From the initial meeting, to the final dance, our experience was beyond amazing. The transparency in pricing and options was so appreciated. The team was responsive and so helpful. The day of coordination, room block, and access to space after rehearsal made the whole thing stress free. The quality of service exceeded expectations and the food was incredible. We had the wedding we envisioned in every way and a party for the books, all for a price we could afford with no surprises. Highly recommend!

I reached out to the community (via Folsom chat) regarding venue suggestions for my husband’s 50th. Lake Natoma Inn was commented on over 20x. We looked at three other local venues and Lake Natoma Inn came in first place by a long shot! Look no further, this is your place for any event. The location, parking situation, pricing, food, package inclusions, and customer service is second to none. Cait was our coordinator and we are grateful for her. We had a vision for a “Mobster Themed Party, and she did not disappoint. We navigated seating, colors, lighting and a corresponding menu with Cait. The final product was a huge success. Many out of town guests stayed the night at the hotel. We will refer and use this venue location again in the future!

The team was phenomenal, the food was amazing, the view of the water was perfect. I am so grateful we found a venue that was so perfect for us!

Lake Natoma Inn was the perfect place to get married. Everyone loved how close the ceremony was to the reception and we really enjoyed how professional and kind everyone was while working there. This was the best day of our lives and Lake Natoma Inn only elevated that experience for us.

There are no words to describe how truly wonderful Jackie, and her team were throughout the entire process of wedding planning! My husband and I got married at Lake Natoma Inn on April 12, 2025! It was such a pleasure getting to know and work with Jackie. She is such a gem and brings such a calm presence that is needed especially on the day of the wedding. From the receptionist at the front desk, to our bartender, to maintenance, and everyone that helped set up and serve thank you all so much! You all made our day so special and magical! Jackie was incredible from the beginning - she made our wedding reception so much easier, especially since we were on the East Coast and weren't able to visit the venue. From last min changes to checking up on us and my husband on the event day who wasn't feeling well, she helped us feel like we were in good hands. The venue itself was lovely, we were able to use the connected outdoor patio area which the guests loved and the weather was perfect. Our guests loved the entire event (and the food!) and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. Everyone at Lake Natoma Inn was extremely helpful from planning to setup to clean up. I would definitely recommend Jackie and LNI for any wedding!

Shout out to Jackie, our wedding day was a huge success! Lake Natoma Inn was the perfect location for us. We held our ceremony in the garden and our reception for eighty guests within the Sutter Room. Jackie and her crew made our wedding a huge success from the beginning to the end.The wedding proceeded as planned in every way. My guests even complimented on how delicious the buffet's food. Although choosing a wedding location wasn't easy, we're glad we made the right choice. Highly recommended!

We loved having our wedding here and Jackie (the venue's coordinator) is far and beyond the #1 reason why. She is SO kind, communicative, knowledgable, helpful, detail-oriented, and dependable. Give this woman a raise! She helped keep us organized and promptly answered any questions leading up to the event, and guided us through things the day of. She was so attentive and kind, like when I spilled my drink on myself as soon as I sat down for dinner and she immediately went and got me a replacement. She even left us a heartfelt handwritten note in a gift bag in the hotel room. It was really nice having a wedding where most things were provided by the venue (linens, candles, an aisle runner, etc.). It was like 102 degrees the day of our wedding and the Sierra Ballroom's A/C was great - stayed nice and cool. We chose the bigger ballroom instead of the cute Grand Pavilion because it had more room and were glad we did. We had 130 people and it felt nicely filled up, but not crowded. We were able to pay a little extra to have our wedding go until 11pm which was nice. We didn't love the food at the tasting but Jackie assured us it would be better for the wedding, and it was! The food was good and a lot of people said they liked it a lot. Super convenient having a wedding at a hotel where everyone can stay there. And you can hit up Sutter St. after too!

