If you’re looking for a photographer who takes incredible photos and instantly feels like family, Caroline is truly the one. My husband and I first met her when she photographed my brother and sister-in-law’s wedding, and we were blown away—not only by how seamlessly she worked on the day, but by how beautiful the photos turned out. Seeing everything firsthand made choosing her for our own wedding an easy decision.
From the very beginning, Caroline made us feel completely at ease. We started with our engagement session, and even though my husband and I aren’t the biggest fans of being in front of the camera, she made it feel so natural and fun. It honestly didn’t feel like a photo shoot at all—we were just enjoying the moment.
In the months leading up to the wedding, Caroline was incredibly organized and responsive. She helped build our timeline, made sure all of our must-have photos were covered, and checked in multiple times to make sure everything felt right. On the wedding day, she exceeded every expectation!
We are absolutely in love with our wedding gallery and couldn’t be more grateful to Caroline and Heather for capturing our day so beautifully. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or more beautiful memories.

Caroline was fantastic and easy to work from beginning to end! Our dogs are our everything and we wanted them incorporated in both the engagement shoot and our wedding. She worked so well with our wedding dog caretaker and made sure we got enough pictures with the pups during our wedding day and during our engagement shoot.
She provided a sneak peek of our wedding pictures on instagram the very next day (less than 12 hours!!). We were stoked. She had a great second shooter on the day of as well, who was type A just like me so it was a perfect fit.
Her enthusiasm and attention to detail were so important and appreciated on our wedding day. I like to hold my husband’s pinky finger sometimes and she noticed and made sure to capture that moment. It’s the little things that she notices, we loved it!
We last minute decided that we wanted our tea ceremony photographed and she was able to pull that together very quickly and sent out a questionnaire to ensure the important moments were captured.
I honestly cannot recommend Caroline enough, we will keep her in mind for all future photography needs!! -

Highly Recommend!
Caroline was the most amazing photographer!! She was with us from our welcome party all the way to the after party and she so beautifully captured every moment. She took so many special photos of us along with our family, details, guests and more. She was so sweet and kind. Everyone loved her! I also loved how I didn’t even notice her taking pictures during the ceremony or reception, which let her take so many amazing candids. Caroline and her partner were absolutely fantastic to work with for our wedding. I knew Caroline would be amazing by her existing work and the way she communicated leading up to our wedding day. Caroline works incredibly hard to manage her business while being kind and responsive and organized with each of her clients. On the day of our wedding, everything was such a blur but Caroline was calm and worked her magic while making it look easy (which it isn’t!) Caroline’s photos are artistic, perceptive, and completely unique. We asked for wedding photos not necessarily just of us (bride and groom), but of our guests and loved ones too. Our wedding album has priceless photos of every single person who is important to us, at blink-of-an-eye moments that are now frozen in time, and that is a gift we will have forever. -

Caroline was an absolute delight to work with. My husband and I get so nervous about being photographed because we don't really know how to pose for photos. She made sure we were laughing the whole time and somehow in between the giggles she captured so many beautiful, natural photos of us and our loved ones, including some INCREDIBLE party shots. In addition to that, she went above and beyond asa source of calm and support throughout a pretty chaotic wedding day. Caroline and her second photographer, Erin, were such a source of joy for us, and we're obsessed with the photos they took. We will be recommending them to everyone we know! -

Absolutely the BEST!
Caroline and her second shooter, Erin, were absolutely fabulous! From the first time I contacted Caroline to receiving our wedding photos everything was great. Caroline was so sweet and warm on the first phone call I had with her. She walked me through each of the packages that she offered and was super helpful in helping to create a timeline and option that fit our needs best. She was very responsive to any questions I had, both in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding day. Her editing style is fabulous regardless of lighting outside. Our engagement shoot and our wedding day were both rainy and she made them look perfect. She made us feel comfortable during photo sessions with just the right amount of guidance while making it feel natural. I would absolute recommend Caroline to anyone looking for a photographer!! -

