  Exquisite!

  Jill and her team are the absolute best. This was a second marriage for us and we wanted an intimate wedding for 80 near our home in the Santa Ynez Valley. Jill came highly recommended by a friend and, as we went through the process, every vendor, every person we met asked who our planner was and responded with "I love Jill" and we know why. She is so expert, professional, and calm. She provided us with a list of vendors to choose from, provided counsel, planned the perfect decor and lighting, and thought of any contingency we may need. On the day of she and her team ran a seamless event and we did nothing but enjoy our love, friends, and family! She is extraodinary!

  We hired Jill for our wedding in Alacati, Turkey. First of all, she was very professional and kind. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire preparation process, helping me stay on track and find our perfect dream team! She really listened and understood what was important and meaningful to us and everything was exactly as we wanted! We had the most amazing time during the wedding because we didn’t have to worry!🤍 Thank you very much for taking all the burden off my shoulders and allowing me to get married with a wedding beyond my dreams! Our families are forever grateful to you and so are we!

  The Most Perfect Destination Wedding

  Jill came highly recommended to us by friends and we are beyond grateful we listened and hired her. She was so awesome to work with!! We had a destination wedding in Hawaii for our daughter and she went above and beyond to find all our vendors and make sure everything went smoothly. We had a year of planning where she answered every email, text and phone call immediately and always with the happiest attitude, which kept us at ease the whole time. When the wedding weekend finally arrived she made sure everything went without a glitch. We never worried knowing Jill had it all under control. And Wow!!!! She got our vision to a tea. It was exactly as we had hoped. We literally were blown away that the welcome party and whole wedding ceremony and reception was 100% what we had in mind. I can’t recommend Jill enough. A true professional with the sweetest demeanor. You would be lucky to have her and by the way her son Jake is an incredible videographer too :) Kristin Poulsen

  We hired Jill for our wedding at Alisal Ranch last October 2023. Jill made the entire process seamless with her attention to detail, incredible timeliness, and professionalism.   The Best Wedding Planner

  Working with Jill was the best decision we could have made in planning our wedding! We had already found our venue and we knew we wanted a full service planner. Picking Jill was easy - as easy as it was to talk to her, get to know her, and realize she was the perfect person to handle all the questions and details and stress of the process. We didn't necessarily have the strongest vision for our wedding other than wanting to prioritize our guests' experience and keep the aesthetic minimal but meaningful and elegant, so Jill made for the perfect collaborator. Without ever overwhelming us, she found vendors who worked within our budget and growing vision for the wedding day. During the planning process I had more questions and changes about anything that could possibly come up, and Jill was not only patient but superbly organized and quick to respond. She never left a doubt in my naturally very indecisive mind that whatever we would end up choosing would be just right for us. When the day came, it was absolute bliss to hand over the reins and live completely in the moment. As someone who tends to overthink or worry about how everyone else is doing, having Jill allowed me to remain present the entire time. On top of mastering the orchestration of the day, she was equally as present and encouraging every step of the way. Without a doubt, feeling at ease that a professional is in charge is one thing, but feeling like you also have a dear friend by your side as happy as you are is indescribable. Of course, any hiccups of the day were small and hardly noticeable. The foundation for which Jill builds up your confidence in the success and happiness of your wedding day is through months of patience, positivity, attention to detail/bigger picture, a highly honed skill set, and trust. Her expertise is not to be missed for any event planning opportunity. We could not recommend her more!

  I highly recommend Jill if you are looking for a wedding planner- she is the absolute best! My husband completely agrees as well-we both loved working with her. Throughout the whole process, she was honest, responsive, extremely organized, provided practical guidance and advice on whatever we needed her help with and we trusted everything was in good hands right away when we started working together. She gave us many vendors to choose from and her design expertise literally helped our vision come to life - everything was BEAUTIFUL. One thing I didn't think about when considering a planner was how much of a role they will have on your big day, in addition to everything leading up to it. On wedding day, Jill was so calm, helped with every last minute detail, and fun! As the bride I felt so comfortable around her and so did our families and bridal parties.   The BEST wedding planner a bride could ask for!

  Connor and I had the most wonderful experience with Jill as our wedding planner. Being local to our wedding venue location, she provided all the best vendor recommendations and knew the venue's ins and outs (Alisal Guest Ranch) like the palm of her hand. She was ALWAYS prompt to respond to our many questions with a helpful answer. As the bride, Jill made me feel so comfortable on our actual wedding day. The event ran without a flaw! We are so grateful for all her support and wish we could do it all over again!

Jill took on the challenge, treated us like VIP clients, and leveraged her strong industry relationships to create the absolute wedding of our dreams (on a budget). Jill went above and beyond to make this the BEST DAY ever. Several guests commented on how this was the best wedding they have ever attended, which is due to Jill. We HIGHLY recommend Jill and can’t eat enough about her professionalism, her responsiveness, her patience, and her execution- you CANT go wrong with having Jill by your side.

  If there is one thing that we can say about Jill is that she deeply cares about what you want as a couple. Between the time that we hired Jill to the day of our wedding, she spent several hours over the phone with us (at our request - we are detail-oriented) and she was totally game.
  
  If you want to hire someone that is a team player and that will make your dream day into a reality, then do yourself a solid a hire Jill. You'll be happy you did - it's worth the investment.

She helps with any questions and provides budgeting and planning checklist documents to help along the way. On the day of our wedding everything was taken care of so I could just focus on saying "I Do!"!   If you are not hiring Jill to be your wedding planner then what the heck are you doing?
  
  I found Jill via The Knot and to such glowing reviews and pictures from her past weddings she has planned. I knew she needed to be our day of planner and also our ultimate resource for vendors in Santa Barbara. Meeting with her was essential and key because we wanted her to see who we were as a couple and how we were envisioning our wedding day.
  
  From meeting her in October to the actual day, she was so transparent and accessible via email (which I prefer when it comes to communication) and text leading up to the day. I did follow the checklist from the Knot and she wanted to make sure she was in the loop when it came to our vendor choices because in the end, she corralled all of the vendors together, created the most extensive day of timeline (btw, my photographer was super impressed with) down to the very little details.
  
  My advice to the brides out there, please trust your planners and trust your vendors -- especially Jill. I knew she was the expert and has seen it all. The only thing I requested from her was not to know the big mistakes and just to let me be like Dory from Finding Nemo. I think our relationship was fantastic because I did not demand or go bride-zilla on her or anyone I worked with. Treat them with love, respect and kindness, you will get the best wedding ever.
  
  Jill, thank you again for your support, love and energy, you made this day happen & I am so sad it's over!

  Jill was excellent, would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a planner. Her attention to detail and preparation before the big day was unparalleled, our wedding truly would not have been the same with out her. Additionally, she is a pleasure to work with and be around!   Jill was really easy to work with, super responsive, great taste, not pushy and very willing to do whatever was needed. Our wedding day went super smoothly, and we were so grateful for her presence.

  My wedding was hands down the best weekend of my life and even most of our guests lives. It was perfectly planned and executed and I'm a producer so my entire job is to plan and execute. It was so comforting to have everything taken care of and all I had to do was sit back and have fun with my friends and family. I've had so many friends try to do it themselves and they were stressed and panicked on their wedding day which is exactly what you don't want. I can't say enough great things about Jill and her team. From the production of it to the styling, it was exactly what I wanted and more. Absolute perfection!
