Top-Tier, Elite, Magnificent!

My fiancé and I decided to cancel our wedding, so unfortunately I was not able to fulfill my service with Kensington, BUT... when the time is right, I cannot wait to see the full process through. Kensington's flexibility to me and outstanding customer focused service won me over. They were so helpful and resourceful in answering all of my questions leading up to the big day. They also were so genuine and I felt as though they actually cared about me as though I was a long-time friend and not just another bride. I'm so grateful for their patience and understanding of my circumstance, and I truly cannot wait to work with them again. But this time, be floored when I actually get to the makeup and hair part. :) I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Exceptional Hair and Make Up service for my wedding! 💄

Kensington offered and executed exceptional hair and make up services for myself as a bride and my bridal party. Natasha responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes of submitting and she was so transparent. She walked me through all the services on the first phone call and answered all my questions. If I needed an answer—she was there and supported me through out the entire process (from the inquiry, to gathering information, to scheduling my trial, to the timeline of the bridal party for wedding day). Kazy my makeup artist was amazing and she was such a special person to work with—I felt like she had my back and made sure I had the look I was wanting and I didn’t feel worried one bit. Beth, my hairstylist, was amazing too! She gave me the long and loose barrel curls, and style I wanted to wear for my wedding. Thank you Kensington—you are the best and I recommend your services for all bridal parties! 💖

Beautiful Wedding Hair and Makeup!

The 3 women were so talented and accommodating. They gave each of the bridesmaids, moms, and bride exactly what they wanted. Nice variety of hairstyles. Get lashes!!! (I got partial) Our makeup stayed on extremely well. Friendly and professional.

Oh. My. God. From the moment I inquired with Kensington I was just at ease. Natasha was absolutely wonderful at communicating. I was able to pick the perfect package for our group - hair and make-up at a wonderfully competitive price. My trial was amazing! I felt completely at ease and my stylist did a wonderful job of listening to what I wanted. The timeline they sent was so helpful to our crew. On the wedding day everything went so smoothly and both the hair stylist and make-up artist were extremely talented! All of my girls are beautiful but they handled the different ages, styles, and preferences beautifully. Everyone was so happy with how their looks turned out! Absolutely would recommend to any and every bride!

Fabulous Service

We got married from out of town and our team was phenomenal! My bridesmaid and I got lost looking for the location but I called the number and the woman guided me through how to get there. The day of all of our makeup was FLAWLESS! My bridesmaids and I even jumped into a pool later on in the day and the makeup didn’t even budge! Lashes and all!

Beautiful Makeup

Kensington did a great job for makeup on the day of our wedding. The artists arrived on time and were efficient at keeping the schedule. Alvin is truly a master artist and completely transformed us with his skill and eye for detail.

Amazing! Loved Kazy!

I’m not local so I was a little nervous about booking this service in another state, but I’m so glad that I did! I wish I lived in AZ so I could have Kazy do my hair and makeup all the time! Not only did she glam me up, but it felt like I was hanging out with a friend. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and time flew by. It was fun. My hair and makeup lasted all night for my sister’s wedding and I felt beautiful. She did exactly what I asked and ensured I was happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous and LONG LASTING bridal hair and make up

Natalie did my bridal hair and make up for my wedding, and WOW. It was flawless, natural and it lasted ALL day even after I cried my eyes out at my ceremony. Natalie listened to all my thoughts after our trial, and applied them as requested. Alvin did an incredible job with my 4 bridesmaids, 2 moms and grandma. I picked this company for the price, use of airbrushing and lashes, and the very reasonable pricing. Communication for scheduling and invoices was thorough, and all saved on their portal. Would absolutely recommend Kensington, especially Natalie.

Perfect for my wedding

Kengsington makeup was perfect for my wedding. I had to find someone 6 weeks out and they quickly scheduled trials around my schedule. They made me feel like the most gorgeous bride and did such a great job accommodating my bridal party of 10!

Perfection

Oh my goodness. What a dream it was to work with this team! My bridesmaids, mother and MIL were SO happy with their hair and make up. Lidia did my bridal hair and make up and WOWZERS. It looked amazing. Sometimes make up can look quite cakey, but nope not ours! We all received so many compliments on our hair and make up. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do professional hair and make up from this point on. Professional, kind, and reasonably priced. Book them now, and you won’t regret it!

Unbelievably beautiful work!

I had my makeup done for a friend's wedding by the girls at Kensington and they did such an amazing job. So much so that when I got engaged, they were one of the first bookings I made for my wedding. Best decision ever! Everyone got such individualized hair and makeup done and they all looked absolutely stunning! Not to mention that all of our hair and makeup lasted all day. Incredible & love working with Natasha!