My husband and I LOVED working with Caroline Klaar for both days of our fusion wedding! She photographed our sangeet/welcome party and the wedding day. We would absolutely recommend working with her! Before the wedding, she was easy to communicate with, responsive to our goals and vision for the photos and thoughtful about timing and planning great spots.
Both days, Caroline was supportive, encouraging, always there to capture important moments, but never pushy, loud, or overbearing. She and her team were like our secret hype crew the entire wedding weekend! We had spoken with other photographers who had less relaxed personalities, and we were SO glad we went with Klaar Photography!
We are not the most natural in front of the camera and hadn't done any "practice" engagement shoots, so we were a little nervous about looking stiff. Caroline made us feel instantly at ease and it was so easy to get shots with her and her team!
And the photos are STUNNING! We are so thrilled with how they came out.
Book Caroline for your wedding (or other life events!). She's amazing and you will be so glad you did! -

The BEST photographer (and person) there is!
Before I start this review, you should 10000% book Caroline! I can't recommend her enough.
Caroline is truly one-of-a-kind photographer and a GEM of a human. First, I'll start with her amazing photography skills. We used her for both our engagement shoot and wedding day. On our engagement shoot... it was about 50 degrees (max) with extremely strong winds on the beach... we were absolutely freezing but you would NEVER know with the beautiful pictures Caroline got! She somehow made the weather look amazing in the photos and you couldn't even tell how windy it was. She was so optimistic and positive the whole time. Fast-forward to our wedding day and she was equally as amazing. Her photography skills are unmatched - her photos are beautiful, bright and airy, but still have this amazing contrast where you can see all the details. It's the exact style I wanted for my wedding and I couldn't be happier with how all of the photos turned out. She has an amazing eye for detail and is amazing at capturing posed shots as well as spontaneous, in the moment. She's also amazing at telling you how to pose/stand because we had no idea! She makes you feel so comfortable.
Throughout this entire process, Caroline has been so welcoming, kind and caring. So many of our wedding guests came up to us and told us how nice our photographer was and all of our vendors told us how amazingly easy she is to work with (which of course, we echo)!
We are so excited to continue to work with Caroline to capture big life milestones for us! -

The Best Wedding Photography Experience
Caroline was so great to work with for our recent wedding. We were put in touch with her from a family friend who had highly recommended her. From the very beginning she was so responsive and easy going to communicate with. On the day of the wedding (which was much colder than anticipated for May) she was so efficient with getting photos done so that everyone could get out of the cold and into the cocktail hour with guests. Caroline was so kind and laid back, which made the day stress free. We just received some preview shots and they are even better than I had envisioned, I can’t wait to see the rest of them! I highly recommend Caroline and Klaar Photogrpahy to anyone looking for wedding photographers! -

Caroline Klaar is literally THE Greatest Photographer of All Time (GOAT)! Before booking Caroline, we had already seen her work at a number of weddings, and we knew she was going to be our top choice! Caroline is kind, sweet, easygoing and so organized. Everything you could possibly want in top tier wedding professional. Everything was such a blur for us during the wedding. But after looking through our album, Caroline helped us relive the entire event! She was literally everywhere! She got all of our most important moments, at the right angles, with great lighting and AMAZING quality! We look DOPE! We are also not the most photogenic couple lol so we needed a photographer who could help make our awkwardness look great! We could not be happier with Caroline! We hired Caroline of Klaar Photography for our daughters wedding in Boston. From start to finish it was an incredible experience. Unbelievable experience with Klaar Photography
I cannot recommend Klaar Photography enough! From the day I signed the contract to when I received the final photo galley, Caroline was professional and so communication through every step of the process. She was so organized and helped me come up with a clear photography timeline for the big day so that everything flowed smoothly and allowed us to maximize time with family and friends. I just received my final photo gallery and was blown away from the quality of the images, and all the special moments she captured. Caroline is the Best!
I found Caroline’s Instagram page while scrolling around looking for our wedding during the pandemic. We ended up postponing our wedding and throughout all the stress Caroline was so understanding and supportive. We had our engagement photos during our original timeline of getting married and were so in love it was hard to wait the extra year for her magical photos again. However, she was worth the wait as our photos came out magical and were more than we could ever dream of. She was so on top of it and the best communicator; as a bride she was exactly what I needed! Her vision is flawless and anyone who views her portfolio would strongly agree. My favorite part of viewing all the photos from the wedding was Caroline got small pieces of our day that we wouldn’t have thought to ask her to capture. Caroline was an absolute blessing for my wedding. She was incredibly responsive and attentive and helped me plan our entire day. I was planning my wedding from Florida so it was super important to me to have someone who I could communicate with quickly and easily and she was amazing. This also meant the first time I met Caroline was my wedding day, though it felt like we had been friends forever. She was incredibly sweet to all our friends and family as we were trying to get everyone together for photos. She sent us a sneak peak within 24 hours and the rest of the photos within 8 weeks, earlier than she quoted us. They are stunning, I honestly didn’t know my husband and I could look so good. I have not a single regret hiring Caroline, she will help your wedding in way more ways than photography. -

