Great experience

We had a great experience with Kim and Jessie. They came to us on thr morning of the wedding and did all the bridesmaids make up and my hair and makeup. This allowed us to prepair and get dressed for the Wedding. Less stress and lots of good conversation while getting ready. I highly recommend KLM artistry if you are looking for hair and make up.

Five Stars In Every Way!

Kim and her team (3 total artists) provided both hair and makeup services for my bridal party and two mothers-a total of nine people. Everyone looked absolutely gorgeous! We started early and ran early/on time throughout the morning. I purchased the Elite Bride package which included Kim staying post-ceremony for a hair change and makeup touches. She went above and beyond (literally wiping my happy tears away before I walked down the aisle) and was so kind the entire day. KLM’s pricing is extremely reasonable compared to others I researched. I’m so thankful my planner recommended her!

If you're looking for the whole beauty package, look no further, you've found the best in the game!! Kim and her team are magicians with makeup brushes and curling wands. I hired Kim to do hair and makeup for myself, 6 bridesmaids, my mother, my nana, and my flower girls. We all loved Kim and her team, they're very professional while also being fun! I did my trial before a photo shoot and those pictures came out so wonderful, I knew I would look flawless in my wedding pictures, thanks to Kim. I booked her "Elite Bridal Package" which included touchups and help styling the photos until we entered the reception. Not only did Kim fix my happy tear stained face, she also held my bouquet for me and helped carry my train! Kim is a dream come true to work with, I cannot recommend her enough!!

For a Perfect Day

Do not bother with looking into anyone else. Kim and her team are such a steal! She spent almost my entire wedding day with me. She was organized, creating a timeline for my huge party to get ready. They started in the morning with my bridesmaids, mothers, grandmothers etc. Some of my party were super picky and high maintenance, and they were super patient with them all (even after we were in the picture taking portion of our day!!!). Kim worked with me specifically. We did a trial run a few months before, and everything turned out perfectly the day of. She did a very intricate braid as well as natural stunning make up! She includes airbrush and eyelashes in her price which is unique compared to most make up artists I've worked with for other people's weddings. She stayed with me throughout the ceremony and through all the pictures doing touch ups/fixing my hair as needed. She even took pictures of me throughout the day that she sent me that night! Kim was absolutely fabulous to work with. It is honestly is impossible to list all the positive things about working with Kim. I loved working with her, and she really made my day even better!

Couldn't have asked for better!

I can not even begin to express how lucky I was to find KLM Artistry when I did. Kim and Jessie were BEYOND amazing. Originally I had contracted with another company to do mine and my bridesmaids hair and makeup the day of the wedding. A month before my wedding, the company went out of business, leaving me scrambling to find another company who was willing to travel and book us in such a short amount of time. Kim was fantastic, reasonably priced and so unbelievably talented. My hair and makeup the day of was simply perfect. I went with her Elite bridal package in which she stayed during the ceremony and after to touch up hair and makeup for pictures. She assisted with positioning my dress for photos and even helped be bustle my dress before the grand entrance. She was beyond amazing and made everything about the day go so much smoother. I HIGHLY recommend her services, she was unbelievable!

A joy to work with Kim!

Kim and her assistant did an absolutely stellar job. I booked a trial with her about a month out from the big day and she was super receptive to my ideas, plus I looked perfect for the engagement shoot. She arrived bright and early at my hotel suite the morning of the wedding and worked tirelessly for hours so my five bridesmaids and I would look exactly how we wanted! We especially appreciated the straightforward and reasonable pricing menu which allowed each girl to choose how much she wanted to spend in advance. Of course, I was just thrilled with how my look turned out as it was carefully planned (and very well executed), but what impressed me even more was how Kim and her helper were able to make up my friends in a way that looked and felt totally natural for each of them. The wedding had a color palette but each bridesmaid picked her own dress, so I was delighted that the hair and makeup mirrored that sense of embracing everyone's individuality. They listened attentively and pulled off looks ranging from soft, natural and dewy for the girls who don't wear makeup regularly to edgy and fierce for my winged liner and bold lip lovers, and best of all, it was totally cohesive. One of the girls even said she liked her makeup for my wedding better than for her own! Everything lasted the whole night and the pictures are stunning. Highly recommend this talented artist for a stress-free wedding hair and makeup experience! Thank you!

AMAZING hair and makeup!