Ashley, Jackie, and the entire wedding team went above and beyond to make our wedding memorable and flawless. From the rehearsal to the rehearsal dinner, to the reception setup and dining team, there was not a single detail that was not perfectly executed. I cannot possibly express how wonderfully perfect they made our wedding. We don’t have to worry or stress about a single thing. We expressed our wants for the wedding and the entire team worked together to provide us with a special and stress free celebration. I cannot say enough good about them

Jackie Mendoza was excellent at helping plan my New Years Eve Wedding!!!! This almost all inclusive venue made planning easy, low stress and perfect. The food was delicious and because I did a late night wedding Jackie worked with me on a non traditional style menu of hors d'oeuvres. Jackie also worked with us to choose the right bar option that would be most cost efficient for our wedding. The night of the wedding she showed up, made sure everything was set up and ready to go and made sure I was Introduced to the staff that was working my wedding.

Lake Natoma inn has SO much to offer! Their packages include everything except the photographer, officiant, dj and florist but they literally cover everything else. Jackie makes everything easy from the get go. She listens to what you want and need and makes it happen. We are so lucky to have been able to have our wedding at such a beautiful venue! Ps give Jackie a raise!

We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had with Lake Natoma Inn!

I have a friend in the wedding business and called her in a panic when my daughter gave me 3 months to plan her wedding. None of the venues I was looking at really felt like “us” and my friend kindly talked me down and suggested I check out the Lake Natoma Inn, among other places. My daughter fell in love on our first visit; it had exactly the vibe she was looking for.

For her June wedding with 60 guests, we chose the Garden Patio and the adjacent Sutter Room. It was the perfect venue for us. The garden was beautiful, the property well maintained, the staff attentive and professional.

Jackie was our assigned wedding coordinator and she was a delight to work with. From the beginning she was transparent with costs and schedules and she kindly and patiently walked us through all of the details, even when we were feeling indecisive. The venue worked with our budget, dietary preferences, and food allergies.

Multiple guests have thanked us for the invitation and said that this was the best wedding they’d been to in a long time - that it felt just right and so joyful. (Many specifically complemented the food, even the broccoli!)

Jackie and the team at Lake Natoma Inn were amazing. The food was delicious, the location was beautiful, the staff was so attentive. In fact, I was surprised at how little she and I needed to communicate on the day of the event! Jackie had collected everything ahead of time and we were able to relax and enjoy the day. And what a wonderful day it was.

First off, this venue is beautiful! They really went above and beyond my expectations. The staff were all really friendly and understanding about how stressful weddings are and were fully prepared to take on any task that needed to be done. We had the ceremony and reception in their pavilion room and it was amazing! The food and drinks were all part of the package deal and everything went smoothly because of them. I can not thank them enough for making our wedding day so easy and fun!

Everyone at LNI was fantastic to work with from Ashley and Erin the wedding coordinators, to the wait staff, to the hotel staff, to Jason who was in charge of our reception. It was all magical.

The Staff was amazing especially the banquet captain . He made sure my husband and I had food and drinks at all times. The food was amazing and the bartender was on his game . My wedding day went off without a hitch .

We were in the outdoor arbor area. The coordinator and staff were friendly and helpful. The venue is close to Lake Natoma for great photo ops.

Lake Natoma Inn was absolutely amazing!! They blew us out of the water with great service we received from them. From the very beginning from showing us around, till the very end of our wedding night. Erin L went way above and beyond with being our wedding coordinator!! She helped with so many things including knowing what to do with family drama and all sorts of inevitable curve balls. I cannot thank her enough for what she did for my husband and I!! I highly recommend the lake Natoma Inn. Everyone raved about the venue, the food, and the service!!

For everything included, the absolute best price I found. . .and breathtaking. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

We worked with Ashley and she was absolutely on top of her A game from the moment we looked at the venue to the after the wedding. She walked us threw every step and answered every email even with the same questions I probably asked her a billion times. Lake Natoma inn is a beautiful place to have your wedding. They even do a food tasting- The food went over my expectations and all the guest as well. "The food was amazing" Before we walked out for the Ceremony we met Dave - He really took care of us from greeting us with drinks right after the ceremony to saving us appetizers and had the staff make plates for us so they made sure we ate on our wedding day not once but twice since they sent a nice bottle of champagne and boxes of food for my husband and I. The suite for the night is a must book! Also, they provide pretty much everything and for the price it was honestly a steal. I could go on and on about this venue, but I think you get the point!

