  Kim Nowell gets a well deserved 5 stars from us. I planned my Washington wedding from Chicago, and it was so easy to coordinate everything with Kim. She responded very quickly to all my questions via email or phone and answered everything thoroughly. Kim was very flexible about traveling to the location of our venue (which was far for her!), and she let us know that if we felt we needed to add more time to our photography on the day of, she was open to that. So flexible!
  
  I was super worried about our set up and photography timeline on the day-of since we were doing a first look photo shoot, but as soon as Kim arrived, she was in charge of the photography timeline and everything went super smoothly without me having to think about it! I just got to sit back, look pretty, and have an amazing time! I love all the photos she gave us and she did a spectacular job editing over 1,000 of them for us. Kim Nowell comes HIGHLY recommended from us.

  Kim was wonderful! She is professional and flexible. She kept a potentially stressful day, relaxed and fun. She was helpful and made the pre-ceremony (more staged) photos feel natural. She captured every beautiful moment of our day. For a girl who doesn't love getting her picture taken, I felt comfortable and beautiful from start to finish. When we received our photos, we were in awe. My husband and I felt like we had the chance to see the day from our guests perspective. Kim captured every beautiful detail from the centerpieces, to my flower girls playing in the sun. All of my friends and family are loving these images. After the wedding, my bridesmaids and mom said how much they enjoyed her. I feel like we couldn't have picked a better photographer for our wedding. Thanks Kim!

  Kim was so fun and easy to work with. She made everyone in the wedding party feel comfortable and she made a point of meeting each person and learning their relationship to the bride and groom. Her photos are beyond beautiful. She has a real eye for capturing the perfect shot and making them look to natural. Her husband also walked around taking great shots from other angles and took awesome candid's of the bride and groom and all of the guests. The photos came a few weeks later looked absolutely stunning. Our family and guests could not stop raving about how kind and wonderful Kim and her husband are. We highly recommend Kim Nowell Photography for your wedding and any other event. Phenomenal work!

  We feel so lucky to have found Kim! 5 *stars*, 2 thumbs up, highly recommended, A++++. The photos came out BEAUTIFUL, which we were very nervous about due to our budget. Kim was very patient, kind, listened to what we wanted and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. My husband and I have since joked that through her lens Kim made our cheap (errr... affordable) little wedding venue look like a scene from a movie. We can't wait to use Kim again for our upcoming baby photos.

  Kim does a great job! We were very happy with the photos we received from her. Her candid shots were amazing. The best thing about Kim is that she is willing to drive to your location!

  Kim & her husband traveled with us to our destination wedding in Jamaica! We couldn't have chosen a better team to accompany us & our wedding party! Both Kim & her husband were friendly & warm which made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. One of the things that really stood out for us is that we didn't have to tell Kim what photos needed taken or anything like that. She knew what needed to be done and took care of business! The photos she took for us turned out as beautiful as the ones on her website only they are of us. My wife was a bit worried about whether or not she'd get good photos of us (a real couple not models) and she came through. You can trust her to make you look as good as anyone else which was such a relief that we did choose the right photographer for us. One last note...she prints her own prints which are beautiful and not something you can get anywhere local.

  I love how Kim was able to capture our personalities in our photos. They are so personal, real and bring us right back to the day and how we were feeling just by looking at them. I could not be happier with the process and the end result. Thank you!

  Kim Nowell is so creative with her photos, she does amazing things with her editing, and she makes you feel so comfortable! I also did boudoir photos with her recently for my husband's Christmas gift and they were classy and sexy and made me feel so comfortable that I didn't even think about the fact that I wasn't clothed! I've seen other people's boudoir photos and there was honestly NO comparison!!! Kim blows the others out of the water with her talent and her pricing!! Thank you Kim!!

  I have known Kim since she photographed my best friend's wedding a few years back. I couldn't have imagined any other photographer at my wedding! Kim was great! She helped me develop a timeline for photos, which was extremely helpful! The photos turned out amazingly beautiful!

When we met with her for a get-acquainted initial consultation, it became immediately clear that she would be fun and flexible to work with. While photographing the wedding day, Kim went out of her way to get to know the family and wedding party so the photographs would portray "who we are." Kim was an absolute joy to work with !! She was friendly, efficient, had tons of imagination and great suggestions, and made the day go very smoothly. Her sense of humor and outgoing personality made us want to adopt her into our family. The photographs she created for us were even better than what we hoped for. Her work is so beautiful and unique that we all noticed we felt the emotions of each captured moment, it's like re-living the event while viewing them. I highly recommend Kim, I can say with total confidence that you will not be disappointed.

  kim did a wonderful job on my daughters wedding. She was very professional but also warm and friendly so it felt like having a member of the family there and put you at ease.   Kim is an awesome photographer! She is extremely professional and reliable. The price we paid for our wedding package was worth every penny. We were very happy and satisfied with our images. She made me look good! Which is of course, what every bride wants :)

  I hired Kim a few years back to photograph my wedding! Aside from having amazing photos of my big day, Kim was professional from start to finish. From our first meeting I had a clear picture (no pun intended) on exactly what I was getting for the fees she had set. She was extremly flexible and PATIENT on the day of the event.   Kim was absolutely phenominal for our wedding. She traveled with us to Kauai, Hawaii and took stunning photographs for us. Her attention to detail, and love of photography shows though ech of her pictures. Since pour wedding, Kim has photographed my newborn son, my maternity pictures when I was pregnant with my daughter and become a wonderful friend of our family. We truly adore het, and enjoy seeing all of her beautiful photography.

  I loved my pictures! Kim took the time to take pictures of our entire wedding weekend! There is not a picture that I wouldn't frame. All of her pictures are a work of art! I am so thankful for Kim's expertise and professionalism. She is by far the best photographer I have ever seen or worked with. Now she takes all my family pictures! Love this lady dearly!

  Kim is very personable and easy to talk to. She attended our wedding rehearsal so that she could see the church ahead of time which was a great idea and a nice touch. Kim and Tony were able to capture some beautiful shots not only of the ceremony but also around town between the ceremony and the reception. She was helpful and flexible throughout our wedding day and was a great problem solver both leading up to and the day of the wedding. She created a wonderful slideshow set to music and selected photos from the wedding, which is so touching and beautiful that I want to watch it daily! She even helped us create thank you cards using a photo from our wedding day. She's very creative and loves what she does, and it shows.

  Kim is a very hard working, wonderful photographer. She does her own printing and the quality of our pictures was outstanding. This photographer is very creative and has great ideas. Very flexible and energetic. My friends and family also thought she was great. I hope you pick her!!!
