Simply the best!
Jessica, Hailey and their vendors were spectacular, from the beginning of planning and throughout the process. They were professional and timely, and made planning a wedding from 5000 miles away truly stress free. Each of the vendors that we had the pleasure of working with were absolutely lovely and put myself, my partner, and all of our guests at ease. Thank you in abundance to Susan, Kaiji, Kelvin, Keri, Ginger and everyone that I am missing. The ceremony was so unique and beautiful - there was not a dry eye in the house! Keri our photographer was outstanding -- she made us forget the camera was there from the beginning and captured many of the beautiful rainbows we were blessed with on our truly epic day. She dealt with our silly requests and helped us to capture every moment beautifully. The flowers and location were stunning, and the day exceeded expectations all together! Thank you, all! -

We were so happy with how everything turned out! Our wedding day really couldn't have gone better or more smoothly. Everything and everyone from hair and make-up (Fran), photography (Naomi Wong), our officiant (Julie Wirtz) and flowers (Molly from North Shore Buds and Blooms) were perfect. Jessica, Hailey, and all of the vendors were so helpful in carrying out our vision and it was all so easy for us. They made our big day as beautiful and stress-free as possible - true aloha! -

Let me start by saying I’m normally not one to write reviews, however they are just that amazing! Look no further in where to book your Kauai wedding! I can’t even begin to express how happy I was to book with Kauai Elopements! My husband and I are from San Diego, CA and as you would imagine any wedding planning to be a little nerve racking this was not the case with them! Seriously from the first email interaction they put all my nerves of planning a destination wedding right at ease. They answered any and all questions so quickly, and were available by phone and email whenever! From booking, to obtaining the marriage license, day of ceremony and everything in between, they could not have done it more flawlessly. I love how they have so many options to choose from as far as what fits your personality for an officiant, photographer, hair and make up, etc. and WOW Jonathan Moeller’s(photographer) work was absolutely breathe taking! The day of coordinator was so sweet and caring, it was all absolutely perfect! My husband and I got married October of 2019 and still dream about reliving this perfect ceremony on shipwreck beach :) we have zero regrets and would do it all again if we could! My family loved it so much we will be heading back for my sister and her fiancé to tie the knot! Kauai is worth the wait! ❤️ -

Words can’t describe how thankful I am Kauai Elopements, for a phenomenal vow renewal ceremony. Kauai, Hanalei Bay will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
Hailey and Jess captured my vision fully. A huge Mahalo nui loa to Tommy for officiating our Hawaiian vow renewal. Rachel for the dreamy photos that keeps me gushing every time I look at them, Zac detailed video of our vows, Alison for the make-up, North Shore Buds and Blooms for the beautiful bouquet, leis, and Cravings of Kauai for adding a couple of inches more to our waistline. The cake was delicious. Kauai Elopements, thank you for giving us the wedding we never had and a memorable 35th!

A Dream Elopement
Jessica and Hailey made, what seemed difficult, easy to accomplish!
We planned our trip before planning an elopement and their hard work allowed us to elope on our anniversary, despite less than a few months notice and occurring on a Sunday!
They were both very responsive to any question or concern we had, and offered so much valuable guidance to make our day stress free! As soon as we described what we were hoping our elopement would look like, it was like they were two steps ahead of us. They matched us with the absolute perfect vendors. We are eternally grateful for this most spiritual experience that was unique to us.

Aloha! We eloped in Kauai and Hailey at Kauai elopements made the experience as perfect as it could be!
From the start Hailey was super responsive with regards to phone calls and emails. It was a super easy and inexpensive process that felt luxurious and made getting married a dream come true. She thought outside the box and suggested I get makeup and hair done at the resort (the spa) next to the elopement location, and that we plan dinner at the resort as well. This made the entire day seamless from spa time, to hair and makeup, to the ceremony and fun photoshoot on the beach — I felt like a princess. Hailey also has amazingly positive generous and supportive energy; it feels as though she is personally invested in your wedding day. We did not hire a videographer, but Hailey graciously used my phone to video the ceremony.
We have priceless memories of a beautiful and special day we will always remember.