My husband and I were married at Lake Natoma Inn in November 2017. I had looked at a few other places previously and between incredibly high prices and a lack of customer service, we were beginning to get a little discouraged. Ashley picked up the phone the first time I called and was flexible with meeting me the same day I had called. To top it off, she was incredibly friendly as well as patient with all of my questions. She even encourage us to attend their food tasting the next weekend even though it was meant for booked couples only. We attended the food tasting and were impressed with the food, the service and the ambiance of the Gazebo and the Pavilion. We reserved our date and started planning our wedding!
Ashley kept in touch leading up to the big day and was always full of ideas and insight. We met a few weeks prior to the wedding to create a first draft of the timeline for that day. Her knowledge and breakdown of the day brought things to our attention that we hadn't thought of and reminded us that there were still little details that needed to be sorted out. She was there for us during the wedding rehearsal AND on our wedding day. She made the entire process so easy-our wedding was perfect!
Our Banquet Captain, Christian, was wonderful as well. He was constantly checking in with us to see if we needed anything. He kept our glasses full and even provided us with a few boxes of food since I didn't have much time to eat (this was a lifesaver!). AND, just as we had experienced at the food tasting, the food on our wedding day was delicious! Nearly two months later and I am still hearing compliments of how impeccable the staff and food was at my wedding.
To top it off, we had a lot of out of town guests that had the opportunity of staying overnight at the hotel. My wedding was on a Sunday and many of our friends and family arrived on Saturday. It is the perfect location for out-of-town guests. Plenty to do, within walking distance, for anyone!

I chose Lake Natoma Inn as our wedding venue after I had done extensive research on many venues in the Sacramento/greater Sacramento area and it is by far the best place I could have asked for! They have many options for ceremony and reception sites and are willing to work with you to make your wedding day amazing! We got married near the gazebo in front of a beautiful fountain with flowers and trees creating the perfect backdrop to say, "I do!" Our reception was in the Pavillion and I can tell you personally that you will fall in love with the draped ceilings and chandeliers! These physical features made our day special, but the truly incredible thing about this venue is its amazing staff! I honestly can't say enough about the staff here. It's impossible to do justice to Erin, the director, or Dave, our banquet captain, in words. They are both incredible and I am so glad that I chose LNI as my venue because of them! Erin is the director at LNI and she is fantastic! Every detail throughout the entire process was handled with excellent care, organization, and professionalism! Erin was wonderful with communication and planning throughout the whole process! She has this whole wedding thing down to an art and made sure our ceremony went smoothly and exactly as planned. Our banquet captain, Dave, was just as wonderful! From the moment I met him, he made sure that I was relaxed and taken care of and made it clear that he would do anything to make sure we enjoyed our special day! He and his crew did not disappoint as they managed and ran our reception. They made sure that everything was taken care of -- Dave made sure we each had whatever we wanted or needed throughout the whole day. Additionally, the food was wonderful and our guests loved it! Thank you to Erin, Dave, and the whole staff for making our special day as incredible as I dreamed it would be! I can not say enough good things about Lake Natoma Inn and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

We chose Lake Natoma Inn for a multitude of reasons, but having reflected now on our ceremony and reception, we are even happier that we chose Lake Natoma Inn for our wedding! We had many guests coming from out of town, so it was wonderful to have a central location for everyone to stay (and such a great location in Old Folsom!) and with such easy access to the ceremony and reception! We had our wedding outside and it was so beautiful and romantic! They had flowers planted over and above the flowers we purchased from the florist, and it was so green and spring-feeling. Our reception was right next door, and EVERYONE commented on how good the food was! Ashley was our wedding coordinator and she was very helpful and accommodating. Dave was the head server during the reception and we could not have been taken care of any better! When we got back to our room, the staff had put together food for us (complete with utensils to eat with!) so we could enjoy a meal before going to bed. The venue was great for both the ceremony and reception, but the value is even better! I looked at other venues in the area, but Lake Natoma Inn provided a fantastic wedding experience at a very reasonable price which allowed us to invite more guests. I'm not sure there is a thing I would change about how our wedding went. Thank you to Lake Natoma Inn staff, especially Ashley and Dave!

