Best Planner EVER!

I don't even know where to begin with how amazing Kevin is. Every step of the way, every decision, every call, he was 100% there for us and focused on making it the most memorable and amazing day. Everyone asks me how my wedding was and I always say it was absolutely perfect and all thanks to Kevin. He handled EVERYTHING not only the entire day but throughout the process. He listened to my vision and executed perfectly. Not one hiccup that I saw or heard of and that truly all you could ask for on your wedding day. I can't recommend Kevin enough. Hiring him was the best decision of our celebration.

The level of professionalism and attention to detail Kevin brought in planning our daughter’s wedding is unmatched. He made her vision come to life and executed every detail perfectly. Along the way, he found additional ways and ideas to enhance the design and created a schedule to ensure the day went smoothly. We enjoyed our meetings with him. Kevin truly cares about his clients and plans every detail like it was is own wedding. We cannot thank him enough for helping to plan a beautiful wedding!

Best Wedding Decision

Hiring Kevin was the best decision that we made for our wedding! He was extremely helpful along every step of the way and made it a stress-free process. The BEST wedding planner!

We had the absolute best experience with Kevin as our wedding planner! He guided us through every step of the process and made everything as seamless as possible. He is very thorough and detailed oriented, and went above and beyond to help make our wedding day perfect and special. He helped us choose all of our vendors, coordinated all plans with each of them leading up to the wedding, and easily juggled all of the moving parts on the big day. Kevin is truly a natural at planning amazing weddings, parties, and events. It is clearly a passion for him and he thinks of everything to make sure all the details are just right. He is also an incredible human being and super fun to work with! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and we definitely could not have pulled it off without him!

From making sure all of the rehearsal went well and dealing with all of the large personalities in our wedding party, we truly appreciate all of Kevin's patience. His attention to detail truly made the day everything we ever had hoped for and imagined. We both had the opportunity to truly relax and enjoy our day because of Kevin and his planning. I never once worried about things and was so pumped to be able to celebrate with my friends and family. He truly has a gift and talent for planning and executing events.

Our wedding was everything we could have asked for and then some because of Kevin.

I would give Kevin all the stars in the world if I could. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and helpfulness were vital in making our wedding come to life. I have known Kevin for most of my life, and immediately knew that I would hire him to help me plan the wedding and coordinate the day of. From the very start, he was an amazing resource and wealth of information on vendors, etiquette, trends, and more. He saw our vision before we did, and helped bring it to life. The attention to detail and eye for design he has is unmatched. I am so grateful to him for making my wedding day one of the least stressful days of my life - and I'm not even kidding! From the moment he arrived in Harrisburg the day of the rehearsal, I knew everything was going to be amazing and I wouldn't have to worry about any of it. Kevin was an integral part of our wedding, and we were more than satisfied with our experience with him as our planner. Kevin was detail oriented, really collaborative, fun to connect with, and was such a calming influence that had every situation in control. He was easily reachable, consistently communicative, and his goal was to make us happy. We had a perfect day, and Kevin was easily one of the best vendors in the Pennsylvania area that we included in the process of getting there. We highly recommend him and wish him success in the Los Angeles market.

Our parents got to enjoy the wedding because Kevin had all the details under control. He was at our side if we needed anything at all, he made sure we ate and enjoyed ourselves, and I'm sure he put out a few "fires" but I wasn't bothered with them at all. He really understood what we wanted and helped that vision come to life- the projects I did and the projects we asked him to do were so cohesive in their design, it was a Pinterest dream. We had such a beautiful day, and all of the pieces that would have been wonderful on their own were made perfect by Kevin.

