Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Kilkarney Hills for your wedding or event! Kendra goes above and beyond to make your experience stress free and everything you ever dreamed of! She is very responsive and kind, and wants to make wedding planning at Kilkarney easy for you. The whole event staff at Kilkarney has their process down to a science and everything went off without a hitch for us! Our guests raved about their food, drinks, and overall experience at our wedding! The value here can’t be beat! As a bride it was so nice to not have to think about linens, dinnerware, and glasses! I cannot express enough the phenomenal service we received for my daughter’s wedding this past August. Jeni was awesome! She listened , she gave advice, and she gave my daughter and son in law the most beautiful Wedding ! Every single staff member that we had interaction with was just amazing! They would do anything for you to make the day go smooth and less stressful. All the guests raved about the food, the ceremony and of course how pleasant the staff was! It was a perfect day!! Best choice ever!
I highly recommend Kilkarney Hills Golf Course as a wedding venue. From our first meeting with Jeni we knew we would receive excellent, professional and personalized service on my son's wedding day.
And that's what we did. The venue, staff and service were amazing and the food was amazing. We have only received positive comments from our guests. Thank you again Jeni, and the Kilkarney Hills Golf Course staff for making this date a memorable one.

Wedding of my dreams
Everything was truly perfect. My wife and I are so glad we chose Kilkarney Hills for our wedding day. The venue itself is just naturally gorgeous and the facilities are top notch and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very professional. They did everything exactly how we asked and then some. Jeni, the event coordinator was very quick to respond anytime I had a question or request. And Jen, the executive chef is cranking out some delicious food. We are still getting rave reviews from guests telling us how it was one of the best weddings they have been to. You cannot beat the value either, much more affordable then other venues in the region for better quality. I could not recommend it enough.Kilkarney Hills Golf Course & Banquet Facility's reply:

The venue was gorgeous and Jeni was amazing. Everything that we could have ever needed from her she was there to help us, we adored her! The food was delicious and we are still getting compliments about it. It is a really unique and picturesque location, we couldn't have been happier! I would love to relive that day over again and there is not a thing I would change about the venue or the staff! Fedderly Wedding 2022
I highly recommend Kilkarney Hills Golf Course in River Falls, WI. This venue is absolutely stunning. It is so close to town and multiple hotels available. The team at Kilkarney is amazing!! Perfection
My husband and I recently got married at Kilkarney Hills Golf Course. We did a very small (30 guests), intimate wedding and this venue was literally the perfect spot. We had our wedding reception here recently and it was wonderful! Jeni was wonderful to work with leading up to and the day of! She answered all our questions and helped with personalizing the day to us. Their food is AMAZING, we did the specialty BBQ buffet. (Unrelated to the wedding, we also LOVE their fish fry.) The banquet hall is gorgeous and the grounds have many great picture opportunities. Very happy with our experience. The guys also enjoyed their round of golf. -

The venue is beautiful and the staff is absolutely amazing. Planning a wedding is hard enough, but planning a wedding during a pandemic is a new level of crazy and uncertainty. But Jeni and the staff at Killarney made our day better than we could have ever imagined. -

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day, and Kilkarney Hills was a huge part of that. The venue is gorgeous. We had a total of ~150 guests and used the ceremony site, the bridal suite, and the reception hall. The bridal suite was 100% worth the extra cost - so cute and I loved that breakfast and lunch was provided. It made it so much easier to be able to get ready at the venue and not have to drive all over all day.
The ceremony site is beautiful, and the flowers around the gazebo were blooming and are going to look amazing in our photos.
The reception hall is the perfect set-up for a wedding, and our guests especially loved that they could go out onto the deck and into the fire pit area.
Jeni was great to work with, and very responsive to all of our questions. We mostly communicated via email, and had a Zoom meeting due to COVID. We had lots of extra questions due to COVID, and she answered all of them and made us feel super comfortable. It all went exactly as we had talked about.
I definitely recommend this venue for anyone looking to get married a little outside of the Cities but still close enough for an easy drive. About half our guests stayed in nearby hotels, while the rest were able to easily drive home.Kilkarney Hills Golf Course & Banquet Facility's reply:

