Heaven Sent

Jessica and her team were absolute lifesavers. I recently hosted a wedding with 17 children between the ages of 1 and 7, and I truly cannot imagine the day without the Wedding Sitters team.

They helped care for the bride and groom’s children while everyone was getting ready, kept the kids entertained, got them dressed for the ceremony, helped them down the aisle, and smoothly stepped in whenever a child needed a break. As the night went on, they somehow managed to keep the kids completely engaged with an endless lineup of activities like LEGOs, crafts, games, sand art, and even a bounce house.

The kids had the best time, and the parents got to actually relax and enjoy the wedding. It was such a gift. They were genuinely one of the most talked-about parts of the event. If you are considering hiring them, do it. They are worth every penny.

Wedding Sitter Made My Wedding Magical!!!

I got married in September 2023 and we were having a hard time deciding if we should allow kids of not! We had a lot of family coming from other states and there was a ton of small kids coming and I didn't know enough sitters to watch them plus my sister didn't feel comfortable leaving there small child with a random sitter they didn't know, well along came wedding sitter! I didn't even know this service existed. They were able to set up in the room close to the reception so my sister could go check on her baby anytime. All my family was so happy and we got great photos and memories that will last forever with all the little ones, without any kids disturbing the speeches or important moments.

Best wedding we have attended!!!

Hands down the best wedding we have attended (and we have attended a lot of them) mostly because of the wedding sitter service they had which helped us to have the kids at my brothers wedding but keep them busy and safe while we partied! These girl had a big team and a big room all decorated like a kids party and wow our kids had a blast and we did too!

Most Surprising and Needed Service!

We flew to California last June for my cousins wedding and oh boy were we surprised at the beautiful venue in Temecula, and all the unique services they had for us! We have small children and thought there was no way we would be having very much fun at this wedding….well to our surprise they had this wedding sitter service in a room next to the reception with 6 babysitter, all very knowledgeable with the little ones, and different stations set up for all the ages to stay occupied and busy! My 5 year old did not even want yo come out yo dance! They did arts and crafts, played games, had neat tee-pees set up and toys everywhere, they had baby item for my 6 month old and was able yo get her yo sleep in a pac n play. They had all the kids laughing and playing the whole time! We were able to have the best night ever and didn’t have to worry about the kids! Very impressed to see a service like this! I highly recommend everyone has this at there wedding!!!

Worth every penny... and it's not many!

Loved working with them. Beyond flexible to our many requests and changes, reasonably priced, so nice, and most importantly SOOO good with our little ones. It may seem like an added expense to have a sitter, but it is really an affordable way to tell your guests with kids you care about them having fun (and being able to dance without the kiddies!). Essential.

Wow! Wedding Sitter is a Dream

Wedding Sitters

I was so glad to have found this service for my daughters wedding! Planning this wedding during the pandemic has been VERY CHALLENGING!!! We have a very large family and all my grandchildren were able to go and had more fun then we did. We originally had invited 50 children and due to the up's and down's with COVID our guest list went up and down and we ended up having 30 children. The Wedding Sitting Team was the best EVER!! They were professional, pricing was reasonable, they brought so many activities, the kids had such a great time, it was hard to get them to leave for dances, etc. All my guests and their kids can't stop talking about how much fun they had at my daughters wedding!

Best Destination Family Wedding

I attended my brothers wedding with my two young girls. Wedding Sitter was recommended to us. I have never used a babysitter when traveling before. The sitter team was amazing! They made me so comfortable to leave my kids. They brought a bunch of toys and did arts and crafts, games, etc My girls had a blast and did not want to leave. My husband and I were able to enjoy my brothers wedding and be with family, so meaningful- I would definitely recommend their services.

Amazing service! Great feedback from the little ones!

Jessica was such a great person to work with. From the date I expressed interest she reserved the date for me and gave me time to figure out the final count for my little guests. So many parents were on the fence because as latino families they are accustomed to always bringing their kids to events but it all worked out great. The parents and kids that had feedback all said positive things. A few guests were added into the group halfway through the night and her team handled it very well. My niece loved the ice cream sundae station. Thank you so much Wedding Sitter for helping us entertain the little guests on our wedding night!