Kim is wonderful! We did a makeup/hair trial for my engagement pictures. When my wedding day came I knew I was set for makeup and hair! She is easy to communicate with and also very kind. The weeks leading up to my wedding I changed my package a few times and added/changed services for my bridesmaids. She simply does amazing work. I highly recommend KLM artistry.

Kim is very talented and helped make my wedding day amazing. She did my hair and makeup as well my bridesmaids and flower girls’ hair. She listened to what I wanted and was able to create my vision. She is organized, detailed and strives for perfection. I was so happy with how gorgeous she did my hair and makeup. She used an airbrush for my makeup which was amazing. My bridesmaids and flower girls had different lengths and types of hair and she was easily able to work with all these variations. She did fake eye lashes for me which looked amazing. She had all different types and sizes and placed them on my eyes perfectly. In addition, Kim is so personable and kind. After finishing the last hairdo, she helped us get out the door to leave for the ceremony and made sure we had everything we needed, which was greatly appreciated. KLM Artistry is a class act.

Kim from KLM was amazing!!! I wish there was a way to add more stars past perfect!! From my trial to my big day - she was right there helping me feel beautiful. She listens to what your vision is and makes it come to life exceeding my expectations. My entire bridal party LOVED her and her team. I went off of other reviews to pick someone to trust of my big day and I am so glad I did! I hope another bride to be finds my review helpful! Trust me, I’m a picky person and she exceeded expectations. Additionally, she went above and beyond! While I was getting dressed my stay put lipstick got on my dress!! Kim took it in strides - quickly googled how best to get it out and kept at it till my dress was white again. Saved the day!

Wow. Kim is awesome! We weren't certain that we really wanted hair and makeup for my daughter's wedding, but are so happy that we did. I chose Kim from her other Wedding Wire reviews and have no doubt that we made the best choice.

Kim came the week before my daughter's wedding to do a trial hair/makeup for her and a trial makeup for me. She was on time and went straight to work getting us "beautified." She is energetic, fun, and a true hair/makeup professional. She convinced me (who normally wears no make-up) to even wear false eyelashes. She was right.

On wedding day Kim did hair for my daughter (bride), and makeup for myself and the two bridesmaids. We felt like we were having a party with friends as Kim was working! The bride's hair was spectacular. And the makeup? My daughter normally does not wear makeup and we were concerned that she would look "fake." Nope. Kim simply brought out the best features and made my daughter look like the best version of herself. Same with me and the bridesmaids.

We took lots of photos during the process. Kim did, too and she sent them all to me. That was definitely an added bonus.

We purchased Kim's package where she stays with the bride during photoshoot after the ceremony. I highly recommend doing this. Kim helped the photographer and made sure the bride looked her best for every photo.

Do not hesitate - hire Kim and you will be absolutely thrilled with the results!

I'm a picky person and was definitely a picky bride, but when it came time to figure out my hair and makeup for my wedding this year, there was no question - Kim is professional, an expert in her craft and truly the best in the industry. I've hired her before to do my hair and makeup for parties and other events, and every time she made me look and feel stunning. My wedding dress/look was old-Hollywood glamorous, and Kim really made my vision come to life bringing the glitz and glam without overdoing it. My hair and makeup held ALL NIGHT and looked amazing (which is saying a lot, because I cried quite a bit and was a sweaty, dancing mess). I already got my photos back from my photographer and I can't thank Kim enough for helping me look and feel like a beautiful bride!

Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with and I loved my hair and make-up for my wedding. During my trial with Kim, she did an excellent job on guiding me on different options because I do not normally wear makeup on a regular basis. Whenever she would try something, Kim would always check-in with me to see if I liked it or not. She also did my bridesmaids make-up and they commented how their make-up lasted the whole day and even through the reception. Kim provides not only quality service but her attention to detail was evident when she would jump back to myself and the other girls to fix minor touch-ups. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone who needs a hair/make-up artist on site - she has reasonable prices and her prompt responses made working with her extremely smooth.

I don't even know where to being! Kim is absolutely AMAZING! I purchased the Elite Bridal Package and it was probably one of the best decisions I made. Not only did she make me look and feel like a beautiful bride, she went far above and beyond to help me before and after the ceremony! From hair and makeup touch up to holding mine and my husbands drinks during pics and giving them to us between pictures (she even brought straws so I wouldn't smudge my lips) and helped with my train as we moved from spot to spot! I would highly, highly, HIIIIGHLY recommend Kim (and the elite brida package) to all future brides, she is the best!