Quality service, organized, responsive
My husband and I have been blessed to have Kauai Elopements organize our wedding ceremony. It was SO easy and well planned! The company’s team and other contractors they use are true professionals! They are honest, helpful, patient and responsive. My ceremony turned out to be very classy and peaceful, and felt like my life-long dream finally came true.
I do not live in Hawaii, and it felt scary and burdensome to organize my wedding ceremony in an unfamiliar place. How do I find a good flower shop, photographer, videographer? How do I apply for the marriage license? How do I plan the ceremony on a beach? Are the any rules or restrictions (hint: yes, there are)? Kauai Elopements helps with all of these and even more! I cannot wait to go back and have my wedding anniversary planned by them! -

When my husband and I decided to elope in Hawaii, we were not only overwhelmed by the vendor choices but were also unsure of whether we should use an elopement service. In doing our own research and speaking to a local Kauai photographer, we were recommended Kauai Elopements and we never looked back!
Leading up to our elopement, Jessica, Hailey and Andrea were extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable, significantly alleviating any stress we had. They were also so flexible with our plans when we decided about 2 weeks beforehand that we wanted to add a second location and an additional hour of photography - they never made it seem like a burden to pivot! Our day-of coordinator Meredith was amazing - she gave us exact directions of where to park (and nearby bathrooms!). I was so happy with every little detail and vendor, down to our photographs and photographer (Pristine), hair & makeup, bouquet, etc. Looking back one month later, my husband and I have zero regrets - only amazing memories, made possible by Kauai Elopements. -

I couldn’t recommend this company more. They were so easy to communicate with leading up to our day. Made me feel so at ease with all their planning. I was able to pick my vendors out of tons of options, which was so nice. Every vendor that was part of our day was amazing, kind and made the day even more special!! I wouldn’t have changed a thing about our day, it was so stress free and easy. We even had rain before our ceremony and they handled it so well, had plan b in place which put me at ease. They even helped with my son who was screaming during our vows haha! They played with him so my family could enjoy our ceremony, and he was so happy!! The fantastic team at Kauai Elopements brought our vision to reality with their expertise, calm demeanor, and professionalism. Coming from the mainland, it's daunting to put your full trust and vision into the hands of people you have never met before. After a few phone calls with Jess and Hailey, we felt like we knew them and that working with them was the right choice. I am not sure exactly how they did it but they literally went into my head and brought my vision to life to a tee! From the flowers to the officiant, makeup artist, and venue it is completely what I envisioned. Their calm and professional demeanor really set the tone to calm my nerves as well as my husband's and families. They are really pros and so helpful they grew up on Kauai since we were worried about weather but it ended up not being a problem! Let me first begin by saying that we had planned our wedding with Jessica two years ago. The pandemic put a damper on our wedding plans and we ultimately had to cancel everything. We felt that Jessica was so accommodating, genuine and more than understanding through it all. And over the next two years she was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had about trying to plan for our wedding again. Jessica introduced us to Hailey as wedding planning got more underway and I can’t rave enough about how great of a team they are. Hailey was quick to respond and would try her best to execute any request I had. I can’t forget to mention how fantastic the vendors were on our wedding day. Jessica and Hailey have hand chosen some amazing people that made our day run smoothly and beautifully. Primrose was an absolute sweetheart and made us feel like she was part of our family. She was so warm and welcoming from the very minute we met her. Meredith was so prepared, kind and affectionate towards my whole family and she made the wedding run so smoothly. Rachel made us feel so comfortable and at ease when capturing our special moments together with our family. Everyone who was there for our wedding experience were professional, warm, genuine and made us feel like we were the most important people that day. Jessica and Hailey were so helpful with every step in planning our elopement. I wanted our special day to focus on us and not have to worry about the arrangements and these ladies made our elopement a wonderful experience. We simply could not have dreamt of a more perfect experience.
Our coordinator, Celeste was wonderful and the location we requested was a dream (McBryde & Allerton Gardens). KE had not previously used the site we requested in any of their elopements prior to ours but they were able to make it happen without any issues. Naomi, our photographer had the perfect energy for our crew and captured our ceremony perfectly. And it was truly an honor to have Kelvin lead the ceremony and bless our blended family and connect us with the earth and the spirits around us- wow!
It was magical...from the serene and gentle cows who greeted us as we entered the forest to the lush green of the gardens and the majestic beauty of the waterfall, we really could not have imagined anything better.
The ceremony was so special and the inclusion of each of our children was powerful. We really did feel our ancestors all around us and that made it even more beautiful.
We are so happy to have found the wonderful team at Kauai Elopements. -

