Fantastic jeweler!

My fiance and I wanted to make sure we had a queer friendly jeweler, and we found Krikawa through a web search. She worked with a designer to make an engagement ring out of stones from some family heirloom jewelry, and my ring could not have been more perfect. We recently picked up our matching wedding bands (also using stones from heirloom jewelry) and we can't wait to wear them. When designing the bands, we went in together with a loose vision of what we wanted and Lisa and Sandrine helped make that vision come to light. If you want a truly unique piece (and a queer friendly jeweler), I highly recommend Krikawa!

P.S. They do a wide variety of styles and offer a ton of customization, so even if you don't see exactly what you want, they can likely make it happen. My engagement ring is a little daintier and simpler than most of the pieces I've seen on their instagram, and it came out perfect.

Great customer service!

We got our wedding bands from Krikawa after researching it a bit online. Their customer service is amazing. We ordered late (about 6 weeks before the wedding), and they got it done no problem. They sent us sizing rings, and we talked/texted/emailed with them and their designers about 2-4 times a week until the rings were done. You can customize things however you want, and the rings are awesome! I definitely recommend Krikawa.

Krikawa did an amazing job redesigning my original Edwardian style wedding set that broke. I can't thank them enough. They were extremely professional, courteous and prompt in dealing with me AND my insurance company through the process. I even requested a new appraisal and that my rings be ready by my anniversary date and...they delivered! The best experience I've had with any business in a long time. The team at Krikawa is so amazing! They can transform you ideas into magic and then you get to wear that magic! I found Krikawa because after 24 years of marriage, my hubby wanted me to have the ring of my dreams. I wanted to design my own ring and had very specific ideas when I went in. Stephanie Aguilar was my designer and we worked together to create a thoroughly unique ring that expressed who I am and the enduring nature of my marriage. Stephanie helped me navigate all the ups and downs of design decisions that my inexperience caused me to confront. The final result is FAR BEYOND anything I've ever seen on anyone else's fingers and has brought me joy every day since. I only wish I could show it to you because it is amazing! I had our wedding rings made from a design that me partner and I made back in 2013. The level of service from Stephine was truly amazing. She sat with me for hours making sure that every little detail was expected to me and to make sure the rings where exactly what I wanted. From picking out the size and color of stones to the way it would fit both of our hand. The price was very fair for our two extoraordinary rings.

I found Krikawa by searching online for unique fine jewelry. I fell in love with their dragonfly ring design. As soon as I looked at their site and read that they will create your personal design, I knew they were the ones, I wanted to work with. Being that I am out of state and never set foot in their store, they still managed to do an amazing job. Krikawa popped up in my facebook sidebar ads several years ago and I'd been hooked looking at their designs ever since. The delicate leaf bezel engagement ring in particular struck my fancy so I was over the moon when my guy got down on one knee and pulled out that ring I'd been staring at on the internet for such a long time. From personal experience, I can only attest that the ring is drop dead gorgeous, but my fiance tells me that these guys are amazing to work with and were very professional throughout his frantic phone calls about the ring arriving in time as he rush ordered it from Columbus, OH and it needed to be here before we left for New Orleans, where he proposed. We'd recommend them to anyone and hope to one day make it out to Tuscon, AZ to thank them in person!

I fell in love with Mokume designs at first glance and knew I wanted one for my wedding ring. After shopping the internet it was clear that Krikawa Jewelry Designs offered more beautiful options than any other jeweler. Although I don't live in Tucson, I was fortunate to be able to visit the store and had a wonderful experience with the owner, Lisa. She was fabulous and patiently guided me through the selection process. The hardest part was making the final decision. The subsequent communications with the staff was always pleasant and prompt. When the ring arrived and I saw it for the first time, I was stunned and delighted. The ring is simply gorgeous. It was tough waiting the a few months to the wedding before I could wear it. I LOVE my ring, it never leaves my finger and it's just what I wanted. I also love talking about the unique mokume design and the fabulous store from where it was made.

