  Great Wedding Pictures

  My wife and I felt very fortunate to have Katie as our photographer. We bonded with her right away, and had immediate confidence that she would do an excellent job photographing our wedding. We loved the engagement photos that she did before our wedding. When it came to the big day, Katie was able to take phenomenal pictures of us and our families, while still giving us the space to savor the day. Would highly recommend her to anyone else needing a photographer.

  Best decision ever

  Working with Katie as our wedding photographer helped capture the incredible joy and love we felt, in a dreamy ambiance. She is so deeply present, which I think allows for insight and instincts to guide her in her artful and natural photography. Our family and friends were amazed, and hearing their high praise (that the photos look like paintings; they are so magical and mystical that they look unreal, like a fantasy!) was delightful. We will cherish these photos for generations. They help us remember all the beautiful elements and moments from our wedding.

  Best experience!

  Having Katie photograph our backyard elopement was the best decision we made! She captured so many special moments for us that we will never forget. We were a little bit nervous to pose at first, (we’re certainly not naturals at it). Katie helped guide us and made us feel so comfortable with posing and most importantly, just being ourselves! Being photographed by Katie felt like hanging out with an old friend. My husband and I are looking forward to hiring her again when we welcome our daughter into the world this summer!

  Having photos taken is one of the most intimate experiences we have, and it is one of the most special when you have not only an experienced photographer, but also someone who creates the atmosphere conducive to creating those intimate memories. I have known Katie for quite some time now - years - and I can’t express how special she is to me. She’s been my photographer through some of the most challenging and fulfilling moments of my life. From transitions - to (sigh) “finallys”. She is loving, supportive, enthusiastic, creative - and oh she takes the most beautiful photos. It’s rare to find the whole package - Katie, you’re it!!

  Professional, kind and easy to work with.

  Katie is amazing!! She answered all emails and my many questions promptly. Katie, captured all the special details of our day. She has a great eye and we loved all of our photos. Katie made us laugh throughout the day. We were all very comfortable in front of the camera because she is so calming. After our wedding our proofs came in a timely manner. It was so difficult to choose our favorite.

  If you're looking for a photographer who knows how to bring out the true and raw emotion out of a couple madly in love with each other- you've found her. Katie knows how to bring out the joy in people and capture it for you to look back on. We had our first shoot at a nature conservatory in Maryland and we had such a blast working with Katie. Once she was done editing the pictures, she sent us a link and we couldn't stop looking at how much fun we had and how gorgeous the pictures turned out. We would hire Katie again in a heartbeat and you should too!

  Katie is an amazing photographer! She is willing to get dirty with you to get just the right angle. She got into the water with us so that she could capture the perfect lighting and angle. You can see the passion behind the camera; with all of her ideas and excitement. She is very charismatic and friendly. We really enjoyed working with her!