Perfect, simple ceremony
Jessica and Hailey did a flawless job organizing our elopement on Anini Beach, Kauai. All we had to do was show up for the marriage license appointment they made for us and bring clothes to wear for the ceremony. The rest was taken care of (location, officiant, photographer, bouquet, flower for the bride's hair upon request even). We loved the photographer (Once upon a Tyme photography) and officiant (Kahu Chock) they set us up with. We couldn't be happier!

I wish I could give this team a MILLION stars. I have been working with Kauai Elopments since 2019 when we had to cancel due to covid. Because we knew this was our dream wedding, we waited until the time was right again and finally got married in Feb of 2023 in the North Shore during sunrise. The entire process was seamless and so efficient. I knew I would always get a responce to my silly questions and Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the plan. The list of vendors they work with are top notch, and I feel I can say this because I have been researching and following most of these people for years while we waited to re schedule. The entire team just wants the couple to be happy and feel no stress or worry!!!! The day was was a complete DREAM come TRUE, everything we had wanted for our day. I couldn't believe how relaxed and peaceful I felt marrying my best friend, which is what its all about, right?! If you have the chance to elope and wish to do it in Hawaii I HIGHLY reccommend Kauai over the other islands due to the drastic scenery of the Napali Coast you can have as your back drop. Once you make the right choice to elope on Kauai.... work with Kauai Elopments and you'll have the best day of your life! -

Very professional and great at communicating with you.
I think it’s pretty obvious from all the pictures that they are the best at what they do, our photographer Naomi was so sweet and the quality of her work is 10/10.
They do all the work for you so all you need to do is get there and you’re good to go, it helps with the stress.
We chose shipwrecks beach without ever having been there and I’m so glad we did. The beach was very clean and picturesque with a cliff in the background.
I really recommend them!

I don't know where to begin when I think about how wonderful Kauai Elopements is. With the time difference, I thought communication might make it difficult, but they were extremely on top of answering any questions or updates I had in a timely manner. Every person I had contact with was so friendly - I could instantly tell they love what they do. The process of planning a wedding (I've heard) is so stressful, but honestly, I had very little stress. They take care of setting up everything and even offer concierge suggestions for things around the island outside of the wedding. They helped give my husband and I the wedding of our dreams and we cannot thank them enough. -

Especially since it can be nerve wracking to plan a wedding in a different state. They make planning so easy. Working with the team, Jessica and Hailey, at Kauai Elopements was a wonderful experience. They answered my many questions and kept me informed with the latest updates regarding COVID in Kauai. Because of their help, we were able to quickly plan our elopement as soon as Kauai reopened, and on our desired wedding date! They provided excellent vendor options (we worked with Jolene at KeAloha Flowers, Sandy Swift Photography, Aoki/Kahu Ai Officiant) and made everything so easy. My husband and I eloped in June after realizing that a traditional wedding was not for us. We found Jessica and Hailey and made the best decision by choosing them to plan/coordinate our day. I loved that they gave us choices for everything. We chose our photographer, officiant, flowers, and other additions that were specific to us. Our photographer, Sandy Swift, was absolutely AMAZING and captured the most beautiful pictures that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Our officiant was so, so sweet and kind. He made our ceremony feel so special and important to us while giving us a Hawaiian ceremony. Our flowers and leis were beyond beautiful. I was unsure about having my hair and makeup done when we booked and was able to add this a few weeks before my wedding. Hailey met us at our location for our wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. She was so kind and sweet to us. Jessica and Hailey were super responsive and replied usually the same day (if not, the next) whenever I had a question. Our day was the best, most relaxed, beautiful day of our lives. I could not have planned this by myself. Jessica and Hailey did such a great job at making sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted, and I can say without a doubt that it was our dream wedding. -