Most girls are more obsessed with their engagement rings than they are with their wedding bands, however, I was the opposite. While my engagement ring (also from Krikawa) is GORGEOUS, I was obsessed with the idea of mokume gane wedding bands for my husband and I. It was impossible to find a place that did this style of ring locally, so we hit the internet (OK, confession, totally was looking at their website before we got engaged, so my husband knew where to go!). Since we don't live in AZ, Krikawa sent us multiple samples of the different colors of mokume gane and size rings so we could look at ring widths and sizes. Everything was so easy, everyone we talked to was so nice and helpful. The design team worked with us to make sure all of our requests for customization were taken care of. I had to send my beloved engagement ring to them so they could fit it with my band, and they even gave it a complimentary check and clean! Plus, they made sure that my ring got back to me as quickly as possible. We've only been married a week, but I've gotten lots of compliments of how beautiful and unique our rings are. I don't plan on needing a new engagement ring or wedding bands any time soon, but I've already requested that any other jewelry my husband feels like buying me come from them. Highly, highly recommend!!!

My fiance and I chose Krikawa for their beautiful mokume gane selections and commissioned his wedding ring. As we do not live in Arizona, our entire experience was via phone and email. We were patiently guided through the material and design selection, samples were promptly shipped, and the fiance's ring is perfect. I look forward to working with them again on a future commission for my own wear and hopefully a visit to the store.

Quality product, excellent customer service and a wonderful overall experience.

We chose the Carved Curls with Tapering Stones engagement ring (http://www.krikawa.com/jewelry/body-of-work/details.aspx?style=7) and the Carved Curls Enhancer (http://www.krikawa.com/jewelry/body-of-work/details.aspx?style=60). I could not have imagined a more beautiful ring! I appreciated the ability to customize stone colors, and the wonderful customer service Heather provided. She went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable about our decision in buying a ring we couldn't first see and touch and about purchasing online (we live out-of-state and did not have the opportunity to visit the store. Naturally, we had concerns about such a large purchase online, but their professionalism and measures to ensure their trustworthiness were outstanding).

We also purchased the extended protection plan, which includes a free, one-time ring resizing, guarantees on the ring's stones and ring cleaning supplies. This is a worthy investment.

We love the fact that my ring was custom-made for me. As a military couple, we appreciate their support of the military with the military discount. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a special ring to last a lifetime.

Krikawa designs their rings with passion, creativity, flexebility, and most of all, professionalism. My wife and I had been admiring wedding bands shown on their website for many years. When the time came to renew and replace the bland and inexpensive rings we got when we were very young, we felt that Krikawa's unique and artistically crafted rings were the only choice for us. We had no idea that their service, patience, and flexebility were going to be so stellar. From the very beginning of our order to when our new rings arrived, they were with us every step of the way which included size and width changes that are difficult or impossible to find at a chain store. The whole Krikawa team provided ring sizers, reccommendations that we had not considered, and creative thinking that just cannot be rivaled at your local vendor. A word to the wise, the Mokume Gane is even more detailed and beautiful in person. The character of the patterns and the brilliant contrast in combination with the liner metal far exceeded my expectations. If you want a quality wedding band or engagement ring that really stands out, is of superior quality, has striking beauty and is one of a kind, then Krikawa is your most logical and sound choice. By the way, when the rings are shipped, they arrive the very next day via Federal Express! Quality and instant gratification cannot be rivaled.

I just got my ring from Krikawa. I am so excited about my ring and it's going to be so hard to not wear it until my wedding day. The craftsmanship was apparent and the ring is beautiful. I cried the first time I saw my ring, and yes I am a 46 year old male. I thought I was going to always live the life of a bachelor but life has a way of giving you pleasant surprises and I must commend Krikawa Jewelry on doing just that. From the initial contact through the design process they were helpful, informative and committed to making just the perfect ring for me. My fiance ordered my engagement ring from Krikawa (this one: http://www.krikawa.com/jewelry/body-of-work/item-detail.aspx?id=4452) and because of it's unique shape, I decided to have my wedding band custom made to match it. My center stones are beautiful sparkly Moissanite, with perfect lab grown purple diamonds on either size. (The link is actually to my exact ring and the colors are every bit as bright as you see in the picture.) My wedding band is pave diamonds and matches beautifully.

Both rings are excellent quality and were ready exactly when they said they'd be. They are great with responding to email and they designed my wedding band to match with just a couple emails back and forth. I'm really happy with the way the two fit together.
If you are looking for a funky/unique ring or custom jewelry, I highly recommend them!

