  "After 42 years of service in Alexandria City Public Schools, I took the plunge into retirement. To my surprise, my children planned a very intimidate retirement celebration with the help of LAPE'P. Every detail of the reception was exceptionally beautiful. The floating candle centerpieces crafted by Alexis Jackson, were simple yet stylish. Thanks to Helga's Catering of McLean, Virginia the food was a culinary delight and their service was amazing. The tasty treat desserts by Jackie Adams were the star of the show.   Thanks to the entire LA Platinum Event Planning (LAPEP) Staff our evening wedding was Amazing, Beautiful, Classy, Dazzling, Elegant, Fantastic, Glamorous, Gorgeous, Magnificent, Pretty, Splendid, Stylish, and Wonderful!   Working with Ms. Jackson of LAPEP was nothing short of amazing!! I call her the "Decor Diva." Her ideas were absolutely wonderful!! She worked with me on creating very classy and upscale decor for my 40th birthday party. She hit every category with 5s for me!! Her attention to detail and desire to make sure your event looks and feels like you envision are what make her a sought after event planner and decor designer. As a planner myself, I didn't want to plan or do my own decorating so I hit up LAPEP and voila, she worked her magic! Please do visit her website for the 40th birthday pics and DO book her for your next event!! She won't disappoint! ;-)

  I would highly recommend LA Platinum Event Planning for any party planning need. Our designated planner, Alexis, went above and beyond to research all possible venues in the area, including the identification of points of contacts, venue details, costs, etc. All aspects of the plans were constantly changing, but she remained flexible and never for a moment got frustrated. In the end, the event was better than anyone could have asked for and the cherry on top were the personalized cupcakes she arranged for with an edible version of our organization's logo, even with the new branding, placed on each one. She provided excellent service towards a successful event and we have the pictures to prove it!

  Linda and Alexis were great to work with. They are both eager to assist with planning as needed. I got two coordinators for the price of one. Alexis had some really nice ideas on decor and was able to help bring my vision into reality. Linda was great at the day of wedding coordination. I did not have to lift a finger on the day of the wedding. The event turned out beautifully. Thanks LA Platinum Event PLanning!
