Our Fairy Godmother!
We used Kristy for full planning for our out-of-state destination wedding and I genuinely could not have done the wedding without her! We got married at the Sydonie Mansion, so we needed guidance with choosing every single vendor, and Kristy was always there to steer us in the right direction with great, genuine advice. During the planning process, I literally would feel my stress melt away every time I had a check-in call with Kristy - it almost started feeling like mini therapy sessions lol!! As for the wedding day itself, I couldn't even tell you if anything went wrong because Kristy handled EVERYTHING! She made the day flow exceptionally, and she constantly checked in with me, making me feel of utmost importance. Handled Everything So We Could Enjoy Everything
Kristy was absolutely phenomenal honestly, she went above and beyond anything we could have expected. While technically hired for “day-of” coordination, she did so much more than that in the months, weeks and days leading up to the wedding, stepping in with guidance, organization, and calm, confident support that made all the difference.
Thanks to her and her assistant Shelly , our wedding day was completely stress-free. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing everything flowed perfectly, every detail was handled with care, and we were free to truly enjoy the moment. From vendor coordination to timeline management to last-minute problem-solving (some of which we probably never even knew about!), she had it all covered.

I can’t thank Kristy and Shelly enough for all their hard work in making our wedding day absolutely perfect. Kristy was more than just a coordinator — she went above and beyond by providing a ton of fantastic vendor recommendations, and she was always available to offer advice and guidance. She even scheduled two in-person meetings with us to make sure every detail was covered.
As a self-admitted procrastinator, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get everything together in time, but Kristy and Shelly were so reassuring throughout the process. They made me feel confident that everything would turn out great — and it did, thanks to their meticulous planning and attention to detail.
On the big day, everything went seamlessly. I didn’t have to worry about a thing because Shelly was an absolute rockstar! I hired Kristy about 1 1/2 year before our wedding and from the beginning she was soooo helpful! I honestly thought I could plan the whole thing by myself but I was so wrong. She recommended so many great vendors that I ended up booking for our big day and I couldn't be happier. Whenever I had questions I could just shoot a quick text or email and she responded very quickly. She came to our final details meeting at our venue and she had so many great ideas and recommendations. Leading up to our wedding I started having some health issues and she was able to help me so much and her inventory of wedding items to borrow really saved the day. I wish I could put into words just how much I appreciate Kristy and her assistant Shelly for making our day so perfect and smooth.
From the very beginning of planning, Kristy was always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She is more than just a coordinator! Never once did she make me feel like I was bothering her (and trust me, I am very type A so that is not hard to do haha) and she always gave us the best answers to any questions we had.
She knew our venue and vendors well, and gave us an impeccable timeline that we always referred to.
The day of our wedding was a bit warmer than expected and I even felt faint at one point, but Kristy and Shelly were right there with m&ms and water to get me back to myself and ready to walk down the aisle.
I never noticed a single blip in the day thanks to these two incredible ladies.
If I had any piece of advice to have the most perfect wedding day, it is to book Kristy Rapp!

I joke that Kristy Rapp should be president because our experience with her was organized, efficient, and stress reducing. We had Kristy’s assistance from day one, months leading up until the wedding. Best decision we could have ever made. My husband and I were immediately overwhelmed with wedding planning, and often asked Kristy for advice. Things we didn't even think about were addressed. Communication was easy, honest, and timely. In the final months leading up to the wedding (crunch time), Kristy met up with us and spent over two hours calming our nerves, designing a timeline for the day, and offering wise words. When planning a ceremony and a reception on such a large scale, you want things to run smoothly. Kristy exceeded our expectations and was truly a magical part of our wedding journey. Kristy is not only talented, but she is also kind and generous with a heart of gold! Without her help, well, I don’t want to even think about that. Kristy for president.