I HIGHLY reccomend Kensington makeup for your hair and makeup needs on your wedding day. I had a trial scheduled in 2019 which was great and then we had to postpone our wedding 1 year and the owner Natasha without even question scheduled me for another free trial. She called me right after and made sure I loved the hair and makeup artist and how I looked. I loved it so so much. I had 17 bridesmaids/family get hair and makeup done on my wedding day and that was no problem for Kensington! They sent 6 artists and every single one of my girls looked STUNNING. The best part is they are all trained for airbrush foundation and it looks incredible in pictures because it's very light and not cakey looking. I personally have never felt or looked prettier in my life. I love Kensington and I would highly recommend them especially because Natasha the owner is so fantastic and easy to work with! Also, my makeup and hair lasted the entire 6 hours of my wedding and looked perfect the whole time!

Top Notch Beauty!!

The Kensignton Team did such an amazing job during the entire process. From setting up the trial to getting the timeline done on the day, they were very communicative and had flawless execution. My artist, Lidia, did such a great job and my make-up stayed perfect through all of the sweat and happy tears of the day. Amazing job!

Lidia is so amazing. I couldn’t do a trial because I live in Colorado, but I trusted the reviews on their website. Lidia was prompt, professional, and made me look gorgeous! I’d definitely recommend Kensington’s makeup artists not only for the makeup but for styling hair. I had clip in hair extensions that I brought with me and Lidia made them look FANTASTIC!

Kensington was a referral from my planner and I’m grateful as they were a joy to work with for our wedding. From the first interaction via e-mail about quotes and the process to the day of the wedding, everything was well communicated and went smoothly. Megan did my trial and day of services. Lidia and Norma joined the team on my wedding day. All 3 were talented and terrific. They listened and provided direction when asked. Miracle workers!

WOW these girls are TALENTED!!! We got married in the morning, meaning we had a team of 3 artists show up to the house at 5:30AM! Lidia, Paige and Amy are absolute rockstars for showing up that early with smiles on their faces! They were so patient and attentive to us making sure everyone was happy with hair & makeup before moving onto the next. Very well prepared, came with their own chairs and had very quick set up! I decided to change my hairstyle from my trial and Lidia killed it!!! So happy with what she did! Even happier they finished right on time! Do not hesitate to book their services!!! They are amazing!

Amazing experience with Kensington!

I hired Kensington for hair and makeup for my wedding for myself, my mother, and hair for my three year old daughter. I was matched up with Diana and had a wonderful trial with her. The company was extremely understanding and very easy to work with after needing to postpone and reschedule our wedding due to COVID. On our wedding day, Diana and her assistant were so fun to work with! They did a fantastic job and were extremely personable. Diana was easy to share my inspiration pics with (as I had some changes from the trial) and she also made suggestions to help enhance the look I was going for. She is great! I would recommend them over and over again! Plus, Diana did fantastic with my not so easy three year old :)

Felt like a Princess

I had a difficult time finding a hair/makeup company as a lot were already booked for our big day. Luckily, I came across Kensington and they had an opening! I love that they offer tiered options to fit anyone's budget. I ended up doing 2 hair trials because I was very indecisive about how I wanted my hair, and they were always so accommodating. Estefany was patient and just kept trying things until I was happy. Even on the day of - I changed my mind 3 more times and she worked until I loved it! All of the bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup and were even able to get touch ups before the Kensington girls took off. Thanks to Kensington - I felt like the most beautiful princess on my big day!

NATASHA is an absolute Rockstar. I recently worked with Natasha and her team for my brother-in-law's wedding. I had a large party of many ladies and flower girls (all traveling from out of state) for the December 2019 wedding. Natasha was superbly patient with me in helping build and customize a package of services for all our guests. Loved them!

I use Kensington for my wedding and Lidia did my hair and makeup. She did a fantastic job! My hair was exactly how I pictured it and my makeup looked better than I could have imagined. They are super flexible, I had 3 others who wanted hair and makeup, so Kensington sent another artist to help to make sure that we were done on time. My bridemaids and my mom all loved their hair and makeup too- everyone looked great!

AZ wedding

Diana (senior level) was absolutely amazing. She did my make up perfectly along with my hair. She got my vision and did the minor changes i requested after my trial. Many commented how flawless and natural my make up was. I’m someone who doesn’t ever wear make up, so when I do it’s noticeable. So I was relieved to know I didn’t look fake and over make up’d. The time line for myself along with my girls was spot on. I couldn’t have chosen a better vendor for hair and make up.

Beyond expectations!!

I had two professionals for my wedding party. They did an exceptional job! They made us look natural and not “plastic”. We had fun with them. They were prompt and timing was perfect.

