We cannot speak more highly about the experience that we had with Kahn's for our wedding in February. From the planning to the food to the service, it was truly above and beyond anything we could have even imagined.
Leading up to our big day, we had multiple calls and emails with Steven and the Kahn's team to make sure we were all on the same page about the food and drink throughout the evening. What could have felt like somewhat tedious interactions were so thoughtful and well-managed, where we felt like they really wanted to get to know us personally so that they could help make sure our day was the best.
On our wedding day, the day-off coordinator from the venue was unable to attend due to a conflict, so Steven and Jenny from Kahn's actually stepped in to play that role on top of everything they were doing for the catering! They went out of their way to attend our rehearsal the evening before so they knew how they could help and then day of they were our go-to people! Steven even was the one who fixed the train of my dress before heading down the aisle - this is the coordinator of the caterer that we're talking about who did this!!!
Kahn's handled all the tables, chairs, linens, place settings, etc. and everything looked absolutely stunning in the venue. While we picked fairly straightforward options, during the tasting event you can see everything they have and it's crazy how many options they have for everything! I'm sure they could accomodate whatever your vision is!
The food itself was fantastic. So many guests told us that night or in the weeks since that it was the best meal they've ever had at a wedding. We had an amazing, fresh salad with a huge piece of brie and pear; then a duo for dinner of beef short rib, and a white balsamic-marinated chicken alongside garlic mashed potatoes and carrots/green beans. The cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres were also amazing and they even let us swap out a few of the hors d'oeuvres that would have come with our package for a charcturie table which was a huge hit. The package we chose came with the highest bar tier so there were so many options - really something for everyone!
The service was top-notch throughout the night with a ton of staff on-hand that really made the meal go quickly and smoothly. They were exremely attentive, helpful, and professional - it felt like we were being served at the top restaurant in the city and when you're serving a room of 125 people at the same time, that is not easy to do!
You will not be disappointed if you choose Kahn's for your wedding or event - they were a real highlight of our day! Thank you so much to Steven and the whole Kahn's team for everything they did! -

We are so happy we had our wedding at the Montage with Kahn's Catering. The venue was beautiful. It rained on our wedding day, so it was great to have a place inside for the ceremony as a backup plan. Kahn's executed the logistics of the day seamlessly--we didn't have to worry about a thing. As for the catering, the food and service were amazing. Many of our guests raved about their meals and the coffee bar. We would highly recommend the Montage and Kahn's Catering! -

Kahn’s catering came as part of the package with our venue, and I am so glad that they did! Jenny, Brianna and Ryan (who all worked on our wedding at one point) were all so great to work with! First of all, the group tasting process is so incredible! So many delicious food and drink options, and it was so nice getting to try everything and meet all the team members that would be helping at our events. The planning meeting to decide on food, linens, table settings, chair rentals etc was quick and easy, and it was so nice being able to see everything so we could really visualize everything. IIn regards to the planning process - we planned our wedding 3 years out, so a lot of the aspects of the original contract we signed had changed in the interim. However, Kahn’s was so flexible and understanding, and made sure that regardless of things that changed on their end, we still got everything we wanted for our wedding day! And on the day of the wedding, our space looked SO beautiful - everything came together perfectly. The food was delicious, and service was incredible. We were so lucky to work with Kahn’s! -

I want to start by saying thank you for accommodating me.
I had to start hair and makeup a little earlier than usual and they opened the Montage up early for me with coffee and Danishes. That was an amazing start to my wedding day.
Dean was so attentive the entire day. Making sure my bridesmaids and I had everything we needed in the bridal suite.
I didn't have to worry about anything outside of the bridal suite. I was able to enjoy my time with my friends and family before walking down the aisle.
As the ceremony started, Steven and Ashley stood with me until I had to walk down. They offered me water and helped fluff my dress.
All to say that I didn't have to worry about those details because of the amazing staff. I felt so special on my wedding day.
The food was amazing. My family and friends had nothing but amazing things to say. I heard multiple times that this was the best food they have EVER had at a wedding. We had multiple vegans, and they loved the vegan dish I selected for them as well.
Erin, Sarah and the rest of the amazing staff made the night a breeze.
If you are looking for a caterer with remarkable food and service, Kahn's Catering is the only choice to make.

