Not your average Vegas wedding

My now-husband and I were seeking a destination wedding/elopement, and a nontraditional wedding venue and ceremony. We started researching Las Vegas, as the options for elopement have really grown over the years. We originally found a company that we hastily went with, but didn’t feel comfortable with what they were actually offering once we learned more about them. We continued our search and located Las Vegas Luv Bug Weddings, and connected with Pam. The experience, from start to finish, was spectacular! Tim and Pam made it effortless to switch over to them, were able to secure our date, and made selecting details of our day so easy. We hoped for a red velvet cake, which wasn’t offered during the season we went in, but they went out of their way to get us one! I also forgot my pre-purchased bouquet in the hotel, and THANK GOODNESS… Tim and Pam came prepared with the matching bouquet and boutonnière. The location, the Valley of Fire at the Visitors Center, was a stunner, and we had so many opportunities for great photos. Our time block started at 10:45 am on 11/11 and we thought it would be really cool to start at 11. The couple was able to stall, and started our ceremony at 11 am. About 10 seconds into our ceremony, 3 long horn sheep walked out behind us as if they had been released from a cage. It was unforgettable. From the vendors they use, the limo driver, to the photos, the dance, the table of champagne and cake, and the treatment from Tim and Pam, the experience was amazing and worth every penny. We can’t thank them enough. We would highly recommend this company!

Don’t stress

Getting married is stressful as it is. Planning a destination wedding doubles the stress. I was honestly worried about a lot things with doing a destination wedding and being so hands off with the details and the planning. But I had no reason to worry. Everything turned out beautifully. I am beyond happy with how things went. The details were perfect and the day went so smoothly. The only negative I have to say is that the limo was a little janky. But if that’s the only complaint I can come up with, I’d say that working with Pam and Tim was a great decision.

Amazing you won’t be disappointed

Tim & Pam Rowland Made our day better than we could have imagined.everything from hair and makeup in the hotel room to limousine drive to location. The service was great by Tim he made it special and meaningful. The photography looks amazing we couldn’t of asked for more. Thank you both highly recommended you won’t be disappointed Vegas wedding with class and without all the cheese of Vegas.

Wonderful experience

We had originally planned on having our wedding last March, however when COVID lockdowns happened 2 weeks before our date, everything had to be rescheduled. Pam was great about it and let us reschedule to this March. We had wind and rainy weather, but it was a day we will never forget. The traditional ceremony is so heartfelt, and Jim and Pam accommodated us with a beautiful first dance. They were great, and flexible. When the rain started coming down hard Pam literally covered my hair while Jim ran for the umbrella. They were such a wonderful couple, and we got amazing photos from the candids at the ceremony and posed shots from the photo tour.

Amazing Elopement!!!

After a lot of research between similar companies, I booked Las Vegas Luv Bug for my elopement wedding at the Valley of Fire and am so happy I did! Pam and Tim were extremely lovely to work with and made the entire process as easy as possible. They were very responsive with all of the questions I constantly had for them the weeks leading up to the wedding, and were also very accommodating when I had special requests. They sent emails every week or two leading up to the date with important information like how to get my marriage license, what to bring to the ceremony, info for guests, etc. The main reason why I chose them over other companies is because they are truly all inclusive. With their packages, you can customize and pick your own options (and there are a lot!) to truly create the elopement of your dreams. For me, I wanted to make sure makeup/hair, transportation, flowers, photos, guest chairs and cake were all included because I wanted an easy wedding. This is exactly what I got with Pam and Tim! I also found their pricing to be much more affordable considering what you get compared to similar companies. I also loved my flower bouquet, hair/makeup stylist and cake that they arranged. The most important thing for me was my photos. And they did not disappoint. They are absolutely stunning and I love all of them so much! The scenery was gorgeous and so unique. We had a variety of locations and poses, and Tim and Pam knew exactly how to pose us and gave great direction. I am so so happy that I will have these to treasure for the rest of my life. I loved my experience with Las Vegas Luv Bug and would highly recommend them!! Thank you Tim and Pam.

