Brought the party!!

Joe and his bandmates were amazing! They brought the party to our wedding and the energy was electric! Very professional, personal and accommodating! He even let my sister play her Saxophone as a special surprise! Everyone loved it. I cannot recommend Joe enough! We didn’t want the night to end!

Best Wedding Band Ever

Joe Baracata Band was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The dance floor was packed all night and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had. The energy, talent, and range of music were incredible. They knew exactly how to read the room and keep the party going. Every song felt perfectly timed and they created such a fun, lively atmosphere from start to finish. If having an unforgettable party is important to you, book them. You will not regret it.

Best band in NJ - By far

Joe and the band were absolutely incredible — hands down the best wedding band in New Jersey. We’ve been to four weddings in the past year, and there wasn’t even a comparison. Our dance floor was packed all night and the energy was unreal. Don’t get fooled by other bands with crazy high prices — the Joe Baracata Band blows them all away. Joe B is the BEST!

When we booked Joe, we booked solely off of the reviews we received from friends and family. Some had saw the band live up and down the Jersey Shore. Others booked the band for their own wedding. So we took a leap of faith. It was probably the best decision we made for our wedding. First off, Joe was so good and easy to work with. We through in a few special requests - and he was completely down for them (i.e. learning "We Will Rock You" - the Live Aid version for our entrance). The entire band brought the party. The biggest hugs we gave out that night was to each member of the band after their set. Also - they play A LOT! None of this "we're going to take a quick break" in the middle of the wedding for no reason. My wife and I are now regulars at their shows all throughout Monmouth County. Book now!

The best wedding band!

Booking the Joe Baracata Band was one of the best decisions of our wedding! We've seen them down the shore for years and knew we wanted them to play our wedding before we were even engaged -- and they still exceeded all expectations!! Joe is great to work with, super flexible and responsive throughout the entire process. They even learned my family's favorite Irish song to play at the reception. The dance floor was filled the entire wedding and our guests are still talking about how much they loved the band. Wedding Review

RUN, DON’T WALK- BOOK THE JOE BARCATA BAND!

There was no better feeling waking up the next morning after our wedding and clearly remembering how packed the dance floor was and how much fun everyone was having the entire night. That was all because of The Joe Baracata Band. Working with Joe was a completely seamless experience and he made one of the biggest decisions we had to make, our easiest decision. We only had a few "do not play" songs and the rest we left up to Joe and the band. We have seen them before down the shore and at other weddings so we knew the energy and excitement we would get. But on our wedding day, they exceeded all of our expectations and more. Two big stand out things that will leave our families with core memories are that the band learned our family's favorite song, Hooked on a Feeling & from our time spent with Joe- we told him stories about my dad's bucket list was to sing Thunder Road at karaoke. Joe did my dad one better the night of our wedding- handed him the mic and my dad encored Thunder Road as the last song of the night. It was absolutely EPIC. We are looking for any excuse to throw another big party to have the band be there, but until then- we will be seeing you all summer long at the Jersey shore! Cheers!

Joe Baracata Band Wedding Review

Joey B blew it up! The Joe Baracata band did an amazing job providing the #1 source of entertainment for mine and my wife's wedding at the Atlantic City Country Club. Leading up to the wedding, Joe was excellent to work with. Very responsive, insightful, and overall a flawless planning experience. Of course, we went over a playlist and it became very clear that Joe knows how to get the party going with a kickass playlist. It was also great that Joe and his band were able to learn two of Katie and I's requested songs prior to the wedding and they turned out awesome. During the wedding, Joe did a fantastic job MC'ing the event and kept the dance floor going all night long. His members were very engaged and their walks out into the dance floor with the guests brought out some unreal energy and dance moves from all. My personal favorite was when Joe played "Shipping up to Boston" as the dance floor engagement was through the roof. the Joe Baracata Band simply crushed it, and was the number 1 vendor/topic discussed by guests after the wedding. If you are having a wedding in NJ, make sure Joe is on your radar!

Best Wedding Band at The Jersey Shore

Book Joe Baracata Band now! An amazing band and playlist was the #1 priority for our wedding in Asbury Park, NJ, and we were not disappointed by Joe and his talented group of musicians and singers. Throughout planning, Joe was extremely responsive, accommodating and helpful. Their priority was making sure we had what we wanted for our day, and they made all of our special requests work while giving us advice along the way. Out of all the pieces at our wedding, the band was the most talked about by our guests, and the dancefloor was packed the entire night. Joe Baracata Band has won wedding bands - no other choice! stop scrolling!