I purchased three customized stunning pieces at Krikawa. Excellent service from sizing, consultation, design process, and jewelry craftsmanship. I never visited the actual store, but felt that Lisa was closely involved and communicated with me patiently constantly through the entire process. Jewelry store after jewelry store and nothing... I couldn't find a ring that spoke to me. From hundreds of images on the Internet I picked 2 that I liked. What do you know, both were Krikawa designs! I hopped on the airplane, handed Lisa 100 year old diamond that belonged to my husbands great grandmother and said: help. She quickly sketched few ideas that combined my 2 favorite rings. Few emails back and forth and my ring arrived. GORGEOUS!!!!! Lisa created one of a kind duo tone bubble ring. It is exquisite.
Ordering a custom piece of jewelry is quite risky... You really don't know what the end result will be. I was completely out of my comfort zone at the beginning of this process. Luckily the whole Krikawa team was very helpful. Always in touch, ready to answer every question, happy to do what you asked for. They know how to treat their clients and deliver quality product! Now I have an amazing piece of art that I can enjoy every day!

We brought a Neon Green Afghan Tourmaline into Krikawa Jewelry Designs and spent the next 3 hours with Lisa (owner) designing a custom engagement ring. I have been wearing the ring since March. Our experiences working with Krikawa were absolutely wonderful. I made the decision to involve my girlfriend in the ring selection process for a couple of reasons. Most importantly, I wanted the ring to be something that she loved because she will be wearing it for a long time. Second, I knew she wanted something unique that no one else would have. Going to a chain jewelry store would certainly have provided plenty of options of beautiful rings, but they wouldn't necessarily have been unique.

My now fiance had come across several pieces of jewelry that she loved and realized they were all from the same designer, Lisa Krikawa. She sent an email in search of some general information and was surprised to hear back from Lisa herself. Once Lisa and Jocelyn sorted through the essentials, I got involved to finalize the details and the pricing. Lisa was wonderful at answering both of our questions in the design stage.

We chose to use a sapphire as the center stone rather than a diamond, and the entire Krikawa staff was very helpful in selecting the correct stone. They sent us a few stone options on two different occasions until we found the size, shape, and color we were looking for. Being able to see the stones in person rather than having to guess as to what they looked like made a huge difference.

Once all of the details were finalized and production began, Krikawa did a great job of keeping me in the loop as to the projected completion date. Once the ring was complete, they worked with me in the timing of the shipping so I could ensure I would be home to receive the ring so my girlfriend would not be aware of its arrival.

Finally, the ring turned out wonderfully. Jocelyn has gotten several comments on how beautiful, unique, and well made the ring is. It is our opinion that you can't go wrong in choosing Krikawa for such an important purchase.

My husband, who worked as a bench jeweler for some time, knows quality work when he sees it and fell in love with their work immediately. Each person we worked with from Krikawa's sales team was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, responsive, and professional. Our rings arrived in the mail (on the very day they said it would) in beautiful boxes, accompanied by a very professional folder containing care instructions, gemstone certficiations, etc. The quality of our rings not only met our expectations, but surpassed them! It's hard to get an idea of the quality of something from looking at pictures online, but take it from me, these rings are of the highest quality. They are heavy and substantial, not lightweight and cheap. We are, overall, so impressed with Krikawa that we will look to them for all of our future jewelry purchases.

We recently received our custom engagement ring from Krikawa Jewelry Designs, and we couldn’t be happier. It is exquisite!

You might be nervous about ordering your wedding jewelry online. Trust me, we were too! But after reading countless glowing reviews like this one, we took the plunge, and we are so glad that we did. Krikawa is pro at working remotely (we are out-of-state), and they made it a very comfortable experience for us. The entire team was a joy to work with. We worked directly with Lisa, Melissa and Heather, who were all absolutely wonderful. Very responsive, and their expertise was incredibly helpful to jewelry newbies like us!

We were looking for a rare and unusual colored gemstone, which translated into a longer stone selection process than you would have say finding a standard diamond. Lisa spent weeks diligently searching for the perfect stone, sending us multiple photos of at least a half-dozen contenders. We narrowed it down to two stones, which were shipped out for us to see up close. Everything Krikawa ships out is sent via FedEx Overnight, so your stones and/or rings are well secured. Both stones were amazing and brilliantly cut, but one was just too stunning to pass up! That’s the stone we ended up choosing for the ring. We also had custom text engraved on the inside of the band and it was perfectly done. We had two sets of sizing rings sent out, and they worked like a charm because the engagement ring fits perfectly. You wear the sterling bands about your daily life to determine just the right fit, in cold and warm conditions (e.g. in the shower, washing your hands, sleeping).