One of the best decisions we made!

The wedding sitter team is a 12 out of 10. Extremely easy to work with which is not an easy statement for a bride who is working full time, planning a wedding full time and a full time mom- all during COVID which had its own challenges because of the NYC mandate requirements that went into effect only a few weeks before our wedding date. The team was on time and fully prepared to receive the children. We had one couple that declined the use of their services initially and asked to keep the children with them at their table during the reception. Once they arrived at the venue and met the Wedding Sitter team, they said they felt extremely comfortable with the team’s level of professionalism and care. The room was transformed into a child friendly space, equipped with age appropriate entertainment (non screen time). And most importantly, they said the children said they had a wonderful time!

Don't leave children out of the wedding day, they are a part of the family too! Hire Jessica and her team instead!

LA Wedding Sitters is So Worth It!

LA Wedding Sitters was absolutely amazing! Jessica Flores was so responsive and helpful with coordinating all of the logistics and going over all of the details. LA Wedding Sitter provided our littlest guests with a comfortable, serene, safe, and fun environment with which to enjoy our wedding. Having LA Wedding Sitters Set up in a space available at our venue provided our parents who utilized their services with so much peace of mind and enabled the adults to fully enjoy our wedding. Each of the parents who used LA Wedding Sitters were so appreciative that we offered this service. We’d book LA Wedding Sitters again and again. They will make your wedding so much better, especially if you don’t want to put parents in a lurch with considering whether to leave younger guests at home, or weigh being able to attend your wedding. Great service for the best price!

Jessica Flores at Wedding Sitter's arranged a couple of sitters to come to our wedding for a great price. We got the basic service and I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the children at our wedding were entertained throughout the entire night with movies, games, and plenty of toys. We had a wonderful night and adults and parents were all able to enjoy the night without needing to worry about their children.

Jessica and her team were beyond amazing!!! They took care of all of our little guests and had no problems throughout the night as the adults had fun at the wedding. The planning process was stress-free as well. They are very responsive and their contract was very solid. Their flexibility really helped ease my stress as some guests had last minute add one, and Jessica was able to edit the contract and send me a new quote right away. Jessica was one of few vendors I actually had a great time planning with.

I had an honor to meet Jessica near the end of the reception when I finally had time to walk around, and she said that the kids all had a blast. I also asked around and the parents and kids all said it was a great idea and that the sitters were great. Jessica and her team went above and beyond to make sure our little guests and their parents were all well taken care of. They had a list of who was attending, and kept track of everyone in the room. I definitely recommend LA wedding sitters!

Outstanding!

LA Wedding Sitter was an outstanding addition to our wedding reception. We have many family and friends with young children, and wanted to include everyone. LA wedding sitter took care of every detail for the kiddos. There are so many pieces to address during the planning process, and it was awesome having it all taken care of. They were accommodating of our more than expected count, timely, and professional. This was the easiest decision I made with the planning. Most importantly, the kids had a blast (and parents too). Babysitting at my wedding

I have a very large family filled with young nieces, nephews, and cousins. Weddings tend to get chaotic in my family so we felt strongly that we wanted to provide a service for parents during the cocktail hour and dinner. La wedding sitter was terrific, worth every penny. They came prepared with everything to entertain the kids and worked with the makeshift space we had for them. Kids had a blast and parents got to enjoy dinner. Would do it again in a second.

I’m wayyy overdue on writing this review. LA Wedding Sitters serviced our wedding on January 20 in Pasadena. Jessica and her team were amazing! They went above and beyond! My reception ballroom was quite a walk away from the babysitting area in the sunroom, but LA wedding sitters did a wonderful job walking each child to and from the different areas. I’m so grateful for the service that was provided, the children of my family had a blast and were constantly entertained throughout our wedding. LA Wedding Sitter was the best choice I could have made for the kids attending our wedding! They made sure the kids were safe, had their meals, and most importantly had fun! I knew our sitter would bring toys and games but I had no idea she would be so prepared!!! We were expecting several children at my daughter’s wedding at Calamigos Ranch on November 10, and we were concerned about keeping the little guests happy and occupied late into the evening. Enter the LA Wedding Sitter! They swept into the venue before the ceremony, set up an amazing array of toys, games and snacks, and the kids had an amazing time! Even though the ages ranged from infant to 10, there was something for everybody to keep them amused. When my sister went up to check on her 5 year old daughter and ask her if she wanted to come dance, she refused to leave the sitter. The kids, and their parents (as well as the rest of the guests) had an amazing time thanks to LA Wedding Sitter. The service is not cheap, but in retrospect worth every penny.