Look no further because Kevin is THE BEST! Hes so friendly, efficient, timely, and knowledgeable about the business! Even though we only signed Kevin for the day of coordinator, he always made me feel like I could come to him for suggestions or referrals at any point. He recommended the salon where I found my gown, the DJ and the glam squad. Saying he was a day of coordinator really does not do him justice. Having Kevin there for the rehearsal was priceless. Because we were being married by a friend, no one was really sure where to even begin when it came to the ceremony flow. Kevin took complete ownership of the rehearsal and made it run flawlessly.
When it came to the actual wedding day, Kevin was worth his weight in gold. I literally did not have a stress in the world that day. Everyone kept commenting how calm I was the day of and I really think I owe it all to Kevin. He made it so that not only myself and my groom didn't have a worry, but also our parties and parents which was a huge bonus. He saved the day more times than I can count. From picking up lunch for starving women, to making sure my gooms fly was zipped before our pictures, to gorgeously arranging my decorations, to calming down our ring bearer enough to get him to calmly walk down the aisle with his sister, when all he really wanted to do was run after his mom who was a bridesmaid, to subtly signaling to our friend who was officiating to ask the guests to sit during the ceremony. I could go on and on, but you get the hint. He's awesome and goes way above and beyond. You won't be sorry, he's worth every penny.

If I could give KLB Events & Design a million plus star rating I would. I could not have asked for a better person to coordinate our wedding then Kevin, he was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning Kevin made himself available and offered valuable information and ideas to make our wedding day perfect. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and is very organized. The months prior to our wedding he stayed in touch and made himself readily available for anything that we needed and took the time to actually get to know us. He went out of his way to reach out to vendors and take care of last minute details so that the weeks leading up to our wedding could remain stress and worry free. On the actual day of our rehearsal and wedding he made sure that everything went absolutely perfect and to our liking. My wedding was the best day of my life and I cannot thank Kevin enough for all that he has done to make our day so special. As soon as I spoke to Kevin the first time, I knew he was a perfect fit for my daughter's wedding. And as soon as she and her fiance discussed their wedding over the phone with him, they also fell in love with him!
Kevin not only had our backs the whole time, but he held our hands when we got anxious. He totally understood my daughter's vision for her wedding day, and we trusted his opinion and decorating decisions. My daughter and I are both "detail oriented" and have trouble assigning tasks to other people, because they may not do it "the right way" or "our way." We had no trouble doing this with Kevin. He contacted all the vendors, kept them up to date about timing and plans, kept us up to date about payment due dates, and worked especially hard the last week leading up to the wedding so we did not have to. He had everything under control the day of the wedding - in fact at the end of the evening, my husband said to him, "You did everything I wanted you to tonight. You didn't bother me once." In other words, we were able to enjoy our daughter's wedding, as we left all the details of the evening in Kevin's hands.
He had been the first one at the venue that morning, to make sure all the vendors were there on time, setting up the flowers and tables and signs and table assignments, etc. He was the last to leave, cleaning up the room, collecting anything we left, and storing it in his car to deliver to us the next day. He worked hard, he was a pleasure to work with, and we not only met a party planner, but we gained a friend. As I left my daughter that evening, I asked her if the wedding was what she imagined it would be. She said it was "perfect." Thanks to Kevin.

You should book immediately with Kevin! He was truly unbelievable and we loved every minute of the journey with him. From the first time we talked to him, he made us feel incredibly comfortable, happy, and excited for our wedding. I trusted him from day one which was extremely important. As time went on, I knew that no task was too big for him and no matter how long it would take or how hard it was, it was in good hands with Kevin.

As we got closer to the wedding, Kevin and my wife started to discuss so many little details on a daily basis and each one put a smile on Steph's face. I can honestly say that I was not stressed one little bit leading up to the wedding. If I texted Kevin the week of or called that weekend, he had done what was needed for me in minutes. I know most of what I asked for wasn't a huge deal but, nonetheless, they were things I could erase from my mind so I could enjoy the wedding day. On wedding weekend, his creativity was unmatched! Truly unmatched! He transformed the rooms we used into masterpieces and made a nice place absolutely stunning.

