I cannot say enough good things about the Kauai Elopements team. Absolutely the best choice for your elopement or micro wedding on the island. I've already told a couple people contemplating eloping their info, pushing them towards eloping on Kauai just so they can use Kauai Elopements.
I am a Type-A, anxiety filled person and had zero qualms handing the planning over to them. They have great vendor connections on the island, with every possible option for add ons to your day. They think of literally everything that's needed or could be wanted as part of your special day. They are quick to respond to communications, even despite the time difference, and so very kind to work with. We went with the N shore waterfall location and it was simply amazing! -

We got married about 1 month ago and highly recommend Kauai Elopements! The planning process was so easy and Jessica was always very responsive. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything the day of and just show up! The timing of everything was perfect and all of the vendors we used through them were great (hair/makeup, florist, bakery, photographer). We are so glad we chose Kauai Elopements for our ceremony! -

Kauai Elopements truly exceeded our expectations. Jessica, Hailey, and their team did an amazing job planning our ceremony, especially considering the short notice—less than a week before our trip to Hawaii! It was a true elopement…
Their expertise made the entire process stress-free. From the planning phase to the execution, they ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and cherish every moment. The individuals they recommended and brought together were fantastic. Kahu (our officiant) was kind, personable, and hilarious - conducted a beautiful ceremony. Our photographer Rachel put in extra effort to captured wonderful memories. And our guitarist Garret's music added a special touch to our day. The bridal flower bouquet and leis were amazing. Hailey was present at the ceremony, pulling everything together and taking care of last-minute surprises, like umbrellas for the heavy, but quick, rainstorm that rolled thru. Highly recommend all persons involved!
Overall, we were incredibly pleased with how everything turned out. Kauai Elopements played a significant role in making our day memorable and meaningful. Thank you for your hard work and dedication! 😊

And we can’t wait to see how Ikaika work his magic on those photos! We took a peek and they were already fantastic raw and unfiltered!

The team at Kauai Elopements was absolutely stellar. Coming from mainland and organizing the ceremony remotely was super easy and seamless. They did everything right, from suggesting local vendors to getting the marriage license to the amazing beach venue. -

We can’t recommend Kauai Elopements enough! I was anxious about the planning process at first, but Jessica & Hailey made the whole process so easy and relaxing. They were responsive & helpful any time I had a question leading up to the day. On the day of our wedding, we were so impressed with how everything came together and we loved all of our vendors. It was truly one of the best days of our lives & we are grateful we chose them to help us celebrate! -

When my husband and I decided to elope in Hawaii, we were not only overwhelmed by the vendor choices but were also unsure of whether we should use an elopement service. In doing our own research and speaking to a local Kauai photographer, we were recommended Kauai Elopements and we never looked back!
Leading up to our elopement, Jessica, Hailey and Andrea were extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable, significantly alleviating any stress we had. They were also so flexible with our plans when we decided about 2 weeks beforehand that we wanted to add a second location and an additional hour of photography - they never made it seem like a burden to pivot! Our day-of coordinator Meredith was amazing - she gave us exact directions of where to park (and nearby bathrooms!). I was so happy with every little detail and vendor, down to our photographs and photographer (Pristine), hair & makeup, bouquet, etc. Looking back one month later, my husband and I have zero regrets - only amazing memories, made possible by Kauai Elopements. -

The best decision I made was going to Kauai Elopements to help plan our special day. Jessica, Hailey, and their entire team were absolutely Ahhhmazing!!! Our day was so stress free and absolutely perfect. Even the planning process went so smoothly and nothing was missed. Jessica and Hailey took care of everything. Also ALL of our vendors were so wonderful to work with. Kahu Ai performed such a special ceremony, I really felt like it was just me and my husband on that beach. Mariah was so helpful, and I am so grateful she was there to help guide me before the ceremony. Our musician, Darryl was wonderful, he made the ambiance on the beach so special. Nick and Keri were amazing to work with and they made our photography and videography session so fun! My wedding glam was done by Misti, and I loved, loved, loved my look :) and let's not forget my beautiful flowers! Absolutely breathtaking and everything I envisioned and more :) They are so talented in what they do, and they totally showed up for us on our big day and made everything come out so perfectly. Mahalo Kauai Elopements for helping us make our dreams come true :)