I cannot say enough good things about the Kauai Elopements team. Absolutely the best choice for your elopement or micro wedding on the island. I've already told a couple people contemplating eloping their info, pushing them towards eloping on Kauai just so they can use Kauai Elopements.
I am a Type-A, anxiety filled person and had zero qualms handing the planning over to them. They have great vendor connections on the island, with every possible option for add ons to your day. They think of literally everything that's needed or could be wanted as part of your special day. They are quick to respond to communications, even despite the time difference, and so very kind to work with. We went with the N shore waterfall location and it was simply amazing! -

It was a great experience, including being stress free. They were very flexible and able to accommodate all of my requests. Jessica worked with me through email to get all of the details that I wanted. Crystal did an excellent job with my hair and make-up. Heidi and Meredith were really nice and professional and got everything set up for the ceremony to take place. It was a pleasure to have Reverend Wesley officiate our wedding ceremony, he was cordial and brought a smile to everyone's faces. Our photographer Jonathan did a fantastic job as well! He worked with everyone to get family members organized and made sure we got pictures with everyone as well as working with us to get the best possible photos. -

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Jessica and the team at Kauai Elopements! We knew the traditional wedding just wasn't for us, we had no vision & really all we cared about was being together to exchange our vows. Jessica and the team made this process go so smoothly and it was absolutely stress free! We absolutely LOVED having Primrose and her husband perform our ceremony, it was full of tears, laughs & A LOT of windblown hair up on the cliff at Shipwreck Beach. Our flowers were absolutely amazing & our photographer Elana was a joy to work with as well and a true champ taking on the wind and the rain with us! From the very beginning everyone involved was extremely prompt in answering questions and all were extremely professional. Perfect Hawaiian Wedding
We are so happy that we chose to go with Kauai Elopements for our wedding! We had our ceremony at a private waterfall followed by sunset pictures at a nearby beach which was absolutely perfect! Jessica who helped plan most of the details of our wedding was accommodating with all of our requests and was always quick to respond to our emails. The day of wedding coordinator Hailey was so sweet and made sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day. The vendors they work with are also all very experienced and professional. We got married on 5/27/22 at Tunnels Beach on the north shore of Kauai. We had been planning to get married in May of 2020, but had to push the date back due to the pandemic. Jessica and Hailey were so kind and professional throughout the entire planning experience. Planning was super easy and they make every effort to ensure that your day is exactly how you envision it. We decided to get our own photographer (Pristine Jacobsmeyer / Little Island Photographer - who I would also highly recommend) and Jessica and Hailey were very flexible and even helped coordinate with our photographer. The night before we also decided to push the time back a bit, and Hailey was easy to contact and more than happy to contact the vendors and get our timeline changed. Our ceremony was wonderful, thanks to Primrose who performed a beautiful Hawaiian ceremony with our closest family members. I was a bit nervous and Primrose was so sweet and happy with such a positive presence. Meredith was our day of coordinator and was also so sweet to record our ceremony on my phone. Garrett played the acoustic guitar and did a great job setting a romantic and chill tone to the evening. Crystal also did a great job on my hair and makeup. Afterwards, we had a delicious and intimate dinner at our cottage, prepared by White Ginger Catering. Overall, we are so happy we chose Kauai Elopements, and we are so pleased with how our day turned out. -