I am so thankful that Kevin was with us on the day of our wedding and for all he did for us. All of our visions were masterfully put together by him and the wedding of our dreams absolutely exceeded our expectations. He is creative, fun, professional, friendly, always has a smile on his face, and a joy to be around. Once the wedding was over, we no longer needed a wedding planner which was sad but we gained a true friend. He is the man and we loved working with him!

Normally you don't see a guest of an event write a review but I went to a baby shower this past weekend in York, PA and I was so impressed with it I just had to do a review. When I walked through the doors to enter the room where the shower was it took my breath away! The details where just amazing! I felt like I walked into a fantasy! The theme for the baby shower was "Little Prince" and it looked like a baby shower for royalty. Everyone was in awe of all the intimate details. I don't think anyone walked in that room and took a seat until after they walked the entire room, station by station, just amazed at all of the perfection in the details. There was a phenomenal sweet table with wonderful cookies, candies, and many other delicious chocolate treats. The food was great! Oh and the favors were adorable! Mini wine bottles with straws and a bow attached that had personalized labels saying Barefoot and Pregnant Merlot/Pinot Grigio! How cute is that! I went to the hostess of the shower to compliment her on all the details and perfection she put into the shower. She told be that she could not take credit for the room decor and design that it was all done by a very good friend of hers named Kevin who owned KLB Events & Design. Kevin you are absolutely amazing! Your talent is immeasurable!! One thing I know for sure is that when it comes time for me to have an event I WILL be calling KLB Events & Design. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this company deserves it!!!

One of the best things we did for the day-of is book Kevin! We booked him a few weeks out for day-of detailing and coordination. He was not only there with us from the time we started preparations in the morning, but also was there until the very end of the evening, after all the guests had left and we needed to clean the reception hall. He is willing to work with whatever your vision is, and gives his professional opinions without belittling your thoughts. One of the most valuable things he did for us was keep our large bridal party not only happy, but also on time. He was there to tell people where to be and when, which took the pressure off of us, or a family member/friend. He took a personal interest in our wedding day, and we really couldn't have done it without him.

Kevin was seriously a godsend! He sometimes knew exactly what we wanted before we even knew what we wanted. He asked us so many questions to get to know our style and preferences, and many of the questions were things we wouldn't have even thought of! Through acting on his "friendship first" philosophy, he met with us several times, and we felt that he truly got to know us not just as clients, but more so as people and friends. This made us feel completely comfortable and at ease with him throughout the entire planning process and during our wedding day.

Kevin was open to all our ideas and provided creative insights and input without making us feel as if he were stepping on our toes. Because of his meticulous attention to detail, conscientiousness, and careful planning, the entire day went smoothly and without a single hitch (except, obviously, for us getting hitched!).

We were not going to hire a wedding planner, but Kevin was provided to us through our caterer, Accomac Events--and we're so glad!! We are so grateful to him for his openness, friendliness, and ability to put even the most stressed and anxious people (AKA, the MOB who created and set up every single centerpiece) at ease. He played the roles of best friend, planner, organizer, creative director, therapist, and stage manager all at once. We cannot recommend Kevin at KLB Events enough!!

In the beginning, I was not planning on booking a Day of Coordinator since I am a DIY kind of girl. Since my venue required booking one, Kevin was recommended and I am SO very thankful to have had him on my team on the day of my wedding and the weeks leading up to it. The second he started, I went from being swamped with vendor emails to hearing a peaceful calm and I knew Kevin was taking care of the questions they had. My husband and I were able to sit back and soak in the fact that we would be married soon without bombardments of emails. Before the wedding, I had described my vision to Kevin and the day of the wedding he made my vision come to life down to the very last detail! He meticulously set up the decorations exactly how I wanted them and everything looked perfect! He even let me take a sneak peak into the reception hall before the wedding and it was so exciting to see my vision displayed out so well! Also, my husband and I had a large party- 10 on each side, parents, and 3 babies for Kevin to manage and field questions from in addition to the vendors' questions. Kevin managed all those people like it was nothing- his calm, friendly demeanor is exactly what you wish for on your wedding day! Even now, a couple weeks after the wedding, I'm still getting feedback from friends and family that "Kevin was awesome" and "Thank goodness for Kevin"! What's more is that we were initially told that Kevin would leave at the start of the reception but he went beyond the call of duty and stayed well into the reception to make sure everything ran smoothly. Kevin worked well with all the other vendors involved in the day and displayed professionalism. I started out my planning thinking that I could do it all by myself but now looking back, my wedding day would not have even been close to what it was without Kevin. I am so grateful for him facilitating such a seamless day so it could forever last in my memory as the BEST DAY EVER!