Lisa and the rest of the Krikawa team worked really hard for us, and I can’t thank them enough, because the stone is amazing and the ring itself is stunning. Krikawa are true artists, and we are honored to own a piece of their exquisite body of work. We love the engagement ring, and we are planning to order our wedding bands from Krikawa as well. My fiance and I got our mokume gane wedding bands through Krikawa. We live in Pennsylvania and were weary of working with an out-of-state jeweler at first, but that quickly changed once we spoke to Melissa at Krikawa. Everyone there is so nice, accommodating, and easy to work with. They sent us samples, ring sizers, etc. It was actually even more convenient than going to a store, I think. We received our rings yesterday and I am DYING to wear mine but our wedding isn't for another 3 1/2 months! We are thrilled with our rings - they are absolutely stunning. Well worth the price and the wait. For anyone who likes their work but is hesitating - don't! We're in love with our rings and I'm sure you will be too.

We were a little hesitant at first to order rings online, but all our doubts melted away after the first conversation with the designer, Lisa. She was extremely helpful in selecting the perfect design and explaining the process to us. She sent out several sizing rings to help get the perfect fit and look. The process was so simple. It took just over one month from the time we ordered until the time the rings were delivered. They were absolutely stunning! Buying something so important over the phone/internet can be frightening. However Lisa, Melissa, and Jackie will make sure that you feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. When I found Krikawa, I knew it was the right company to design our wedding bands. My husband and I wanted something unique and original, and they provided that and more! Melissa and the entire Krikawa team worked patiently with me to ensure our bands were perfect, going so far as to send 2 sets of sizing rings when the first batch all proved to be too big! She also made suggestions as to how to change their standard rings to fit my husband's broken/guitar playing hand - he was impressed that they were able to make the ring thinner without jeopardizing its strength. We've been happily married for 2 weeks now and have had nothing but compliments from friends and family. Though some would worry about ordering online (we're in Alberta, Canada), everyone at Krikawa responded to emails promptly and took the time to call if further explanations were needed. Delivery was also very quick (ahead of schedule, which is awesome) and I never worried that the rings would be lost in transit. If you are looking for a company to create a beautiful engagement or wedding ring - look no further!

Sure, you can buy any ring "off the rack", but if you want something special and unique that is a joy to look at every day for the rest of your life, then Krikawa is the place for you!

The people at Krikawa are great to deal with, so nice, and real artisans when it comes to jewelry. I worked in jewelry for years and so I'm not easy to please nor fool when it comes to jewelry and diamonds. I felt that I could trust them to do what I wanted and get the quality of stones I wanted as well. This was really important, seeing as I live in California and everything had to be done sight-unseen.

We ordered my engagement ring through them and it's a gorgeous snowflake design, very unusual. We were looking for just the right center stone and almost had it a couple of times, but ended up buying the center stone through Blue Nile, and they mounted it and then sized the side stones to look proportional to the center.

After receiving the rings in all their glorious packaging, we had to send the engagement ring back to make the points of the prongs a bit less sharp, and again, with all the mailing and such, everything turned out fabulous. The rings really are amazing.

The mokume gane rings that my (new) husband and I got are gorgeous as well, and they're definitely the source of many "oohs" and "ahhhs". In addition, they were able to make the wedding ring fit around the points of the engagement ring so they fit together like they were made for each other (because they were!).

I love looking at these rings every day!

I also have sent my grandmother's wedding set from 1943 to them for refurbishing. The platinum shank cracked and really, after seeing their quality of work, I can't think of anyone I'd rather have working on my precious heirloom set.

I have the most beautiful and unique ring thanks to Krikawa! In addition to creating the most exquisite ring, the service was exceptional. My husband and I couldn’t be happier to share our Krikawa experience. I’ll start with the best part…the ring! The stone is a unique cut (medicine wheel), the finish is distinctive (mokume) and the setting is visually stimulating from every angle. We wanted something unique and that’s what Krikawa provided.

After visiting Krikawa’s website my husband placed a call to Jackie and Melissa expressing our interest. The next day the stone we were interested in and metal samples were sent for our viewing. We were pleased and contracted to have the ring made. Jackie and Melissa were helpful and professional while answering our questions and picking out the accent stones for the ring. As the ring neard completion, the Krikawa staff seemed just as excited about it as we did! Their enthusiasm added to our own excitement and positive Krikawa experience.