Kim and her assistant did my wedding at the end of May. They were absolutely incredible! First, Kim met me for a trial run for hair and makeup. She was attentive to what I wanted and took detailed notes and pictures to make sure to recreate my look for the big day! The morning of my wedding she and her assistant showed up early. All my bridesmaids were very pleased with their hair and makeup. And I felt like a beautiful bride thanks to Kim's artistry. Kim is amazing! I had a hair and makeup trial with Kim first and decided that I wanted to book her for my wedding. I thought the trial was very reasonably priced. At first I was unsure what package to pick and in the end I went with the ultimate bride package which includes hair and makeup and Kim staying until the reception. I am so glad I did. Kim was by my side all day make sure I looked beautiful. She was running around helping my bridal party, family and friends. She was so easy to work with and has a great personality and is very "go with the flow," which is a must for wedding day! She helped so much during our photos after the ceremony, fixing my dress, bringing me water so I was not dehydrated, reapplying lipgloss, etc. I literally could not imagine my day without Kim! She is the best and well worth the cost.

My hair looked amazing! It came out better than I pictured! Same with my makeup, I am very picky but could not have been more pleased with the result. Both my hair and makeup looked the same at the end of the night, even through all the tears and dancing!

Kim saved my wedding day!! I did the one thing a bride should never do and had a new facial treatment the week before my wedding. Of course, I broke out worse than I ever had in my life. Kim made my skin look absolutely flawless. No one could tell!! And my photos were stunning. Kim was also very easy to be around and made everyone so comfortable. She felt like one of the girls helping us to get ready. She also did my makeup and hair for my engagement photos and they were perfect. The makeup felt light and stayed put throughout both the wedding and engagement photos! I never wear liquid foundation so I was nervous about having my makeup done. I also went to Kim with a very soecific idea for my hair for my engagement shoot. After seeing it done, I realized it was better as an idea. I hesitated when Kim asked me what I thought because it really was exactly what I wanted and she immediately whipped into action. "Nope," she said and made a suggestion and a few changes and it was perfect. I told her she didn't have to make any changes, but she knew it wasn't right and cared enough to make sure I loved it. I really appreciated that she took that extra time to make sure I felt perfect. She really is who you'd hope to have with you on the day you want to look your most beautiful. Also, my mom and I had both given Kim a check for my mom's hair and makeup without realizing it, and Kim contacted us to let us know. We really wouldn't have known if Kim hadn't drawn our attention to it. I think that speaks volumes about her character. I truly could not be happier with KLM Artistry.

Kim is an incredible artist, her experience, talent and professionalism shines through in every aspect of her work. Her attention to detail made my wedding photos flawless. I came to her with only a picture and no true idea of what I wanted and she blew me away w my results. Her communication was incredible, fast responses and thorough answers to all my questions. I did my trial run the night before my bachelorette party (slept in my makeup) and 24 hours later my make up was still stunning. Kim is truly one-of-a-kind and I will be using her for all of my future events!!

I don't know if I'll be able to express through words how amazing Kim is. Our photography team got it exactly right when they said that everyone needs a Kim in their pocket especially on their wedding day. She was great from the first time I met her at the Phoenix Bridal Expo right after I had just gotten engaged. At the time, I had vaguely considered hiring a hair and makeup person; I still hadn't decided if I wanted professional services. She introduced herself to me and gave me a rundown of her services without being pushy at all. She had great reviews so I thought I'd give her a try with a trial for my engagement session. She's so friendly and listens to what you're looking for even if you don't have a concrete idea of every detail. After my trial and engagement pictures, I knew I wanted to go with Kim. She presents herself in a way where you just feel like she'll take care of you no matter it is you ask from her. She inspires a lot of trust and for someone who wasn't even 100% sure of what type of hairstyle she wanted on the day of the wedding, that goes a LONG way. Kim may seem a bit pricier than other options at first if you're doing some price comparisons, but she is worth every single penny. She's practically an extra bridesmaid in the way that she takes care of you even after she gets you all ready for the first look. Go for the elite package! You won't regret it!

