EXCELLENT wedding coordinator!!
From the beginning Kimberly gave us suggestions for vendors and each one was the perfect fit for us! Kimberly guided us through the planning process with grace and ease. She calmed any anxieties and helped us plan the perfect wedding. The week before and “day of” she handled every vendor and every detail so that we could live in the moment and enjoy the experience! She was very responsive and flexible with meetings to accommodate the brides difficult work schedule. Our photographer and videographer were amazed at how smoothly things moved throughout the day, even with a wedding party of 26! We were ahead of schedule all day. Kimberly and her team kept everything super organized and even tended to all the last minute decorations and clean -up. I highly recommend! -

Kimberly Smith was an absolute godsend and we are so beyond blessed to of found her and made her our wedding coordinator. She was there with us every step of the way during our wedding planning process, from monthly/weekly phone calls, to checklists, timelines, etc. you name it! She was on it! She also helps set you up with some of the most generous/talented vendors in Alabama for your wedding that you will ever meet. Kimberly is more than just a wedding coordinator, she becomes a part of your family and major part of what makes your special day so perfect is having her and her team by your side every step of the way. We couldn’t have done it without her, she was absolutely amazing and I recommend her to anyone getting married or for any event needs! She is patient, kind, and there for you no matter what comes up. Kimberly is unbelievable! She is the most professional, hardest working and caring wedding planner you will meet.
Kimberly went way above what was asked of her, gave us suggestions that made the wedding even better and helped organize a wedding party that all loved my daughter but had no idea what they were supposed to do. Kimberly is one in a million and I would highly (highly) suggest you using her skills, expertise and compassion at your next event. Amazing wedding day experience
Kimberly is amazing in every way! If you’re looking for a wedding planner in the wiregrass or panhandle area I would recommend her for the best experience ever. She made our entire day go so smoothly. I will always remember how perfectly everything ran thanks to her and her team! -

Beyond exceptional service!
Kimberly and her staff are beyond exceptional. My daughter's wedding ran smoothly because of their attention to detail and their ability to see and respond to potential issues before they happened. Beyond the wedding itself, they stayed well into the night to disassemble, organize, and box up literally everything so that all I had to do was pick up my boxes the next day and go. I am so grateful for their hard work and planning. Highly reccommend! -

Vintage, Bohemian, Garden Party!
Kimberly & Kelsey truly gave my now-husband and I the best day of our lives. I had such a strong, unique vision that Kimberly saw and executed exactly how I pictured it in my mind (actually, even better). I had a private residence as a venue so I was basically lost on where to begin, Kimberly and Kelsey saw through everything and the way it came together was amazing. They have such great vision! Thank you KSE so much. If you're an Alabama bride - you NEED to use them. -

Kimberly and her team are the best! I was so stressed getting prepared for the wedding, but they really thought of everything. Everything was perfect and the wedding itself exceeded the visions I had. On the wedding day, Kimberly gave us a tight schedule (which I desperately needed) and her assistant, Abigail, was awesome. She helped me get ready for the next thing and always made sure I had everything I needed! Thank you guys so much, I will definitely recommend you to all of my friends! -

No brainer!!
Hiring KSE was the best decision when planning our wedding. She took care of everything and booked all vendors, florist, etc.. Very professional, communication was spot on! Anytime I had a question or concern the whole KSE team there to answer right away. The day of the wedding was as stress free as you could get. They handled everything and I was amazed at how well they got everything done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend hiring this wonderful group of professional women to coordinate your wedding. By far this was the best money we spent in all of our wedding budget! -

Brings your vision to life
Kimberly and her team were phenomenal from the moment we hired them. They helped with everything from start to finish - including setting up the day of, and helping curate vendors during the process! She used my Pinterest boards to create a vision board for my big day, and used those images to recreate exactly what we were dreaming of! She was so fantastic and made everything run so smoothly. If you are thinking about getting a wedding planner, or on the fence at all, I say go for it - you will not regret it!! -

Could not have done it without them!
Kimberly was our wedding planner and honestly I could never say enough great things about her and her team! She was so busy during Covid with so many brides having to shift dates but never once did she not take the time to answer any questions we had. We worked with her for over a year on planning the perfect wedding. I am not a creative person and gave her a very small idea of what we wanted and she exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect wispy, whimsical, winter wedding! My wedding day I had to worry about nothing, she handled all issues that came up without me having to deal with anything. I can say if you are on the fence about a wedding planner don't be, HIRE Kimberly Smith Events to plan your wedding. The planning process was probably the easiest thing I had to deal with this year with her help. Thank you Kimberly for making this process so simple and putting on the best day/night we could have asked for! -

