We are beyond grateful to the Kauai Elopements team for making our day so seamless, special, and truly unforgettable! From the very start, they were responsive, patient, and supportive answering all of our many questions and even helping calm my husband’s nerves before the ceremony.
They genuinely went above and beyond.
Our families are still talking about how perfect the day was. I kept waiting for something to go wrong (because doesn’t it always?), but to my amazement, everything ran flawlessly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The team offers an incredible selection of vendors, from hair and makeup to officiants, photographers, videographers, and florals and every single one we worked with was outstanding. It’s clear this team pours their heart into every elopement and truly cares about creating meaningful moments for each couple.

Jessica and Hailey and all of their crew and vendors were a delight to work with. Very responsive and helpful. We contacted them only two weeks prior to our pre planned trip to Kauai. We had decided at the last minute to elope while we were there. We have been together for 20 years and both had been married before so we just wanted something simple yet classy and stress free. They handled everything and it was like they could read my mind. It was so special and flawless and absolutely magical. They are all friendly and professional and no one has any attitude,
I highly recommend Kauai Elopements whether you want an intimate gathering or a beautiful Kauai wedding. They were perfect!! We also loved our photos from Jessica with Fotopop! -

I don't know where to begin when I think about how wonderful Kauai Elopements is. With the time difference, I thought communication might make it difficult, but they were extremely on top of answering any questions or updates I had in a timely manner. Every person I had contact with was so friendly - I could instantly tell they love what they do. The process of planning a wedding (I've heard) is so stressful, but honestly, I had very little stress. They take care of setting up everything and even offer concierge suggestions for things around the island outside of the wedding. They helped give my husband and I the wedding of our dreams and we cannot thank them enough. -

We worked with Jessica, our pre-wedding coordinator, and Hailey, our day-of coordinator—both of whom were amazing. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our day special. Not only did they connect us with the most talented vendors who made our ceremony breathtaking, but they also went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Hailey even helped us schedule a last-minute marriage license appointment after we missed our original one—an absolute lifesaver!
Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the entire experience felt effortless because of their expertise and support. Our wedding day was perfect, and the photos captured by their team are absolutely stunning—we couldn’t be happier!

Booking through Kauai Elopements was the best decision we made for our wedding. We knew we wanted a small and intimate wedding in Hawaii on a budget, but we didn't know where to start. It was so perfect for us that they plan and include all the necessary parts of a wedding for you while personalizing it to your needs. Traveling to Hawaii for our wedding alone was stressful enough, so that took so much of the stress away. The response time for any questions was always very fast and we received so many recommendations for the best local things to do. The day itself went even better than expected. My husband and I just got married in October 2024 and with their help, we had a wedding that I can’t describe as anything else but perfect. They made the entire process stress free and truly showed expertise in all fields of wedding planning.
I don’t even know where to start in describing how amazing our experience was. The venue (North Shore Falls) was simply magical. Our officiant, Tommy Tokioka, truly captured the type of ceremony we wanted and incorporated Hawaiian traditions and our own. Andrea helped us get the most gorgeous bouquet, Haku, and leis for our ceremony. Annie Hart and Zac Ramos, our photographer and videographer respectively, were both incredible to work with and while we haven’t gotten our photos/videos back just yet, both of their portfolios speak for themselves and we simply can’t wait to see how they’ve captured our ceremony. Garret Santos, our musician, was incredible as well and with his music he ensured there wasn’t a dry eye among everyone attending the wedding. Misti, our stylist, made me feel like the most beautiful bride ever and provided me with exactly what I wanted. And a very special thank you to Jessica Frabotta who was the best coordinator we could have asked for! She provided us with all the answers and assurances we needed throughout the entire process. She is so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and helped our vision come to life. While I might not have been able to mention every individual who helped make this wedding happen, please know that my husband and I truly appreciate you and our families haven’t been able to stop talking about how fabulous the event was.
Once again, this is THE company to go with if you want to have the most amazing wedding in the world. If I were to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing because Kauai Elopements truly gave us the most perfect wedding! -

Every element of the ceremony was flawlessly executed, from the smallest detail to the grandest moment, creating an experience that was as seamless as it was beautiful.
Surrounded by our family, the day was filled with love, warmth, and a sense of togetherness that made the celebration even more special. Primrose, our officiant, delivered a ceremony that was both deeply personal and profoundly moving, leaving us with memories we will treasure forever. Our photographer, Ikaika, worked with such artistry, capturing every magical moment in a way that ensures these memories will live on vividly through the stunning images he created.

I cannot say enough good things about the Kauai Elopements team. Absolutely the best choice for your elopement or micro wedding on the island. I've already told a couple people contemplating eloping their info, pushing them towards eloping on Kauai just so they can use Kauai Elopements.
I am a Type-A, anxiety filled person and had zero qualms handing the planning over to them. They have great vendor connections on the island, with every possible option for add ons to your day. They think of literally everything that's needed or could be wanted as part of your special day. They are quick to respond to communications, even despite the time difference, and so very kind to work with. We went with the N shore waterfall location and it was simply amazing! -

We got married about 1 month ago and highly recommend Kauai Elopements! The planning process was so easy and Jessica was always very responsive. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything the day of and just show up! Words can’t describe how thankful I am Kauai Elopements, for a phenomenal vow renewal ceremony. Kauai, Hanalei Bay will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
Hailey and Jess captured my vision fully. A huge Mahalo nui loa to Tommy for officiating our Hawaiian vow renewal. Rachel for the dreamy photos that keeps me gushing every time I look at them, Zac detailed video of our vows, Alison for the make-up, North Shore Buds and Blooms for the beautiful bouquet, leis, and Cravings of Kauai for adding a couple of inches more to our waistline. The cake was delicious. Kauai Elopements, thank you for giving us the wedding we never had and a memorable 35th!