Kim and her team were amazing to work with! Kim was my stylist (I was the bride) and she went above and beyond to make sure my day went smoothly. Aside from making me look beautiful on my wedding day, she even assisted me with my dress while taking photos and helped with props! She is a very talented artist and wonderful to work with. Kim was more than I ever expected!! I'm not one to use a lot of makeup, I like to keep myself very simple and plain. I wanted to go all out for my wedding and have a special day to remember and Kim definitely played a huge part in this. Kim was there to do hair and makeup but went above and beyond......she was very patient with my mom who is not always easy to please and took her time to find what my mom was looking for. Kim stayed and did touch ups through the ceremony and the pictures that followed, as well as offered to get myself and my husband drinks as we were going through the events of the day. Kim fixed my dress, adjusted my hair, added more lip color, and did anything else that her eye saw needed to be done to make sure our pictures came out beautiful. She was extremely attentive!!!!!!! Kim is very good about gathering the details from you and making what you want happen when it comes your wedding day look........she is also up to help with changes even if they come up last minute. I can's say enough about Kim and the fantastic job she does....she made my day great and I felt very comfortable with her!

Kim was absolutely fantastic! I could not have asked for a better makeup/hair stylist. She listened to my ideas, looked at all my pictures of things I had seen on Pinterest (bless her heart!) and gave me feedback on what was feasible and what wasn't. She is not in a salon, which I actually preferred. She invited me to her home studio for the mock up session and then did my hair/makeup on site.
What I think sets her apart from other makeup/hair stylists is that she is a true artist. Not only is she skilled, but she is a wonderful person. She was with me on the day of my wedding from about 9am-6pm and she was an absolute peach!
We got the bridal package which included hair and makeup for myself as well as my maid of honor. It also included touch-ups during the photographs following the ceremony. She brought a second artist, Jessie, for the other bridesmaids. They were all very pleased with everything.
Kim was constantly ensuring that my hair wasn't doing anything weird, that my veil was pretty and that my train was arranged for all photographs - sidenote - my photographer even commented on how fun and active she was in everything.
If I had it all to do over again, I would have her again in a heartbeat!

Kim was amazing!! I purchased the elite package and I couldn't have been more happy with what it entailed. Kim made sure my hair and makeup was perfect in all photos she made sure I had my hidden tissue in bouquet. She was nothing but thoughtful and made not only myself but my entire bridal party feel and look beautiful! I would recommend KLM to anyone and everyone! My photographers had never had an experience where a makeup artist had stayed through the ceremony and they couldn't stop raving how Kim was on it and made our pictures flawless, they "wished all brides had this kind of package".

Kim and her partner, Jessie, did the hair and make-up for myself (the bride) and my mother as well as make-up for 4 bridesmaids and my mother-in-law. I also did a hair and make-up trial with Kim a month before the wedding. Kim executed the pictures that I provided as examples of what I wanted flawlessly. However, as usual, come the day of the wedding, I had quite a list of changes for her. As it should be, she did exactly what I asked and did not question me even when others did, and again, she executed perfectly what I was looking for in the changes. She was also great at taming the opinions of the bridesmaids because she knew that what they wanted was not what I wanted. Bottom line, she was quick to respond to my emails, she was on time, her prices are fair and she made me and all of my girls feel beautiful on my wedding day!

Kim did a beautiful job with everything! She was so flexible, we even did the trial at my parent's house. So happy with everything and she was so personable! Kim is absolutely AMAZING! She just did my hair and make-up this past weekend for my wedding! She is so sweet and very professional. Kim is the best! I visited her for a trial which was great - she gave me the exact look I was going for. Kim also made the trip to my location for my wedding day. Kim was amazing to work with! Since we live in Canada and got married in Phoenix we did lots of planning from referrals. Kim was very prompt in returning e-mails and went above and beyond on our wedding day. I had a huge zit on the morning of the wedding, almost cried! Kim calmed me down and you could not tell that there was a blemish. The best part is Kim does everything hair, makeup and comes to you.......that part is incredible! It makes the day stress-free and for me kept me calm and able to focus on being a "happy bride" not bridezella...lol

Kim came to our hotel the morning of my wedding bright and early! She was so friendly and organized (which is a definite must on the morning of a wedding!). She airbrushed all of my bridesmaids and myself and we could not have asked for a better job! Our makeup lasted all day through the tears and laughter and was complemented many times by our guests. When I get my hair or makeup done professionally I am extremely picky since not everyone can perfect flawless ethnic hair and makeup. But Kim did an AMAZING job with my makeup! Kim did my wedding trial makeup for my bridal shower first. Myself and everyone at the party loved it. She was open to my suggestions and made me feel like I was radiating and glowing. So when the wedding day came I was confident and comfortable that she would pull off perfection for myself and my bridesmaids of different ethnic backgrounds. And she did!

