  Blown Away!!!

  We were truly blown away by what Bob and the team at Lane and Lenge did for our wedding flowers!! Between the massive flower arch for our ceremony, the high and low table arrangements, the gorgeous bouquets, and all of the little details - it was just the most beautiful wedding ever and I couldn't get over how well they executed our vision. Bob really listens and is so delightful to work with. We were looking for something a little less traditional and Bob couldn't have done a better job pulling it off!!! We were so glad we chose the Delamar West Hartford and Lane and Lenge for our wedding!!!!

  We were truly blown away by what Bob and the team at Lane and Lenge did for our wedding flowers!!   Exceeded expectations!

  Lane and Lenge did an amazing job with our wedding flowers! We selected them after meeting with Bob and chatting with him mainly because of the fact that they seemed to know our venue and the wedding coordinators very well. He had great ideas about what we could do for centerpieces and I gave very little direction other than that I wanted white and pale pink colors, tight bouquets and tall centerpieces. A month before the wedding, Bob created a sample arrangement for me which was extremely helpful because I was able to make some slight modifications before the wedding day. On the day of, the team showed up on time with the bridal bouquets (which were much larger than I expected - which is a good thing!). I also walked into the ballroom to show everything to my mother during the day and the team setting up was there and could not have been nicer and walking us through how everything will come together.
  
  We received many compliments on how beautiful the flowers were and I honestly could not have been happier with how they came out. Flowers are not cheap, but we absolutely received exceptional service and end product which made it all worth it.

  Exceeded My Expectations!

  Lane and Lenge absolutely exceeded my expectations. I gave them pictures of what I wanted and they produced the most perfect floral arrangements, bouquets, and boutonnieres. I didn't realize how much I appreciated how the flowers change the scenery at a wedding until I saw what they produced. They were also professional, timely, and I didn't even have to think about the flowers on the day of. I would absolutely use them again and I highly recommend them - do not hesitate.

Bob was easy to work with always offering ideas and expertise, and truly made our vision a reality! Everything was perfect from my bouquet to the boutonnieres to the wedding cake flowers!   Lane and Lenge Florists were spectacular!! They really listened to exactly what I wanted and made it come to life. My venue was outside and had lucious gardens all around, so I really wanted the flowers to highlight the grounds. Lane and Lenge did JUST that. The centerpieces were gorgeous, as were the boquets. They were professional, timely and executed everything perfectly. I highly suggest hiring them for your wedding or any event you need flowers for!

  We had the pleasure to work with Bob. Very professional and easy to work with. Reviewing his past arrangements provided a multitude of ideas in customizing our wedding. It was rewarding to customize and create our special day with Bob. It so important to find the right person in dealing with a large industry of florist. Highly recommend in taking the time to go visit Bob and his team. They are very proud of their work and took the time to show us some of the projects going on. It was appreciative in understanding all of the work involved. In the end they are the true artist with floral displays!

  My wedding was on 09/14/13, and Lane and Lenge was our florist. I chose them because they were well-known with a great reputation, and I was impressed by their floral decorations from previous weddings. My mother and I worked closely with Bob (the owner). He was very professional and seemed very experienced. We knew the colors and idea we wanted, and Bob really helped unite our ideas together to a common theme. Our colors were rich jewel tones...very elegant. Our expectations were high given we wanted our wedding to be featured in the local magazine, and Bob delivered. My bouquet was filled with white calla lillies, white orchids, and white garden roses. The tables were adorned with mercury candles hanging from tall bouquets of jewel-toned calla lillies, garden roses, and orchids. There were also floating candles filled with orchids on each of the tables surrounding the centerpieces. The centerpiece of the card table was a large white tree Bob had created with hanging orchids and mercury candles, it was absolutely breathtaking. We couldn't have been more thrilled. They exceeded all of our expectations. I would recommend them to any bride with high expectations like I did!

  We loved working with Lane and Lenge! They accomodated our top priority requests flawlessly and worked with us to make the rest of our flowers fit both our theme and our budget (incorporating 3 different complimentary centerpiece ideas). They even worked from pictures I found online to create a beautiful brooch bouquet that I will cherish forever.