Do not hesitate
We hired Kimberly Smith Events for 'month of' coordination for our daughter's wedding. Living out of town, they were invaluable when it came to finding vendors, planning a timeline for the rehearsal and wedding, last minute detail fine tuning and not to mention wedding party/guest wrangling! Kelsey and Alexis were our coordinators and we could absolutely NOT have done this without them. The stress that they took off of our family was invaluable. They were so kind and helpful we really cannot recommend them enough. -

Kimberly Smith and her team made my day so so easy! I had zero stress for weeks before my wedding because they handled everything. The day of my wedding, I didn’t have to worry about a thing because they just handled everything so smoothly. I even had a button break on my dress just a couple hours before my wedding and she sent someone to buy a sewing kit for me! She prepared so well for our big day! Everything was covered perfectly. Her and her team were so professional and easy to work with. Couldn’t imagine my wedding without them!! -

We did not use a wedding planner with my oldest daughter. However, with my middle daughter, Hannah living in Mobile, and trying to plan a wedding here in Dothan things became quite stressful. We enlisted the help of Kimberly about 3-4 months before the wedding. It was the BEST decision EVER!!! The professionalism in which she performed was exceptional. Kimberly, also made hand held fans and wedding wands which we purchased from her Etsy store that just made the entire wedding. She also took care of little issues, contacted vendors, gave references for musicians, etc. She made the rehearsal and wedding day go off without a hitch! We can't thank her enough for all that she did! My only regret was that I didn't enlist her help from the very beginning.
So, if you are on the fence about spending the money for a planner I would suggest, YES, DO IT! You will be glad you did. We will definitely be using her again when my youngest daughter gets married :) -

Best event planner ever! Kimberly planned and executed our oldest daughter's wedding reception. It was a fairly large event with caterers, bar tenders, live band, vendors to supervise, etc. She nailed it!! She did such a fabulous job that we hired her for our youngest daughter's wedding reception also! Kimberly is organized, reliable, always responds to your calls/texts quickly. She is easy to talk to and has tons of great ideas and resources. Our only regret is that we don't have another daughter for Kimberly to plan a reception for. We are definitely fans. Scoop her up as fast as you can! -

In preparing for my wedding day, there were a lot of things to coordinate in regards to all of the vendors, location, and details that I had wanted for my wedding day. With that, comes a lot of worries and stressors that come into play in coordinating everything, but due to hiring Kimberly Smith Events as our wedding planner, my husband and I were able to have the best time at our wedding as every last detail was taken care of and for our friends and family, as well, it was a day that they will never forget. The Perfect Wedding Day
The KSE team came in a month before our wedding and helped tie-up all the loose ends. They were kind, professional, and assisted with whatever we needed to be done. They offered suggestions of what works well and even reminded us of somethings we had forgotten. They executed the rehearsal dinner and the wedding ceremony/reception to perfection. The biggest thing was: they were always available and willing to help. -

Kimberly planned my Spring country club wedding at the Enterprise Country Club. I would definitely recommend Kimberly to anyone looking for a planner in the area. I live 6 hours from where my wedding was so Kimberly's assistance was very important to me and my stress level! She is dependable, competent, smart, responsible, and has a great sense of style. She listened to my wants, ideas, thoughts and concerns from start to finish (which was about 10 months!) She knows what she is doing and will definitely bring your stress level down to a minimum! -

Full wedding planning
With full planning for my daughters wedding Kimberly and her team took care of everything. Kimberly even made plans to reschedule the vendors when COVID-19 changed the date. I would highly recommend them for all of your wedding planning. All went so smooth on the day of the wedding. Very stress free! -

Kim was amazing for my wedding in April 2015. I don't know how I could have done it without her and her assistants! I really don't want to imagine it. She helped me plan, organize, decorate, clean and keep the chaos at a minimum, especially the days leading up to the big day and of course on the big day. When you have 30 out of towners from Kentucky and New Jersey, it was a real blessing to have her lead the team. She always answered my questions and made me feel like everything was going as planned. The money was well worth it to spend on her services. Even in the least, have her there to help you the day before and the day of. But I chose to have her help a few weeks before, and I would do it again. -