Kevin is so amazing to work with! The week before the wedding, Kevin set our minds at ease and took full reigns of the planning. He was so organized and detailed at the rehearsal, as well as the wedding, and literally did everything we needed him to do - and then some! He is not only exceptional at his job, but is also very personable, fun, and a complete pleasure to work with! Everyone wants their wedding day to be PERFECT, right?! Look no further because KLB & Events does not settle for less then PERFECTION- and I am so lucky to have had them as my Wedding Dream Team!

The Wedding Gods where shining down on me the day we met Kevin. Not only is Kevin one of the kindest people I know- I can truly say that he is now one of my beloved friends. He had my back and always put my best interest first. Kevin and Kaila exceeded any and all of my expectations- and elevated my wedding to a whole other level I didn't know was possible! No detail was too small or overlooked- My wedding day was a success because of them!

Kevin and Kaila LITERALLY, took all the stress/anxiety away- from me and my groom, my parents, my maids, his groomsmen- so we all could just relax enjoy the day! Because trust me- it goes so fast!

Kevin is amazing and his assistant Kaila is top notch as well! They went above and beyond to make our day more perfect than I could have ever imagined. From calling multiple vendors before the event to set up details, to making my last minute signs I wanted displayed at the reception...he did it all! I was a disconnected bride(from living out of town) with an overwhelmed mother and Kevin made sure every detail was covered or in place. He checked on us through out the reception to make sure we were having a great time and let just say his assistant changed our daughter's diaper sometime during the evening so that none of my family would have to miss us cutting the cake. If that isn't service I don't know what is!!!

Kevin really is amazing! To call him a Wedding Planner is really a misnomer because he is much more; Friend & Confidant, Negotiator, Decorator, Liaison, Arbiter (between us!) and the list goes on and on . . . His genuine concern about us and our special day was evident from our first meeting.

Kevin has excellent contacts and took most of the legwork out of finding a venue, vendors, etc. Our wedding was planned from start to finish in less than six months. We gave Kevin some dates and an idea and an e-mail appeared with ten venue options. We choose the first one he recommended. Once we had a date he generated a list of photographers with his personal comments. He did the same thing for the other vendors.

With no family in the area Kevin even assisted with the final touches and concerns that I had with my dress. His opinion and voice of reason was comforting and eased any anxiety that I had.

Before the wedding my bridesmaids and I forgot to bring champagne for limo ride to the church. Kevin to the rescue! We gave him the keycard to our room and drove his own car to the hotel, picked up two bottles of champagne and brought it to the limo! My bridesmaids stated more than once, "we love Kevin."

The day of the wedding was beautiful and flawless. If something wasn't right and/or needed attention Kevin addressed it. For instance, the bride’s escort used a walker; Kaila, Kevin’s assistant, drove them in her own car so he and his wife did not have to take the shuttle. When your guests comment about your planner you know you chose well. We know we would not have visited as much as we did with our guests if it were not for Kevin.

One thing Kevin did that was priceless in my book was taking everything to our house and dropping it off at the end of the reception so everyone could continue the after party at the hotel uninterrupted.

Kevin was a pleasure to work with and we found ourselves saying more than once "Thank Heaven for Kevin!"