We love this place! They were amazing! Erin, our coordinator took such great care of us and made sure everything went smoothly. The staff was frIendly and helpful. Lake Natoma Inn and their Staff did an Excellent Job from Start to Finish for us. We have been staying at Lake Natoma Inn for the last 6-7 years when we travel to Folsom. This is what made us decide on having our Wedding and Reception at Lake Natoma Inn. The Wedidng Coordinator Julie, Pat (Director of Sales, All the Hotel Staff (Front Desk) and Banquet Staff were Awesome. Very Attentive. Always followed up and kept in contact thru all our planning stages. Lake Natoma Inn and Folsom Area Surrounding is perfect-more to see, do all in walking distance.

We just had our reception here in October 2015. We worked with Julie throughout the whole process and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was a DIY bride so she offered up ideas, etc. when needed. They were very accommodating to changes as well. The food tasted great - even a lot of our guests raved about it too. The staff was also very helpful and nice and made sure the groom and I had food, drinks, etc. Overall everyone did a great job in making our reception awesome! I would definitely recommend Lake Natoma Inn to anyone looking for a venue. Especially their "Pavilion" room. With the draped ceilings, chandeliers, and new carpet, it definitely has an elegant wedding feel. Plus, it's walking distance to the Folsom bars after :)

We had our wedding at the Lake Natoma Inn this August, and we could not have been happier with our choice! I researched 50+ different venues all over Northern California, and given what we were looking for (outdoor garden ceremony site, indoor banquet room, and guest accommodations at the same location or close by), LNI was the clear winner for both quality and value. What we didn't expect was that the staff were also OUTSTANDING, leading to a stress-free wedding planning experience and perfect wedding day!

Erin was our wedding coordinator, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout all the wedding planning. She was also terrific on the wedding day itself: friendly, calm, knowledgeable, flexible, and making sure everything ran smoothly.

We had a number of special requests (dietary restrictions, timing, etc.), and the LNI staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Given how many weddings we know they do, we were impressed with the great care that they take for each and every couple!

We had our ceremony on the Patio (a beautiful garden, with greenery and flowers everywhere), and it was breathtaking. At first, the little paranoid part of me worried that we might hear outside noise from the pool (it was a hot day), hotel guests, cars, etc...... but we didn't hear a peep! It ended up being sheltered/secluded enough that we felt like nothing existed apart from our wedding.

The banquet food was delicious and an amazing value, and the bar package prices are excellent too. Rooms had all the amenities and were reasonably priced.

The main downside is that they are open to doing multiple weddings in one day, but the spaces are separate enough (and they stagger the timing), so I don't think it would cause any issues. Luckily, we were the only wedding that day (a Sunday), so we didn't even have to worry about it, and the staff was extra flexible with timing, space, etc.

Lake Natoma Inn is an amazing venue for a wedding! Gorgeous views from the hotel and great for wedding guests to stay entertained. Julie the coordinator and Dave the banquet captain are INCREDIBLE!! They were so accommodating and so easy to work with. They made our day so special!

The Lake Natoma Inn was the perfect setting for our wedding, reception and as a hotel for our out of town guests. The outdoor patio setting for the ceremony was beautiful and the reception area was immediately adjacent to the patio. All our guests raved about the great food at the reception. All of the staff with whom we worked were very thorough and professional in their jobs and also fun to work with. We highly recommended this venue.

Lake Natoma Inn is a great place for your event. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and focused on making me and my husband happy with the services they were providing. They have two beautiful ceremony sites. They give you the freedom to decorate however you'd like and to also design your own meal choices. I also loved how they provide a complimentary room for the bride and groom and offer discounts to guests who choose to stay there as well.

This venue has absolutely nothing wrong with it! I have no complaints what-so-ever with them! Erin is an absolutely wonderful director of weddings. She will help you anytime, anywhere, with anything you need! I couldn't possibly imagine my wedding going smoothly without her! I am so grateful for Lake Natoma's Services! I would recommend this place over and over again!!

Lake Natoma Inn's Pavillion was the location for my reception. Erin, the wedding coordinator, was amazing! She was prepared and had everything ready, down to the last detail. We had our cocktail hour outside in the gazebo area, which was lit with sparkly lights. We then moved into the Pavillion, the tented event room. Everything was perfect, I recommend Lake Natoma to everyone!