Kauai Elopements truly exceeded our expectations. Jessica, Hailey, and their team did an amazing job planning our ceremony, especially considering the short notice—less than a week before our trip to Hawaii! It was a true elopement…
Their expertise made the entire process stress-free. From the planning phase to the execution, they ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and cherish every moment. The individuals they recommended and brought together were fantastic. Kahu (our officiant) was kind, personable, and hilarious - conducted a beautiful ceremony. Our photographer Rachel put in extra effort to captured wonderful memories. And our guitarist Garret's music added a special touch to our day. The bridal flower bouquet and leis were amazing. Hailey was present at the ceremony, pulling everything together and taking care of last-minute surprises, like umbrellas for the heavy, but quick, rainstorm that rolled thru. Highly recommend all persons involved!
Overall, we were incredibly pleased with how everything turned out. Kauai Elopements played a significant role in making our day memorable and meaningful. Thank you for your hard work and dedication! 😊

When my husband and I decided to elope in Hawaii, we were not only overwhelmed by the vendor choices but were also unsure of whether we should use an elopement service. In doing our own research and speaking to a local Kauai photographer, we were recommended Kauai Elopements and we never looked back!
Leading up to our elopement, Jessica, Hailey and Andrea were extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable, significantly alleviating any stress we had. They were also so flexible with our plans when we decided about 2 weeks beforehand that we wanted to add a second location and an additional hour of photography - they never made it seem like a burden to pivot! Our day-of coordinator Meredith was amazing - she gave us exact directions of where to park (and nearby bathrooms!). I was so happy with every little detail and vendor, down to our photographs and photographer (Pristine), hair & makeup, bouquet, etc. Looking back one month later, my husband and I have zero regrets - only amazing memories, made possible by Kauai Elopements. -

The best decision I made was going to Kauai Elopements to help plan our special day. Jessica, Hailey, and their entire team were absolutely Ahhhmazing!!! Our day was so stress free and absolutely perfect. Even the planning process went so smoothly and nothing was missed. Jessica and Hailey took care of everything. Also ALL of our vendors were so wonderful to work with. Kahu Ai performed such a special ceremony, I really felt like it was just me and my husband on that beach. Mariah was so helpful, and I am so grateful she was there to help guide me before the ceremony. Our musician, Darryl was wonderful, he made the ambiance on the beach so special. Nick and Keri were amazing to work with and they made our photography and videography session so fun! My wedding glam was done by Misti, and I loved, loved, loved my look :) and let's not forget my beautiful flowers! Absolutely breathtaking and everything I envisioned and more :) They are so talented in what they do, and they totally showed up for us on our big day and made everything come out so perfectly. I wish I could give this team a MILLION stars. I have been working with Kauai Elopments since 2019 when we had to cancel due to covid. Because we knew this was our dream wedding, we waited until the time was right again and finally got married in Feb of 2023 in the North Shore during sunrise. The entire process was seamless and so efficient. I knew I would always get a responce to my silly questions and Jessica went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the plan. The list of vendors they work with are top notch, and I feel I can say this because I have been researching and following most of these people for years while we waited to re schedule. The entire team just wants the couple to be happy and feel no stress or worry!!!! The day was was a complete DREAM come TRUE, everything we had wanted for our day. I couldn't believe how relaxed and peaceful I felt marrying my best friend, which is what its all about, right?! If you have the chance to elope and wish to do it in Hawaii I HIGHLY reccommend Kauai over the other islands due to the drastic scenery of the Napali Coast you can have as your back drop. Once you make the right choice to elope on Kauai.... work with Kauai Elopments and you'll have the best day of your life! -

The fantastic team at Kauai Elopements brought our vision to reality with their expertise, calm demeanor, and professionalism. Coming from the mainland, it's daunting to put your full trust and vision into the hands of people you have never met before. After a few phone calls with Jess and Hailey, we felt like we knew them and that working with them was the right choice. I am not sure exactly how they did it but they literally went into my head and brought my vision to life to a tee! From the flowers to the officiant, makeup artist, and venue it is completely what I envisioned. Their calm and professional demeanor really set the tone to calm my nerves as well as my husband's and families. They are really pros and so helpful they grew up on Kauai since we were worried about weather but it ended up not being a problem! If you want a stress-free, calm, low-key, gorgeous, intimate and overall extremely special day, definitely go with Kauai Elopements! -

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Kauai Elopements this past summer! Jessica and Hailey were kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding is stressful, especially when you are trying to coordinate everything from thousands of miles away! But their thoughtful questionnaires and attention to detail made it extremely easy, from start to finish. All the vendor options they provided us with were fantastic, and we were so happy with all of our choices- the photographer, officiant, floral design, hair and make-up… all of it was absolutely perfect! Kauai Elopements made our marriage ceremony absolutely incredible! If you are looking to elope on the beautiful island of Kauai, THIS IS THE PERFECT SERVICE! The entire experience was so seamless, fun, and personal from the planning process all the way through our special day.
Jessica and Hailey asked for all of our inputs weeks in advance--despite our wedding request being last minute--and made sure our magical day was a direct reflection of all of our values. They coordinated our amazing photographer, awesome make-up artists, floral arrangements, and spray tan specialist. We also had tons of follow-up communication that ensured our needs were met, gave us information on our photographs, and provided guidance on other events around the island.
Gina helped us coordinate a chef who prepared our wedding day meal for us and our family. She also set up a sunset cruise for my husband and I the day after we tied the knot.
In summary, so many of the people who work within this organization went above and beyond to create an incredible elopement. It is something we will never forget! We are so thankful for Kauai Elopements and everything they did for us and our beautiful day! I CANNOT RECOMMEND KAUAI ELOPEMENTS ENOUGH!!! -