Having Jessica and her crew made a world of difference at my son's wedding. The parents of the young children in attendance were thrilled that they kept the children engaged and happy so they could actually enjoy the festivities. Even family at the wedding without kids thought the service was marvelous. The toys and activities were age appropriate and bountiful so the kids never got bored. We had a space issue on the day of the wedding because of bad weather and Jessica figured out a solution on the fly that worked beautifully. I would hire LA Wedding Sitter again in a heart beat and for any occasion.

These girls are the best! This is a must have service for your weddings! I am so glad my mother-in-law got this service for us because we had so much family from back east come to our wedding with their little kids and it would have been a disaster to have them all at the boring reception parts, And no one wanted to leave there little ones in hotel rooms with random babysitters so this was so great- they could check on the kids anytime and they were just in the next room, yet they had so much fun stuff set up for them. I would give them 10 stars if possible!!!

Best thing we did was decide to have a wedding sitter at our wedding! We had 8 children at our wedding at the Ritz in Dana Point, CA and they had 5 great girls work and help us from start to finish with the kids. First they helped the girls get ready and do photos and then they helped us during the wedding and cocktail hour, then they took the girls to a suite and did all kinds of crafts and activities and feed them, etc! My husband and I were able to have an enjoyable night and yet we were able to still have our daughters and nieces present for the important moments. Thank you so much for the great work girls.

LA wedding sitters were excellent in every way. They were wonderful with the children: keeping them happy all evening with many games and activities and supervising them throughout the wedding ceremony, pictures and part of the reception. Parents and grandparents could concentrate on the wedding celebration without any worries. Everyone had a good time, knowing their little ones were in good hands. The unexpected arrival of two extra, small guests did not phase LA wedding sitters one bit. They just took it in their stride.
LA wedding sitters were able to provide exceptional care for all ages of children, including a baby. Most importantly, the kids just loved them.

We hired them for kids on our wedding day, to make sure kids will have their own good time and activities and will not be bored. This group was great! The kids had fun and had a great time. Everything went well. Jessica is very responsive.

Jessica and LA Wedding Sitter were amazing! We were struggling with the decision to invite kids or not to the wedding and hiring LA Wedding Sitter was the best of both worlds. Parents were able to bring their kids, drop them off with the sitters, and enjoy the wedding and reception without any worries about their kids (who were right upstairs from the reception). All of the fantastic reviews of LA Wedding Sitter sounded almost too good to be true, but all of the parents and kids at our wedding raved about Jessica and her team! Even one of our family's children who is only 2 and not very good with english yet (it's her 2nd language) had a great time with the sitters and felt very comfortable playing with her cousins and the sitters. Jessica brings so many toys and activities, great for all ages. We couldn't have been happier with her and her team, we highly recommend LA Wedding Sitter!

Jessica and the LA Wedding Sitter team did a great job entertaining a dozen "little guests" at our wedding. All the kids (from the 3 year olds to a 9 year old) had a great time. They didn't want to leave when the wedding was over!

They also did a great job of accommodating special requests (food allergies, changing venue, etc). I highly recommend them for any weddings (or other events) in the Los Angeles area.

L.A. Wedding Sitters were fantastic. I'm not sure who had more fun, the parents who had the peace of mind of knowing their kids were taken care of and got to enjoy an adult filled evening, and when they worried, they could visit their children; or, the kids who got to meet new friends, enjoy a night of video games, dancing, karaoke, and playing. The wedding sitters brought everything. A fun tent structure, cupcake decorating, video games and books. They were in charge of feeding the kids, entertaining them and keeping them safe. My husband and I went upstairs (the kid's had their own floor in our venue) and were so happy to see the kids having so much fun. I asked if they could supervise card making for the bride and groom, I would provide the blank cards and crayons. Wedding Sitters happily complied. They were a great investment for the wedding, if you can swing it you'll be so happy to have kids at your wedding.