Incredible Wedding Service

Las Vegas Luv Bug was super easy to work with. They provided great service, a memorable experience, and incredible photos. My husband and I wanted a ceremony for just the two of us or a small guest list in the desert with beautiful photos and that's what we got! They even played our favorite song during the ceremony. I highly recommend their service.

Desert Wedding with our Kids - Perfect

We flew over to Las Vegas from little ol New Zealand, after doing some research into the type of wedding we wanted, Luv Bug Weddings seemed to fit us perfectly. A day we will never forget

Pam and Tim are the most down to earth people you could ever meet and are great at keeping you both calm. I have to admit I had a few freak out moments but Pam was there to help and answer any questions we had. Our wedding was amazing, definitely one to remember. Our photos were out of this world. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of getting wed a little different.

We had a wonderful experience with Las Vegas Luv Bug! I couldn’t be more happy with their service! My wedding day was perfect. It was quick and stress free, exactly what I wanted. They were on time for the ceremony, my photos were ready in the timeframe they gave me, and my proof of marriage is ready for me to receive!
My only regret is not getting a package with posed photos, because the ones I did get of the ceremony were beautiful!

We get married with Las Vegas Luv Bug in October 2017.
It was a great experience, what else can I say?
Everything was perfect and Pam and Tim made everything to make us comfortable.
The words chosen by tim during the ceremony were so appropriate. During all the photoshoot the were tuned into our needs. The photos are breathtaking, seriously. We were so proud to show them to our families!

The first thing I noticed when looking for someone for our vow renewal was the quality of the photos. That was only the beginning. Tim and Pam were both amazing! They personally communicated with me and did not overlook a single detail. As I listened to the words of Tim’s ceremony I felt like the first time I married my wonderful husband. He really did ‘renew’ our vows.... not only were our pictures awesome , we had so much fun !!!!

This was my perfect wedding! Unique outdoor setting. The Valley of Fire location is absolutely breathtaking. The pictures were stunning. Pam was so easy to work with and allowed us to show our personalities thru pictures. Tim made the ceremony easy and sweet. I could not have had a better wedding!!! You will not go wrong here:)

We came to Las Vegas from S.C. They take care of almost everything for you (you have to get your mirrage license and figure out what at you want to do after the wedding) and it made it so much easier and less pressure for me. Pam and Tim are professional and welcoming. It was a beautiful wedding. If you tell them what you want or expect they know exactly what to do for you. I highly recommend Las Vegas Luv Bug

Don't worry about a thing! This husband and wife team are the greatest! I had several scheduling issues and lots of questions, neither of which caused an issue with them. Every single promise was fulfilled and then some! This was truly a phenomenal experience and I would do it 1000 times over and over :) Choose these people! You won't be disappointed! The photography was a better value and more professional than anticipated.

I can't speak highly enough of Tim and Pam. They helped us plan a stress-free wedding on short notice, taking care of all logistics. They are responsive and understanding, addressing all concerns of planning a destination wedding. I truly appreciated their reliability and their organization in helping streamline all the necessary components for our wedding day. They were an integral part of our wedding day - taking beautiful photos and providing a warm ceremony despite our wedding turning out to be outdoors in the rain! Tim and Pam were so amazing! I loved getting to work with them on "my" day. We were on a little bit of a time crunch (due to several events planned in a short time) and they were beyond accommodating and efficient and yet we still LOVEEEEDDDD (and a bit obsessed with still) the pictures and whole experience. They even managed to surprise me with my father at the wedding (the hubs and I thought it was just going to be us two and my father went behind my back and set it all up, he made it from MISSOURI) talk about bring a bride to tears, I couldn't have been happier and for sure surprised. Such great people, you will love them!

