If you want Trust, Professionalism, and Positivity, you want Jordan
I can’t recommend Jordan enough for your big day! My wedding was everything i dreamed and Jordan is to thank for it! She had never worked my venue before and by the rehearsal she knew it better than anyone there. She is professional and friendly making everyone in my wedding party feel welcome while also making sure they got all the necessary info. She helped me make a seamless timeline for the wedding day and took over all contact with my vendors which took away SO much stress.
If you want a wedding coordinator that you can truly trust on the biggest day of your life, go with Jordan -

Absolutely Amazing! Perfection!

I just wanted to thank you again for the amazing job you did on Saturday and over the last 12 months! All the decorating you did was beautiful and everything ran so smoothly according to your schedule! It was truly an amazing day! All the vendors you recommended were spectacular, especially Kate Campbell, the Florist and Elizabeth, the photographer! All your ideas, recommendations, planning, scheduling, and organization was perfection! Kelly was thrilled with how everything turned out down to the last detail. She had her “Dream Wedding”. We had so many compliments about every aspect of the Wedding. We truly couldn’t have done it without you! It was an honor and a great pleasure meeting you and working with you! You are so talented, sweet, and have a wonderful personality! You’re Mom and Dad must be so proud of you! It was also wonderful meeting John. He did an amazing job as well! I can not say enough good things about working with Jordan for the month of coordination for my wedding. From the initial call she was able to answer all my questions and concerns with ease, to my actual wedding day everything went so seamlessly and looked absolutely beautiful! Jordan is seriously the most organized person I’ve ever met in my life which put my chaotic, stressed bride brain at ease. She had every detail of my wedding in a “master spreadsheet” and when I say every detail, I mean every detail. She was an excellent source when I had questions about my timeline, vendors, decor, etc. She was absolutely on top of every vendor and made sure everything went on time and was executed perfectly. And can we talk about what a sweetheart she is?! I could just sit back and relax on my wedding day, knowing that Jordan had it all under control and would not let anything go wrong! Jordan was an absolute dream to work and I can say with 100% assurance my wedding would not have been half as amazing as what it was without Jordan. Do not hesitate and book her today! -

Oh man, I cannot imagine what our wedding would have been without Jordan! A woman after my own heart — she came in with 30 days to go and rocked a spreadsheet that took every detail and executed every single little thing to perfection! Jordan kept everything on track and every vendor in the loop throughout the entire day — we basically just had to show up and have a great time. Hire her for your wedding!!! You’ll be in great hands and it’ll be the best day ever. -

As a professional wedding videographer, I know many people in the industry, so hiring vendors was my task when my now wife and I got engaged. I had worked with Jordan before and knew her to be energetic, sweet, organized, proactive, and an overall pleasure to work with. We hired Jordan as our day-of coordinator, but she was so much more. She helped us think of all the little details we hadn't thought of, and ensured everything with our other vendors went smoothly — something that, as a frequent vendor, I really appreciated. I had to originally convince my wife that we needed a coordinator for the event, but by the end of our wedding, she was apologizing for ever having doubted me. I hired Jordan to assist with the final month of planning & wedding weekend and I am so thankful that I did. We ran into so many last minute, bizarre hiccups and she helped us navigate all of them. More importantly, my husband and I were able to thoroughly enjoy our wedding day because she had everything handled. I wasn't bothered when things went wrong the day of and she kept all our vendors and guests on a tight timeline. Jordan was in charge of our wedding planning for my recent wedding in Northern Virginia. After having had to cancel and move my wedding from overseas due to COVID, I was lost and scrambling to figure out what to do and how to do it. Enter Jordan! I had organized the ‘big’ vendors and general style, but Jordan took over from there and ensured every little detail was handled and every expectation was met! She was professional, kind, thorough, courteous, and just an all-around amazing human being that was fun to be around. I did not have to worry about one thing on my big day or leading up, and the day was absolutely perfect as I had in my mind. People kept remarking how calm I was the week before the wedding and the day of — the secret is hiring people who you like who are good at what they do, and letting them do it. I wish Jordan could plan every detail of my life! You will not regret working with her — easily the best money I spent on this whole wedding! -

I met Jordan through a mutual friend shortly before I was engaged, and upon meeting her I instantly knew I wanted her to be my wedding coordinator. She has such a warmth about her that I was immediately drawn to and we got along great. A very important trait in my book as your wedding coordinator is essentially your best friend in this process. Our wedding was just yesterday, and I don’t even know where to begin to RAVE about Jordan! Planning a wedding in a pandemic took all kinds of unexpected twists and turns, and she was there for us every step of the way. She made herself available to us whenever we needed her, and boy did we need her a lot. She coordinated our wedding festivities flawlessly and familiarized herself with our family and friends, so much so that all of our loved ones couldn’t stop talking about how awesome she was. If and when there were any issues, my husband and I had no idea because there she was taking care of everything behind the scenes. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who will literally make all your dreams come true, Jordan is your girl. THANK YOU, JORDAN ❤️ we love you!!! -

We couldn't have done it without Jordan!!
After locking in some of the bigger decisions like venue and photographer, my husband and I realized we were going to have a hard time keeping up with all the vendor communications and bringing our vision together on the day of our wedding, so we started looking into hiring a day-of coordinator.
From the moment we reached out to Jordan, she was such a joy to work with! She is a true professional and always knows the right thing to say to put your mind at ease. We used Jordan as a partial planner, recommending and helping us lock in some of our vendors as well as handling everything on the day of our wedding.
For the vendors Jordan sent us information for (and has worked with in the past!), they were all top notch and we couldn't be happier with our decisions. As far as day of coordination, including our rehearsal, all I can say is thank goodness we had Jordan!! My whole family looks back and says how much we were all able to relax and soak up the entire day because we didn't have to worry about anything- Jordan had it all under control. From my view, everything went off flawlessly during the whole ceremony and reception, and as a bride, what else can you ask for? (And who knows how it really played out in the background- you'll have to ask Jordan for the truth :)!)
Jordan was so attentive during the planning process, it was as if she could read my mind and so on the day of our wedding, she brought our vision to life! I truly, cannot thank Jordan and her team enough for everything and would recommend her planning services to everyone!! -

When I was planning my wedding, the number one piece of advice I got was to hire a day of coordinator, and boy am I glad my husband and I went with Jordan! I spoke to several potential day of coordinators before selecting one and from the very beginning, I knew that Jordan was the right pick. From the first phone call, she made me feel completely at ease and when she said "I just want you to wake up on the day of your wedding and relax and have a mimosa and know that I have everything else covered," I was sold. And that is exactly what happened! She was so personable, communicative, and accommodating. I live on the west coast and had to make some special arrangements for my final venue walk through, etc. and she was so willing to work with that. We had several phone calls and emails where we discussed every single detail of the wedding. The night of our rehearsal, she picked up all our decorations so that we wouldn't have to worry about getting them to the venue the next day. She executed every single one of my visions for venue decorations perfectly and seamlessly wrangled our huge bridal party (including several rowdy guys) and kept us all on schedule the entire night. If we needed a cocktail, she had one for us. If we needed to find someone, she found them. She is not only hard-working, but also lots of fun! She was AMAZING!! We literally felt like every single thing was perfect at our wedding and we know that we wouldn't have been able to pull that off without Jordan. Jordan was amazing to work with! I was the photographer for a wedding we were both working at Main Street Ballroom in Ellicott City. She was soooo sweet and easy to work with! I will definitely be recommending her to my future clients and hope to work with her many more times in the future :)