Seriously incredible!!!

Kensington Makeup was seriously INCREDIBLE. I had a destination wedding in Scottsdale and was extremely nervous about booking a hair/makeup artist just based on online reviews. Booking Kensington was one of the best decisions I made. Holli and her team were fantastic. I looked more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, and my bridesmaids RAVED about their hair/makeup. The timeline they created for us was perfect (something else I was worried about), and my hair and makeup looked flawless the entire night. If you're debating on whether or not to book Kenginston... just do it! You won't regret it. I have personally experienced horrible makeup artists and the Kenginston team seriously knows what they're doing! The girls had all different hair textures and skin types and everyone looked fantastic. I can't thank them enough!

Wonderful ladies to help us get ready the family ready for a wedding!

My brother recently got married in Phoenix with all of the family coming in from out of town. My mom found Kensington make-up and they were able to bring 7 girls to our hotel to help 20-25 ladies/girls get their hair (and a few even make-up) done for the multiple wedding events we had (two mornings of hair styles). Everyone loved their hairstyles! The stylists were able to do many different hair styles -- up, down, with straight hair or curled hair, add flowers in, etc. The stylists were very accommodating, flexible and fun to talk with (especially when we're all getting up before the sun rises to get ready). They also were super speedy finishing early almost all of the time! In working with the Kensington team, we loved how our hair turned out and the ladies on the team. Would recommend for others!

One element of feedback for make-up, especially for ladies with darker skin is to not have the make-up be too light compared to their natural skin tone. Other than that, make-up was overall pretty good!

So happy I went with Kensington!

I’m very pleased with my hair and makeup services and bridesmaid service after my wedding this past weekend. I wanted to write a review right away. I ended up hiring them last min after several trials and so many issues. Natasha called me same day to set things up. Go with the master service level for everything. They know what they are doing. I had Clarice for hair and Diana for makeup! They were amazing. My bridesmaids were even like “wow!” after they were done. You get what you pay for and being it’s a special day go with the best! I would use them again!

Captured my vision perfectly!

The team at Kensington did a wonderful job on our wedding hair and makeup. The nice thing about them was the makeup didn’t feel too heavy on anyone, and it lasted all night long. The hair was absolutely gorgeous, and the women did a great job capturing the mid-century era we were looking for. I recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free, beautiful job at a fair price.

I worked with Kensington Makeup for my hair and makeup for my Indian & Western fusion wedding day, and I am so, SO HAPPY I did!! Holli was absolutely amazing and seriously made me look more beautiful than I have ever looked. It was important to me to have a look that could work for both the Western and Hindu ceremonies, and then for the reception, and Holli nailed it. She was also so sweet and flexible with me on the day-off the wedding to expertly change my hair look slightly from the trial, which included extensions. The entire Kensington makeup team was also so amazing with hair/makeup for all my bridesmaids and family members as well. I paid to have touch-up service throughout the day as well, which I also appreciated because I had many dress / look changes. My hair held up throughout all of this, and I seriously wish I could have hair like that everyday. :) Overall I loved the way I looked and felt on my wedding day, and I could not recommend Kensington and Holli more! As an out of state bride, I relied heavily on reviews and recommendations. Both my photographer and wedding planner had recommended Kensington Makeup. From my first phone call, I was impressed by the friendliness and thoroughness of Natasha. It was super easy to set up an appointment for a trial that was convenient for me. I will be honest, I was concerned because I do have long hair and am EXTREMELY picky about getting my hair done. I had my hair done in weddings that I stood up in and usually the artist struggled with all my hair. At the trial, Holli listened to my envision and also made recommendations of what she thought would compliment the look I was going for. I was completely blown away with my hair and makeup and couldn't be happier!! On my wedding day I felt absolutely fabulous and Holli took the time to make sure everything was on point. I truly felt that Kensington took the time and went above and beyond to make sure I felt beautiful on my special day! Stop looking and choose Kensington- you won't be disappointed!!

I would definitely recommend Kensington to anyone needing hair and makeup services. I got married in March 2017 and I got hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party. Holli did my makeup and hair and I could not have been more pleased with how it turned out. I had junior artists for make up and hair for my bridal party/mother of bride and groom in order to save some money. The "Junior" artist were just as amazing, everyone in my bridal party looked so beautiful. Natasha made setting everything up a breeze and was very helpful in helping me select the best package to fit my needs. She was in constant contact wth me confirming every detail and billing was super easy. With all the stress that goes into planning a wedding, it was definitely nice having the hair and makeup go so smoothly. They even finished everyone's makeup half an hour earlier then the original estimate.

