Krystle is the best!!!
I am beyond glad we worked with Krystle for our June 2025 wedding. She was absolutely phenomenal! From the very beginning, she was easy to communicate with, incredibly thoughtful, and consistently professional. Throughout the planning process, Krystle was an invaluable resource; she thought of details I would have never considered and always made sure we felt supported.
My husband and I are pretty type B and honestly didn’t want to get bogged down in the nitty-gritty of wedding planning. Krystle completely took that stress off our shoulders. Her guidance allowed us to actually enjoy our special day without worrying about whether everything was going according to plan—because we knew it was.
Please do yourself a favor and work with Krystle. You’ll be so grateful you did. -

Krystle was the first hire I mad after we got engaged and I 10 out of 10 recommend you do the same! We did a partial planning package and the value was 1000% there. Krystle recommended amazing vendors, did a site visit with us to curate our day and asked questions I never would have thought to, but they made a big difference in the flow of our day.
Her services go way beyond napkin colors and managing vendor contracts. If you have a vision - great, she'll help it come to life! If you have no idea what you want your wedding day to look or feel like, also great - she knows what questions to ask to make sure what matters to you is highlighted and you aren't spending time on things that you don't care much about.
And day of - I KNOW she did so much work that I didn't even see to make sure things went smoothly. I have no doubts there were vendor slips or hiccups that I never even saw because she was so on top of things! She even got us a refund from our caterer because they weren't able to provide one of the salad options we had planned on.
Hire Krystle, I promise you'll be glad you did! -

Planning a wedding is super stressful. My husband and I couldn't have done it without Krystle's knowledge, guidance, and support. We are SO lucky we got to work with her. She kept us organized, was very quick to respond, and an overall pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions and kept us on track. We got married on 8/16/24 and had Krystle be our day-of-coordinator, and she did an absolutely amazing job beyond our expectations! From the first time reaching out to her, Krystle has consistently shown professionalism and expertise in planning for a wedding in our area. She made great recommendations on vendors we were still looking for, and the meetings we had with her before the wedding helped us know what to plan for and reminded us of things we did not think of. She offered inexpensive rental for some wedding essentials (arch, table numbers) and that saved us a great amount of hassle. Our wedding had some Chinese elements becuase my side of family flew in from China to celebrate with us. The communication with Krystle about incorporating these elements into the wedding was seamless. On the wedding day, Krystle handled the decor perfectly and turned our vision into a beautiful venue. She was very attentive and engaged throughout the evening, and the cleanup was super tidy and fast as well! Overall, Krystle made our day perfect and we cannot make recommend her engouh! -

Our mvp!
Krystle was our saving grace Angel and gets all of the credit for our perfect wedding. Absolutely could not have done it without her. After hiring her as a day of coordinator, she did so much more than just day of work. She got to know us and our vision and knew exactly the right questions to ask to get us thinking about things that hadn’t even crossed our minds throughout the process. She helped us formulate a timeline and floor plan which I would have had no idea how to navigate. Her experience and wisdom in the business is so valuable and not just something you can learn on the fly. She dealt with my indecisiveness with patience and helped keep me on track. And when the big day came around, I had not a worry in the world. She made sure every single thing was where it should be, every person was where they should be and handled so much behind the scenes that I still probably don’t even know about. She listened to us, would quickly adapt when we would change things last minute and all I know is everything turned out even better than I imagined. Our families could not be more thankful for her as well. Krystle is the MVP and so good at what she does. She does it all on her own and is the one person you want in your corner to make sure things go right. If you ever attend a perfectly executed wedding, Krystle is probably there :) -

Working with Krystle for her full planning services was the best decision we made for our wedding. She helped us find all of our vendors - all of whom had wonderful things to say about working with her and they were happy to work at an event where Krystle was in charge. She handled the decor and has an awesome collection of items you can rent from her for a very reasonable fee, which is super helpful for things you aren't going to need after your wedding! She is very knowledgeable about planning weddings and was great about keeping us on our day-of timeline. She is also very nice and enjoyable to meet with. Definitely hire her if she's available for your wedding date! -

Krystle was, without question, the best investment choice we made while planning our wedding!!
She was amazing to work with from start to finish. We were planning our wedding in Stevenson from the East Coast and Krystle did an amazing job being our local trusted agent. She gave us the perfect amount of advice and guidance throughout the process, stayed super organized, and recommended great vendors when we asked for suggestions. Our planning meetings were productive and always left us feeling reassured that our planning was on track.
On our wedding day, setup went absolutely seamlessly under her direction, she was attentive and engaged throughout the evening, and she was clearly a pro overseeing cleanup. We owe her so much credit for helping our wedding go smoothly, and helping us make it the amazing day that it was!! We can't recommend her enough!! -