Thank you so much to Las Vegas Luv Bug Weddings for the best ceremony I could have asked for! We had such an amazing time for our destination wedding at the Welcome to Las Vegas Sign. We didn't want a traditional wedding so we opted for something much more fun. We had nothing but smiles and laughs throughout the entire ceremony. Not to mention we got all of our photos back in about a week and they were all amazing as well! I really feel they nailed capturing the best candid moments. My family can't stop talking about how epic our wedding was. Thank you again!

We chose Tim and Pam to direct our big day and they have done an amazing job!!! Tim has been very responsive with email and my questions prior the reservation. Since we have never done this before, Tim was very patient explaining the process and what we should need to do prior and after with clear instruction.
On the day of our ceremony, we met at the High Roller, and just few minutes of conversation with Tim and Pam, we know that we are in good hand with their warm personalities as well as their professionalism.
The ceremony was heart-warming and the pictures and video is even better. Thank you very much!

We cannot say enough good things about Las Vegas Luv Bug!!! From the moment we contacted them, Luv Bug have displayed nothing but professionalism. We did a photo shoot at the Neon Sign Museum before the ceremony. The ceremony was in the Valley of Fire with a photo shoot afterwards. We got a package that included transport, hair/make-up, flowers, and cake-pops. Tim and Pam were fabulous the whole entire time. We wouldn't change a thing on how our day turned out. It was truly stress-free.

we were married in nelsons ghost town vegas may 7th 2016 , from making my first inquiry with them to the wedding day and after getting back home to the uk ,they have been absolutely brilliant. Nothing is any trouble to them , Tim performed our ceremony and our guests said they cried because it was so personal and its the best wedding they have been to.
Wedding photos are amazing .... i am glad i chose las vegas luv bug for our big day ...after searching many other and more expensive sites . Thanks to you both and i am sure in few years we will be returning to renew our marriage vows and will use luv bug again ...definately .

My husband and I had originally planned on getting married in the late summer of 2016 but on a family vacation we had decided to go get married in Vegas and later have a wedding party. (More fun for my husband and I and cheaper for the party. ha) So we needed to book the venue within 2 weeks of us deciding. I had found their website by clicking through other websites and we just knew this was the one. We are both artistic, as well as our family - including family members owning antique shops - so this was right up our alley. I contacted Luv Bug Wedding and they had provided me with all the information that I had requested. I had originally talked with Tim, who genuinely seemed excited to possibly be the one to marry us. I loved that. I also appreciated Tim was the officient and that his wife, Pam, did the photography. That meant a lot that they were wanting to help true love last for others forever. They were both so professional and responded to my rambling emails and questions that I had in the 2 week wait to our marriage. They provided limo service that picked us up from the Valet Service at our hotel, that brought us to the venue which is about 45 minutes away from Vegas and then back to the hotel. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. The ceremony was nice and short and was done in the barn and then we proceeded to take photos. It was a very nice and relaxed venue because Pam wanted us to just be ourselves and just act relaxed which is nice because, my husband and I are too silly to be too uptight. I love that Tim helped Pam with the lighting and also gave his suggestions. They provided us with all the information in regards to the marriage license and how to properly change my name. The photos and video of the ceremony were sent to a link to my email within 2 weeks of the ceremony. The video was sent a couple hours later and Pam, generously provided more posed photos! I would recommend this vendor to anyone!!

After searching for a venue for our wedding (2nd for both of us) we knew we wanted to do something fun rather than your traditional wedding. My Husband found the Luv Bug website and said to me, this is who I want to go with, they look very professional, and their photos are fantastic. We communicated our requests to them via email, they were prompt with their replies and we never felt confused or nervous in our Decision of going site unseen. Once we met them on our wedding day, it just flowed perfectly. Tim and Pam were both so friendly, and personable which took away any nervousness we may have felt. I would recommend their services to anyone wanting to get away from the Traditional Ceremony. You will not be disapointed

I can't express how amazing Pam and Tim are! We are so fortunate that we found them online. Before our wedding they had us complete a survey, so they could customize our ceremony to fit our needs. They took over from there and planned everything perfectly from the limo, bouquet, time and location.