Lidia at Kensington did the makeup and hair for me, my bridesmaids, and mom on my wedding day. She did such a fantastic job of achieving exactly what each of us wanted. I was so happy with my bridal hair and makeup! I had 2 trials before my wedding day and if I wanted to change or do anything differently, Lidia listened and nailed it. During the process leading up to the wedding day, Natasha was very helpful when it came to billing, scheduling, questions, etc. I am very happy with Kensington and will probably hire them for events in the future!

Holli is AMAZING at what she does! I had a trial several months prior to my wedding (for engagement photos) and the girl I was initially assigned to could no longer do weddings so Holli stepped right in to take over for my wedding. She completed another trial with me and took notes as she went and photos after so that she would remember everything for my big day. On our wedding day, I loved that she was available to come to us. It provided a lot less stress to not have to travel anywhere. On top of that, Holli has such a calmness about her which was perfect for a morning filled with lots of nerves on my part. I had so much trust in her that I pulled a last minute change of how I wanted my hair and she pulled it off perfectly! I never once felt rushed and we were even able to take some snacking breaks in between girls. I would highly recommend Holli!

SO thankful to have had Clarice on our wedding day glam team! She provided hair styling services for myself, my mom, and some of my bridesmaids. She was so much fun to have in our room that morning and did an amazing job with our hair. She was so creative in coming up with a unique style based on what each woman wanted, yet managed to keep a cohesive theme among the group which made for beautiful pictures. From the moment I met her at my trial I knew we were a perfect fit, and she created (then re-created) exactly the look I was hoping for! Her attention to detail was incredible. On top of that, the coordinator Natasha was such a treat to work with. She was so patient and accommodating, and seemed as excited as I was about wedding day! She kept in constant communication throughout the process and did what she could to make sure everything went as smoothly as it did. I would recommend Kensington in a heart beat to future brides. I highly recommend Kensington Makeup for professional hair and makeup services. I was lucky enough to be assigned Yoriz for my wedding day and I was so happy with her work. She is young, vibrant, and knowledgeable about makeup. I was given a trial day to work with her and because of that, we were able to determine what would work and what wouldn't for the day of my wedding. An example of her professionalism: days before the wedding, I was still unsure of my hairstyle so kept emailing her photos. I finally landed on one I liked but she hadn't done it for me on our practice day, so she practiced the style from the photo on her family and when she arrived the day of the wedding, she knew exactly how to make the hairstyle work for me. Holli Chris is awesome! My hair and makeup was exactly what I had pictured it would be on my wedding and she did it all on her own! She created a beautiful hairstyle with a flower crown that was given us the day of the wedding. She wrapped and curled my hair around it, which added a gorgeous look to our rustic wedding. I could not have been more pleased with my decision to use Kensington for makeup for myself and my wedding party and hair for my wedding party. Beauty was one of the last vendors I booked because I was so thorough in my search when it came to makeup and I'm so pleased that the time I took lead me to Kensington.

Natasha, the coordinator, was extremely prompt. I'm talking minutes between when I sent an inquiry and when she contacted me. She walked me through all my options and explained the difference between the different artist levels and I went with a senior artist for hair for my bridal party and a senior artist for our makeup as well. Camille did hair for my bridal party and I told the girls what the overall look I wanted was but they could decide on what they felt look best. I wanted their hair down and curled with some small French braids to keep hair out of their face. She did a great job making sure all of their hair matched but still looked unique for each bridesmaid.

Lidia was our makeup artist and I simply cannot say enough great things about her. I have skin issues and do not really wear a lot of makeup as a result and she really took the time to listen to me about what I wanted and what doesn't work for my skin. During my makeup trial she made sure I was happy every step of the way and she really helped guide me to the overall look that I wanted. She is a true talent and I would recommend that any bride that can work with her to do it. My bridesmaid and I were receiving compliments on our makeup all night long. The makeup photographed beautifully and was still perfect at the end of the night.

I booked with Kensington after having a bad experience with another company. My trial from another company was so awful. I came home and my family said it was a horrible make up job, so I tried a trial with Kensington and was thrilled. We had Lidia and she made my daughter and I look and feel beautiful. Everyone at the wedding commented on how good we looked. We are not regular make up users and wanted a soft natural look and that is exactly what we got. We also loved how she did our hair. I went in wanting one thing and when she tried something she thought would look good, I loved it. She gave me a very current updo and my daughter has short hair that she gave a very elegant looking wave style. We are so happy we chose them for this very special day.

