on Instagram for some time, and love her work. My partner and I always imagined that we'd use her as our wedding/engagement photographer sometime in the next few years since it was really important to us to involve our dogs in those memories. Very sadly, our dog Bow received a terminal cancer diagnosis at the young age of 2, and we had to say goodbye to her a few weeks ago. As we mourned the time we expected but wouldn't have with Bow, I wanted professional photos done that would capture her essence for us to treasure always. I reached out to Lauren (last minute) with our request, and she was so accommodating and kind. She provided the guidance we needed to capture some beautiful moments in Bow's final days, and it was so easy to coordinate logistics with her, which I really appreciated with everything else going on. Bow's spicy, sweet personality shines through in all of the images Lauren captured during our session. And the turnaround time was so quick - we had sneak peeks of the photos before we said goodbye two days later. We miss our little (Rain)Bow so much, but we are forever grateful to Lauren for providing us with the opportunity to remember Bow in this way, as she was, and for capturing the little family Bow helped us to create. Lauren showed us incredible compassion, and I would recommend her to anyone. She will be our first choice photographer for all our future life events. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Lauren! -

I can not recommend Lauren enough! We have worked with Lauren for a few years, and most recently she photographed our surprise proposal that included our pup. What I thought was our Christmas card photos, turned out to be the most incredible proposal that my fiancé and Lauren worked together to plan. It couldn’t have happened without her, and I am so grateful to have such beautiful photos captured from our day.

Lauren is the best wedding photographer around!
Lauren was the absolute BEST to work with! We feel so lucky to have been able to work with her for both our engagement and wedding photos. She did such a great job with helping us feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. On top of that, Lauren is unbelievable with dogs! She had all the tricks in the book to get our dog George to look at the camera. Her photos are so amazing they quite literally transport us back to our wedding day every time we look at them. -

Amazing Photographer
Lauren has now captured our proposal, engagement session and marriage. And we will continue to use her for the years to come. We feel so fortunate to have found her a couple years ago! After getting our wedding gallery back, we were again in complete awe at how amazing Lauren is. It evident how talented she is, as well as extremely detailed oriented. Lauren goes above and beyond for her clients and it really shows. She made me feel confident and hopeful the day of our wedding day as we were walking out to the first look, when there was rain in the forecast. She kept my spirits high and believed that the rain would pass! It ended up passing and we had a beautiful sunny ceremony! She has now become more than just a photographer to us! Best Photographer Around!
Lauren was absolutely amazing from the moment we had an introductory phone call to the moment our photos were delivered to my inbox. She was extremely professional, informative and friendly and I knew right away that we had to hire her! Lauren was amazing in helping plan the perfect proposal surprise. I worked with her to pick the perfect location (her experience shooting around all spots around the greater Boston area came in so handy — I was between two options and she was able to send photos from past shoots at each location to help me decide). Lauren was enthusiastic about the proposal ideas and details I had, and worked with me to make sure we could pull it off. There were code words, pre-planned poses, our puppy to consider, and location changes, but Lauren has impeccable attention to detail and did not miss a single detail on her end. The photo shoot itself was such a fun experience, Lauren made my fiancé and I feel comfortable, she directed us well, and was amazing at getting a large variety of poses. The photos themselves? Gorgeous, amazing, scenic, warm, happy, fun...I could go on. The amount of variety of photos Lauren gave us was the best thing about the whole process. We are so pleased with the range of photos (fun and spontaneous ones, scenic ones, romantic ones, candid ones, portraits), and the variety of compositions and location backdrops she shot us in. Would highly recommend Lauren for capturing any moment to remember, whether that be a wedding, surprise engagement, doggie photoshoot, or even just a family portrait session. The photos that she will deliver and the moments she will capture for you to have forever, are simply priceless. -

Lauren Dobish is the most incredible human being on this earth.
When I got engaged, I was looking for a photographer and I came across her instagram and fell in love with her style of pictures. I reached out to her and talked to her on the phone and immediately felt like I was chatting with my best friend on the phone. She is so easy to talk to and her work is so incredible. My husband and I met her for the first time at our engagement shoot, and it was love at first sight. My husband and I were nervous that taking corny pictures would be so awkward- especially with a stranger! But instantly it felt like she was our best friend and she gave us perfect instructions and made us feel so at ease that our engagement pictures came out incredible.
And then COVID happened, and we had to totally change our wedding plans but Lauren was SO AMAZING about all the twists and turns we threw her way. She was so accommodating and so down for anything. We literally changed states and she was totally unfazed and so ready to capture our wedding day. I was so stressed out on our wedding day because so many of my plans had changed and I kept feeling like I was forgetting things - not to mention we were getting married as an impending hurricane was headed our way. When Lauren walked into our suite I literally forgot about everything. She has the most calming energy. It felt like my best friend from childhood walked in the room. Im telling you.- she is so friendly and personable. I think this is a HUGE OVERSIGHT on so many brides radar. You want a photographer that takes good pictures- but do you think about the fact that this person is going to be by your side ALL DAY on the day of your wedding? You want someone you are comfortable with and to whom you enjoy their company - not a stranger!
Anyways, she was so good at directing us on our wedding day she was literally a wedding coordinator and a photographer all in one. We just got our pictures back from our wedding day and I am speechless. ALL of our pictures are absolutely STUNNING. I didn’t even realize she took half the pictures she did because she is so discrete - which is another HUGE thing to consider- you don’t want someone forcing these awkward poses on you! She literally captured such natural interactions in the most beautiful way. She brought her second shooter- her fiance Paul - and yup you guessed it I’m in love with him too. They are the sweetest couple and are so genuinely happy for you - it feels like they are just your friends at your wedding. I was so sad at the end of our wedding that I would have to say bye to her because I wouldn’t see her again any time soon- but I am so looking forward to the day when we are able to use her again for our family portraits.

