  The Perfect Wedding Photographer

  Kelly is the most perfect wedding photographer. Taking wedding pictures can be awkward and she has this great way of making the process fun. She’s detail oriented and works really hard to get the perfect shot and the result is a set of absolutely beautiful pictures. I’m super picky and generally don’t like any pictures of me, but she captured our day perfectly and I love the entire set. She has this great journalistic style in that she tries to be as invisible as possible and capture those moments that aren’t posed but often mean the most. While our formal pictures are gorgeous and will be hanging up in our home, the candids – the shots she got of everyone laughing, smiling and having a great time are the ones I will cherish forever. You can tell that she loves weddings and loves capturing true happiness and it shows in everything she does. I can’t recommend her enough.

  If you are looking for a photographer who is not only amazingly talented at capturing the true to life feel and beautiful details of your day but will also help to put you at ease and enjoy yourself on your wedding day, there is no better than Kelly Lorenz! I researched over 15 photographers and Kelly was by far my top choice of the bunch. From the start she felt like a close friend which made the whole process effortless and enjoyable.
  
  I highly recommend doing the engagement session so that you can get comfortable with the process,and establish a rapport with this absolutely fabulous and bubbly lady! You will quickly learn that she is an avid light chaser and that you are going along for the ride. We could not have been happier with the final results! Out photos came out beautiful and authentic to who we were. I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough and can't wait for another excuse to work with her again!

  Kelly is awesome to work with! She has so much positive energy about her, which helped make the engagement photo shoot fun, easy and comfortable. She also did an amazing job capturing our personalities, how much love my husband and I have for each other, and how much fun everyone was having at the wedding. I'm so excited to have her photographs to look back on with my husband for years to come!

  Kelly Lorenz far exceeded our expectations and our expectations were high!!! We LOVE every single photograph taken at our wedding! We truly feel like we are reliving the event over and over when looking at our photos! She didn't miss a single moment. Not only is she a fantastic photographer but a wonderful person to be around. She was a joy to have at the wedding and made everyone laugh and smile through all the formal photos. You can tell she is genuinely happy to be there and loves her job! When planning my wedding the most important thing to me was the photos. I did hours and hours of research to find the perfect photographer and I found her! Kelly Lorenz was incredible and we couldn't be happier with our experience and all of our amazing photos.

  We loved working with Kelly! We had the best time doing our engagement shoot with her- she helped us to feel at ease and made us so excited to have her with us for the big day. She's a passionate photographer and it shows in her work. Her knowledge of lighting was particularly impressive - she was able to get gorgeous shots all the while managing our large wedding party and families.

  Kelly is the absolute BEST! She shot my wedding and my sister's wedding. Our photos were very different but equally amazing. She is lovely to work with and gets gorgeous, interesting pictures every time.

  Kelly's captured the most magical and important moments of our daughter's destination wedding weekend. She traveled to the US Virgin Islands to be part of our wedding. The gallery of photos were beyond our imagination and were given to us along with a slide show within a week of the wedding. Excellent use of light and location.   We were fortunate and blessed to have Kelly Lorenz photograph our wedding weekend in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. When we selected a destination wedding in the Caribbean, we knew it would be important to select a seasoned photographer who could capture the brilliant scenery and our special moments together, with friends and family. Kelly was referred to us by my sister and accepted the opportunity to join our loved ones in paradise for a weekend of wedding fun. Kelly's talents are endless, but we appreciated her friendly demeanor, ability to whip the guys into shape for their pre-wedding photos, and Kelly's rapport she established with us, our family, the wedding party, and our guests. Kelly captured the most special moments of my husband and I during our first look and following the wedding, and they take us right back to that moment each time we look at them. Not only are we very pleased with our wedding photos, but our wedding guests and extended friends and family have all commented about what an excellent job Kelly did.   Kelly was the most amazing photographer I could have ever hoped for. She was so easy to work with, captured all of the perfect moments, and I never even noticed she was present during the ceremony or reception. On top of that, she's so easy going and very likable. My bridesmaids and the groomsmen loved her, and so did I. The pictures came out better than I imagined. I would recommend kelly to everyone and hope that I will need her for another event in the future! Kelly is the BEST!

She "sees" you and your entire event as the precious once in a lifetime expertise it is to you and she captures each unique and invaluable moment. My wedding went so fast I wanted to turn back time to experience it all in slow motion. Then I saw our photos and I could! Kelly gives the gift of her talent and huge heart that is priceless.   Kelly was WONDERFUL! She made our wedding day even better than it already was! She was excellent at capturing both behind the scenes/candid shots as well as posed portraits. And, of course, the photos turned out beautifully. There were so many perfect shots, that here I am, four months later, and I still look at them all the time and cannot decide which pictures I want to display in our home. I would hire Kelly for anything!

  Kelly is a pleasure to work with and made my wedding day experience wonderful! She is highly skilled and her pictures are beautiful & artistic. Kelly made the post-wedding process extremely easy - she put together a beautiful online slide show that I was able to show to all of my friends & family. Kelly then put together a rough draft of the wedding album for me. This cut down the normal amount of time it takes to go through all of the pictures to create an album and was such a great help!

  Kelly has a gift of capturing the moments most of us miss but wish we saw making them look even better in photographs. She's one of the few that I've come across that go way beyond talented. The photos she took of our wedding brought people I didn't know to tears because they felt the joy and emotion that went into that day. That's the mark of a great photographer. I would recommend her over and over again.

  Kelly is an incredible talent and a joy to work with. She has that unique ability to capture the moments, glimpses and "feeling" of a wedding because she knows what you want before you do. The quality of her work is impeccable. I've had the privledge of working with her for my own wedding, but have also seen the work she has done for friends and each time, she nails it - caputring the essence of what made that day and that couple special. I had more compliments on my wedding photos than I can count.   Kelly was awesome!! She took amazing photos, we never felt like we were posing or forced to look/stand a certain way. We went about our wedding day with Kelly and her assistant clicking away; almost completely unnoticed. It was a lot of fun to see the photos after the wedding and realize everything that had been captured. Simply put, she is amazing and we would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

It was a lot of fun to see the photos after the wedding and realize everything that had been captured. Simply put, she is amazing and we would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

  Kelly Lorenz does some of the most beautiful and creative photography work I have seen. She knows how to truly capture the moment and tell a story through her photos. She was so great to work with on a professional level, and was also so sweet and personable. I still get choked up when I look at my engagement and wedding photos as they bring back so many amazing memories.   Kelly is fabulous!!!! Her work is outstanding. I have used Kelly on more than one occasion and her photography amazes me more each time.