  Bob Dinucci and his staff are amazing. I know that I must sound biased because - after all - they were my flowers and - as such - they reflected my taste but WOW! All I can say is WOW! I don't think I've ever seen more beautiful flower arrangements. They were everything I asked for but even I wasn't prepared for how beautiful they were. They took my breath away and even my guests commented on them. Exquisite. That's the best word to describe them. We had large bouquets in crackle pots that were to gorgeous. We got married on the banks of the Connecticut River and we had arches lanterns from Pottery Barn (in chrome) as our centerpieces. Then we had small clear vases filled with white tea roses at each individual guest plate. They wrapped the inside of each vase with bear grass. Bob and company at Lane & Lenge allowed the tea roses to open for a few days before the wedding so that the rose blooms were really opened up. Our individual rose vases looked as if they were filled with white ranunculus (which isn't available in September). Our guests were blown away. And Joni was out of this world... not only was she wonderful to work with - with fabulous customer service skills - but also, she is so knowledgeable about weddings in general... what protocol to follow, etc. on so many issues. She gave fabulous advice and had truly great ideas about our flowers as well as other areas wedding-wise. I really recommend Lane & Lenge Florists.

  I'm disappointed to write such a negative review because I absolutely loved working with Joni. She is just the sweetest woman and she made the whole planning process go smoothly and had some great suggestions to achieve exactly what I was hoping for with the flowers. My bridal bouquet and bridal party flowers were perfect.
  
  However, here is my one big problem - they did not deliver on what I asked and paid for. I was hoping to see shoots of orchids coming out of tall centerpieces with a mixture of roses and greenery in the middle as filling. I paid additional money for the orchid shoots and when I walked into the reception room, I was shocked to see that many of the orchid shoots were actually STILL CLOSED. Only a portion of them had bloomed. I was angry because who wants to purchase CLOSED orchids??? Kind of defeats the purpose of having orchid flowers at all since the flowering part is the only thing on the shoot.
  The ironic thing about all this is that I actually stopped into the flower shop on Wed (my wedding was on a Fri) and my mother and I asked to see the flowers they had received for the wedding. They gave me a firm NO and said I was not to see them. I'm an out of state bride and hadn't spoken with them in a few months, so I figured I should at least be able to see what we're working with here, but again they refused. Now I think they refused because they KNEW I would be disappointed.
  
  A few days after my wedding, my mother called the shop and spoke with Bob. She explained how disappointed we were with the flowers and he actually agreed to credit me a portion of my bill back. However, when I called to provide my credit card info, they took it and then there was no refund on my card for weeks. I started calling the shop often asking to speak to Bob, and conveniently he was NEVER available. So all in all, they have my CC info somewhere in the shop, I did not receive my refund and they refused to talk to me at all. Great service!!! NOT.

  I'm disappointed to write such a negative review because I absolutely loved working with Joni. She is just the sweetest woman and she made the whole planning process go smoothly and had some great suggestions to achieve exactly what I was hoping for with the flowers. My bridal bouquet and bridal party flowers were perfect.
  
  However, here is my one big problem - they did not deliver on what I asked and paid for. I was hoping to see shoots of orchids coming out of tall centerpieces with a mixture of roses and greenery in the middle as filling. I paid additional money for the orchid shoots and when I walked into the reception room, I was shocked to see that many of the orchid shoots were actually STILL CLOSED. Only a portion of them had bloomed. I was angry because who wants to purchase CLOSED orchids??? Kind of defeats the purpose of having orchid flowers at all since the flowering part is the only thing on the shoot.
  The ironic thing about all this is that I actually stopped into the flower shop on Wed (my wedding was on a Fri) and my mother and I asked to see the flowers they had received for the wedding. They gave me a firm NO and said I was not to see them. I'm an out of state bride and hadn't spoken with them in a few months, so I figured I should at least be able to see what we're working with here, but again they refused. Now I think they refused because they KNEW I would be disappointed.