After so much research I did in multiple wedding websites, I found KLM Artistry. While reading all the amazing reviews and recommendations, I decided to hired Kim and her assistant Jessica to do hair and make up for myself, bridesmaids, and my mothers. It was the best decision I made for my wedding. Kim and Jessica did such an amazing job. They arrived early to ensure everything was on time and their personalities are awesome. I recently got married on February 7th and hired Kim and one of her assistants Jessica to do hair and make up for myself and four bridesmaids. Probably best decision I made for the wedding. They both did an outstanding job. Kim was absolutely amazing and made me feel like royalty. She came to the rescue when the hook on my dress came off and provided needle and thread so I could be sewn into my dress. After the ceremony she accompanied myself, husband and photographers to make sure my hair/make up was photo perfect as well as adjust my dress to make sure it looked perfect for the pictures. After the pictures she touched up my make up and then changed my hairstyle to an up-do for the reception. Do not hire anyone else to do you hair and makeup. Both Kim and Jessica were fabulous!!!!

Kim was amazing! She made me feel and look like a princess for my wedding day. I'm not the type of person that likes glamour and style but with Kim by my side she made me feel like I can look like a super star. I'm so glad I hired her and purchased her "Elite" package. Kim was absolutely amazing and provided hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party for such a great price! She also did my hair and makeup trial the day of my engagement photos and they turned out just beautiful. Honestly people were saying I looked like a model but it's just because Kim is so good at her craft. I opted for airbrush and I'm glad I did! Although it took longer to take off, it stayed in place through tears and sweat. When we got back to the hotel after the wedding not one thing was out of place and my makeup (other than my lipstick which is always the first to go) was absolutely flawless. And as if that doesn't convince you, Kim herself is just a wonderful person and so easy to talk to and work with. You can tell immediately she is a kind and warm person. I hired Kim to do hair and makeup for myself, my 4 bridesmaids, and my mother. She and another makeup artist she brought in for the day did an absolutely wonderful job. Neither of them quit until we were all absolutely perfect. My mom was a knock-out! She was fun, energetic, and so professional. She has wonderful taste. I'm the kind of person who wears very little makeup, so having her use her skills and knowledge was really a lifesaver.

I also hired Kim to follow us around for everything leading up to the reception, including her bustling my dress before the reception and doing hair and makeup touch-ups throughout the formal photos (to include a second hair style for the reception, without the veil). It was the best decision we made throughout the whole wedding planning process. She went above and beyond to not only make sure my hair and makeup and dress were perfect, but she also kept us all calm, helped out where help was needed, assisted the wedding venue managers when needed, assisted the photographers when needed, and took a lot of pressure off everyone involved. This woman really knows her stuff! I would tell anyone to hire her - not just someone like her, I would tell them to hire her specifically. She's awesome. And we all looked fabulous! Kim is, in a word, essential! She was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding, and is so much more than a hair and make up artist. Kim is a big reason that my wedding went off without a hitch and why we had so much time for amazing photos. She is calming when you need her to be and energetic when she has to be! If you hire Kim (definitely get the elite bridal package!!) you will not regret it!! I had a few trials before the wedding so I was confident in her ability to make me and my bridesmaids look perfect on the wedding day. She was also ready with straws so I wouldn't ruin my lipstick, she sprayed down fly-aways, powdered down shine, and even fixed and fluffed my skirt/train during our photos! She was able to flawlessly cover my tattoo and she even did my husband's ponytail and lightly powdered his face. I cannot express how grateful I am for all of her help- she was amazing and worth so much more than she charges!!

I found out about KLM Artistry after searching multiple wedding websites. All of them had great reviews and recommended Kim for my wedding day hair and makeup! I had looked into a few other hair/makeup artist in the area and found that Kim was very responsive, which was really important. I didn't want to be stressing about finding a hair/make up artist or wondering about their reliability. Plus, KLM Artistry's pricing was very reasonable.