Wow is all I have to say! I booked Lidia to do my engagement hair and make up and she blew me away so I had to book for my wedding in Sedona. Lidia and Tianna came and made my girls and I look so fabulous! I cannot say enough good things about how professional, fun, and talented these girls are!! We used Kensington for our hair and makeup on the big day. Several friends of mine have used them at their weddings and I loved my previous bridesmaid makeup so much that I wanted them to do my wedding day makeup! We had booked our serves to be done in their salon and the only hiccup was that they ended up moving their salon the same week as our wedding. However, they were SO helpful that they just offered to have the ladies come on-site for no additional charge to do our hair and makeup. This took a huge weight off of my shoulders of having to try to find another place to go. The girls showed up on-time and were able to do our hair and makeup beautifully with plenty of time to spare before it was picture time.

Holli is amazing! She was flexible every step of the way with my indecisiveness and my limited availability since I live out of state. She made me look absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day! I'm a bigger girl and I've never felt so beautiful! She helped create the perfect look for me and helped me choose the correct extensions for my big day. My hair and makeup was flawless! Lidia did the make up for my bridesmaids and they looked fabulous! Holli did all their hair. No matter what style they asked for she delivered! She even fixed up my husband's hair. A huge thank you and hug to Holli. I am super picky when it comes to my hair and makeup, yet I couldn't decide on what I wanted for my wedding. I told Holli that I hate my forehead, I don't want it to look "promy", and I wanted to hide the small hairs that grow below my hairline on my neck. For my makeup, I wanted something stunning yet natural. She made it all happen. From the trial to the actual day, she exceeded my expectations. I felt beautiful, confident, and was so happy.

I booked Holli to come on site and had her do hair and makeup for a couple of my bridesmaids and flower girl (in addition to me). I could not believe how quickly and effortlessly she made it all happen.The girls looked gorgeous, we stayed on time (actually gained 45 minutes) and it felt like Holli was part of the girls the hole time. I could not have been more happy with Holli and would recommend her to anyone. Of all my vendors she was my favorite. She was on top of everything, timely, flexible, and really calmed my nerves.

Kennsington Hair and Make-up was beyond belief! I booked Holli and her team for myself and my entire bridal party! She is truly the best of the best and such a sweetheart! My mother and I did a trial for both our hair and make up and it was absolutely beautiful. This was a huge stress relief for me to find Holli and her team because, let's face it, how I looked on my wedding day was my number one priority! I wanted to look the best I have ever looked and Holly made all my visions come true. My hair and make up were flawless and lasted the entire night! All of my bridal party received unique styles and they looked gorgeous. My mother in law and Mother also got their hair and make up done and they looked stunning! My husband even commented on how beautiful all the girls hair and make up looked! Holli even spent extra time with my hair and make up to ensure it was perfect! I cannot thank you enough and will be using them again for all my hair and make up needs!

Park Avenue did an incredibly job with my April wedding. Planning an out of state wedding was difficult, since I couldn't go meet anyone in person, but the team at Park Avenue made it so easy! They were always so nice and helpful. The owner, Holli, even took my calls directly! I brought my entire bridal party to the salon the day of my wedding. It is such a cute little boutique and it is obvious all the stylists love working with each other. They made such a fun, relaxing atmosphere. All my bridesmaids were given professional make-up and personalized hairstyles. They all looked wonderful. Halliegh did my hair and make-up. I showed her a few pictures and she ran with it! It was more incredible than I could have imagined. Everyone at the wedding loved it and it held in place all day! No ones' make up ran and everyone's hair stayed in place, even 12 hours later! Everyone I worked with at Park Avenue/Kensington Makeup and Hair Artists were great! Haliegh did both my hair and makeup for my trial and wedding day. Some of the other stylists/artists worked with Haliegh to do my bridesmaids, mother's and mother in law's hair and makeup for the wedding day as well. Everyone looked gorgeous with their hair done and their makeup airbrushed. The airbrush looks amazing and photographs so well! Holli was great at getting back to me if I had any questions and was very thorough when it came down to booking us for the services and times we needed to be at the salon to be ready.

The salon is adorable! Very chic and elegant, but fun and flirty at the same time. The people that work there are great and very talented!

Holli and her team were amazing on my big day. They arrived on-site right on time and did a fantastic job on everyone in my wedding party and on my family members. As soon as I saw their work on a friend's wedding, I knew that I had to work with Kensington for mine! Holli was fantastic! Very communicative - which was important since I'm an out of state bride! The trial was so relaxed and comfortable, we got to talk through and change up anything I wanted. On our wedding day, all of the girls LOVED how their hair and make up turned out (including my anti - feminine Mother-in-law!) - YAY!! And my look was exactly as I wanted, plus my makeup stayed on - even during the tears! - and my hair still looked great by the time we got back to the hotel!