A few weeks after wearing the ring, I knocked the center stone loose. (I probably shouldn’t have been wearing my ring during manual labor but this ring is so pretty I refuse to take it off.) Krikawa fixed the ring immediately, without charge and I haven’t had any issues since.

I am a woman who was in the market to buy an engagement ring for my partner. Her style is not that of your typical girly girl and I wanted something different, something unique, and something that was one of a kind. In searching the internet, I came across the Mokume Gane style of ring engraving and fell in love; even more ironic is the fact that my now fiance is a wood-worker. I was doing this process alone because the engagement was a complete surprise, so I was terrified to work with Krikawa due to the fact that they are located in AZ and we live in NY. In speaking with Melissa and Jackie, the consultant and designer over the phone, I felt at ease and in good hands. The level of craftsmanship and service far surpasses any department store or chain store experience and you truly do end up with a one of a kind work of art AND at a reasonable price. The quality of the service selecting, fitting, and shipping our anniversary ring
was excellent. The ring speaks for itself, quietly but assertively.
The setting makes a beautiful diamond exceptional. The design is
subtle, but with an entrancing and captivating depth that catches the

Krikawa is Unparalleled!‎‎

We TRULY enjoyed our experience with Krikawa...and I want to mention that, in all honesty...we were a little scared at first because we are in another state and weren't able to go to their studio to physically see everything, meet them, etc. We scoured the internet looking for reviews or anything to ease any doubts...and when we saw that there were awesome reviews, that they had received an ethics award from the BBB, and awards for design...compounded with the amazing pictures of their work, we knew we had found the right people to design our rings. We had both found Krikawa's website while searching separately for 'unique' rings for each other. He wanted to show me a ring he found, and when he pulled up their site, I had to laugh...it was definitely no coincidence! He liked the "Delicate Leaf" ring for me...and I had come across the 'Rope and Tire' ring for him (he's a Firefighter, so I thought it was perfect!). We fell in love with these rings, and were amazed at all the others as well. Right away, from my initial phone call, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I told them we were thinking about adding Purple Sapphires (to the sides of my ring, and he wanted one as a center stone). I explained that we wanted a purple that was a little more blue/violet...and when we got our stones to approve, they could not have been more perfect...so we knew how in-tune they were with what we wanted, which is so cool. In certain light, our Sapphires are deep purple, and in others, a really cool slate blue, which is beyond perfect for us because my favorite color is purple and his is that exact blue. We were very impressed with the entire process...the ease of ordering, how quickly we received the sizing rings (which were beautiful too, and really fun to wear, by the way), the presentation of each shipment, the boxes our final rings were in...everything was aesthetically beautiful and professional. Opening that final box with our finished rings was a jaw-dropping experience, we were in awe. I'm still not sure who loves their ring more, me or him! I could go on and on about how beautiful my engagement/wedding ring and my husband's wedding bands are. I fell in love with my ring at least a year and a half ago, and had to show my husband (boyfriend at the time). If you look on their website, it is the Mokume Curls engagement ring. I have always wanted something unique, and I got it. My ring is the third picture down on the left under Mokume Curls. My husband and I had decided on a less expensive mokume ring, and my husband made an appointment to drive to Tucson and meet the jeweler (they don't require this obviously). He then let them know he wanted to get my dream ring, and they helped him choose a diamond that would work well. The ring was finished earlier than expected, and as soon as it was complete, the ring was sent overnight to my husband, and he proposed that night. I was so shocked to see the ring I had fallen in love with a year earlier.

They were also wonderful about helping me with the ordering of my husband's mokume band. Both rings are truly fine pieces of craftsmanship, and I constantly get people oohing and aahing over my ring.

After searching several brick and mortar stores along with the internet, I finally found Krikawa. I was very particular to find a wedding band that utilized palladium and rose gold. Furthermore, the design had to be modern and different from the rest I’ve seen. Through a Google search I was able to find a band that suited me perfectly. My initial reaction was that this was too good to be true and I would be scammed. Truth be told, I did several Google searches on this company, only to read noble things. But in the end I couldn’t have been further from the truth. The staff at Krikawa was excellent and even went the extra mile to make sure my experience was unique and perfect. Nancy and Marty were extremely easy to talk to, very responsive and knowledgeable. In the end, not only did I receive a band that met all of my aforementioned criteria, but also one that fit perfectly. I couldn’t be more elated that I chose to work with Krikawa.