Lake Natoma Inn is a fantastic wedding venue! I worked with Christina throughout the planning process – she is great as well. She is super responsive to any questions or emails, and even as the wedding got closer, she was always available for questions or changes, etc. I never felt like a bother to her. They were very flexible on the buffet options as well – we didn’t really care for the lasagna and they allowed us to switch the food out with another option without charging us extra. They really are there to meet your needs and do what they can to make your day perfect. The day of the wedding ran smooth as well – she was there to coordinate the ceremony, and then the banquet manager pretty much handles the reception. They were great in making sure people knew when to eat, checked in with my husband and I throughout the reception to ensure we had everything we needed, etc. They were super attentive and very easy to work with. The food was excellent!

Just a heads up in regards to the ceremony, LNI does not have any microphones for your minister performing the ceremony. Our DJ didn’t have one either, so our ceremony was performed with no microphone, and some guests commented it was a little difficult to hear, as we are close to Folsom Blvd so you could hear some traffic. I’d highly recommend renting a suite (especially for the girls) the night before – these rooms are great, and overlook the ceremony venue. They are spacious and plenty of room to get ready the next morning. Plus if you’re lucky you get to watch a wedding from your room the night before yours.  All of our guests staying at the hotel indicated their rooms were great with comfortable beds as well, so it’s great for out of town guests. I would definitely recommend LNI for anybody looking for a wedding venue!

Erin was the best. She made planning a wedding easy I enjoyed chatting with her and she always had great ideas for us. The venue is beautiful and the staff really bends over backwards for you. My husband and I even were sent home with two boxes of food and a bottle of champagne for our hotel room!

The lovely thing about the Lake Natoma Inn is that you get to just show up the day of your wedding. There is a wedding coordinator and the chairs, food, and everything is included in the price. I wouldn't have changed anything!

Lake Natoma Inn is a great place to choose, especially if you want to have a small, intimate cost-efficient wedding. Their venue coordinators - especially Erin - are fabulous and will ensure that your wedding day goes as planned. I could not have picked a better place. Even my husband - who had no idea what to expect because he played no role in planning - thought it was fabulous! I also received many compliments from other vendors who attended.

Everyone at the LNI was amazing. They were accommodating and so professional. They went above and beyond to help put together the wedding of our dreams. The Coordinator Erin was sensational. They were AWESOME!! They were easy to work with and were well set-up for weddings. They made our wedding planning so much easier because they handled many details like the food, tablecloths & linens, silverware, dancefloor, servers, bar, etc. The food was excellent. The whole experience was great. The ceremony locations were beautiful, we got married on the patio. Our reception was in the Grand Pavillion, and it was perfectly set-up and catered.

The Wedding Director at Lake Natoma Inn was extremely helpful with each step of the process. She had answers to my questions before I even asked them. She was very much in tune with the concepts that we had for our Ceremony and Reception. I was e-mailing her a ton two to one week before the Wedding and she responded quickly - helping calm my nerves and stresses. I recommend this venue to anyone looking for a site in the Folsom/El Dorado Hills area.

I had always seen pictures online and heard from friends how fabulous it is, but I wasn't prepared for how beautiful it really is. The pictures online do not do it justice. I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful setting for my intimate spring wedding. The staff is wonderful! After many of my phone calls going unanswered at other local sites, I was impressed and excited when Erin called me back less than an hour later. The customer service and expertise that she has is beyond belief. Not only was I impressed with Erin, but on the night of my wedding the banquet staff was phenomnal! No wonder everyone I know has gotten married here. If you are looking for a site that really focuses on you and makes your day everything that you imagined, I reccomend that you come here first!

We were VERY happy with the service we received at the Lake Natoma Inn! They provided a beautiful reception for us with amazing food and beverages. Everything was just as we imagined it to be! They were so nice to us, and even let us extend the reception another hour since we had do many guests. We stayed the night in their honeymoon suite, which was amazing. In the morning, we observed out-of-town guests strolling through the bike trail along the lake and enjoying themselves, all from the veiw off one of our terraces. We couln't have asked for anything more!

The Lake Natoma Inn was the first venue we looked at and fell in love. The staff was really helpfull and it's beautiful. They were more than helpfull and very knowledgable. The food was very good too.