You need Kristy for you wedding day
I cannot express how thankful I am for Kristy’s help and expertise throughout the planning process. From reviewing contracts to answering every question under the sun, Kristy really knows her stuff. She is sooo organized, everything she was involved with went to plan (and if it didn’t, I had no idea! Which is just as good in my book!).
She helped our wedding day run so smoothly and she was able to keep track of the many items we brought with us for decor etc and made sure everything made it back to us at the end of the night. She paid attention to the every small detail we discussed with her during the planning process and made sure our vision came to life.
It’s funny to think that at the beginning of the wedding planning process, I wondered if it was worth it to have a coordinator. I can confidently say YES it’s worth every penny. I cannot imagine not having a coordinator now that I’ve had my wedding. Do yourself a favor and hire Kristy, you won’t regret it 😊

I am so happy we chose Kristy as our wedding coordinator! She did an amazing job guiding me throughout the planning process by providing personalized to-do lists and helpful information/resources relevant to my area, such as vendor recommendations. There were so many little details that I would have never thought of if it weren't for her expertise. She was personable, responsive, and knowledgeable.
Our wedding day seemed to go perfectly - either because it was planned out in such detail that everything was accounted for, or because Kristy was able to identify and correct any issues that came up without me needing to be involved. Either way, we owe that to Kristy (and her assistant!). She was attentive to us but was also able to direct and coordinate all of the vendors. She did a fantastic job of setting all of my décor out exactly as I'd envisioned.

Kristy was extremely helpful in helping plan our wedding. She kept us on track with lists and timelines that were detailed and tailored to our specific wants and needs. She even had discounts for the Tux/suits that we used and save the dates/wedding invites from minted.com. Both those discounts saved us money that were were able to use elsewhere for the wedding. The day of the wedding she was very organized and problem solved so that both my husband and I could enjoy the day. The perfect day
We did our due diligence and researched recommendations for a wedding planner to help make our special day become a reality. We found Kristy and submitted an inquiry via wedding wire. She was prompt to respond and set up an initial consultation via phone.
She was warm, upbeat and very easy to talk to. She had answers to all of our questions and seemed to know exactly how to help our dreams come true. After about a week of comparing and communicating with other planners, it was clear that Kristy was the one for us. We hired her for our wedding and chose one of her day of wedding packages.
She was always on top of all of our needs and wishes. She accommodated every single change or tweak along the way, without hesitation. Her personality at the in person meetings, left us feeling at ease that we would be able to fully enjoy our magical day and that she would make sure all went off smoothly and perfectly! She allowed us to use her extensive wedding accessory inventory free of charge, which saved us a lot of extra money. Her years of experience were clearly apparent, as she seem less Lt lead us through what we feared would be a long and hard process. The vendors she recommended were amazing to work with, and we even received discounts that she passed along to us for many of them.
When our day was near, she ran the rehearsal at the venue (where she has highly respected). That day we must have asked a million questions, and she happily answered them all with a smile on her face. This left us at ease, for the next day.
On the day of our wedding, she was prompt, attentive, organized and made every single aspect of our day absolutely perfect! The day went off without a hitch. If there were any, we never knew as she was right there on top of everything. Her timeline and detailed planning made the day run smoothly and effortlessly. She was there whenever we needed something or had a “bridal emergency”. Our day will be able to be remembered and enjoyed forever, thanks to her outstanding service!
We highly recommend Kristy, to anybody who is looking for a top notch, professional, reliable and experienced planner, who will truly make your dreams come true!

My husband and I hired Kristy as our day of coordinator and were thrilled (and relieved) to find that she starts meeting with couples months prior to the wedding. She provides extremely thorough and concise checklists that detail everything that needs to be completed and when. I lived by her checklists throughout the planning process as they're a great tool in tracking all of the may tasks that need to be done. Kristy is organized, knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. Kristy met up with multiple times before the wedding to help guide us and ensure we were on a timely path before our wedding day. She was able to help us to stay on track and feel organized with everything our wedding had going on. I felt that she had complete control of our wedding day, understood our vision, and knew the best way to execute it. Our wedding day went by flawlessly. My family members even commented on how professional and calm and collected Kristy was through the rehearsal and wedding process. I would recommend Kristy to anyone! I was a little nervous when our venue said they had a list of vendors we HAD to choose from, but boy am I happy they did! We hired Kristy as our “Day Of Coordinator”, but she went far above and beyond helping us for MONTHS leading up to the big day. She was super responsive, always had supportive energy and was incredibly organized. I was planning my wedding remotely and Kristy helped me every step of the way. Her suggestions, patience, guidance and professionalism helped my now husband and I relax and actually enjoy the process! Day of the wedding, she and her team were all over it. Throughout the entire wedding planning process Kristy was there to answer all of our questions, make suggestions and recommendations, and share her expertise. On the day of, she and Shelly helped make sure that we had nothing to worry about at all on our wedding day! We found out after the night was over that we were running low on liquor (apparently our guests weren't in the mood for drinking hardly any wine or beer so the liquor was going fast) and Kristy went out to pick more up. We are so grateful for Kristy and Shelly's help in making sure our day went smoothly and seamlessly.