Absolutely incredible photographer and human!
From postponing our 2020 wedding, to planning our elopement, to then cancelling said-elopement because of a deployment, Caroline was there through it all. She was so SO willing to work with us through all of our changes. Once the day came, she went above and beyond all expectations. She made us feel us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and captured literally everything and then some of our day. My favorite moment was when Caroline took us out on to the balcony for "sunset photos" but really she was just giving us a moment to breath and take in the day with one another. I can't recommend Caroline enough, her photography is beautiful and so is her personality. -

Amazing Photos!
Caroline is an amazing photographer who captured our wedding day so perfectly. She was unobtrusive and let poses and visuals develop naturally, but gave direction as needed. I was especially impressed with her ability to capture my first dance which consisted of me jumping and flailing around and yet the pictures make me look amazing. My only complaint is it's hard to pick my favorite shots since they're all so good! I highly recommend her! -

Finding the perfect wedding photographer is one of the most important parts of planning for your big day! The wedding day goes by so fast but your photos are what last a lifetime. So that is why you need to choose Caroline of Klaar Photography as your wedding photographer. I feel so fortunate to have found Caroline by chance on Instagram. I immediately fell in love with her photography skills and beautiful photos. Caroline has such a bubbly and fun personality and made taking engagement photos and wedding photos so much fun! Caroline also has an eye for finding the perfect spot to capture the best photos.
We were the couple that had to reschedule our wedding multiple times due to COVID and throughout it all Caroline was the BEST to work with. She knew how stressful it was and offered a lending hand in anything else we needed help with during that time. My husband would also like me to add that Caroline, with her kind smile and words of encouragement, talked him off a ledge right before our ceremony started :)
Caroline also had a second shooter Karina for the big day! Karina had the difficult job of trying to wrangle the groomsmen before the wedding to take photos! She did an amazing job and we felt lucky to have her as our second shooter for our wedding day.
Choose Caroline of Klaar Photography for your big day, you won’t be disappointed at all. We feel so lucky to have found such a phenomenal photographer who we now feel is part of our family! We can’t wait to use Caroline again for other happy life events in the future! -

Caroline is the definition of 5 star photographer
So I was going to wait to give a review until after my wedding but I can't stop raving about how great Caroline is. I am probably one of the most picky people when it came to choosing the right photographer to work with for my wedding and engagement photos. I spoke with a multitude of different photographer but I really felt like I vibed well with Caroline. I could tell right off the bat she is extremely passionate about her work, and puts in 101% in what she does. I recently had my engagement photo session with Caroline and she was so much fun to work with. My fiance and I felt so comfortable working with her, and we had a blast with the poses. She sent us some sneak peak photos the day after the shoot the the photos came out GORGEOUS. She blew my expectations. I cannot wait to work with Caroline on my wedding day September 2021. If you are looking for a talented, professional, and down to earth photographer who really listens to her clients, look no further. Caroline is your girl. -