As beautiful as our wedding venue was we also decided to get a reception venue as well. My wife and I wanted to go all out. It was breathtaking to see all the food at the reception venue. After our wedding the guests all arrived at the Lake Natoma Inn for the festivities afterwards. The staff was so courteous and friendly to everyone. The food was all set up, as was the dance floor, the band, everything! They set up everything beautifully and did a great of setting up and taking the stuff down afterwards. They were prompt and made sure everything was going according to plan. I'm glad we got the reception venue and it wasn't that expensive as well. I would go back again if I am ever in the neighborhood. Thanks again!

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and location! We were able to have a beautiful garden wedding with an attentive staff and delicious food. They worked well with the vendors and made our day practically worry free.

The staff at Lake Natoma Inn are very friendly and helpful. I never felt like I was being bullied or pushed in a certain direction. On the actual day, everything ran smoothly. The wedding coordinator is there before and after the ceremony and then the reception manager takes care of everything at the reception. Having our wedding at Lake Natoma Inn made the day absolutely stress free for both of us.

I had a few set backs with the d.j. but they made sure everything went well. Erin is awesome to work with!!

I wouldn't change a thing about our wedding day. It went so well and so much of that was thanks to our incredible venue. Ashley was always there to help with anything we needed. They were extremely flexible with us and the value was excellent for what we got(though disclaimer: we did get a 50% off of the reception cost deal when we initially booked). The only downside was the food, as we didn't get to do any tastings(COVID prevented both of our scheduled times, meaning we had to cancel) so we had to kinda guess what would be good. My husband couldn't eat, as he is allergic to dairy, but they did let us bring in food for him and use their fridge. I also want to mention they were fantastic and attentive during the day as well. Ashley was there for the first half getting everything ready, then she made sure to introduce me to her replacement for the rest of the day. I believe his name was Iris? But I'm not positive. He was an absolute sweetheart and fantastic. I remember finally getting to eat, the sun was right on my husband and I as we sat at our sweetheart table. and before we even had time to think about it, Iris was over asking if we'd like to move to the gazebo in the shade. So awesome.

I also want to mention: The location is lovely. There is a trail right along the lake for pictures before the ceremony and the venue itself, whichever side you use is gorgeous. We were lucky enough to be able to use both sides, as no one else had anything planned that day(Tuesday weddings do have their bonuses!). It was great because we were able to have extra distance available for our guests.

Excellent the day making sure everything was set up but was told we could get into the reception hall anytime in the moring. The first time we went down at 7 to set up we were told it would be an hour to be able to start set up. Bride had to complain and we got in at 730. But that was a stress a bride did not need the day of!

We got married at Lake Natoma Inn and had a WONDERFUL experience. It's an affordable, beautiful place, and the wedding coordinators (Erin LoBue and Christina Menth) are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

The food was great, and the banquet captain (Jane) was SO sweet and attentive! She saved for us a bottle of champagne and to-go boxes of food and dessert for us to enjoy for dinner!

It is AWESOME having professionals take care of your wedding and NOT have to rent tables and chairs, rent linens, test caterers, hire a coordinator, etc... AND PLUS, guests LOVE not having to drive between the ceremony and reception!

The area around the hotel are beautiful-- the antique shops and the trail leading down to the lake...

It was the most memorable day of our lives, and we are SO grateful for the LNI staff for that!!!

Lake Natoma Inn is a beautiful Hotel and the area surrounding it is great for out of town guest due to the quality of shops & dining options. The staff at the Inn were very helpful & nice. Although Lake Natoma Inn wasn’t a fit for my fiancé and myself I would still recommend it so anyone who is looking to get married at a hotel with a all inclusive option, wedding, catering, hotel blocking for out of town guest, & shopping.

We mostly worked with Christina at Lake Natoma Inn. She was terrific, as were all the other staff that were part of our wedding day. The venue was in our budget (which was tight) but did not feel "cheap". Yes, they are a bit of a "wedding mill", but in their favor, this means they've really got this thing down and it all goes very smoothly!! The food was good and the presentation was above our expectations. The outdoor ceremony areas are beautiful and provide a great backdrop for photos. We liked having the ceremony and reception at the same venue (a convenience for our guests) and we loved that it is walking distance into downtown Folsom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the banquet staff at the reception. We would recommend Lake Natoma Inn for your wedding event.

Lake Natoma Inn was a great venue. The garden is well kept, the staff was very accessible and the reception location Pavillion was beautiful.