I hired Kensington for hair/makeup for my wedding. I really don't think it could have gotten any better!! Holli did everybody's makeup and she knocked it out of the park!!! She is so knowledgeable, sweet, and funny it's ridiculous. I am not a big makeup person, nor do I wear a lot, so I was extremely worried going into it. The second I looked in the mirror when she was done I was completely blown away. It was PERFECT!! I showed her one picture and she nailed it. All of the girls looked stunning thanks to this makeup genius. I feel terrible, but I forgot the name of the girl who did our hair. But she was great!! None of the girls really knew what they wanted to do the day of the wedding so she talked to each girl to see what they liked and then she did an amazing job on it! She made it look so easy and perfect! These two girls in tandem are an amazing team... so amazing that we were done over an hour EARLY! Thanks girls for the amazing work, great conversation, and peace of mind.

Kensington did such an amazing job to accomodate my needs and my bridal party. I had one trial run that I was not too happy with and I expressed my concerns to Holli and she set me up with a new artist and a free re-trial. RayAnna was the best!!! I hired her for my makeup and she was much more than that! She listened to what I wanted with my makeup, fixed my hair when the hairstylist didn't get it quite right and assisted through out the night. I chose Kensington Makeup and Hair Artists after reading great reviews on various sites and I am so glad I did! Jessica did a great job organizing and scheduling our day. I had a hair and makeup trial a month before the wedding and loved both, but wanted to change it up a little bit for the day of. Both my hair and makeup changes were made and I could not have been happier with them both! We had three stylists come to my house the day of (Clarice, Vanessa and Tianna) and they did the hair and makeup for my bridal party, my mother in law and my mother. All of us were extremely pleased with the way everything turned out and most importantly, all the stylists were on time (which was not the easiest task since we started hair and makeup at 6:30 in the morning). I am really picky about hair and makeup and one of my biggest concerns on the wedding day was that I wouldn't feel like I looked like myself. I definitely think the girls did an amazing job making my whole bridal party look like absolutely stunning versions of themselves.

Kensington Makeup and Hair Artists did a fantastic job with makeup and hair for my full wedding party, 7 women and 4 little girls. Each lady got exactly what they wanted and looked stunning. The salon is a great place for a group because everyone was able to walk around and visit and it is orange and pink (my favorite colors). Holli Chris did my makeup and hair and all night I got compliments on both my hair and makeup. I felt and looked beautiful. They also offer a service where she will come to the venue for touch-ups and she was fantastic. She styled us, fixed our flaws, and was relaxed and a pleasure to work with. Our photographer was also a big fan. He said that was one of the best ideas he's seen because a lot of people take their pictures after the ceremony. All of her staff was nice and professional and all of my wedding party and moms loved the salon, staff, and end results.

I absolutely loved working with both Jessica & Britini for my bridal makeup. Jessica was very patient and helpful while I was trying to figure out what services I wanted to book. Britini was very calming, professional yet fun, patient and did amazing work. I had soooo many compliments, especially on my lashes! I searched for a very long time trying to find hair and makeup for me and my girls for my wedding. I'm so glad I found Park Avenue! They had multiple options for us (dry hair with curls, blow out, blow out with curls, or updo) with a variety of price points which was great. They were very flexble and accommodating through the entire process. They had everyone that was needed ready and waiting when we arrived at 10AM for our appointment. There were 7 bridesmaids, me, and my mom and we were all done in 2 hours, exactly on time. I LOVED my hair and makeup and so did my bridesmaids. We were all very happy. Great value for the price!

Clarice from Kensington Hair did my on-site wedding day hair for me and my 4 bridesmaids and my mom. She was absolutely fabulous! Not only was she great at doing hair, but she was also just fun and relaxed to have around the morning of my wedding. The bridesmaids just looked up photos of hairstyles on Pinterest that morning and Clarice made them all look fabulous! And everything held well and looked great the whole night. She spent some extra time on my bridal hair making sure that it was perfect and exactly how I wanted. The whole experience of working with Park Avenue/Kensington was easy and professional. They were helpful sending me a quote in the first place and then also responsive whenever I contacted them. It was all around a great experience!