I don't even know where to start. Our phones are ringing off of the hook regarding the food at our daughter's wedding reception. Everyone who chose scallops as their entree have RAVED about them. Trust me: the top seafood restaurants in this country can't begin to compare to Kahn's. We have also received very positive feedback on the short rib, vegan, and chicken entrees. People could not stop talking about the beet salad with goat cheese. Steven Conners and Jenny Oden went over and beyond the call of duty for our wedding. Our printer made it difficult for their staff to read the menu and place cards because of vellum wrapped around the menu card. Have no fear! Steven and Jenny figured it all out, even though printer had also not made changes to the seating chart. The service from Kahn's was impeccable...all night long. I really was skeptical that they could beat our older daughter's reception at another venue, but they did in terms of food and service in every category. The reception was at The Scottish Rite Cathedral and it could not have been more elegant and classy. Kahn's servers were there to refill our wine glasses and treated us like royalty. Everyone else in attendance felt the same way. Our daughter had creative ideas for signature cocktails and they made these to everyone's delight. Oh, and do not forget the late night snacks!!!!!! Our son-in-law is from Georgia and we wanted late night snacks, Southern Style. Kahn's did that, too, and they were also a huge hit!!!!!! To close out the night, Kahn's did a wonderful job with the sparkler exit. No one could find the sparklers we bought (they were in one of our daughter's cars), but Kahn's found some and our daughter had the exit of her dreams. There are simply not enough words to express our gratitude. I can only say that I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!! -

Zero Regrets
Just amazing. Jenny was so organized, knowledgeable, and supportive. She always made time for my questions, and she put my anxiety at ease with her expertise. Most of all, she advocated for me when the venue was not communicating, and I did not feel alone. People could not stop talking about how amazing all the food was, from the appetizers to the main dishes, to the deserts & cocktails. PHENOMENAL. Would absolutely recommend to anyone having any type of event in the area, especially if you can secure Jenny! -

Our experience with Kahn’s was outstanding. Like many 2020 couples, events forced us to adapt and evolve, but Heidi and Steven—each of whom handled our account—did a fantastic job navigating us through the process. They met any question with a prompt response and were readily available to meet with us in-person or over the phone to double-check details, walk us through cost estimates, and outline how their staff would operate the day off.
As for our reception, we can’t commend them enough. Steven and his team went above and beyond to make sure our reception was everything we dreamed of. They were especially attentive to us (the bride and groom) and made sure we got to enjoy our hors d'oeuvres, dinner, cake and specialty cocktails. They also made a special point to acknowledge and be aware of any guests with food allergies. Our guests raved about the food and praised the service provided by waiters and bartenders. Knowing they were pleased eased our anxiety tremendously. We wanted our reception to feel like a family reunion, and Kahn’s helped us achieve that goal. Well worth the price if you want amazing food, great hospitality and a stress-free event. -

I can not speak highly enough about our experience with Kahn's. From our initial inquires to the reception itself, Kahn's went above and beyond. Our event specialist Heidi was very responsive to every email and call during the planning process, and super helpful with all the questions I had. The complimentary tasting they offered let us try everything from appetizers to desserts so we knew exactly what we would be getting at our wedding. We got so many compliments on both the reception and cocktail hour food, and several people told us that the cake was they best they had ever had at a wedding. While Kahn's was a bit more expensive than some of the other options we looked at in the planning process, they were worth every penny and helped our entire evening go off without a hitch. I 100% highly recommend them! -

The attention to detail (and there were a lot of them), quality of service provided, and the overall professionalism that had been extended to us for our wedding reception was just extraordinary. I could write countless lines espousing on these virtues, but trust me, if you are hosting a top level event, and you demand the absolute best, put your trust in Kahn's. Extremely organized, professional, and most of all offering some of the most delicious foods we’ve eaten. From the fabulous hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour through our incredible entree and on to the delicious three flavors of cake, the process was seamless and the food was amazing. It isn’t often you see the catering company owner pouring wine for the bride and groom and personally overseeing every detai throughout the evening. Joe is excellent at his craft and runs a top notch organization. Thank you so much to Joe and his staff for the personal and professional service we received. You made us feel very special.

Lauren Sent on 11/20/2017We used Kahn's Catering with our wedding reception at the Eiteljorg Museum. Freddie was our coodinator and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She sat down with us at the beginning and outlined the planning process and what they would provide. We then came back for the tasting - this was an incredible feature that allowed us to sample many of the hor d'oeuvres, drinks, salads, entrees, sides and cake before setting our menu. Freddie also helped us to create a timeline for the evening and to plan all of the linens. The wedding planning process can be stressful, but not when working with Kahn's!
The food and service at the reception were amazing - Freddie even had plates of the appetizers at the head table since the wedding party arrived at the end of the cocktail hour and missed them. It was little details like these that made our experience with Kahn's so wonderful. -

Kahn's was so helpful and responsive throughout the planning process, and their service during the wedding was impeccable. Guests raved about the food, and there were lots of options for vegan and gluten-free guests, too!
