I found Julia as needed online. It was just confirmation for me that she would be perfect to plan our August 2024 wedding, when I learned she was familiar with our hometown of Lafayette, IN. From our first conversation, julia did not disappoint. She was timely, thoughtful, professional, and so kind. She let me have as much control was I wanted and took over everything else. She was very responsive to texts, emails and calls. She kept everything in order so I could just enjoy my day. I’m so grateful we hired Julia as needed. I got raving compliments from our other vendors about how much they loved working with her! My day was absolutely perfect and I owe a lot of that to Julia! I truly recommend Julia as needed for all your wedding coordinator needs! -

Julia is the best!! She was so helpful throughout the entire process and always a joy to talk to. I felt very comfortable with her and trusting her to do everything that she did and knew that I wouldn’t have to worry about it and that it would turn out the way I wanted. I also knew that anything I mentioned to her about ideas or something that needed to get done that she would be on top of it. Julia was incredibly helpful to have on wedding day and prior to! She was my go to girl who helped me when I was indecisive, she reminded me of things I had forgotten, coordinated loads and she made sure everything went perfect the day of!!!!

I could not say enough GREAT things about Julia if I tried!
She made our special day so wonderful!!! Seriously, she put out so many fires with shifty/shady vendors and was always so helpful and on top of every single little detail! And holy cow, the actual wedding day ran SO smoothly— completely effortlessly— all thanks to Julia running around and making sure every person and decoration and flower was exactly where they needed to be at the right time. As diy-ers my husband and I thought we’d need very little help with planning but we quickly realized the opposite! We found Julia and her month of wedding package and it was perfect for us! She was more than helpful along the way with her scheduled zoom calls and e-mails to keep us on track and helped with any and all ideas that we had so that we were able to relax and have a stress free day. They said some of the best heroes do not wear capes. Julia is definitely one of them. She was able to take ideas from two people that had never been to a wedding and give them a magical day to remember. She explained everything to us, always communicated with us. She was ALWAYS early to every meeting. My makeup/hair cancelled the night before... and this amazing woman found someone literally in hours! Julia is absolutely incredible! I found her on Instagram because of a mutual friend. What a lifesaver to find her that day! Not only is Julia meticulously organized in the planning stages, she is a positive guide that allowed me to keep my sanity throughout the whole process.
Although she did a wonderful job in the planning stages, where she really shined was in the last couple of weeks and day of. She had everyone in line, from vendors to wedding party. I could write a short novel about all Julia did to make sure our day was perfect from start to finish. She is thorough, personable, responsive, passionate, and so so wonderful to work with. Some of the biggest reasons I would recommend Julia is because she makes her schedule work with yours, I work crazy hours and she worked around all of those for planning. The "weekend timelines" she created for everyone made it so everyone could be on time and know what they needed and where they needed to be.

She’s Amazing!
Julia was our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in September 2022. She was an absolute God send. Our check-ins were so productive and put me at ease. She was very well organized. She connected with all the wedding vendors and was out at ease that everything would be perfect for our big day. Our wedding day was absolute perfection not major hiccups at all, and that’s a testament of how great she worked with us. She had tons of knowledge and was able to cover things I hadn’t even thought of. She kept us all on schedule as well. I’m addition we had to move to the rain backup plan, which she helped to pull off last minute. I highly recommend Julia to anyone. -