Kristy did such an amazing job helping plan & execute the wedding of our dreams! We got married at Casa Feliz in Winter Park. She knew most, if not all, of our vendors personally and had worked with them regularly. She recommended several tips & tricks to help us save money. Our florist & cake company did a less than stellar job on our wedding day but Kristy stepped it up and fixed all of there mistakes - I didn’t even notice until Kristy told me herself. Everything was perfectly organized & looked exactly as I envisioned it. I would definitely recommend Kristy as a wedding planner for anyone else getting married in the Central Florida area.

Kristy is amazing! She helps select vendors, which were all the best! She provides checklists so that you are on top of everything from save the dates to vendors to getting a dress and so much more. I probably would still me trying to get everything selected without her. She is always an email or call away and is very responsive. Rehearsal and day of events are run like a well oiled machine. Kristy Rapp was the best wedding coordinator we could have had to make our day go so smoothly from start to finish! Kristy did such an amazing job coordinating my wedding. If there were any hiccups during, they were solved before I ever even heard of them. She had great ideas for setting up with my decorations and did a magical job. Kristy kept us on time even though it was like herding cats. Drunk cats. Not only was she there for me day-of. Kristy is INCREDIBLE! If my husband and I could give Kristy 100 Stars we WOULD! We hired Kristy for day of coordination and had 2 meetings with her ahead of time. From day one Kristy was ontop of her game. Our first meeting she had so many great questions, suggestions, and ideas as well as gave us a list of things we needed to do to achieve our big day. She provided recommendations for amazing vendors that we used for our wedding and all were phenomenal. Kristy followed up with me to make sure I was staying on track with booking things as well (even texting me a few days before the wedding to suggest items we still needed to remember to get last minute ((guest book, and drink tubs))) We had our wedding on 8/16/20 during Covid-19 with restrictions and Kristy didn't miss a beat. On the day of our wedding Kristy was a peaceful rock, guiding us into each phase of our night, my dad and I down the isle , the ceremony, our dance, couples portraits, family photos, even breaking down the event. Both my husband and I were not stressed ONCE thanks to Kristy! She knew what both of us needed before we even knew. The cherry on top of the perfect Kristy wedding experience was her incredible thoughtfulness. She boxed up 3 portions of our wedding dinners and each flavor (4) of our wedding dessert cakes in a to go bag and gave them to us which we enjoyed later that night when we got to our hotel. My husband and I can not stop bringing up how impressed and grateful we were and are to have Kristy as our planner. THANK YOU KRISTY!!!!!

Kristy is the absolute best! I can't imagine having planned my wedding without her help. We chose the day-of wedding coordination package because I wanted to do my own planning but knew I would need help with day-of logistics. Thanks to Kristy, our wedding day went off without a single hitch and was virtually stress-free. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up and broke down our reception decor, and kept us on schedule so that we were able to completely relax and just enjoy the day. Kristy is so organized and helped our planning stay on track with her spreadsheets, timelines, and check-in emails. I'm a bit of a control freak and will admit I was a little high-strung at times but Kristy was endlessly patient with me, answered my many, many emails and was always happy to provide honest input and suggestions. We ended up changing our wedding date and our ceremony venue and she helped us navigate that stressful decision making process. Her preferred vendor list was also a huge help -- we chose our photographer, florist, DJ, cake baker, caterer, officiant, chair vendor... basically ALL of our vendors from her list and were incredibly happy with all of them. She also helped us get in touch with a couple of non-responsive vendors by communicating with them directly. The Perfect Coordinator!
Kristy is so incredibly organized and put together. We planned our wedding from out of state and she was there for us every step of the way, from the beginning to the end. She has a plethora of resources, information, and contacts, and when she didn’t, she had great suggestions that guided us in the right direction. She is very relaxed and flexible and kept us grounded the entire time. She went above and beyond, from purchasing our favors for us (of course we paid her back) to picking up our donuts so we could avoid a delivery fee, to helping us negotiate fees when there was a hiccup. Could not have pulled off our dream wedding without Kristy!
Kristy came highly recommended to us from another wedding industry professional that we know and, from our first call and meeting with her, we knew it was the right decision to hire Kristy to help plan our destination wedding in Orlando.
Ever patient and kind, Kristy had a fantastic list of vendor recommendations for this out-of-town couple, and was always so happy to share her insights, thoughts and suggestions for when we were unsure about some of the smaller details. She decorated our reception beautifully and had a huge inventory of signs and wedding items we were able to borrow to make our wedding uniquely ours without breaking the bank.
Kristy has such an incredible demeanor for a wedding planner - very cool and calm but simultaneously organized and efficient. She was able to fit the scheduling of all our vendor meetings plus our engagement photo shoot in to one weekend in Orlando, and kept us on time with our planning so that I felt so on top of things throughout the whole process. We also appreciated the additional help negotiating with one of our vendors - Kristy was more than ready to jump in with suggestions to keep costs within our budget.