One of the greatest phrases a bride hears on her wedding day is "don't worry about it, I'll handle it", and to know that whatever problem/issue/hiccup is actually being taken care of, is such an enormous relief! Kevin absolutely handled "it", from our first phone conversation to our final farewells at the end of the wedding night, Kevin was my go to point person and dealt with whatever we threw his way. My vision for our wedding was a bit complicated and I knew I had to find the right person to carry out the idea and make it happen. It also didn't help that my husband and I live in the DC area so meeting us was out of his way. Kevin never balked and not only accepted the challenges but completely blew us away with his absolutely lovely visual style! I consider myself an organized person but I could never have put everything together the way Kevin did and I like to think that I have also gained a friend in him since he made the process so fun! We can't thank him enough for all the hard work he put in for us!

It's hard to find words to express how much I loved my baby shower! Kevin has a natural talent thats for sure. His attention to detail and what I envisioned my baby shower to be made it exactly how I pictured in my mind...and then some! not only did Kevin go over the top to ensure the appearance of my shower was what I wanted but he stuck around the entire duration of my shower to ensure everything ran smoothly. When we were deciding whether to have a day-of-coordinator, we really lucked out that Kevin was still available. We knew after our first meeting with him that we had made a great decision to reach out to him for his services and that he was just the person for the job! He is very professional and easy to talk to. It really felt like we were good friends getting together which really put us at ease and made us feel comfortable to talk to Kevin about our "vision" for the wedding.

He also gave us names of other vendors to reach out to for a few of the final touches that we just hadn't quite gotten to yet and didn't know where to start. My husband and I both feel that he went above and beyond for our wedding and made us feel like it was the only event he was planning even though we knew he was planning several others as well. He let us know what he thought would work and would not work and did everything that he could to be there for us on our wedding day.

We are so happy that we had Kevin helping us and I know that one of the main reasons the wedding and reception went perfectly is because of Kevin. He made sure that the vendors were reaching out to him instead of us so that we could focus on getting ourselves ready instead of answering questions such as where to put the cake. Kevin was a lifesaver and we would definitely recommend him for planning a wedding or any event for that matter!

Kevin deserves 5 stars in every single category. He helped to make our day the most beautiful, romantic and stress-free day of our lives. I will never plan another event without Kevin, and will MOST definitely be recommending him to anyone I know in need of planning support. He was so helpful and truly understood our vision, which he brought to life better than I could have ever imagined. Our day went off without a hitch and we owe a huge part of that to Kevin! Kevin is a true perfectionist who goes above and beyond in all he does. He loves his work and his passion and enthusiasm are apparent in every detail. There isn't anything that he won't do to ensure your event is a dream come true. Quick to respond and always open to your ideas, I will never use anyone else for events that I will be planning.

As an event planner myself, I was worried that I wouldn't find a planner who would live up to my high expectations...however, Kevin completely blew me away! From his upbeat and positive "can do" attitude, to his preparedness for every meeting we had, I couldn't have been happier. Kevin is a class-act. Kevin bent over backward for whatever we needed for this fundraising event for the Symphony! Whatever we needed on a moment's notice, he produced it! As a person who runs many functions, I have become an attention-to-detail person. Kevin is too! It only took me 1 or 2 "checkups" on details to know that my function was in very good hands!!!!
He knows his taste as well and will gently (or outright if your rapport is such) guide you toward a more tasteful alternative to whatever it was that you are considering!! --For me it was coffee urns!

You never really know exactly how well the vendors you chose will work until the day of the event. I was fortunate enough to have everything go as planned and that was thanks to Kevin. If you want to feel valued and important while planning your event Kevin is the person to see. He is professional, thorough, thoughtful, creative, and personable. If I had any questions he was always available and prompt with his responses. He understood what I wanted and executed it perfectly. He really does keep you at the top of his priority list. My family and I had a wonderful time working with him.

I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for an event planner. He is extremely organized and went above and beyond for my wedding. His attention to my wishes and his responsiveness calmed a frazzled bride’s nerves. He was an incredible resource and extremely accommodating. He has a way of making your dreams come true. His flare for design is unmatched and his relationships with the top vendors in the area are telling of his business acumen and professionalism.