Holli and Billy were AMAZING! They captured the EXACT look I was going for with both my hairstyle and make-up. I was very pleased with the trial run we did, but the job they did on the day of my wedding completely blew me away. They far exceeded my expectations in every way. Their pricing structure was more than reasonable, given that I had almost 10 girls in my party and they had to drive 95 miles to my wedding location in the early morning. I commend them on their professionalism as well as their flexibility in that they ended up adding on several more hair and make-up jobs than anticipated that day for my wedding party. I met Holly a couple months before my wedding and immediately liked her. During the time working up to the big day, she was supportive, helpful, and full of ideas that would look great for the look that I was going for. My bridesmaids and I all came into the salon on the morning of the wedding and everything went very smoothly. Park Avenue and Holly helped us budget for enough time and went above and beyond in making everyone feel comfortable. Holly and I had gotten to be such good friends during this time that I invited her to the wedding and I think she had a great time. She seemed to fit in just perfectly which I believe is on account of her stellar personality and being able to get along with anyone. Kristen was my hair and make up artist for my wedding. She came out to my locations and stayed with me for a few hours. She was very professional and I got a TON of compliments on both! Beautiful work. Holli was amazing and the make up was flawless. I wanted to arrange my trial at 7am on a Sunday morning because I had my engagement session planned at 10am and my bridal shower after that. She was happy to do it and the result was phenomenal, everyone was commenting on my make up that day. On the day of the wedding, she sent her team first to start with my bridesmaid's hair and make up and she came to do mine. She also ended up doing one of my bridesmaid's hair who wanted something more complicated. She is very friendly and very professional. I also visited her salon the day of the rehearsal dinner to have my hair done and her stylist was fantastic too. I have to say that here in AZ there are not a lot of salons that can do great up dos or even blow dry well but at Park Avenue they know what they are doing and Holli is amazing.

We had hair done on June 9, 2012 for 10 people, and make-up for 11.

I have no idea how many updos my kids have had for school, weddings, or other special occasions. Their hair is really long, and sometimes it is hit or miss with their updos. With Kensington, we had a trial run with Lauren, and things looked great. The prices were even better than a vendor we had used for my older daughter's event two years prior, and yet we were so much happier with the service from the ladies of Kensington.

The e-mail for the timeframe was 3 and 1/2 hours which concerned me. Having had hair and make up done in our home before, I thought it was not enough time. As a reflection of their customer service, they came an hour earlier to ease my concerns.

Well, I was wrong. The ladies came in and did everyone's hair beautifully. My hair was the best updo I have ever had. My make-up was done by Holli, and I loved it!! I don't usually wear much make-up, so I was a little shocked to see the "pop" of the smokey look on my green eyes, but everyone loved it. I cannot wait to see the pictures. The other make up artist (whose name I cannot remember!) was wonderful too. She listened to what I wanted for the girls and made sure to not make them look "overdone."

All of our make up looked great all night. The hair looked pretty good, but some got a little crazy due to nonstop dancing! The ladies finished in the timeframe which was suggested to me in the initial e-mail. I wish I had trusted their judgment and not deferred to prior experience. It would have allowed us to sleep in a little more! We will definitely be repeat customers either in the store or with the home service they offer.

Payments here are interesting, but the quality is amazing. We went to the Bar instead of having them come to us. We had one minor setback with a new comer, but it was fixed. Everyone looked amazing, they do an excellent job. I felt very beautiful and my makeup and hair stayed very well. Can't wait for the pictures!

The girls at the Beauty Bar did my hair for my wedding and all of my 6 bridesmaids, mother, and grandmothers hair! We all looked beautiful and the atmosphere was so relaxing and fun! I also got a spray tan there as well! it was a beautiful bridal "glow." This will now be where i go for all my beauty needs!

Brooke and Vanessa were wonderful! Brooke is the most amazing make-up artist (and woman) and has done my make-up a few times for various events. I always get compliments on my make-up after visiting her :-) My wedding day was no exception! Vanessa did my hair and it was everything I wanted. She always does a fantastic job and is a perfectionist so you know your hair will be done right. My mom and bridesmaids also had their hair and make-up done on the day of the wedding and everyone left looking and feeling beautiful.

Kensington did an amazing job with not just my hair and makeup, but my entire bridal party. They came to us at a hotel I was staying at and got everyones hair and makeup done beautifully there. Holli did my hair and makeup and then everyone elses makeup only and she is just absolutely wonderful.

I LOVED my wedding makeup!

Paloma from Kensington is the BEST!
She did my bridal makeup and my mom and mother in law's as well. Everyone commented on how beautiful and natural we all looked.
We all three did the air brushed makeup and it was wonderful and lasted the whole day!