They had great communication and gave us all the details we needed to feel comfortable about the big day. Tim made our ceremony short and sweet, but still very meaningful. Pam and Tim worked together to create unique photo opportunities. I just received my photos and they are unbelievable. Far better than we ever imagined.

Pam and Tim are a dynamic duo. Our special day could not have went smoother. My husband and I both agree we could not have made a better decision. AMAZING!

We wanted a simple, no fuss, private wedding ceremony set amongst a beautiful backdrop -- and Reverand Tim and his wife Pam did a brilliant job of delivering that for us in the Valley of Fire.

They are very responsive and professional. They made the whole planning process so incredibly easy -- all we really had to do was show up! Best of all, they made us feel very comfortable on the day and gave us plenty of space to enjoy private moments together -- making it all the more special for us as a couple.

And the pictures turned out just beautiful -- even better than we had hoped.

Wedding ceremony was perfect, took place on the strip near Caesars palace. Photos and video turned out great. My husband and I were very pleased with everything Tim and Pam did. They were responsive to all questions and emails in a timely manner and provided the emotional support I needed as the day got closer. They definitely went above and beyond. The package price was very reasonable as well. We would definitely recommend them.

We had a fantastic wedding at Nelson Ghost Town thanks to Luv Bug. Pam and Tim are great. We booked our package about half year in advance and they were quick and efficient to respond to the questions we had prior to arriving in Vegas. On the day, the service was smooth and friendly. Tim and Pam made our day perfect! This was the second marriage for both of us and we both wanted our wedding our way and Tim and Pam made it happen. The pre-planning was painless- Pam was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and was incredibly accommodating. Both Tim and Pam were friendly and welcoming upon our arrival to our picture venue. Their fun, open attitude immediately set us at ease and we had a great time with our pictures. Our pictures were beautiful, and we were able to get a few sneak peak pics before we even left Vegas. The ceremony was short and sweet (just like we wanted) and included everything we wanted to say to each other in our vows. When we were finished, our limo driver (which came with our package) took us back to our hotel for me to grab some things and then took us to our dinner location, without charging us extra. And then our very expensive dinner was paid for by an anonymous person in the restaurant who had seen our wedding clothes. And though that clearly was not orchestrated by Tim and Pam, I think the good vibes they put out into the Universe came back to us in so many different ways. Our entire wedding was exactly what we wanted and we often tell each other "let's go back and do that again." And we will. And we will be calling them every time. Tim and Pam are the very best.

When looking for Vegas Wedding options there is a crazy amount to sort thru. As soon as I found Luv Bug and looked thru their site I knew they would be who we went with. Pam and Tim are both wonderful and we instantly liked them. We had a few issues last minute like ever couple has that can go wrong but everything turned out wonderfully. We love the pictures from Pam and the ceremony with Tim didn't feel cheesy or unauthentic. We will def go back to them when we renew our vows. They are awesome.

