Kim is truly one-of-a-kind. She creates the most romantic designs with layers of dreamy details that feel so personal and customized, and I was blown away with how she prioritized guest experience as well! The level of thought and intention that is put into every single last element of a wedding day is truly remarkable. And it's all done with a sense of ease and a smile on her face; her kindness is infectious! She works tirelessly and plans out every detail and logistical element perfectly, especially with all of the additional considerations of a tented wedding. So grateful for her & in awe of her work! Hiring Kim Newton was the BEST decision we made during the wedding planning process. From our first introductory call to the wedding day itself, Kim was always so kind, communicative, and professional. Our wedding day couldn't have been more perfect, and it surely wouldn't have been possible without Kim's creativity, organization, and experience. We were able to put our complete trust in Kim and she sure delivered! She works with the best vendors who were able to exceed all of our expectations. Kim was also always available when needed, and on our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a thing. We could go on and on about how much we enjoyed working with Kim Newton, and you can't go wrong with hiring her to plan your wedding! -

Kim is the real deal - she knows the industry inside and out, has the best vendor recommendations, and is a force of nature for day-of boots on the ground. I had multiple people comment I was the least stressed bride they had ever seen, and that is 100% because I knew Kim had it handled. We are so grateful for her time over our 18-month planning process and for gifting us with a such a beautiful wedding. -

We hired Kim for day-of services for our wedding. I knew that I wanted someone to have a professional eye on everything I had planned, and be there day-of to help keep us on track. Leading up to the event, Kim was very helpful in asking questions I hadn't even though of to make sure no detail went unnoticed. She put together our timeline, and helped coordinate all the final details with our vendors. On our wedding day, Kim was with me every step of the day. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through the day and keeping us on track. She is so sweet and lovely to have around, she kept me calm and made sure I had everything I needed. I couldn't have done it without Kim! 100% recommend. -

Kim Newton is an actual super hero. Our wedding day was completely stress free because of her and her assistant. She is kind and patient and can roll with any situation. As weddings go, there were hurdles but she handled them with grace and assertiveness to make our day the best day of our lives. I cannot thank Kim Newton enough. -

Kim is the absolute sweetest! We hired her for our day of coordination and there is no way we could have done it without her! I had so many questions leading up to the big day and she had no problem answering every single one of them. Our venue is a location that she's worked at plenty of times and she still made it feel so special for us. We were able to enjoy everything about our wedding day with absolutely no worries because of Kim and we can't thank her enough for that. Kim, you're the best!! THANK YOU!

Being a bit of control freak myself it was so nice to be able to full trust the team handling the logistics and execution of the day without a single stress. Mary Sent on 10/31/2017My daughter’s wedding this past weekend (Georgetown U Dahlgren Chapel with reception at The DuPont Circle Hotel) was absolutely flawless. Kim and her assistant Diane quietly, firmly, but unobstrusively attended to every little detail of a fairly complex event. Guests and vendors fell into the plan without even realizing they were being directed. Since this was a destination event for a bride and groom and families who reside in the NYC/NJ area, Kim was especially helpful in ensuring success given challenging logistics. Her recommendations of vendors were equally valuable. The band was superb and kept the event jumping and the florist executed flowers for the reception exactly as the couple envisioned. Don’t underestimate how critical it is to have someone like Kim managing your event. Thank you, thank you, Kim! For the nonstop smiles on the happy couple and the amazement on the faces of the ~170 guests who enjoyed the celebration.

Ashley Sent on 09/09/2017Hiring Kim as a month of coordinator was one of the best choices I made in my whole wedding process. For anyone who is debating whether they want to get someone to help them out in the final phase of wedding planning and execution, DO IT! You will not regret it. Kim solved the many problems that came up in the last month (major timing issues at the venue, hurricane rain striking the day of my outdoor wedding) and probably solved more problems the day of that I didn't even know about. I was able to enjoy every minute of my wedding day because I knew her expertise and experience would make the day amazing . I am an obsessively-visual person and was very nervous about the way all my decor would be set up , but she executed the details better than I could imagine, especially with the change of space moving my wedding indoors. Kim- thank you for everything! I know you will make many more brides happy!
