I attended my aunt’s wedding last weekend. I am so close to her and wanted her to have the perfect day. I believe Kayla went above and beyond in understanding what my aunt wanted— listening to her and getting her ideas to look just perfect!!! I was wowed by the centerpieces and flower arrangements especially. Even though this wedding was simple, Kayla elevated everything to look just so special. What an amazing day!! And she was so kind and easy to work with, as my mom helped with planning too. Just a lovely experience! 10/10 -

Kiss the Ring took a vision of a dark academia garden wedding and turned it into something out of a dream this summer in the Berkshires. We worked together hand in hand to produce the entire event, which was an immersive experience for all guests. I barely lifted a finger through sourcing the top of the line vendors, coordinating tastings with the incredible Heirloom Fire team who created a dining experience like no other (including a full pig roast, themed attire, enchanting cocktail hour display, and unbelievable food), the event and floral design, and incredible vibe. It was a day I could only have dreamed of. Her hustle (physically setting up 100 chairs when need be) attention to detail, calm and caring personality, can-do spirit, creative eye and experience are second to none. I am eternally in awe!! -

WOW! My cousins and I hired Kayla to be the day of coordinator for my sisters wedding and it was the best decision we could have ever made. She was very responsive after the initial request and after meeting her on facetime I knew she was the right fit. She was so organized and helpful during the process, (even after the venue change a month before due to Covid.) The day of the wedding she was a rockstar! She juggled family stress, and ALL the little details that needed to be put together day of. We cannot thank her enough!! I used to work for an event company in NYC and could not have been more impressed with her work. I highly recommend hiring Kayla for your special day, you will not regret it!

I cannot find the words to correctly describe how incredible Kayla and her team are. Kayla is kind, responsive, creative, and has an exceptional creative eye. Our 15 person wedding in Salem, MA on Halloween was incredible. She transformed a historic site (The House of the Seven Gables) into a stunning, intimate, and romantic venue for my husband and I to enjoy with our loved ones. If you are considering a planner - do yourself a massive favor and pick Kayla. She will get the job done and make you feel like a badass the whole way.Kiss the Ring Events's reply:

Throughout the wedding planning process my now husband and I had a lot of it figured out on our own, but when it came to pulling together all the details and making sure the day went perfectly we knew we needed some help. Luckily I found Kayla, and she swooped in and made the final stretch a breeze! She helped finalize all the details that were stressing me out, and the day of she was at my venue running the show. She also handled last minute things like arranging a tent when we saw it would be raining. She was also super easy to get ahold of and talk to! My sister and cousins gifted me Kayla’s services for my wedding. I originally had planned on doing everything myself, but after seeing how much work actually needed to be done on the day of the wedding, I don’t know how I thought it would have been possible for me to set up, coordinate with vendors, get ready, and eat/breathe on my wedding day. Kayla is phenomenal. From our first zoom meeting together, to getting to meet in person, the day before the wedding, and day itself; every question was asked, every moment was planned, every detail outlined and executed perfectly. We had to change reception venues a month out and Kayla was ready to roll with the punches and to help keep me calm. She is so kind, cares about her clients and their families, and it is so clear that she loves what she does. I cannot recommend Kayla enough, she exceeded any expectations I had. If you want your wedding reception, or any other event, to run smoothly and to happen without panic; if you want to actually have moments to enjoy your wedding and not sweat the small (or big) stuff; please consider Kayla and “Not Your Basic Bride”. My wedding was the perfect day, and a big part of that was thanks to Kayla’s expertise and skill. -

I cannot even begin to explain how AMAZING Kayla is. I am a planner, organized, controlling and a perfectionist. I was so nervous to hand over coordination for my wedding day … but I am so glad I did. Kayla exceeded my expectations. She is professional, kind, and an absolute savage. From creating missing table numbers at 10pm the night before, to running to target to purchase a missing SWEETHEART table. My vision was completely and flawlessly executed because of Kayla! During the era of COVID-19, planning our wedding has gotten harder and harder. We forfeited our venue so we could host two separate events, one for family and one for friends; and since that decision, we have faced new challenges but Kayla has been an amazing help in finding the vendors we need to throw the best backyard wedding ever! She's super responsive, getting back to me with lists of amazing DJs, Videographers, and other vendors in less than two days after each request. We're in a mad dash to put on a wedding in June that will be both safe and fun, and what could have been a total train wreck has been made so much easier with the help, support, and knowledge of Kayla! 11/10 would recommend! -

Our daughter's wedding would not have been as wonderful without Kayla. We were able to enjoy our daughter's wedding and we were not interrupted one time. Kayla took care of everything!