She Took My Worries Away!
Kristy was a perfect wedding coordinator. Her calm and cool demeanor quenched all our fears, stresses, and hiccups as we got through to the wedding. She was able to manage everyone from family members of all ages, wedding courts of all personalities, and even our vendors and officiant all over the place. I can't say enough positive things about Kristy! Orlando was a destination wedding for us and it was so helpful (and critical) to have someone that was more local. Kristy is extremely organized, was able to give advice on vendors and was always a great sounding board. She is very responsive and when something came up less than 2 weeks before the wedding with the management company where we rented our space from, she stepped right in and took care of it. I felt we met enough times to review details and timeline where I felt very confident going into the wedding day that things were ready. She carried out my vision on the day of the wedding so beautifully and we couldn't be more happy and more thankful!! Thank you Kristy to making our day a truly wonderful experience!!

We absolutely loved working with Kristy. She is amazing at her job and so easy and stress-free to work with. Throughout the whole planning process, Kristy was thoughtful, responsive, and on top of every single detail. We were very impressed and felt so relieved (especially in the days leading up to the wedding) when she would gently remind us of small details we needed to take care of before the wedding. She was great to bounce ideas off because she has so much experience with weddings. On our wedding day, Kristy took care of everything perfectly: every detail we envisioned for our wedding came to life, and we were able to just enjoy our special day with our friends and family. Kristy and her team were just amazing!!! I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator for my husband and I’s wedding. Every detail was thought of and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I left my sweet heart table and other items to her discretion and did I make the right call. The reception hall was just breath taking and more than I could have imagined. If you are looking for a day of wedding planner...look no further!! Kristy helped make this day happen!! We met with her 2-3 times and our first time was a consultation before even hiring her. If anything went wrong behind the scenes, let's just say we still do not know about it! Her and her assistant made sure our day was flawless and ran smoothly. She was amazing! Responsive to all of our unlimited emails and texts and then the last month leading up to our wedding day she met with us to finalize the itinerary and we dropped off all of our boxes of decor items for her to set up and break down at the end of the night! She got us a discount on our wedding invitations as well! Without her, the day would have consisted of us setting up and not allow us nor our families to really enjoy every moment! She was phenomenal!!

Hiring Kristy was the BEST decision I made the whole wedding (besides saying I Do)!
She was lovely and immensely helpful -- I can't even state how much. Ladies (and fellas!), she takes your stress away. She and her assistant made the day run so smoothly, it was absolutely amazing, and so many things would have gone wrong without her. Seriously, she handled everything with style. And to top it off, she's just a really nice person!
Kristy was such a professional -- trust me, it really helps to have a planner with experience. That was evident several times during the wedding day's cheerful chaos. She can handle anything because she's seen it all before. Kristy even helped me bustle my dress because the rest of us were hopeless at it! I would recommend her to anyone, especially someone like me who thought they could coordinate it all on their own. I'd seen her diligence coordinating my sister-in-law's wedding, and sis was so pleased with her, that I had to ask her to help me with mine, too! My only regret is not hiring her earlier in the process.