What a find! I had never been to an event with professional babysitters before, but knew we'd need some help at our outdoor wedding with 15 kids. The venue had some dangerous areas, and many of their parents (my sisters) were in the wedding party -- so we needed the extra help. I had no idea how truly amazing this service would be! I've never seen my sisters so relaxed. They could just enjoy the evening without worrying at all about the kids. And the kids had a blast! The sitters brought so many cool activities to keep them entertained. The next morning, one of the kids was begging her dad to go back to play again! The sitters also helped the kids with their meals, made sure the kids were where they were supposed to be for the events and pictures, and kept the kids in line with great command, while also being fun. The event was a blast for the parents and kids alike. They were instrumental in making sure the evening was fun and relaxing. I'd hire them again in an instant!

Jessica and her team were amazing! This was a second marriage for my fiance who has a five year old son. We wanted the wedding to be meaningful and fun for him too - and for all the kids in our extended family. We have a lot of young children in our lives and we wanted them to enjoy the wedding too. The LA Wedding Sitter made it super fun for the kiddos and they had huge smiles all night long. They loved telling me all about the things they made and did. Their parents were thrilled to be able to have some adult time at the wedding, undistracted, and then take their happy kids home. It was so awesome beyond words. It was a highlight of our wedding and we got lots of compliments on the idea.

To Jessica and her amazing staff- what can I say except PERFECTION!
This was such a nice treat to be able to present a "date night package" to parents at our Music Festival & Concert. Everyone was so impressed that we had thought of everything, and that included an over the top Kids Care for our VIPS!

I was a guest at my close friend's wedding and was so happy that she chose this babysitting service. I couldn't believe the ratio of adults to children (I think there were at least 5 babysitters for 10 babies!), and the babysitters were really proactive about finding diapers amidst the chaos, labeling things, and most important, having a positive, fun attitude. Whenever I went to nurse my baby I heard them singing fun songs and playing games with the kids . . . they fed my baby (10 months) snacks I brought and also food served by the bride. Then, they gave him a little goody bag filled with fun stuff that really came in handy on our flight home to Boston. I give L.A. Wedding Sitters the highest recommendation. I wish I had been as thoughtful during my wedding planning (7 years ago!) to offer this service!

They showed up on time and sent me pictures of the children during the wedding. I did not get to go visit them as they were in a nearby room but I heard from the parents and the kids that they had a great time and from the look of the pictures, they really did!

I cannot recommend The LA Wedding Sitters enough, they were worth their weight in gold on our wedding day. All the children and babies had a great time and were very well looked after. All our guests commented on what a great idea it was for the children, it is very difficult for a child to sit through a wedding meal/speeches etc... and the LA Wedding Sitters are just increadible for solving this problem.

Jessica was very professional and communication was always excellent leading up to our big day.

The equipment and activities they supplied were plentiful and the children just had such a great time, not one of them requested to return to their parents at any point.

I wouldn't trust my children to any other childcare provider but Jessica Flores' LA Wedding Sitter!! She was my nanny for many years, and I worked with her coordinating weddings as well. But her calling is children - they love her! She gives them her undivided attention and keeps them absorbed, entertained, and stimulated creatively, imaginatively, and emotionally (with arts and crafts, treasure hunts, and dramatic play). Jessica and her staff can care for newborns to tweens, giving them a safe and social experience. L.A. Wedding Sitter is AMAZING!!! We flew in from Ohio to go to our friends' wedding and had no clue who was going to watch our girls. Little did we know that the bride had arranged everything with L.A. Wedding Sitter and it was an answer to our prayers. Our 2 1/2 year old enjoyed crafts and coloring, decorating cookies and cupcakes, playing games, and watching a movie in a safe and comfortable environment in a room at the hotel where the wedding reception took place. She was able to play with her cousins that were also in town for the wedding and meet some friends. My other daughter, was 6 months at the time and I was still nursing her, so when she was hungry, an L.A. Wedding Sitter staff member called me and I was able to leave the wedding for 20 minutes and go and feed her. Both children were supervised during dinner and staff members tended to their every need. I can't thank L.A. Wedding Sitter enough for the service that they provided. My husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves at the wedding reception knowing that our precious children were being well taken care of.

