  Planning a wedding can be difficult, especially when you are planning it from another city, but Kreative Koncepts eased all of my concerns from day 1. She was a preferred vendor of my photographer and upon meeting her, I knew my parents and I made the right choice to hire her. She hit the ground running! We hit a snafu when our original venue, Bella Elegante/Sage Event Center, closed and stole our deposit, but even with that horrible experience, she went above and beyond to make my dream day happen. She was stern when she needed to be, but had the calmest demeanor and treated my family and I as if we had known her forever. She even came with me to find my wedding dress! On the day of, she made me feel so calm in the midst of the storm (literally, because it rained that day!) Marshae is like a big sister to me now. My husband and I love her and I know that by hiring her, you will love her too! Her gift to us was straight from the heart and it was something that we know she didn't have to do, but that's the kind of business woman she is. She's the best!

  Best investment in my wedding?? Hiring Kreative Koncepts!!! Marshae was there from start to finish in helping me with most details of my wedding. I'm a very hands on person so there were a lot of things I took upon myself on doing, and she was okay with that. Not pushy at all. She provided insight when i was clueless. The day of the wedding, she was a Godsend!! She had super amazing rates as opposed to all other wedding planners in the area. She's new here from Georgia, but don't let that deter you! Our other vendors, photographer, DJ and caterer were all very pleased to work with her and stated that she was extermely professional and one of the best planners they'd worked with. I have nothing but praise for Kreative Koncepts! Thank you so much for making my day perfect. If i could give her more than 5 stars, I would.

  Marshae Terry is God's Gift to Wedding Planning.
  Initially my fiance and I thought we could handle the planning on our own however we quickly realized that this was a task that involved more details and time than we could deal with due to our already busy schedules. In less than 6 months time Marshae planned the perfect day, better than I could have ever imaged it. Since then I have been asked by many soon to be brides, "what is the most important thing to account for when planning?" The answer is not pictures or video or even the food/cake, it is the PLANNER 100%. With her as Director of this huge production, that you will be too busy to enjoy anyway, all of the other factors will perfectly fall in line.

  Let me start by saying, "Marshae from Kreative Koncepts Weddings & Events is extremely efficient in the most professional form. She was at my home early morning and didn't head out til after all our guests had left.
  
  I have no idea what I would of done without her! She helped me from the beginning of our event planning which was about 7-8 months prior to the day of quinceanera. She attended meetings, overlooked contracts, custom designed invite templates, suggested tablescapes, created timelines and guest lists, even personally hosted our BIG candy station. Never once did I see her sit much less look unhappy.
  Our guests spoke wonders of how polite and helpful she was to them.
  
  Once everything was done, she also helped with cleaning, storing items/gifts away.
  
  If there is one thing you can splurge on for your event, make sure it is Marshae, you will NOT be disappointed in any of your event planning/coordinating. She truly is hard worker that dedicates herself 110% - simply the best!
  
  Thank You again Marshae for making Savannah's day just as she expected.

  I can not express how disappointed we were with Marshae and her services. Firstly, she hardly ever contacted me, the bride, and asked constantly what she could do for me. Well I told her I had not idea, what should I be doing? It was months of "You're fine, you're ahead of schedule" until the end where I was frantically working to keep it together. The whole process was stressful. I did basically everything. Even if she told me I needed to get something done it was often a quick email the the company on her end and then I had to take it from there. It felt like there was no point in having her. The only thing she did was my ceremony fans and two meetings. She was there busy the whole day of but she did my reception tables totally wrong even after I explained then 3 times. (They were supposed to have a number bottle and then a picture of the bride and groom at that age on either side of the bottle. What does she do? No groom pictures! Literally only pictures of me growing up everywhere! It was humiliating.) Then she tells me to be a bridezilla, which I didn't appreciate, only to not listen to my requests the day of. All the guests said it was clear she did not have her act together. Would highly NOT recommend her services!

  Chelsea, I sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction. It is troubling to hear all of this NOW. We are disappointed to know that you were not satisfied and that your guests feel the same. Understanding that perception is one's reality, we choose to remain positive and leave the back and forth out. We could and do refute the accusations and defaming accounts, on the basis of there is 3 sides to every story. However, we do respect your thoughts and first hand experience.
  
  We have serviced many brides and this is our very first unfavorable review. So understandably so, we are troubled by the review. Nevertheless, we wish you the best.
