My husband and I cannot speak more highly of Kaitlin. Other than marrying each other, she might've been the best decision that we made throughout this wedding process! She has been a sounding board, a motivator, a supporter, and most of all, a phenomenal photographer who captured exactly what we wanted: closeness, togetherness, and the warmth of our friendships and family. Personable, professional, perfect!
Kaitlin went above and beyond our expectations from the first moment we messaged her! We met with her over zoom to discuss what kind of wedding we were interested in and to gauge each others' personalities and we clicked instantly! She has been incredibly receptive to our ideas and responsive throughout the whole process as we near our wedding date and even spent an entire day running around Portland with my fiancé and I for our engagement shoot. The photo shoot was fun with little to no direction necessary and came out looking incredible while managing to incorporate all of our ideas for locations, outfits, and colors. Kaitlin consistently goes the extra mile and put 100% of her energy into all of our ideas! I will be recommending her to all of our friends in the future and can't wait to have her shooting us on our wedding day! -

Kaitlin is amazing to work with. As a photographer who has done weddings myself, I had high standards and specific requests that weeded out a lot of people during my search. Kaitlin immediately stood out to me as someone with the ability to capture the essence of a couple. As I browsed her galleries I felt like I knew the couples and their stories by the time I was done. My wife and I are very introverted, shy, and not used to being the center of attention — let alone in front of a camera. After consulting with Kaitlin it was even more clear that she was the perfect photographer for us. Kaitlin listened to our requests, asked us questions to get a better understanding of what sort of coverage we’d like, and checked in multiple times leading up to the wedding day to go over plans.
On the day of, Kaitlin was incredible. She set her flash units up perfectly to give a beautiful sense of lighting to our indoor pictures. Kaitlin was quick and professional with our family formals without feeling like she was rushing anyone. We love our newlywed portraits, largely due to how natural it felt to work with her—again this was huge for us as two people who are a bit camera shy. Our reception photos are equally beautiful, she captured meaningful candid moments without feeling like she was standing between us and the moments happening around us.
If you’re like my wife and me and aren’t used to being on camera, I would 100% recommend booking a practice session with Kaitlin either for engagement photos or couples’ photos. As a photographer I’m used to being behind the camera and not in front of it. She helped us feel comfortable and it also helped her see how we interact together as a couple.
At no point did we feel like Kaitlin was commandeering our schedule to check off boxes on a shot-list. She was seamlessly integrated everything. Genuinely, I cannot recommend Kaitlin enough. Working with her is like having a best friend there take your wedding photos. -

My husband and I hired Kaitlin to photograph our elopement in Maine in October of 2023. We were coming from Ohio and did not quite have the details laid out yet. She was incredibly flexible and extremely helpful during our wedding day and found some amazing spots for some truly amazing pictures. Our wedding day just really would not have been the same without her. -

She’s Simply The Best!
We booked with Kaitlin after looking for a photographer that felt like our style and vibe for our destination wedding, after a phone call with her it was total love! We met for our engagement photos and it felt like we were hanging with a friend vs feeling uncomfortable in front of the camera. She has this energy about her to make everyone feel comfortable! She really tried to get to know members of the family and that helped on the wedding weekend. She is extremely organized and easy to communicate with and that came in handy when the week of our wedding we had to move our Saturday wedding up a day due to a forecasted hurricane. She was so flexible with us, went with the flow and did everything she could to make it work. I honestly could go on and on, but bottom line is she is the best of the best and by far the most talented photographer I have ever worked with! We will forever have Kaitlin take our photos! -

Seamless and personable!
I can’t recommend Kaitlin more highly. As I started the wedding planning process, I was overwhelmed by the number of details I needed to sort out. Kaitlin was wonderful! I know absolutely nothing about photographers, so I did what any smart groom would do…left it all to my wife. Unsurprisingly, she made a great choice. Kaitlin’s upbeat personality and infectious energy were a perfect fit. She was organized and efficient during the ceremony, and somehow captured hundreds of amazing photos at the reception with me barely even noticing she was there. It was a torrential downpour for our entire wedding day, and Kaitlin graciously offered (at no extra cost) to meet two days later to capture all of the outdoor locations in sunshine. I was an overtired, grumpy newlywed on this day and once again Kaitlin’s patience and professionalism were on display. We received our finished photos recently and love them! You’ll be very happy with choosing Kaitlin, both as a person and a photographer. -

Kaitlin is an incredibly talented photographer whose technical skill is amplified by her innate ability to capture moments in a naturally beautiful way, creating opportunities for incredible portraits and candid shots.
We had the good fortune of finding Kaitlin and having her document our wedding and are thrilled with the memories she’s presented us with. She went above and beyond, from before sunrise to well after sunset, and many of our guests made it a point to let us know how friendly and kind she was to them. We are not accustomed to being in front of a camera - Kaitlin’s easygoing, warm personality made us feel comfortable and allowed us to get wonderful photos of one of the most important days of our lives.
She certainly has a good eye for classic “standard” wedding photos and will walk you (and your family/friends) through them in an organized way, but she really shines with her ability to become a part of your crowd/gathering to capture the real moments – she’s a fast friend. Moreso than an album of portraits, you’ll have an in depth documentary and chronicle of the laughter, joy, and love of your day – if that’s your style, Kaitlin is your photographer.

We loved working with Kaitlin!
We feel so lucky that we had Kaitlin as our photographer on our wedding day! From our first meeting Kaitlin was both professional and authentic, clearly someone who we wanted to spend our wedding day in close proximity with. She took beautiful photos that so fully captured the spirit of the day and the details that made up the event. Our album has so many photos and I was especially impressed that as a single photographer she captured so much. Kaitlin went above and beyond for us and even stayed later then planned to get photos of all our guests swimming later in our reception. Perfect Pictures

Above and beyond!
Kaitlin is such a wonder to work with! She helps guide you through expectations for the big day and makes you feel at ease- almost as if you have known her for years. She is willing to get creative (even brave some less than perfect weather) and helped bring our vision to life. Her work is breathtaking and we have continued to utilize her photography services as our family has grown in the years after our wedding and engagement photos. -