We couldn't be happier with a choice of a venue for our wedding. The ceremony gazebo was gorgeous, the food during the reception was amazing, and the service was perfectly timed. Unforgettable!
My husband and I got married at the beginning of this month at Kilkarney Hills Golf Course. The experience we had was amazing. We worked with Jeni throughout the year and she was nothing short of precessional 100% of the time. A dream to work with. We had found other venues that we thought we loved before we found Kilkarney Hills and once we saw the atmosphere along with the ceremony site and the views of the golf course we were sold. It blew us away. I would recommend Kilkarney Hills to anyone. Jeni along with the facility definitely helped to make our day an unforgettable one. Absolutely stunning venue. Their event coordinator was so helpful along the way and truly cared about making our special day everything we dreamed it to be. The value of this venue is unbelievable. My mom and I truly didn't know what the catch was when we reviewed pricing... so we asked and Jeni said "nothing!". They had everything included in the price quote including taxes and gratuity, so there were no surprises! Another great benefit was that she helped us by answering any and all questions in an extremely timely manner. My husband and I are so thankful and happy that we had the opportunity to make Kilkarney our wedding venue. Kilkarney Hills Golf Course is a beautiful place to get married and the staff at Kilkarney are excellent to work with. Jeni was there the whole way helping us plan our ceremony and reception. She helped us work out the tricky details of having both an indoor ceremony and reception and Kilkarney pulled it off so smoothly! The indoor reception space was so beautiful that our guests commented on it so many times. The food is also excellent, and wait staff were even more excellent, one even helped us find some tape when I had a slight dress malfunction! Jeni and the rest of the staff at Kilkarney are a pleasure to work with. They were so flexible with last minute changes and were always there to answer questions. We had our wedding July 28, 2018 we had a wonderful experience and a perfect day. Jenni was so helpful making sure everything was done perfectly. Jenni would send me emails to see if I wanted anything specific for that day. she met with us a few times and was so polite. That day Jenni was walking around making sure everything was perfect for us she was there to help my family set up and she kept checking on us throughout the day. We had a wonderful time and everything went so smoothly. Because I’ve Kilkarney and they’re wonderful staff we had our perfect wedding day . We chose Kilkarney Hills for our wedding venue for the convenient location for our guests and because it fit into our budget. But once we visited the Golf Club, it was apparent that we made the right choice also for it beauty and the friendliness of the staff. Jeni, the event coordinator, fulfilled all of our wedding wishes. Everything from the garden like ceremony site to the elegant club house for our reception exceeded our expectations. And the food, I can't say enough about the food. It was delicious and we received many positive comments from our guests. Most guests went back for seconds, some even a third helping. I would highly recommend Kilkarney for your wedding if you are looking for an elegant experience, a friendly staff, and an affordable option. We had our wedding at Killarney on July 14th of this year and I wish I had words for how amazing It was! The pricing was perfect, we had looked at so many other venues and turned away because of the pricing, where We were drawn to Killarney because of the beautiful location and BONUS it was way less expensive than anywhere we had looked at! We had an outdoor wedding and there was water for our guests at the ceremony site, everything was ready to go, I had ZERO worries on that day because I knew Killarney had everything ready to go! Jeni Rolsing was so so organized and was there anything we needed, she was there and on it! Our timeline went perfectly without interruption and I wish I could have personally thanked all the staff! Jeni came to us a few times during the night to check in, the staff were so polite and kind, the setup and location was PERFECT, the food was to die for, and I couldn’t have asked for a better day! People still tell me (3 months later) how wonderful the venue was and how much they also enjoyed the day and that was all I could have asked for! The team there is fantastic and doesn't miss a beat.
In our caee, it rained. While good luck, it's not what we expected. They helped us quickly set up inside without anything amiss.

Joy Sent on 07/06/2018Our daughter just had her wedding reception with Kilkarney in June 2018. I can't say enough good words about working with the event planner Jeni. She was so accommodating, pleasant, and a pleasure to work with. The facility fit our needs for number of guests and the food was fabulous.(we had several of our guests comment it was the best meal ever!) I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

Katy Sent on 12/05/2017Kilkarney Hills was the best wedding venue we could have imagined for our special day! My husband Rick and I were married on March 4, 2017 in River Falls, WI. Our ceremony was at St. B's and our reception was held at Kilkarney. From the first time we inquired via email to Jeni at Kilkarney until the last minute details in the planning process; the service we received was over and above. We met with Jeni and her team several times prior to the wedding to make sure not a detail was missed. We planned a detailed wedding day schedule, tasted food, and Jeni helped us find vendors for reasonably priced signage, flowers, and risers. We planned our event how we pictured it and it turned out picture perfect!!! The food, the buffet lines, the service, the drinks, the lighting, the dance, and table settings were all spot on! I did not worry about a thing on the day of the wedding. I knew Jeni and the Kilkarney team would have everything ready when we arrived. If you want your wedding to be one to remember...choose Kilkarney Hills. Our wedding dance floor was hopping until the minute the dance ended. Kilkarney never disappoints! The atmosphere is perfect for fun, dancing, and of course love :)

Jeni at Kilkarney is the absolute best! They were so accommodating for our september wedding. Even when we had to last minute have our ceremony changed, and wanted it set up in a different part of the garden, Jeni and her team made it all happen! Jeni is so easy to talk to and TRULY cares about her couples and their special day! It was a great value, the food was amazing, and it was so great to be able to relax and enjoy our day know everything was taken care of. -

The staff made this happen for us, and was very flexible with the needs we had. The reception went on without any issues and Jeni was great at handling every aspect of planning and executing. We needed someone like her to lower out very high stress levels (thanks family lol).