My husband and I eloped back in January. Luv Bug is so accommodating, we booked our ceremony 2 weeks out. The day before I decided I wanted hair and make up professionally done and all I had to do was email them and they took care of everything! We eloped at the valley of fire. The pictures there are breathtaking and it was exactly what we wanted! A small, quick ceremony. My husband is already talking about making it a tradition to renew our vows in the same way. Rev. Tim & Pam are phenomenal. We used them for our Vegas elopement and have never been more pleased. We booked about 2 month out for our wedding. We were so pleased with the service provided by Las Vegas Luv Bug Weddings and can't recommend them highly enough! They were so laid-back, easy to work with and quick to respond that I felt totally at ease and knew we'd made a great choice from the start. We had asked a friend to start the ceremony by doing a marriage address, we let Rev. Tim know this and he went along with our plan and made everything work so smoothly that you would have thought we'd rehearsed it. The words that he spoke at the ceremony and the vows we exchanged were exactly what we hoped for and a very special memory of the day. On top of that, Pam's photos are amazing! We loved both Tim & Pam for our wedding day. We were both nervous and excited about getting married and when we decided to just do it ourselves we wanted something a little different. We chose Nelson Ghost town because it reminded me of my grandfather and my husband loves old cars and stuff. We had some time to kill so my husband and I went around the property and explored a little bit taking some of our own selfies. During this time my husband misplaced our marriage license documents and Tim didn't hesitate to help my husband find them. Thank goodness they were found. Our ceremony felt so special, we opted for a standard Christan ceremony and didn't write our own vows. I tried hard not to cry as I saw my husbands eyes get a little watery. Pam is an artist and professional, we had some difficult conditions with the wind, but you'd never know it from the gorgeous photos. Both of our families have commented on how beautiful they are. This was 100% our perfect wedding and if I were to do it all over again, I'd do the exact same thing. We couldn't be happier!

Great experience! When I booked the ceremony (from Greece) I had some thoughts... Whould it be good,? can I trust them? will they show up???? But then I saw Pam and Tim on their photos and I said: Let's try something different, let's do it OUR WAY... and it was the best think we decided!!!!!

Pam and Tim were SO friendly, they make us believe in our vow renewal more that we expected to, we talked with them (no hurry, no "let's finish with it"), we had everything we agreed for, they even tried to get us a taxi cause there was no way back...! And the bug was a dream....

My husband and I were married by Rev. Tim and had photos taken by Pam this past weekend under the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign. (We wanted a private, secret wedding with just us before we threw the big family party.) I had a broken leg, and Rev. Tim and Pam were so accommodating, wonderful, friendly and professional. They seamlessly helped me and my guy navigate the wheelchair and crutches! I immediately felt at home with them, even though we met only minutes before getting married. Pam's pictures are insanely beautiful - she really knows her stuff, from how to pose you to lighting and composition. Rev. Tim is so warm and calm, and I love that he's a real pastor (no hate for internet ministers, but I like that he's a man of God). We didn't want a chapel wedding (so many are just not that pretty), and looked at a lot of mobile ministers; they were absolutely my first choice.

I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Their communication is great, and they are just such marvelous people. Also, the value for their services is outstanding. I know us brides want to have nice photos, and Pam's skill and mastery far outweighs the talent of most chapel/mobile minister photographers.

They were so encouraging and sweet - you can tell they're really a team. Pam and Rev. Tim were timely and had great communication. I am so happy we chose them - even though (of course) I'd been looking forward to this moment for ages, I was so nervous, but they really put you at ease and know how to make a beautiful and meaningful ceremony! I think they are fabulous, and the Luv Bug is definitely the way to go for your unique Las Vegas wedding!

I cannot describe how wonderful my experience with Las Vegas Luv Bug was. From the start, my questions and requests were dealt with in a friendly and efficient way which made the run up to our wedding relaxed and stress free.

On the day, Rev. Tim was kind, friendly and put us at ease right from the start. The ceremony was romantic and special, the vows felt personal and fitted perfectly with our day.

My husband and I aren't naturals in front of the camera but Pam made the experience fun. She caught some incredible shots, both posed and natural. We chose a package that included the ceremony being videoed, it was edited perfectly and captured the essence of our wedding day.

We plan on using Las Vegas Luv Bug on our next trip to Vegas for a strip photo tour. I'd recommend this company to anyone who wants a stress free and romantic wedding!