I had originally asked someone I knew who dallied in makeup to do my makeup for our wedding and then the more I thought about it, the more I realized you can't have just anyone beautify you for one of the most important days of your life!!! During my research, I stumbled upon Kensington's website and loved what I saw! Looking at the wedding beautification packages definitely made me even happier knowing that the artists would come to us, and since I had bridemaids from out of state, this was essential! All of the artists had a lot of experience and was assigned to the silver or gold package based on that experience! For the trial, the artists came to my house and worked until we were all happy with the results, what could be better?! They were on time and professional, personable and thoughtful. I had Jessica for my makeup and Bonnie for my hair and they did a gorgeous job! Bonnie even did an updo after my trial so my fiancee wouldn't know how my hair would look for our wedding. Another stylist, Tiffany, came on the wedding day as well to assist in having everyone's hair done beautifully and in time for the festivities. Everyone was so relaxed and enjoyed their time in the chairs so much! Jessica truly tailored every girl's makeup to highlight their natural beauty and took the time to bond with each of us. And Holli, the owner, is amazing! She quelled my nerves when she had a staff shift and the cooridnator that I had been working with for months followed a dream teaching job to Europe and her replacement fell quite short of filling her shoes. Holli was beyond on top of the situation and not only handled the scheduling and remaining details, but she also did them with finesse and confidence, something I truly appreciated in the weeks before the wedding. If you want your beautification schedule and results to be top notch and enjoyable, I don't know why you would chose anyone other than Kensington! Thank you so much ladies!!!

My Make-up and hair team did an amazing job during my trial and my actual wedding day. They listened to what I wanted and made me look and feel more beautiful than I ever have...and I am very good at my own make-up and hair, quite the perfectionist, and a control freak for the most part. Bonnie did my hair and Jessica did my flawless make-up, both girls had amazing personalities and they were extremely talented. When my time was runing short and the town car had arrived, Bonnie actually had to tie up my corset for me as the rest of the bridal party finsihed getting ready. These girls were fabulous and I was amazed at how well connected I felt to them by the time my sessions were over. Jessica escorted me to my town car, assisting me with my train...when we approached the car she took one look at my smile and told me "this is why I do this job, you get to be a part of something special in someone's life"...and no doubt I will never forget these girls and the amazing service and direction from Kensington. I will continue to recommend Kensington and their artists to anoyone I know with the full confidence that you will LOVE what they do...and who they are! Bravo!

I had jessica for makeup and lily for hair and they rock!! I did two trials because I wasn't happy with the first but they wanted it to be perfect for me. They came back a 2nd time and did it PERFECTLY!!! i loved my hair and makeup and they delivered. Personable, professional and most of all TALENTED, they became friends by my wedding day. Another makeup artist from out-of-state did my bridesmaids and mother at a different house. When one of my bridesmaids and mom came to see me the morning of the wedding they were so distraught! They hated their hair and makeup. BUT! Jessica and Lily saved the day. While still keeping me their priority they helped my mom and best friend look and feel their best. They touched up my mom and bestfriend and because my family was happy, i was an even MORE happy bride that day. Kensington rocks.
p.s.
i have stubborn hair that is difficult to curl and lily used wool shake for my hair from REdken and my hair stayed CURLED even till the next morning. Loved it.

We hired Paloma for makeup and Lily for hair. Since the bridesmaid, mother of the bride and myself all live in the northwest, we had to do the trial the day before the wedding. Both Paloma and Lily were extremely professional, kind and did an excellent job. Originally, my mom wanted a complicated hair style which after the rehearsal dinner she decided didn’t work for her. On the day of the wedding, my mom didn’t know what she wanted to have done with her hair, but did know she didn’t want what she had for the rehearsal. Lily was completely fine with changing the hair style the day of the wedding and my mom loved the new style.
Although I have thin hair that doesn’t hold a curl very well, I was determined to wear my hair down and in soft waves for the wedding. When Lily did my hair for the rehearsal, the curls fell out within an hour. I explained this to her the next day and she said she had the perfect product. Whatever she used worked because my hair looked great the day of the wedding and held up throughout the pre-wedding pictures, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
Paloma did the make up for the two bridesmaids, the mother of the bride and myself. She did an excellent job with all of our makeup and we were all pleased with how we looked. Everyone commented on how amazing my makeup looked the day of the wedding and my makeup, even in the non-professional pictures, looks great!

Kesington was great. The girls arrived at my venue on time, it took them minutes to set up and begging working on eight bridesmaids, they were very patient with my girls, as some of my girls did not take pictures of the hairstyle they wanted. The makeup artist was phenomenal. We all paid extra for the airbrush and it was worth it, one of my bridesmaids has acne scars and they covered them so well that in the pictures her face looks flawless. The hairstylist made recommendation to us and explained why. At the end of the night our makeup was still enact.

Kensington was wonderful. My bridesmaids and I don't tend to wear much makeup and they did an amazing job of making sure we had just the right amount to look great be feel like our best selves! The hair was great, everyone was able to have a unique style.

I used Kensington for my wedding. They were great! I got Corrina for hair, Stephanie for makeup & Natasha as an assistant. We had lots of fun getting ready and no stress at all. They came at 6am to give us enough time :)
The price was great and they were able to achive exactly what I wanted. I would definitly recommend this company for any bride.
