If you're looking for the best wedding/engagement/proposal photographer, look no further! Kate was absolutely FANTASTIC. My partner and I were visiting the Tahoe/Reno area for a quick getaway and he hired Kate to photograph our surprise proposal. Kate pretended to be our tour guide for a "hike" he had scheduled for us and I was none the wiser. She did a great job playing along, answering questions like a real guide would and took candid pictures of us as we were on the hike. When the time came for the proposal she was able to photograph all of my shock and surprise. I have a strong preference for candid and real moments over staged/posed photographs and Kate was super accommodating. She also got fantastic pictures of our pup in the snow with us! She's so kind, thoughtful and really cares about your comfort when she shoots. I would highly recommend her to everyone! -

In choosing to elope in a destination spot, I had TONS of photographers to choose from. I was overwhelmed by the number of choices yet underwhelmed by the majority of my options. That is, until I found Kate! Kate responded to my inquiry super quickly and even in our first “Skype meeting,” I felt like I was chatting with an old friend! She helped us find the perfect spots in Tahoe for our ceremony and photos, recommended a FANTASTIC florist, and captured our special day better than I could have ever imagined! You can see and feel the love from our incredibly intimate ceremony. I truly cannot recommend a better photographer than Kate Stapleton. -

Where do I even start! I could write a book about how amazing Kate is. She is extremely professional! She is incredibly friendly! She spends a lot of time getting to know your likes and dislikes and your expectations before she shoots! She pays attention to details and makes sure that you don't miss anything on your big day! She has a smile that will light up the darkest room and her integrity and character reflect that! I found Kate on semi short notice! She was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure I didn't miss out on any of the special moments leading up to and at our wedding! She offered an engagement session a month before our wedding because we hadn't had one and she was so adamant about making sure we captured the special occasion! Our wedding was amazing and she took pictures of things, people and detail that we would otherwise have missed! On top of that, she captures light in photos like I have never seen before. He work is stunning! Not only is Kate an extremely talented photographer, she is an even better person. Kate has become a friend to our family and she is a huge blessing! You would be lucky to have her for your photographer, for any occasion! -

Kate is a blessing in my life and so easy to work with! I She really thinks about the moments that are going to make somebody’s day special. Capturing the beauty of a moment is difficult. A bad photographer can make $1 million wedding look cheap and a good photographer can make an inexpensive wedding look like millions. If you want professional, fast, kind, and thoughtful service look no further! Kate is your girl. -

Kate is the best at what she does! You won’t be disappointed.
Kate is amazing! She has been our go to photographer for the past few years and me and my family just love working with her and adore her work! She is always fun, patient and detail-oriented at her work. She did our engagement photo shoot this winter and despite snow and 30 degree weather she braved it with us cracking jokes and a smile on her face. The engagement pictures turned out breathtaking to say the least! Can’t wait to work with her again! -

Best Photographer Ever! Amazing Experience!
My husband and I seriously LUCKED OUT with Kate Stapleton. I came across Kate’s beautiful photography on Instagram during the wedding planning process. I’ve looked at countless photographers thinking the “perfect” one didn’t exist, until I came across Kate’s beautiful work. Her style is so breathtaking. She is an extremely talented artist who knows all the right places, all the right angles, and all the right things to say to make you and your partner’s love come out in every photo. Her work speaks for itself. She has a delicate, romantic, bright style that is timeless and mesmerizing. We had Kate do our winter engagement photos as well as our wedding, and we could not be happier.
In addition to Kate’s photography skills, the rest of the booking and planning process is made SO simple for couples. She is a very responsive communicator and was always there for us through phone, email, Zoom, etc. We are thankful for her cheerful emails and the easy website she uses to complete the bookings. Aside from Kate’s amazing photography, responsiveness, and professionalism, we are most grateful for Kate’s kindness and genuine love for her clients. She is more than our wedding photographer- she is our friend, and we look forward to working with her in the future as we grow our family and celebrate many anniversaries ahead.