I am very happy I found Kim because she is beyond amazing. When I went for my hair and makeup consultation, I knew I had made the right choice. Kim was extremely welcoming and personable and very attentive to my hair/makeup requests. She asked lots of questions to to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I knew the day I met her for my consultation that I wanted to book her services. She was so caring, warm, and kind. She had amazing attention to detail that I never would have expected. Even after I thought she was done, she would take a step back, and tell me that there was a curl (just one) not doing what she wanted and then fixed it. Kim's standards are incredibly high in regards to what she gives her clients. I feel truly blessed that I found her flyer in the pile I received at the Bridal Show. Kim was also very flexible with me. The day of the wedding, Kim came to our hotel room to get us all ready. She was as excited about the day as I was! She encouraged me to cry and not to worry about the makeup. She met us at the venue for the ceremony and reception. She arrived before us and had everything already set up in the bridal suite for touch ups before I even stepped in the room. She was quick to do finishing touches on all of our hair and make up. When we started with the pictures is when I was really amazed. I told Kim I knew I would cry when I saw my groom during the first look. Kim told me not to worry and showed me how to hide a tissue in my bouquet. Kim was there all through pictures, holding my bouquet, fixing my makeup and hair, fixing my dress, holding a drink and food for me.I never expected anywhere near the level of service I got from Kim. I do not think I have enough words to describe how grateful I am for all she did that day. I have received many compliments about Kim from other members of my family and bridal party. Everyone was blown away.

I am so grateful to have found KLM! Kim was absolutely amazing to work with. She did my hair and make up so perfectly, way beyond my expectations. She also did hair and make up for my bridesmaids, flower girls and my mother. Further more, she came with is to the wedding and touched up our hair and make up for every single picture.
She even changed my hair style from the ceremony to the reception. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with her. I also need to mention she helped tremendously with my 11 month old all day! From getting her dressed to entertaining her for pictures and holding her when everyone else was busy. I love you Kim! Thanks for making my wedding everything I ever dreamed it would be.

Kim was wonderful to work with! She offered a "trial day" for hair and makeup and put me at ease with her personable expertise. She listened to what I had envisioned for myself and skillfully did my up-do and makeup beyond my expectations. On the day of my wedding, she traveled to my home and did hair and makeup in a timely way for all of my bridesmaids and myself. She then traveled to the ceremony site and stayed to provide touch-ups for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother before the ceremony as well as during the pre- and post-ceremony photo sessions to ensure everyone looked beautiful. Most of all, Kim made me look and feel amazing on one of the most important days of my life, my wedding day. Kim did my hair and makeup for my engagement photos and wedding. She does her trials out of her home studio and really works with you to make sure you get the look you want. She works by herself but also can bring in additional hair and makeup artists if you have a larger bridal party like I did. She goes with you on location which is really nice and she has a package where she’ll stay through the end of the ceremony for touchups. Kim is also super helpful and will always lend a hand to get something done when you’re in crunch time right before the wedding – for example I realized that our groomsmen had never received their boutonnieres while we were doing formal photos. She offered to run up to the clubhouse and grab them from the florist delivery or find where they were. She also was quick to help me fix my dress and veil during pre-ceremony photos and made sure I (and everyone in the bridal party). looked perfect She was very professional and so sweet each time we met - I HIGHLY recommend using KLM Artistry!

I love Kim Macchiaroli! I love her and her work—both were very important to me when I was choosing a makeup artist for my daughter Bethany’s wedding. Having Kim was an incredible blessing. She was kind, personable, and felt like a part of our family during this very precious time in my daughter’s life. In addition, as seen in the photos, the bride looked amazingly beautiful. Kim Macchiaroli is an AMAZING hair and makeup artist. She can seriously do anything you show her and then some and she is simply the kindest human being I've ever met. She was so important to our entire wedding and even helped keep us looking good for outdoor photos even though the wind was horrible and they would have otherwise been an utter disaster. I LOVE Kim. She was awesome! She made me feel so comfortable during both my trial and before my wedding. She showed up early for my wedding and was all ready to go before I got there. I only had her do my makeup, but one of my bridesmaids last minute decided she wanted hers done as well and Kim was very flexible and happy to accommodate. Kim even helped out the groomsmen by helping them pin on their boutonnieres.

I can't say enough nice things about Kim! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!