We used Jessica and her team for our January 2015 wedding. We had many friends with kids, but also wanted a grown up affair. L.A. Wedding Sitter was the perfect solution. Jessica was very easy to communicate with and the team came prepared with projects and crafts for the bigger kids and age appropriate toys for the younger infants. When things got a little later in the evening, all the kids were snuggled together watching movies. Everyone went home happy and sleepy! I would highly recommend Jessica and her team!

I could give no less than perfect for LA Wedding Sitter in all categories...which i am normally against- but they handled my situation with the best of care and made it stressless for me, the bride. We had a unique venue that did not have a private or separate room available for the children (which were all mine and groom's nephews) and babysitters- which I was stressed out about because we definitely needed sitter care for these 4 little children prior to and during the ceremony. Jessica with LA Wedding Sitters made this a non-issue and reassured me that all would be fine- and that she would figure someone out. She even visited the venue prior to my wedding day to scope out good areas for them to set up. She took it upon herself to make this her problem and not mine (for lack of a better phrase! She didn't have to do this but she did and this made every penny worth it!!). She emailed me every time anything came up and kept the lines of communication open at all times prior to and during the wedding with either me or the parents. I arrived that day and only got a glimpse of the set up (which they set up 45 minutes prior to the time agreed upon! What great service and so much appreciated by me and the parents of the kids), but all the parents (my sisters) and even my groom raved about how great the set-up was and how much the little boys enjoyed being there. I never even considered getting a babysitter at the beginning of the planning of this, but thank goodness we founf LA Wedding Sitters because this turned out to be a HUGE success and much needed. I recommend them to anyone who is considering tis option- they are extremely personable and professional and well-priced- and worth every penny. This team, with Jessica leading the group, provided outstanding services. We had a very large wedding and a wide span of children attending both our Welcome Reception and Wedding. Because my fiance and I were getting married in our upper 30s, most of our friends have kids--in some cases, 3-4 kids! We did a rough count, and if every family invited came and brought their kids, we'd have around 140 adults and almost 70 kids! All between the ages of 2 months-13 years. We couldn't fathom that at our wedding, both money-wise and kids-overwhelming-us-wise. So, we made the tough decision of asking families to leave their kids at home. But we knew there were a few out-of-town guests who would be traveling with their young kids and didn't trust leaving their kids with someone they didn't know. I was seriously agonizing about what to do when I came across an ad for LA-Wedding Sitter in a bridal magazine and got super excited. They were exactly what I needed! I am SO SO SO happy we hired them for our wedding. Our wedding was in the backyard of my parents' house, and they set up in the basement and had 9 little guests to watch, ages 2 months-5 years. My guests were so grateful that we offered this service, and it allowed some very dear friends to attend who might not have otherwise. I only had email correspondences with Jessica at LA-Wedding and barely interacted with them at all personally the day-of, but they were so organized I didn't worry (except for a couple days lapsed conversation while they were away at an out-of-town wedding). From what I've heard from my guests so far, the babysitters were amazing, and knowing some of the kids they were watching, I know they had their work cut out for them!! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!

This babysitting service was very helpful to have at the wedding location for wedding guests traveling from out of town w no other childcare available. Sitters were extremely nice, friendly, and professional and I felt I could trust them with my child. They brought lots of things to entertain the babies and kids and seemed to know how to handle fussiness well. A little expensive, but with no other options and the proximity to the wedding reception made it worth it.

The children had such a good time and their parents were able to eat their dinner and enjoy the party. Some chose to get their children early to join the party but the little ones stayed with the sitters and had a great party of their own.
We had one little one that didn't want to stay with the sitters at first but when her parents came to get her later she didn't want to leave.
The photos were such fun. It was nice to see what they actually did while they were there.