Fantastic! We eloped to Vegas very last minute and could not have asked for a better experience. Both Tim and Pam are amazing, very caring and professional. It is obvious from the first contact they want to make your ceremony something special and ours was. Totally relaxing, never felt rushed, beautiful surroundings. We were accompanied by 8 of our closest friends and family and were married by the fountain at Caesar's palace. Each and every one of our guests had nothing but praise for the ceremony, one even saying how this was "the best wedding" he had ever been to. Reverend Tim's ceremony was very thoughtful and sweet, gets right to the point. Pam's photography is excellent. We purchased the preview app, which was so much fun to share with friends. Our full photo order was delivered exactly on time and her photographs captured our special moment superbly. For a small intimate wedding....this was the most romantic and beautiful wedding ever! The venue that was suggested by the luvbug company was breathtakingly vintage outdoor gazebos and older whitewashed buildings as the setting. With beautiful trees and amazing backdrops. Even had peacocks and geese running free through out. The actual ceremony was done w class and style and the officiants words were said witj so much love and compassion, that you never wanted him to stop speaking. The sweet photographer....my goodness...captured the most amazing poses and candid shots! We couldnt have asked for anything more. Past perfect was our experience! Highly recommend the luvbug company.

Tim and Pam were wonderful. They did such a fabulous job making us relax and enjoy our wedding with the chaos of Vegas all around. The photographs and video were amazing. Luv Bug Weddings is the best at value, service and satisfaction. They truly care about making your special day the best memory. I have told so many people about them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a unique or traditional wedding, they can do it all. You can definitely tell that Tim and Pam enjoy what they do and bring that enthusiasm with them.

My husband and I got married with the Luv Bug in March. Pam and Tim are awesome! Communication was a breeze. My husband and I were undecided as to where we wanted to have our ceremony until the day of, but that was not a problem. Ceremony was quick and to the point, but still lovely. We did not feel rushed at all even though I know they were booked for the rest of the evening. Everything that we wanted. Thanks again!

We adore Las Vegas Luv Bug!! They were so accommodating and professional. We loved how they let us add a few last minute customizations to our wedding vows. Tim and Pam made us feel so comfortable and like they had always been our friends celebrating with us on our special day. Tim is professional as will guide you through any questions during the process. Pam is as sweet as can be and takes the most beautiful photos!! We highly recommend them!

Pam and Tim were amazing with getting everything taken care of us. We came from out of state and didn't have to worry about anything but getting our marriage license prior to the wedding. I called a few times with questions and concerns and they were prompt with replies if I couldn't talk to them at that very moment. The photos were great and I would recommend them to everyone

LasVegas LUVBug is the best way to elope in Vegas!!!! The owners are very professional, very kind, and good at calming nerves and fluttering hearts. They even take PICTURES!!! And they marry you anywhere in Vegas (off of a casino floor). We got married under the "WELCOME TO LAS VEGAS" sign. It was perfect :)
The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is because I would have paid for more pictures, but at the time they didn't offer what my husband and I were looking for (more pictures, no wedding video). Now they updated there site and have A LOT more options... we are already planing to renew our vows on our 5 year anniversary!!

Las Vegas LuvBug was very easy to deal with and provided an excellent wedding day for my bride and I. Tim Rowland was very professional and performed a very nice service for us. Pam Rowland was great as well and took some amazing photographs of our big day.

My then girlfriend and I were driving from Seattle to Santa Fe, by way of Las Vegas, and needed a company that would prepare everything for our wedding. The LuvBug did a wonderful job setting everything up for us. I originally asked for a Red Rock Canyon wedding and Pam suggested the Valley of Fire instead. That was a great suggestion as the Valley of Fire was stunning and our wedding pictures turned out beautifully. We were staying at the Cromwell and the LuvBug arranged our limo to and from the Valley of Fire as a part of our package.

It was raining on our wedding day (in the desert, I hadn't planned on that) and we were scheduled to be married outside. There was a break in the rain and Pam and Tim jumped into action and got everything done very quickly without making it seem rushed.

I highly recommend Pam and Tim Rowland and the Las Vegas LuvBug for your wedding.