A magical elopement
The team at Kaua’i Elopements truly made my dream come true on April 12, 2023. I cannot begin to thank the entire team for all of their hard work especially dealing with all of my annoying questions, ha! The day of Mariah, Hailey, Tommy, Randy and his wife all awwwd me with their kindness and magic each of them brought to our ceremony. Everyone and everything including the flowers and music were perfect. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. -

The fantastic team at Kauai Elopements brought our vision to reality with their expertise, calm demeanor, and professionalism. Coming from the mainland, it's daunting to put your full trust and vision into the hands of people you have never met before. After a few phone calls with Jess and Hailey, we felt like we knew them and that working with them was the right choice. I am not sure exactly how they did it but they literally went into my head and brought my vision to life to a tee! From the flowers to the officiant, makeup artist, and venue it is completely what I envisioned. Their calm and professional demeanor really set the tone to calm my nerves as well as my husband's and families. They are really pros and so helpful they grew up on Kauai since we were worried about weather but it ended up not being a problem! If you want a stress-free, calm, low-key, gorgeous, intimate and overall extremely special day, definitely go with Kauai Elopements! -

Kauai Elopements made our dreams come true!
I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Jessica and the team at Kauai Elopements! We knew the traditional wedding just wasn't for us, we had no vision & really all we cared about was being together to exchange our vows. Jessica and the team made this process go so smoothly and it was absolutely stress free! We absolutely LOVED having Primrose and her husband perform our ceremony, it was full of tears, laughs & A LOT of windblown hair up on the cliff at Shipwreck Beach. Our flowers were absolutely amazing & our photographer Elana was a joy to work with as well and a true champ taking on the wind and the rain with us! We are so happy with our experience and cannot thank the team enough for helping us to create memories that will last a lifetime. -

We are so very grateful we had Kauai Elopements literally handle our entire wedding. One of the main reasons we decided to elope was that I had ZERO desire to plan a wedding (of course, my husband wasn't itching to either!). The vendor selection that they provided was helpful, but after giving Jessica my input, she just took care of the rest! From our photographer, officiant, and the styling of the flowers and my hair and makeup, there wasn't a thing that fell short and all was beyond what we could have hoped for doing it all hands off and not knowing what any of it would be until we got there. Also, instructions or timelines were provided for anything that we needed to know/take care of - so helpful! Hailey was on site for the wedding was a big help. The other main reason we wanted to elope was to have our ceremony be about us without having to worry about the wedding details... and their team completely made that happen. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat! -

Perfect Hawaiian Wedding
We are so happy that we chose to go with Kauai Elopements for our wedding! We had our ceremony at a private waterfall followed by sunset pictures at a nearby beach which was absolutely perfect! Jessica who helped plan most of the details of our wedding was accommodating with all of our requests and was always quick to respond to our emails. The day of wedding coordinator Hailey was so sweet and made sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day. The vendors they work with are also all very experienced and professional. If you're looking for a stress free, intimate, beautiful and very reasonably priced wedding then I would highly recommend working with Kauai Elopements! -

Highly recommend Kauai Elopements
From our first interaction with Jessica to our special private day on the beach, everyone at Kauai Elopements was truly amazing!! We absolutely can’t thank everyone enough. With our crazy busy lives on the mainland, there was no way we had the time or energy to plan a wedding. The only thing we had to do was select our vendors. Then they did their magic and took care of literally everything.
We feel incredibly blessed to have had Kelvin, Sandy & Aynsley at the ceremony. It was like a “dream team!” Aynsley (Kauai Elopements) was fabulous! She was so sweet & calming. Kelvin (officiant) was absolutely perfect for us! The ceremony was incredibly moving. The way he involved our children was unexpected yet so beautiful & meaningful. He is truly a Hawaiian treasure. Sandy (Sandy Swift Photography) was AWESOME! She and I both said we’re pretty sure we’re soul sisters!♥️ She was so fun & outgoing and just the sweetest! We loved how both Aynsley and Sandy made sure we had our private first look moments far away from our looky-loo adult children. To have a few moments together to just breathe and bathe in each other’s love was absolutely incredible. Misti was adorable and did such a great job on my hair and makeup. And finally, my bouquet & hair flowers & all the leis were absolutely gorgeous (North Shore Buds & Blooms)!
Thank you, again, to Kauai Elopements for helping Brett and I celebrate our love in such a special place and in such a special way. You will forever be a part of our magical day. ♥️