I found out about KLM Artistry through another bride who recommended that I use Kim for my wedding day hair and makeup! I had inquired about several other hair/makeup artists in the area and found that KLM Artistry was most responsive & reasonably priced! I will be forever grateful of that recommendation because Kim was beyond amazing. When I went for my hair/makeup consultation, I knew I had made the right choice. Kim was extremely welcoming and personable and very attentive to my hair/makeup requests. She asked lots of questions to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I could tell that she truly cared about my ideas, suggestions and thoughts. She is very passionate about what she does and is a perfectionist (in a good way)!
Kim did not let me down on the day of my wedding. There were 9 of us getting our hair and makeup done so she had a 2nd hair/makeup artist help out. Kim and Jessie showed up on time (6 am) and set everything up ahead of schedule. I originally wanted a low side bun, on the day off Kim suggested doing the same bun but in the back. I trusted Kim's opinion and did the low bun in the back. I absolutely LOVED it and thought it looked even better than when the bun was on the side. And the airbrush makeup... WOW! All I can say is that I have never felt more beautiful in my life. My mom & bridesmaids also all looked stunning! Kim was by my side for my solo photos making sure that my front loose curl was laying beautifully against my face, that my necklace wasn't crooked, that my veil was placed perfectly, that my lip color never faded...She basically made me look flawless for photos that I will cherish forever.
There are no words to describe my appreciation for everything Kim and Jessie did. They played a big part in making my special day perfect. KLM Artistry was beyond amazing and exceeded all of my expectations. Working with Kim and Jessie was a great experience and if I could re-live the morning of my wedding, I would not change a thing!

Kim was absolutely FABULOUS! A week and a half before my wedding my original makeup and hair artist backed out... I was in total panic mode. Kim was my savior! My maid of honor used her in her wedding, so I felt comfort in knowing Kim would do a good job. She graciously set up a trial (she even waited for me because I was 45 mins late from traffic from Tucson to Phoenix!). I abolutely loved her work and that she was such a perfectionist!

The day of my wedding she was more than a makeup/hair stylist. Not only did I love the final product and how I looked (my bridesmaids and mother too), but she made sure my husband and I looked perfect for pictures. She even cleaned my dress for me when I got mud on it... it looked flawless! She helped the whole morning and pictures go smoothly.

I couldn't say enough good things about my experience with Kim and I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you Kim for helping make my day perfect!

Brides if your looking for the most personable lady who makes you feel and look like a picture perfect bride you really need to meet Kim. I love Kim, I had short hair to start with and finding a style to work with was not easy, but since I had time before the wedding to still grow my hair by the time the wedding came around Kim was able to master my look without missing a beat. She turned me into the princess I wanted to be for my wedding, makeup was flawless but natural, but dramatic enough to stand out. She is caring and compassionate and makes sure you are beautiful and put together all the way up to the reception.

Make up looked great and Kim brought her own camera to make sure it looked great not just in person but also in pictures. Not only did she do a great job with the hair and make-up she also stuck around for photos going above and beyond by helping with the train of the dress and getting things positioned for the photographer, during photos she touched up anything that got messed up and checked with photographer to make sure images looked good with his equipment.

If I could give an even higher rating than 5 stars I would! Kim was a total dream to work with! She is just as sweet as can be and goes above and beyond ANY hair/makeup artist should go to make sure their brides are perfect on their big day.

She pays really close attention to detail and is finding every opportunity to make sure that nothing is smudged or out of place in between photo shots. While doing our pre-wedding photos, she stayed close by with a wedding day emergency kit in tow the entire time as we moved from location to location on the venue.

My makeup and hair was absolute perfection and my bridesmaids were absolutely stunning too!

If I had the means to hire Kim as my own personal hair/makeup artist everyday, I would. She was an absolute delight to work with and I would recommend her to any brides!

