We cannot recommend Jordan highly enough! From start to finish, she was an absolute dream to work with, organized, creative, and truly invested in making our wedding vision come to life. Thanks to her, everything flowed seamlessly, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our day without stress.
Jordan has an incredible eye for detail and handled every moving piece with ease. She worked flawlessly with our vendors, anticipated needs before we even realized them, and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Our wedding was everything we hoped for (and more!), and we know it wouldn’t have been the same without her expertise and calm, reassuring presence.
If you’re looking for a talented, professional, and genuinely wonderful person to help bring your wedding to life, Jordan is the one. We feel so lucky to have had her as our coordinator and cannot thank her enough for making our day absolutely perfect! -

She kept us on track, fed us, made sure we always had a drink and kept things running smoothly. She even went to Tacoma to pick up my wedding cake for my Seattle wedding, as well as picking up a ton of large items to set up my 300 person wedding. Very laid back and easy to work with. Highly recommend. -

Hiring Jordan was 10/10 the best decision I made when I started planning my wedding. I love to plan and design things myself- so when I was looking for a planner- I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted. I ended up hiring Jordan for partial planning and day of coordination- which was a perfect mix of me and her! I took vendor recommendations from her (which were some of the best vendors) and we had meetings throughout the year before the big day. Jordan helped me stay on track with timelines, reached out to vendors for me, and provided great recommendations for things we needed on wedding day. Rehearsal and wedding day is where Jordan shines and I heard it from family and friends too. Jordan knows weddings like the back of her hand and is amazing at getting the job done. She set up our venue exactly like how I had dreamed of. I mostly didn’t see any set up on wedding morning, but somehow everything was perfect. Everything ran seamlessly and Jared and I are so so so thankful for Jordan. I would recommend her to anyone! -

We reached out to Jordan when we hit a wall in our wedding planning. We had gotten the ball rolling with booking our venue but the prospect of handling all the other details seemed really overwhelming. Jordan jumped in and began sending us curated lists of potential vendors and we were very happy with everyone we ended up hiring. She is well connected in the business and all of her recommendations were 10/10. If we had any concerns (ie about cost etc) she worked with us and the vendors to come up with a solution we were happy with. She intuited what we wanted and is a great communicator. It brought me great peace of mind knowing that there was a professional keeping tabs on all of the tasks that needed to be done leading up to the wedding, and I wasn't missing anything, and if I was, Jordan was on it! She brought some fantastic suggestions to the table that I wouldn't have thought of and ended up making our wedding extra special and a truly good experience for our guests as well. On the day of the wedding, I know things didn't go 100% smoothly, but guess what? Jordan was on it! And I could just sit back and coast knowing everything was under control. Jordan is professional, organized, communicative, well connected in the industry, intuitive, and if you hire her she will deliver. -

We couldn’t have done it without her! Jordan took the time to get to know us and helped shape our whole wedding experience. Jordan is incredibly easy to work with, responds in a timely manner and flexible to meet when needed.
She is super efficient. Jordan seriously does the work of an entire team! She has seen it all so she helps you think through everything, and offers great advice.
Jordan vetted vendors before we met with them, which was such a time saver. She was extremely calm for our entire wedding weekend and dealt with various family personalities so that we could enjoy our day. At the end of the process we had our perfect wedding and gained a new friend!
Jordan is the best in the biz and we would recommend her to any couple for full service planning.

Jordan is someone you want on your team. She is level-headed, solutions oriented, and efficient. From the moment we started working with her on our wedding I felt cared for and heard -- even when I didn't know what I was talking about! Our wedding had many moving parts and timing items that had to be kept straight with many different vendors, locations, and guests. Her attention to detail helped us stay on track for planning and the day of went so smoothly because of it. It felt like she thought of everything! I would highly recommend hiring Jordan to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner! -

I recently had the opportunity to work with Jordan at an event where she made everything come together beautifully. She was very clear on her instructions and what I ,a photo booth vendor, could expect from the event. She gave me a theme and vision board to create her vision along with the other vendors of the night. She was friendly and a lot of fun. I would recommend her to anyone! -

Hiring a planner was the very first thing we did after getting engaged. And boy was that the right decision! Jordan came recommended to us by a friend and his husband after she did their day-of coordination. We interviewed several planners & coordinating companies but clicked with Jordan right away. We enjoyed her down-to-earth style, helpful recommendations and wisdom throughout the process. Despite being quite busy with personal & business growth throughout our time working with her she still showed up and remained dedicated to us and our wedding. We communicated via email, text and in-person meeting over the span of the year and she was always reachable when we needed something. Jordan was able to execute the design goals I had for the wedding and beautifully coordinated with our vendors for a seamless day which was HUGE! We were never worried about everything being executed well and it was the biggest sense to relief to know that all the details - big or small were handled on our wedding day. Hire Jordan if you want your wedding to be a spectacular event where you get to celebrate, and focus on your loved ones all at the same time! -

Jordan was amazing as our Day of Coordinator! She went through details with us before our wedding, created a personalized timeline, and answered any questions as we had them. She directed everyone at the rehearsal, then took everything from our car the morning of the wedding to set up! It was a relief to put all the details and order of events in her hands so we could truly be present and enjoy our day. -

Overall, we feel Jordan did a great job given that this was her first year as a full-time wedding planner. We also started this process almost two years ahead of our wedding date, so that definitely helped. Jordan is a very caring person at the end of the day and you can tell family means a lot to her. You will feel this kind of support and guidance when you work with Jordan. She has a growing network and can help you connect you to vendors; almost all our vendors we met through Jordan, and were local to our venue and home. If we had to change anything, we would have liked more clarity from the start on where her involvement with vendors would be, as opposed to things we would need to handle ourselves. Overall, our wedding wouldn't have been possible without her, and we would highly recommend her for your wedding!