Saved our Covid wedding!!
Caroline is simply the best. When our original photographer was not available for our august 2020 wedding due to COVID, Caroline came highly recommended - and now I see why!! Given our circumstances, Caroline had less than a weeks notice to prep for our big day, which meant that I was absolutely frantic as I coordinated with her. She was so calm and professional and truly put my mind at ease. She was available via email and phone for planning purposes, and when she arrived on our wedding day she was SUCH a welcome calming presence. Caroline was approachable and warm, even when coordinating group shots with our large (and sometimes difficult!) family. She captured beautiful images that we will treasure for years to come. Somehow Caroline managed to capture candid shots of the most important people in our lives even without knowing who everyone was. She was so organized and attentive. My husband and I are relaxed and happy in the photos - as are all of our family members - and this is no small feat!! She truly caught our personalities. All of our family members raved about Caroline’s work and her professionalism after the wedding was over. She was great with follow up and setting expectations about timeline for photos etc. my husband and I were truly delighted to have the chance to work with her. She made a very stressful time in our lives (wedding during covid) so much easier and more enjoyable! Caroline made our scaled down covid wedding feel special, and we will cherish the memories we have thanks to her. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Caroline and her work!!! -

Caroline was AMAZING! From the second we met her, we knew that she would be our photographer. She makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera and half the time you don't even realize that she is taking pictures.
I couldn't find one picture that I didn't like and I have received nothing but compliments about our pictures.
Caroline always responded to emails and other messages quickly and always was helpful and flexible...especially during our many changes during COVID. -

I so enjoyed working with Caroline! She has a lovely eye, and she’s so professional and accommodating. We worked together on a last minute micro wedding because our actual wedding had been postponed, and she could not have done a better job capturing my vision for the day! All of her shots are just beautiful, but in particular I was blown away by the photos she captured on the beach - it was overcast and windy but the lighting came out so gorgeous and the photos look serene, all thanks to Caroline’s talent! Caroline also captured some of the most flattering, natural photos of my grandparents that I have ever seen! I was truly blown away by a candid she captured of my 90+ grandma, and I will always cherish that photo! Caroline also photographed a close friend’s wedding, maternity and family photos and I could not be more obsessed with how they all came out! Highly recommend Caroline, and I look forward to working with her in the future to capture more special moments! -

We love Caroline!
I found Caroline early on in our wedding planning process through Instagram. I loved her signature light, bright, airy style which was showcased in all of her photos. Photography was a top priority for my wedding day, so as with any other HUGE decision I immediately questioned my choice - did I shop around enough? should I have chosen someone with more reviews? Spoiler alert... Caroline far exceeded my expectations. We had two engagement sessions, a Khmer wedding ceremony, a rehearsal dinner, and an American ceremony and reception photographed by Caroline - it's safe to say I'm highly qualified to comment on the quality of her work. She photographed our Khmer ceremony on her own and was able to capture every last detail flawlessly. She worked tirelessly for us through our rehearsal dinner that evening and then our American ceremony and reception the following day. Even with three back to back events she was able to do her job with a genuine smile and managed to make us all feel comfortable being photographed. Caroline is a truly talented, hard working, unbelievably sweet woman. She is also responsive, prompt (did I mention that all three of our wedding weekend galleries were delivered on time with just the perfect amounts of sneak peaks in between?) and professional. Highly recommend! -

Caroline is incredible!!! As a photographer myself, I was very anxious to find a good photographer for my engagement shoot and I 100% found one in Caroline. Our photos were amazing, beautiful, romantic, and captured us perfectly. Along with her gorgeous photos, Caroline is an absolute joy to work with, not only did she make us feel totally at ease, but she made it fun and laughed along with us. She also went above and beyond; she was due to have a baby in a week and she was not only willing to photograph us on a hot day and do whatever it took to get the shot, but she also delivered our preview photos very quickly. Our full gallery was delivered a week later and everyone is raving about the photos. On top of all this she clearly loves what she does which is so important and clearly comes through in her work.
I would absolutely recommend Klaar Photography to any one. I can not wait for her to photograph our wedding!!! -

Amazing work
Working with Caroline was an absolute dream. When choosing a photographer we were looking for someone with a great eye, beautiful shots, and quality photos, all while sticking within our budget. Caroline runs a very professional, responsive, and courteous business! She made us feel taken care of from the first time we met with her up until the day before the wedding. Caroline did not photograph our wedding herself, instead we had Heather & Nick who work for her. One thing that stuck out to us on our special day was just how much we appreciated Heather & Nick - not only for their ability to capture our important moments, but also as calming presences we really needed that day. There was a lot going on, but they both managed to keep each of us focused on what was important and helped not to rush the parts that we wanted to make sure to enjoy in the moment and remember. I am so thankful to have had them be a part of our day!