I used KLM for my wedding two years ago and had such a wonderful experience!! Kim is so friendly and professional, but most importantly- skilled!! She just does such a wonderful job of making you look truly beautiful and highlighting your best features while still meeting your expectations. I love a more natural look, and she was able to make me look glamorous without looking like I had tons of makeup to make it happen! The tools she uses are incredible and she even gave me princess service by following me around on my wedding day during pictures and before the ceremony to freshen me up and make me look just beautiful and perfect! She was such a life saver! So now, as my brother in law was getting married, I highly recommended her to my future sister in law, and yet again, KLM came through exceeding everyone's expectations with her brilliant skills, top notch products, and exceptional attention to detail. I had gone thru three different trial runs with three different artists before making an appointment with Kim. I was beginning to get discouraged because I just wasn’t feeling confidant in the results – they weren’t really capturing what I wanted. When I sat down with Kim and explained what I was after as I had with the three other artists she was excited to get started. Our conversation flowed – she is just so personable and I immediately knew she would fit in with my bridesmaids the day of the wedding. Her packages and pricing are very reasonable – especially considering she gives 120% to any project. She is a perfectionist but manages her time and is aware of how critically important it is staying on schedule on such a big day. The day of the wedding she arrived early and began setting up with her assistant. They did such an amazing job on each of the bridesmaids, my sister-in-law, mother of the groom and myself – we all looked flawless. She then travelled with us to the location and she was just so amazing – putting the final touches on everyone, helping in any way possible. Even my wedding coordinator and photographer commented on how attentive Kim was. She went above and beyond to ensure we all looked our best for the pictures after the ceremony. A women’s wedding day is one of the most important days and the artist is in charge with such a big task. I had heard of so many stories of friends not liking their hair and makeup and what a disaster the experience was –but I was so fortunate to have found Kim. She is so talented and friendly and understands to listen to her client and give them what they want but to put in her own style that compliments the look. She is worth every penny. I will absolutely use her again when I have an event or even for a date night with my husband. Kim, thank you for being so amazing!!! You absolutely were one of my favorite people throughout my wedding experience.

Kim went truly above and beyond for my wedding day. I contacted her practically at the last minute after coming across her vendor listing on theknot.com and from her first email I felt at ease. Her packages were very affordable and she did a fantastic job. She did the make up for myself plus four bridesmaids as well as styled my hair and the flower girl's. I'm not a girl who wears make up every day (more like once a week) but she did an amazing job interpreting what I wanted - classic, special and beautiful - in such a tasteful manner.
Throughout our correspondence and the entire day before the wedding she was so professional and kind. She insisted on coming to the venue to do last minute touch ups and offered to do the flower girl's hair even though it wasn't part of the package I chose. Kim enlisted the help of a hair stylist named Hillary who did all of the bridesmaids' hair styles and she also was incredibly sweet and talented. There was absolutely nothing that Kim could've done better. She was easily the best vendor I had for the entire wedding and I HIGHLY recommend her!

I highly recommend Kim and Jesse! They did a great job on hair and airbrush make up on all of my wedding party and me. They came on time to our hotel room on the day of, and stuck to their timeline. The prices were competitive to others I had reviewed. They were so friendly, professional and fun to be around that day! They made everyone feel comfortable and didn't push any extreme looks on anyone. They are very talented and did amazing. I wish I had had Kim stay around all day for touch ups though because I cried during the ceremony and had to use my bridesmaid's concealer make up to touch it up. Wasn't ideal, but we made it work. I highly recommend KLM!!

Kim is my aunt, so I'm sure I'm a little biased to begin with, but she did such a fantastic job with my hair and makeup, and even offered to do the hair or makeup for my sister, and my new sister-in-law and mother-in-law. It was so fun all getting ready together, and Kim handled the chaos very well. She was cool, calm, and collected the whole time. You could tell she really cared about making sure each of us liked the look she gave us and was totally willing to adjust it to fit our needs. The dry-run we had about a month prior was great to test out the look I was going for, but she was also fine with some minor adjustments to the hair style the day of.
She was great to work with, and so fun to be around :) She was also great at helping organize the before and after ceremony photos with the photographer and was always there to do touch ups whenever needed.
I would highly recommend Kim to anyone. She does a fantastic job!

I don't even know where to begin! My experience with Kim of KLM Artistry was amazing from the start. During my trial, Kim was so patient. I had an idea of what I wanted done with my hair and makeup but my hair wasn't the proper length. Kim offered so many suggestions and options on how we could still make the hair style work, and on my wedding day I couldn't have been happier! My hair and makeup exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more happy with my decision! On my wedding day, many things seemed to be going wrong but Kim was so calming. She stepped in wherever she could to help out, like assisting in setting up the candy buffet, and helping with my dress! My two year old was in the wedding and during pictures Kim played with her and kept her distracted! My Maid of Honor also had her hair and makeup done by Kim and was thrilled with the results! Thank you Kim for all you did to make the day special for Jamal and I. You will always have a special place in my heart because without you my wedding wouldn't have been as wonderful as it was!