We wouldn't have wanted anyone else as our wedding photographer! Lauren is a genuine photographer who makes you feel like you're most important. She did a wonderful job at making us feel comfortable and captured moments when we didn't even know she was there! She was professional through our whole journey,(engagement photos, planning, and the day of) all while having a smile on her face the entire time. She was extremely timely in her turn around with responding to emails, showing up to sessions, and the final photos. We are beyond pleased with the final products; it will be hard to pick the ones we will frame! On a scale from 1-10, we'd give her an 11! You won't be disappointed in any way with hiring Lauren. She's truly the best! We are even hoping she's going to come back to photograph our children some day ;)

Perfectly Captured Our Boston Elopement
My husband and I decided at the beginning of January to get married on the long weekend - in two weeks! Lauren was not only available but so excited to photograph our small wedding of 10 guests. Due to the quick timing, we didn't meet her before our wedding day but she put everyone at ease and kept us relaxed and laughing during our family photos. That vibe continued as my husband and I walked around Boston with her to get photographs around the city. Even before we saw our photos, our family couldn't stop raving about how great Lauren was. And her photos did not disappoint! She perfectly captured the intimate ceremony that we had, and even caught several smiles from our non-smiling 3 year-old nephew. And the outside photos are unbelievable. She captured quintessential winter Boston scenes which is exactly what we wanted! Not to mention the speed; we got a batch the next day, which was amazing since we wanted to tell the world we eloped. And we got the full gallery in a week! -

Working with Lauren felt like if your best friend just happened to be INCREDIBLY talented at photography. She is so down to earth and easy to talk to, she takes all the stress of planning away and just lets you enjoy your day. My husband and I both have large, loud families with big personalities and every single person loved Lauren. Multiple people came up to us after the wedding talking about how much fun she was and how comfortable they felt with her. Her positive energy is contagious and exactly what you want on your big day! Choosing the right wedding photographer may have been the most important part of my wedding planning process so I did a ton of research to find the perfect fit, and Lauren was exactly that. Lauren has gone out of her way for us from the beginning, offering to meet me for coffee to talk about our wedding vision and make me feel comfortable before we even decided to work together! She is organized, thoughtful has amazing attention to detail and is talented beyond belief. She is open to all of your crazy ideas, like popping champagne mid photoshoot to get the perfect bubbles shot, to attempting a sparkler send-off after sunset, to providing her own amazing ideas like having you sit on your fiancés shoulders with a dog in your arms (our favorite engagement shot ever!) and so many others. She just gets it and has an amazing ability to connect with you and make it so you do not feel awkward during all of what can feel like the most awkward of moments. She captured our love, emotions and entire day in the most perfect way, and made us look incredible in all of her shots. I am having the hardest time picking my favorites because they all are.
She even gave us a sneak peek of a few shots the day after our wedding, and an even larger sneak peek just a few weeks later, keeping us busy and gushing until our final album arrived. I have not been able to stop staring at all of the shots ever since we got her email. And the number of friends and family who have commented on how incredible they came out and how talented Lauren is was just the cherry on top. She is a dream to work with, takes the time to get to know you, your vision and has all of the insight and tips to make your day even more special. My bridesmaids and friends already can’t wait to have her photograph their weddings (once they're engaged that is)!
Even if you aren’t getting married look her up, she’s also a dog photographer and took the most amazing photos of our Frenchie Luke during our engagement shoot and at our wedding. Pictures we will cherish forever! -

Thank you Lauren! Lauren is one of the best photographers around! I was able to met Lauren through my cousin (she was also her photographer!). She is extremely professional and very easy going. She immediately feels like your friend and as if you have known each other your entire life. We were lucky enough to have Paul as our second shooter. Lauren and Paul make an incredible team! They made sure to get every picture we wanted even in 17-degree weather! Check out our picture because they are truly amazing. Friends and family have been RAVING about every single picture!
Lauren went above and beyond for us. She stays in communication and always quick to respond. She made our big day go extremely smooth and always made us feel at ease. We received our pictures only a few short weeks after our wedding. I cannot say enough great things about Lauren Dobish Photography. I might get a puppy just to hang out again!