Firstly the customer service from Krikawa was outstanding. I really felt like every detail was taken care of, all my worries were considered and resolved and most of all they actually cared about my vision.
My wedding ring is gorgeous and we are both so pleased with it. Even the wooden box and bag it came in was so thoughtful.
Its probably bad luck but I’ve tried my ring on every day since it arrived; I just love it to bits!

I heard of Krikawa from from a friend of mine. I used them for the engagement ring and they did everything so well, that we used them for the wedding rings as well.

Lisa was phenomenal in helping me design the perfect ring. All three rings that we ordered were custom made and designed to make them truly unique and one of a kind. They sent diagrams and drawings back in forth with us making sure that everything was just as we wanted before beginning production. For my groom's ring, they were able to include 3 separate designs I liked into 1 ring that is perfect for me.

The price was a little more expensive than some local jewelers, but when you consider that everything was custom made and designed by us, it was worth the extra money. They shipped everything via overnight FedEx and work with you throughout the process. Even for the engagement ring when I had no idea what I was doing.

High Quality and Professionalism that is personalized...it is exactly what we wanted.

I have received a Krikawa floral bouquet customized ring and claddagh customized pendant. I contacted Krikawa to ask the floral ring could be customized and provided my ring ideas. Lisa provided guidance and customized a unique look specifically tailored for my ideas, preferences, and needs. She was very patient and kept working with me until I was satisfied. In 5mm band palladium ring, the ring is so comfortable to wear and does not spin around my finger!
I am so glad I found Krikawa jewelers. I can’t stop looking at this ring. They have created such a beautiful ring, work of art that I can cherish, be in awe, and wear comfortably every day.
They provide excellent customer service, help, and work. I would alleviate any one's fears about working with Krikawa even when you can't visit the store and see the rings personally. Lisa can provide the stones, bands to measure ring size and fit, drawings for you to approve. She was available when needed by phone, email, and kept me up-to-date about what are my options until I was satisfied. It quite some time go through the process from design to receiving the ring but well worth the wait. I can see why Krikawa is in high demand!

My husband and I worked with Krikawa Jewelry to design truly unique wedding rings. From beginning to end the process was professional and fun. We love our rings and enjoy showing them off. We have since returned our rings a couple of times to spiff them up and have always been pleased with the service. On a recent trip to Arizona we realized that the shop was across the parking lot from our hotel. The staff made accomodations to check and clean the rings on short notice before our departure.

The first jeweler we took the rings to said it was an impossible task. Krikawa took on the job and produced a ring that was a perfect match to the original. Their workmanship was truly outstanding!

My engagement and wedding ring were custom designed by Krikawa and I not only love them but have gotten so many compliments from others. They were very flexible in the design and included my husband in every design step along the way. Highly recommend for quality, custom designed jewelry

Ease of Ordering: Great. Even with the change of designs, we still met the tight deadline.

Customer Service: Consistently good. Although when we had to resize the ring twice, I felt like I was getting nickel and dimed a bit with the resizing charges... especially as that the reduction of platinum must offset any resizing charge at least somewhat. When I brought this up to Melissa, she agreed to not charge us for the second resizing. I really appreciated her doing that.

Impression of overall aesthetic: Gina is really happy with it. I wanted the look to be slightly more carved/artistic... but I'm not sure I expressed what I wanted very clearly. I did find it challenging for someone like me who is clueless about the ring design process to communicate exactly what I wanted. This was more or less resolved when Lisa suggested I draw on the design and scan/send. Most of the changes I wanted were incorporated. I would say I'm 85-90% happy with it... but Gina loves it, which is more important.

Quality & Craftsmanship: Two of the pave settings are a bit pointy. We asked for this to be fixed when we sent back for resizing and they were not. Otherwise we are impressed and pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. On the wedding band, the palladium and platinum are definitely distinguishable colors (not a big issue).

It was a pleasure, from beginning to end, picking a design and specializing for our particular engagement. I could not be happier with my ring. We also had 2 rings made for our daughters as part of our engagement process and they wear them with pride and excitement and feel just as special as I do when they sparkle!