Hiring Krystle was by far the best decision we made during our wedding planning! I honestly don’t think we could have done it without her! The first time we met Krystle in person, she felt like someone I had known my whole life, it was like I was planning my wedding with one of my closest friends. She was so attentive, on top of all the details, and made our planning process so much easier! As an interior designer, I had a very clear vision of what I wanted our wedding to look like, and Krystle helped bring all of that to life. It’s fair to say that I’m extremely particular (so much so that I gave her a PowerPoint presentation of all the décor for our wedding) and she never once made me feel like I was too much, or like she didn’t have time for all my thoughts and questions and emails.
The vendors that she suggested were amazing, we loved them all, and she did such an amazing job the day of our wedding dealing with all the vendors so we could just enjoy the day. If there were any problems during our wedding, we almost had no idea because Krystle was just that good!!
Krystle honestly went above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. She made sure our day ran smoothly, stuck to a schedule, and during all of it was so sweet and so kind. She even went out of her way to pick up tables and chairs for us when I made a last-minute decision to add specialty chairs to our sweetheart table. I could go on and on about how amazing she is!
Towards the end of our wedding I mentioned to my husband how it was going to be weird having to say goodbye to Krystle because she had become such a constant in our life during the planning process – and to me that just tells you how amazing she is as a coordinator! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator, she’s so fantastic at what she does! -

My wedding was PERFECT because Krystle was there to make it so. She was so on top of every single detail and put so much time and care into making sure I felt supported and that everything would go off without a hitch. Even with some planning curveballs (our unexpected cross country move a month before the wedding, last minute guest cancellations due to COVID, and an overturned semi that made such bad traffic we had to delay our ceremony by an hour), she kept cool which helped US stay cool. I have nothing but good things to say about Krystal. As a bride who was engaged before covid I was probably difficult to work with. It was heartbreaking to have done SO MUCH planning and then to have to reset my expectations due to something totally out of my control. Krystal was nothing but understanding and supportive. Below is my story:
I got engaged in the spring of 2019. I planned 90% of my wedding for fall of 2020 before covid hit. And, well, as you can imagine, Covid messed everything up. When it came time to reschedule my 2020 wedding to 2021, the wedding planner I was working with at the time seemed more concerned about the best interest of the venue than of me and my family. It was an extremely frustrating and emotional time and I just didn’t feel like I had the support I needed. I decided to end my relationship with that planner and reschedule all my vendors myself. Then I took a good 6 months off from even thinking about my wedding.
When the vaccines started to roll out, we started thinking about picking up where we left of… but I knew I didn’t want to do it alone. So I went looking for a planner and found Krystal. She was my rock. She answered every text, every concern, every freak out with practical, helpful, swift replies. If I could do one thing over, I would have put MORE faith in her abilities because come the wedding day, she was an absolute ROCK STAR. I had an outdoor ceremony and the day of the wedding we had A TON of rain! Krystal monitored the weather radar on her ipad and was able to accurately anticipate the rain POURING down in the afternoon and passing completely by the 5pm ceremony. It was amazing. She even hustled out there with rags to wipe down the seats for the guests. She also setup all my décor BETTER than I envisioned while I got ready and spent time with my bridal party. She was able to do everything she said she would and more… it was like she could read my mind. Krystal isn't just a planner, she's a doer.
Even my family took note of how effective and professional she was. My parents congratulated me on finding someone so great. -

Krystle was amazing to say the least. Originally a day-of turned to a full on coordinator, with multiple COVID reschedules and vendors backing out, Krystle was completely understanding without any hassle. She was always willing to help when we had to adjust our plans and saved our wedding by pulling in connections to help with vendors that had backed out. On the week of the wedding Krystle was present, aware, organized, and efficient in her planning that made us feel at ease. On the day of the wedding, it never felt like there was something wrong or that we had to worry about much. I would highly recommend getting coordinator and choosing Krystle! -

Perfect coordination for our needs!
Krystal really took the pressure of worrying off of our plates on our big day. We didn’t have the stress of making sure everything was perfect because we talked to her multiple times prior, so everything was exactly how we talked about it. Our wedding would not have been as big of a success without Krystle. She helped our dreams come true by keeping us organized, responding quickly, marking sure our special requests were met and orchestrating the day perfectly.
This was the first time either of us had planned a wedding, and Krystle was there every step of the way guiding us through the process. On the day of our wedding she was right on time and helped whip our wedding party into shape. She even helped tear everything down at the end of the night which was unexpected!
Considering how much Krystle did for us, her rate is very reasonable. We recommend Krystle to anyone getting married in Oregon! -

Right off the bat Krystle was amazing to work with as our day of planner. We had scheduled our wedding for 3/21/2020 and then COVID hit and we had to reschedule... twice. Each time she was extremely helpful and flexible with the changes. In the end we ended up canceling our wedding altogether and instead held a photoshoot with just the family. She helped us reschedule and coordinate family member for a quick and easy photoshoot. With a bride (me) that was over planning and making decision by 2021, Krystle took full design control to make the empty venue look like a romantic and engaged space for photos. She always made us feel secure in our decisions and supported us as we needed, through almost 2 years of planning and rescheduling. -

Krystle is so skilled at what she does. She is so calm and organized.
I was not looking forward to planning a wedding. I felt intimidated by the amount of work and information. It seems like there are so many details that you "must do". Krystle really helped take the scariness of planning a wedding away and made me feel accepted. And when we had to change our plans several times between January to July around COVID, she was with us every step of the way. She helped us navigate these uncertain times and coordinated vendors.