Lauren is such a sweet and down-to-earth person. My fiancé, Daniella, and I connected with her so fast! She really is more than just an amazing photographer; she is a genuine, kind and fun human being. Our proposal session went so well thanks to her expertise and good-natured approach! We actually became aware of Lauren Dobish Photography after one of our closest friends commissioned her for their engagement shoot this past summer.
Regarding our proposal pictures, we are truly blown away! With the way Lauren photographed our proposal, it feels like she has the truly rare gift of storytelling! She really captured the buildup of various emotions as I got down on one knee and began proposing to my now fiancé, Daniella. She even blended in so well from across the street that Daniella didn’t notice her until she physically came closer to us to capture a slightly different angle. From tears of joy, to laughs of jubilation, to pure gratitude, Lauren captured it all seamlessly!
This next detail speaks to Lauren’s character so well: even she herself was crying after I proposed. It proved to both of us how much she actually cares about her clients! Lauren is the kind of photographer who understands the great value of authentic connection with the people she works with. This enhances her photos and leads to even better images. Right after the proposal occurred, she asked us if we were ready to do a mini-portrait session. The way she switched up gears did not feel rushed, it felt so natural and exciting!
Because we work in the wedding industry as videographers, we are used to being behind the camera, not in front of it. So we were a little nervous as she began directing us. But her direction was always so clear and concise. She made us laugh a lot too, which was good because it helped get the tears of joy to disappear and be replaced by ear-to-ear smiles!
Another thing we LOVED about working with Lauren was the speed of her delivery. Plus, she OVER DELIVERED the number of final images, giving us DOUBLE what she estimated originally within FIVE DAYS!! We really enjoyed how she turned some black and white; this adds a timeless effect to the already timeless work she creates. We’ve already looked at our gallery a few times now, and it honestly feels as though the gallery gets better and better each time! Thank you, Lauren, for keeping us on cloud nine engagement bliss :)
At one point, the forecast looked bad, so I asked if Lauren would be available the next day. She wasn't, but she said she’d “totally understand if I went with someone else because she couldn’t commit to the next day as well.” That is what sold me on her: Her kindness and authenticity! I could tell she wasn’t greedy and that she really wanted me to have a successful proposal.
I really appreciated her attention to detail. As most guys will eventually find out, planning and executing a successful proposal can be daunting. Lauren put me at ease, though, and when we hopped on the phone the day before the proposal, she listened more than she spoke, and was so clear about the information she needed from me, without adding too much extra work or stress on my plate the day before the proposal. And I could hear in her voice she was genuinely excited and eager for the plan I had come up with!
We cannot recommend Lauren Dobish Photography enough. She will exceed your expectations and you’ll walk away feeling like you have a new friend!!

Lauren Dobish was amazing to work with as our wedding photographer! She is so talented -we absolutely love our engagement and wedding pictures! She's also an awesome dog photographer perfect for capturing our miniature dachshund Olivia! She was so easy to work with-easy to contact by phone or email and very responsive. She helped us organize a plan for photos throughout our wedding day and captured so many wonderful memories from our special day! We had a second wedding celebration on the West Coast less than a month after our NH wedding and Lauren helped put together a wonderful slideshow of pictures from our NH to share with family and friends- everyone loved it! You should definitely book her for your wedding if you are looking for an amazing photographer who is super talented and super fun to work with! -

If you don't hire Lauren for your wedding you will 100% regret it, she is not only super talented but also the most fun person.... you will spend your engagement photos and wedding laughing the entire time which means you will never feel awkward of uncomfortable! Lauren is not afraid to stop traffic for that perfect dip and kiss photo and thank God shes not because its my favorite photo ever! Lauren went above and beyond leading up to our wedding answering questions about time line that she didn't have to answer but was so willing to help because of her expert wedding knowledge! Let's be honest for a sec, wedding planning can be stressful. Let me save all you brides- to- be hours of online searching or in person meetings to look over portfolios with potential photographers because Lauren Dobish Photography was the absolute BEST decision my husband and I made when planning our wedding. Lauren was actually the 1st call I made after setting our date and venue. I had seen her work in capturing my friend's NYE Boston wedding and 5 minutes in to our call Lauren felt like a long lost friend. She totally understood the vibes we were going for in our Cape Cod coastal wedding and the importance of the photos not seeming forced, staged or too formal. Lauren perfectly captured the love and pure joy of our "best.day.ever" as a couple and being surrounded by family and friends while also managing to create beautiful portraits, group photos, and unforgettable candids for us to cherish forever. We received SO MANY compliments from our parents and bridal party on the day of the wedding after working with Lauren on her fun personality, artistic process, and efficiency in managing our rowdy group with humor and ease to get those "perfect shots." I could go on and on forever about how fantastic and talented Lauren is as a photographer, but on a personal note I am glad that she was brought into our lives and I can't wait to stay connected with Lauren over the years as she will forever be a part of capturing our families memories to come. -

