  Five Stars for Sure!

  Today my daughter, sister-in-law and niece accompanied me to Under the Arbor to shop for a mother of the bride dress. Suzy and Caitlin were wonderful! They were both so helpful, accommodating and made our experience something very special! I will remember this day forever! Their shop is beautiful! I found a very unique and gorgeous dress and I’m so excited for my daughters wedding in October! I would highly recommend this shop to all brides and Moms! Five stars for sure!

  I said "YES!" to the dress (and the veil and the earrings)!!!

  I cannot recommend Under the Arbor Bridal enough! Suzy and Caitlin went above and beyond in helping me find THE dress. Suzy got a sample of a specific dress I'd seen online just for me to try. It was stunning, but not the one. It was a very close second that led Caitlin to pull THE dress. Not only did I find and say "yes!" to THE dress at Under the Arbor Bridal but also THE veil and THE earrings both of which Caitlin also pulled. She understood my vision better than I could articulate it!
  
  The energy of the shop is so positive, and the dress selection is excellent. I really think they've got options for any bride!

  Amazing experience!

  I had the BEST experience at Under the Arbor. Caitlin was super helpful, kind, and fun! I was nervous going into the process but she made it such a great experience. One thing I loved was that they let you walk around the shop and pick out dresses to try on, as opposed to other bridal shops that only go to the back and pull dresses for you. My mom, friend, sisters and I were able to walk around the store and look at every dress they had which helped me explore different styles, colors, etc. They also didn’t pressure me at all to buy my dress the day of my appointment. I came back the next day to try on one more time and officially purchase my dress and they were super sweet and excited to see me back. Overall 11/10 experience and I would highly recommend!!

  Fantastic and great service

  All the workers were so sweet and helpful. The woman who does the wedding dress fittings is just spectacular. She is kind and really listens to what you want and is then able to help find your beautiful dress. Definitely a good place to go. Also the prices if the dresses are reasonable and not super expensive. P.s.the have yummy sweets and treats

  Mother's Are Important Also

  Under The Arbor Bridal has excellent service and selections. Suzy and her family were so nice and helpful. I drove in from Buffalo , 1 1/2 hours and worth it. They really do focus on the mother of the bride or groom as they say. Suzy was patient and kind and gave honest welcomed subtle opinions .The dress I picked, we both liked. No other shop in my area gave the service or the selection. Highly will recommend this shop to all mothers who need that special service for their son's and or daughter's big day.

  Under the Arbor Bridal

  I had been to several dress shops before finding Under The Arbor Bridal. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with this shop. As the MOB, the selection was large and appropriate for someone in their 60s and fuller figured. Suzy was very helpful and, as MOB herself, could relate to my wants and needs. I would recommend this location to any mom looking for THE dress.

  Mother of Bride dress shopping

  Went today to Under the Arbor with my husband, daughter and her fiancé looking for a dress for my daughters June wedding. I am a bit heavier and have had unpleasant experiences in other Bridal shops we had tried. Either the staff was unhelpful or there were not many choices for a woman needing a size 18 or 20. Feeling very defeated we went to Under the Arbor and can not express how wonderful the experience was! From the minute we walked in they made us all feel at home and I was able to try on over 10 dresses in various styles and colors. I could have kept trying on dresses if I wanted to. They helped me find the perfect dress that flattered my figure and I left feeling like I will actually love what I am wearing for my daughters wedding. I am thankful we came here and strongly recommend them!

I was so wrong! Everyone was very helpful and kind. They asked me what I liked and didn't like in a dress. They had me try on dresses that I never would have even thought to try on. And they made me feel beautiful. I am so thankful that I went to Under the Arbor Bridal!

  These guys are so great to work with. I came to Under the Arbor looking to shop local and I loved the fact this is a small family business. Right from the first step to the last, the attention to my needs, wants, and concerns was warming. I chose what I thought was my dream dress and due to a fitting issue, I had to choose another. These guys were so so accommodating and genuinely just cared that I felt amazing in my dress from them. And the dress I ended up buying is ✨perfect.✨
  
  The time they took to get to know me and who I am as a bride and the vibe I'm going for touched me, this is obviously a passion for the people at Under the Arbor. Unbelievably grateful for the gift I was given by walking in their door with an impromptu appt!

  Mother of Bride dress

  Went with a certain dress in mind, decided it wasn’t for me. Suzy suggested many dresses based on the style I was looking for, color and price. She was professional and very friendly. Throughly enjoyed our shopping experience. Went a bit over my budget but very happy with my dress choice. Suzy was not pushy, she really wants you happy with your choice.

  Serendipity

  They are truly miracle workers! We didn’t have an appointment we actually just came from one that was a disaster. I travel for work and was running out of time and might have been panicking. They welcomed us with open arms and made it not only work but made it perfect!
  The first dress I put on was the one literally everyone was in tears just gorgeous.
  They came in on their day off so everyone was able to be there for the day yes moment and could see it and ensured we had everything we needed to get it shortened in time.
  Thank you for making my dreams come true 🥰