We used Lake Natoma Inn for our honeymoon. It was absolutely beautiful and romantic. Our room was large and had a jaccuzi tub in the bedroom. The staff was professional and helpful in bringing us things we needed, printing out maps for us of places to eat, etc. The following day we were able to walk around town and look at all the ittle antiquey shops and restaraunts. It is such a cute little town and the hotel is beautiful and sits right on the lake with trails that you can walk around on and just enjoy the view.

Delicious wedding food! Many rooms to choose from for reception. Our ceremony was at the gazebo patio and at sunset it was gorgeous. The coordinator was very professional and helpful with any questions that came up during the plannin process.

We loved our wedding at Lake Natoma Inn! The current wedding sales coordinator, Christina, was absolutely awesome to work with. She was genuine and incredibly helpful, and definitely a calming presence as the ceremony approached. The hotel and nearby Historic Folsom were super convenient and also a nice setting to spend the weekend with our family and friends in. All of our vendors, with the exception of the baker, were perferred vendors from Lake Natoma Inn and left our guests impressed and the hubby and I satisfied. I heard a few comments from guests about reception staff - unfriendly bar tender, witnessed frosting swipes (prior to the cake cutting) by wait staff - but overall, everyone was impressed with the venue, the food and for our party animal friends, the full bar we sprang for. Depsite a few things, which are just stories to tell and retell anyway, we are still glowing from such a wonderful weekend.

This was a great venue to have both the wedding ceremony and reception. The only bad point was that our contact quit the company the week of our wedding and we weren't notified that our contact had changed.

I was very dissapointed with this venue. We had our wedding on a Friday when the next day was completely booked. We were completely ignored on the day of our wedding. The even held rehearsals in our ceremony site 30 minutes before the wedding started. The party was touching everything and drinking the water put out for our guests. We didn't see our coordinator until right before we were supposed to walk down the isle. The food was taken away too early at the dinner service. The staff started taking down things before our scheduled end time. I was very disheartened considering everyone was so nice to us up until our actual wedding day.

Prior to the wedding everyone was very friendly. I was uneasy about signing the contract because when I asked questions their answers were affirmative but they would not put it in writing.

I am the mother of the bride and I was paying for the wedding and signed the contract and asked them to deal with me and they periodically dealt with my daughter instead which then caused confusion and problems.

I told there wedding coordinator to not put any nuts in the salad and to put them separate in a bowl on three different occasions because some of the guests had extreme nut allergies and could die. However, on the day of the wedding the nuts were mixed in the salad.

The day of the wedding was a disaster and they made me miss part of my daughters wedding and brought me to tears.

First of all the so called wedding coordinator either knew very little about the wedding ceremony or just didn't do her job. The minister had to take over and if he didn't the ceremony would have been a disaster.

On the day of the wedding, the chairs were wet and I had to ask the staff 3 times before someone came out to wipe them. If it hadn't been for my sister in law, the groomsman would have walked out without their boutonnieres. During the reception, the wedding coordinator was nowhere in site and the staff was unresponsive.

The food was supposed to be available for seconds as discussed and yet it was removed before anyone had a chance to get any. I took very little food the first time expecting to go back and the food was removed and I only had 3 items and left the wedding starved after paying all of those thousands.

They started clearing the tables to prepare for their next guests before the wedding even ended. I missed the last part of the wedding because the staff stared removing all of our stuff and putting it outside. I had to get involved before everything was lost. Consequently close to 10 gifts disappeared, flower vases were broken for which I was financially responsible for plus I missed my own daughters wedding. The wedding coordinator was no where in sight. The wedding ended with me crying because of Natoma Inn's actions.

I felt that they owed me a partial refund for removing the food early and not allowing for any seconds as was verbally agreed to plus all of the other short comings. When I contacted them, they put all the blame on me. Even the part about the nuts. Everything was denied.

Therefore, if you still decide to have your wedding here make certain that every item is in writing in spite of verbal assurance of the smiling ladies. Everything will be denied that is not written down no matter how many times you discussed this with the wedding coordinators.

In addition, at the rehearsal on the day before the wedding, I sat down on their bench and it broke. I was seriously physically injured. I am still in medical treatment. When their insurance company contacted me, they tried to find a way to blame me for the breakage of the bench when all I did was sit on it.