We used Lauren for our wedding in Cape Cod on September 22 and she was AMAZING! We really loved Lauren as our photographer for a few reasons: 1) She was so organized and prepared. A few weeks before our wedding, we walked through a timeline of events with Lauren so she knew the plan for the ceremony and the reception. We also made a list of “posed” photos in advance so that we could ensure we got all of the family photos we wanted without forgetting anything in the craziness of the day! We had a larger wedding – about 250 people – so that comes with a lot of obstacles, but speaking with Lauren beforehand really made us feel better. 2) While Lauren was taking photos of myself and my bridesmaids getting ready for the ceremony, Lauren was great at just kind of blending in and capturing tons of candid photos which we LOVE. She didn’t step in and ask anyone to move a certain way or to move into better lighting, she simply observed and snapped photos on the go, which is exactly what we wanted. 3) While Lauren was taking staged family photos at our reception, she did a great job of keeping people in order and telling them what to do, but not in an overbearing way. She took control and gave direction when she needed to, but not in a way that felt overwhelming. She helped to move the process along quickly, which was our goal (so that we could go enjoy our cocktail hour! 😊 ) 4) Lauren’s overall demeanor throughout the entire process was perfect – she was excited for us, but also so calm and chill that she really added to the overall perfection of the day and didn’t add any unnecessary stress.
We’ve only seen a few sneak peek photos so far, and all of them have been absolutely incredible. Lauren really knew how to make us feel at ease in front of the camera and made the process so much enjoyable than we ever thought it could be. Lauren is a true professional and takes pride in her work. I would highly recommend her. -

Hayley Sent on 08/21/2018I can't speak highly enough about Lauren! She was a real delight to work with, and made our engagement photo session a wonderful experience! From scheduling (and rescheduling due to weather) to sending us the prints, beginning to end, she was responsive and professional. During the photo shoot she made us feel extremely comfortable, gave us just the right of direction, and the photos came out absolutely gorgeous! I wish we had more reasons to have professional photos taken, just so we could work with her again! -

Morgan Sent on 07/13/2017I cannot say enough amazing things about Lauren, Paul (her handsome boyfriend AND phenomenal second photographer), and the incredible photos she takes. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, she was so organized and checked in with me multiple times to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted and when. Now, looking at the photos from our June 24th wedding, I know that she kept everything we wanted in mind while shooting. I work with students who have special needs, and invited a few of them to take photos with me before the ceremony while we were taking family photos. She was completely flexible when those students arrived and moved herself exactly where was comfortable for them and put every other picture on hold while we worked to capture the perfect shot of me and them (they turned out better than I could have imagined!). Lauren is an increasingly popular choice for dog-lovers and engaged folks alike, but when she is working with you, she will make you feel like you are her only client. Even today as I sit anxiously awaiting my full gallery of photos because she keeps teasing me with beautiful sneak peeks, she took the time to make a slideshow of her favorite photos from our special day as a surprise for me!
Lauren and Paul... are the type of people who teachers, parents, and friends dream about in a world full of selfish, impatient people. They light up a room with such a positive energy, and are incredibly patient with everything that can (and probably will) go wrong on a wedding day. Since I posted some of the photos that Lauren sent me, I have gotten countless texts from my friends about how stunning the pictures turned out and how great the photographers were to capture every perfect moment for us. I could go on forever. She's fabulous and everyone should use her. -

We LOVE working with Lauren! I first found her by searching for local photographers that were good with dogs and turns out some of our friends had also worked with her previously, so I knew we were in good hands right from the start! Over the course of the past year, we hired Lauren to take our engagement photos (which included our dachshund) and to be our wedding photographer.
Working with Lauren was an absolute JOY. She has a natural ability to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera and will listen to what poses you like vs. don’t like. Leading up to our wedding day, Lauren helped me fine-tune the final day-of timeline, which I very much appreciated as a bride who had to many to-do’s on her list. On the actual day, having Lauren around felt like another family member / friend in the room, and she rolled with the punches as we had to make some last-minute calls due to weather (i.e. moving our ceremony inside instead of outside).
She is incredibly talented, and her photos are absolutely GOREGEOUS. She has over-delivered for us twice now and we will 100% be booking her again in the future! -

Lauren did an amazing job capturing both our engagement and wedding. She is fun an easing going with great suggestions for shots. Lauren is the best choice for anyone who wants to include their dog for engagement and/or wedding photos.