It's been seven months since our wedding, and I still don't know how to begin to express my gratitude for Kristy. My husband and I live in California, but had our wedding in Florida since that's where we met and where the majority of our guests lived. I was nearly crippled with fear at the idea of planning a wedding from over 2,000 miles away, but was delighted when Kristy's name was recommended by multiple friends. My mom contacted her and they met a few days later. After the meeting, my mom called and stated that Kristy was absolutely the person to handle our wedding.
Kristy made planning a wedding EASY on my mom, husband, and myself. Her organizational tools (regularly updated budget sheets, to-do lists, customized vendor lists, etc.) kept us on track and we never had to worry about if there was anything we were forgetting. Her calmness and professionalism can keep even the most anxious of brides calm (like when your lodging option falls through three months before the wedding!!!)
My favorite thing about working with Kristy is that she only sent vendor recommendations that were within our initially planned budget. This allowed my husband and I to research the vendors based strictly on the product they were providing, without having to worry about the cost.
Our wedding day was stress-free, thanks to Kristy! I had full confidence that everything was taken care of, and I only needed to be present in each moment. I also knew that if there were any problems that arose, Kristy would take care of it without me ever knowing there was a concern.
I know people use "day of" coordinators, but I can't imagine not having Kristy there for us from the very beginning...before we even had a date! I think it's also important to state that Kristy's connections and professional relationships with vendors SAVED us more money than we spent on having a wedding planner. You can't afford NOT to hire her!!!

The above stars pretty much speak for themselves. My husband and I were super reluctant to spend any money on, well, anything for our wedding. It was all so overwhelming! However, when I thought about the day of the wedding we KNEW we did not want to herd our own guests. I initially chose Kristy because her day-of pricing was by far the best bargain in Orlando. However, after working with her over 7 months, she turned out to be so much more!
From the very first meeting she was so positive and helpful with every question we had. In email communications she was highly responsive and, again, helpful. She provided a detailed budget from the beginning, she kept us on track with our timeline, and she was super supportive about every little quirky thing we wanted to happen at the wedding.
On the day of the wedding she was INVALUABLE. She brought her assistant and they both were SO accommodating, like they were running a 5-star wedding at our venue. Even though my husband and I did not know what we were doing, she made sure all our priorities went off without a hitch.
I said it before the wedding, and I say it now, but hiring her was totally worth every penny and definitely one area of the budget I do not regret! Thank you!

I was such a pleasure to work with Kristy as my Day of Coorindator, as she was an essential part of my wedding team! She was helpful and responsive throughout the months leading up to the big day with any questions or concerns I had; as well as made sure everything was set up beautifully the day of. I felt relieved to not have to worry about logistics of setting up, packing up, day of schedule, or vendor issues...which was worth every penny of her fees! She also has an awesome inventory list of many items that you can borrow (bird cages, easels, candles, etc), which also saved a lot of $$ and storage space when planning the wedding. Kristy's fees are so reasonable for all she brings for the table! I never would have pulled off all my small details of the day or managed my anxiety without her!! I wish I had all the words to describe how thankful I am for having Kristy be a part of our special day! We used her as or day-of-coordinator but she was SO MUCH more. She was amazing from the first day, the meetings, slight stress meltdowns, through all the last minute changes due to being on a mandatory lockdown for two whole days before the wedding due to Hurricane Matthew (a day before our wedding!), all the way up until the venue was being cleared out. Kristy is professional and very passionate about her work which was a #1 priority for me. I've heard horror stories from people about their wedding planners, but I can honestly say that was not my experience at all. Kristy is an AMAZING wedding planner. She's incredibly organized, has a lot of experience, and you can tell in just the first meeting that this girl knows what she's doing. I was a pretty non-traditional bride and I felt like I had trouble getting my ideas to come across, so I was worried that my wedding wouldn't come out like I envisioned. My biggest fear was that my wedding planner would push me in a direction that I didn't want to go (like some vendors tried to do) rather than listening to what I wanted. I'm so glad that I hired Kristy because she totally adopted my vision and made it come to life, better than I imagined. I would highly recommend her.

She provided us many options for vendors (djs, photography, catering, florist, decor) and helped us contact them, set up appointments, and make sure all the details were perfect for our special day. My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Kristy for our wedding this past weekend and we cannot speak more highly of Kristy. She was always professional, helpful, and calm when working with us. She really understand the wedding scene and helped us get organized for our wedding. Her pricing was extremely reasonable. Kristy was always there early and on the night of our wedding, she stayed and packed everything up. We didn't have to worry about ANYTHING the day of our wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!