Where do I begin… our families, my husband, and I all agree Krystle was the MVP of our wedding and absolutely incredible at what she does. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for going above and beyond for our Sept 12 wedding. She is the best coordinator anyone could ever want — every possible challenge was thrown at us for our big day and she handled every hurdle with grace, professionalism, calm, and determination. First there was COVID and we completely changed our plans from a 230-person wedding to 20 of our closest family (she was so helpful with the transition!), then a few days before there were the Oregon fires and we had to alter our plans again because of the severe smoke (she took the reins with the “how it’ll work” and kept me calm), and then she saved the day by finding us a new amazing photographer at 11pm the night before our wedding (and made sure our style wants, day-of plans, and payment were taken care of so we could focus on the big day). Despite all the changes and challenges, our wedding was beautiful and went so smoothly — all because of Krystle. She was a joy to collaborate and work with, someone you can really count on and trust. She’s so fantastic, we simply cannot recommend her enough! You’re the best, Krystle!! -

Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without you. You truly did deliver great services and you’re also extremely nice and fun, which is an added bonus! You were patient and helpful amidst all of the changes we made throughout the planning process due to Covid. You never hesitated when I asked for your opinion or emailed you for the hundredth time with yet another change to our wedding. You went above and beyond with setup and organization of all the little details the day before and day of that really made the day that much more special. On top of everything else, you traveled to the Oregon coast after we had to change the venue when the original plan we signed the contract for was a Gresham wedding. I hope you truly know how grateful we are that you were apart of our special day. I would recommend you to everyone who is looking for a wedding coordinator and on top of that, a great friend. Krystle, with Krystle Clear Events, it an absolute GEM! She is not only makes for a wonderful Event Coordinator, but she was also the perfect partner who helped me a styled shoot for my venue. Krystle is a freaking rockstar. My husband and I would not have survived our wedding day without her! She was super responsive and great to meet up with and communicate with leading up the wedding, she had everything planned out and all of the details understood and documented. During the wedding day she was absolutely on top of everything and made sure everything ran smoothly and just told us where and when to go. Our biggest worry of the day was making sure that she took time to sit down and EAT herself, because she was so attentive and helpful. At the end of the night, she handled so much of the breakdown and put away stuff into boxes, etc. while we were dancing and we didn't even know it was going on. So great to find everything organized and put away when we woke up the next morning. We cannot recommend Krystle enough!!! -

I’ve worked with a few coordinators in the past as a bridesmaid/MOH but I’ve always had some type of complaint about them. When it was time to find a coordinator for my wedding, Krystle was the only one who stood out. I’m from California and so I had to do phone interviews before I actually met them in person. The interviews were great but they were already telling me things that I shouldn’t do or can’t do for MY wedding. I was able to narrow it down to two. The other coordinator was very mellow and not very talkative. But when I met Krystle, she was bubbly and already started planning our wedding before we even hired her. Because of that and energy we decided to hired her. Throughout the whole process she was easy to contact, always checking in on me and had amazing ideas when I was stuck. She was always reminding me that she was here for me when I was stressed or suffering from anxiety. Anyways, fast forward to my wedding... it was the only day out of the week that it rained. We had a plan b for the rain but Krystle knew that I didn’t want to use the plan b. As soon as the sun came out she gathered everyone together so we could have our beautiful ceremony. Her assistant was also super funny and sweet as she took care of me before my entrance.
There’s so much to say. My reception was amazing. There were things that went wrong which were out of Krystle’s and my control but she was great throughout the whole wedding. She even helped my parents get an Uber and drive them to the meet up spot.
I guess I’m just rambling on but I guess what I’m trying to say is that Krystle is great and helped me create my memorable dream wedding. I love you for all that you did for our wedding. Thank you and please keep in touch! -

We worked with Krystle Allen during our wedding this year at Ainsworth House & Garden. Krystle made the planning process before hand seamless, helping us organize our wedding day and always quickly responded to any emails or questions I might have in between scheduled meetings. My goal for my wedding was to have fun and be stress free. Krystle played a huge part of my goal coming true. From the start of the rehearsal to the end of our wedding, Krystle made sure that I didn't need to worry or think about a thing and I saw my vision for my beautiful wedding day come to life. Krystle was an awesome wedding coordinator and I'd recommend her to anyone without hesitation. She has skills on both ends of the spectrum: she easily filled in the gaps for us when we didn't have answers or requests, and she also was great at taking detailed requests from us when we had them and making our vision happen. She deftly managed many last minute changes with little to go on and easily navigated our massive wedding party.