We're so happy we chose to use Kauai Elopements and 100% recommend them. Our wedding day was so perfect. Jessica and Hailey were super nice and great to work with. They took care of everything from start to finish, which took away a lot of the stress. They were so responsive and flexible, even helping us make a last-minute change to our date.
All the people they work with are awesome and incredibly talented! Huge shoutouts to Meghan Daul (did such a great job on my hair and makeup - so much attention to detail and thankfully cry-proof!), Naomi Wong (took gorgeous pictures and was so kind to us - gave awesome directions), Angela (created such lovely florals), Primrose (was our officiant and had such wonderful energy and gave us a beautiful and meaningful ceremony), and Kristine (was coordinating on-site the day of to make sure everything went smoothly). We got married on the scenic Shipwreck's Beach, and while I had worried about it being crowded, it was like we were in our own little happy bubble for our ceremony.
Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them - they're the best! -

nothing but a dream!
We had looked through a few elopement agencies before deciding on Kaua'i Elopements and we couldn't be happier with our decision! Our initial reason was because of the convenience of all the services/vendors included as well as the whole ~vibe~ the company gave off, but they ended up being so much more! Jessica is super sweet, responsive to emails, and executes your vision to perfection!
We chose Naomi as our photographer and she radiates so much extra joy on an already happy day and makes you feel super comfortable in front of the camera. Sarah, the onsite coordinator, is potentially the world's best hugger. Angela, the florist, does an absolutely breathtaking job and we were able to coordinate meeting the day before for a Hakku pickup and I even got to pick my flowers! We chose Kelvin Ho as the officiant in the name of having traditions/rituals during the ceremony and he sets a perfect mood for you to start the rest of your life (my only regret is not drinking more of the ah-mazing coconut water). We also had a musician who sang/played ukulele and he added an extra touch of beauty during key moments of the ceremony and then a little after too!
In the end, we could not recommend Jessica and her team enough! The professionalism, kindness, and loads of talent in every individual person resulted in a perfect day. -

Jessica and Hailey and all of their crew and vendors were a delight to work with. Very responsive and helpful. We contacted them only two weeks prior to our pre planned trip to Kauai. We had decided at the last minute to elope while we were there. We have been together for 20 years and both had been married before so we just wanted something simple yet classy and stress free. Our wedding was everything we had hoped for. Jessica was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive in a timely matter and was open to any changes we wanted to make along the way. We flew into Kauai and then got married the next day. I am a planner, so it was nerve wracking for me to go into it without seeing the venue in person, or meeting any of the vendors prior, but I knew I just had to trust them, and thank goodness I did! Our wedding was seamless and perfect!! From the florist, to the stylist, the photographer, and Hailey, the on-site coordinator, they were all so amazing and did such good work. Rob and I had the perfect elopement on the beach in Hanalei Bay all thanks Jessica and Hayley. They helped coordinate every detail spectacularly and even calmed my fears of rain on the day of. We had never been to Kauai prior to our elopement so they help choose the location based on what our vision was, and even made sure I was able to incorporate succulents in my Haku lei. On top of that, they connected us to a wonderful photographer, officiant, hair/makeup artist, ukulele player, and local activities planner. We had an amazing experience and perfect elopement! 25th Anniversary!
Mahalo to Kauai Elopements for making our 25th Anniversary vow renewal on Shipwreck Beach everything we had hoped for! Our day was romantic and laid back, exactly the vibe we wanted. Our guests loved it and we went to the Grand Hyatt Luau after and it was a fun way to end the evening! Our coordinator Mariah was so sweet and calming, officiant Kahu Chuck made us feel special and surrounded with island love, Kyle the guitarist was excellent with our song choices, and our photographer Elana was so good with photo suggestions and letting us do some of our own ideas. This company is AMAZING!
Part of the reason why we chose this company was because of the fast replies and location! They were very flexible with our wedding (my husband was going through a visa process) and was able to fit us in on 2/22/22 of all days. How lucky!
They offered a waterfall location and handled all of the vendors to take away the stress of planning a wedding.