The Joe Baracata band is the best wedding band you will find anywhere – they are completely unbeatable. We have been to dozens of wedding over the past few years and heard lots of great bands – and in my opinion there is legitimately no one even close. We first discovered Joe and his band years ago when we would listen to them at venues along the Jersey Shore (Columns, Parker House, etc.) So when it came time to start planning our wedding, the first phone call we made after firming the venue and date was to Joe. And we did not make any other phone calls to any other bands because we knew from years of watching them play that there was no one better, so there was no point – and I can guarantee that they did not disappoint. People who had seen Joe before were already excited that they were coming to our wedding, and afterwards the entire guest list could not stop talking about how incredible they were – even weeks or months later. Joe is absolutely not kidding when he says that they will play the whole time - only stopping for dinner. The dance floor was completely packed the whole time and people were having the time of their life. They were nice enough to learn a few songs that were really important to us and they absolutely crushed their usual hits – also if you are a Bruce Springsteen fan (like many people at our wedding) no one brings The Boss’ energy quite like Joe and the band.

Joe is really invested in putting on a show, playing great music and making your wedding day something people will never forget. He is an incredible communicator and makes everything so seamless.

If you are looking for a wedding band that has experience playing fun/energetic venues so can feel a room, captivate the crowd and turn your wedding into a party like you’ve likely never seen before then there is no need to call anyone else. Joe and the band absolutely brought the house down, as they always do.

Joe and the Band are simply perfection!

Growing up at the shore and going to local bars, I was fortunate to see Joe and the band grow over the years and they had always been an all time favorite! When my wife, Devon and I got engaged 10/3/2020, the first thing we did was reach out to Joe! We booked him nearly two years in advance because we knew they were what we wanted to make our wedding night perfect at the perfect venue, The Columns!

They did not disappoint! We already knew they would have people dancing and having fun but we asked Joe to make sure the party didn’t stop and they rocked out! People danced and sang along every minute of the night. The song selections and flow in which they play got family and friends dancing on the dance floor that we never expected to see dancing, it was unbelievable!

They even covered our wedding song to perfection, a song that they had never even played and it brought tears of happiness to our eyes!

If you are looking for a top tier cover band, stop searching and contact Joe! They will not disappoint.

Amazing night, dancefloor was never not full

From the first conversation with Joe, we knew the experience would be nothing less than spectacular, and it was. Joe and the band listened to exactly what we had in mind for our first dances and songs, and the band learned a couple knew songs that we really wanted to hear. The dancefloor was jammed pack from the moment that our guests arrived and did not empty until the band was starting to pack up for the night. The interaction between band members and our wedding guests was really nice to see as both parties were truly enjoying themselves. 2 months later and we still have guests seeing us and saying how amazing the band was at our wedding. We would highly recommend the Joe Baracata Band to any couple that is planning a wedding where they want their guests to quite literally dance the night away.

The absolute best EVER

Joe Baracata band totally exceeded all our expectations and was just simply the best all around. From the beginning Joe was super easy and great to work with, his prices were reasonable, and he was flexible with payments. He helped customize our song list and even our first dance song which was super special. All members of the band are super talented, happy and clearly love what they do. Our guests are still asking about the band (three weeks later) and we seriously now enjoy going out locally for a few drinks and seeing them play live at different venues. Joe will always have a special place in our hearts and the band helped make our memories from the wedding day legitimately the best ever.

Joe baracata band = goat wedding band

Like many other Jersey Shore visitors, I first saw the Joe Baracata Band in the basement of the Parker House circa Summer 2015. I was single at the time, but I distinctly recall turning to my buddy mid-set and saying, "This band will be playing at my wedding!" Joe and I became acquantainces after a few more Shore gigs and was the band of choice after I got engaged to my wife in April 2020. Joe was incredibly flexible and professional throughout the planning process. His band learned a few new challenging songs (i.e. "When You Were Young" by The Killers) and he added a lead guitarist to the cohort upon request. Couples might not consider how important sound quality is to the band's performance. Joe spares no expense. He contracts out one of the most well-respected board operators for his wedding gigs. The equipment is all top notch. Other wedding bands might be caught up tweaking their levels mid-set; Joe's band can focus on delivering the magic to the dancefloor. I have been to 15 weddings since we had ours in October 2021. None of the bands have come close to the energy, clarity, and quality that JBB manifested. I am fortunate to be a friend of legendary NYC Irish Musician Pat McGuire. Pat agreed to fly in from Greece to play his hit "You're So Beautiful" that was featured on the Conan O'Brien show back in the 90's - but needed Joe's band to provide instrumentals. Joe's band was so meticulous in the way they learned the song to best support Pat. They rehearsed it a few times the afternoon of the wedding and delivered a performance commensurate with some of Pat's best from back in the day. If you are in NYC or NJ and thinking of who to book for your wedding, I would text Joe immediately and pray he's available.

Simply the BEST!!!!!

We booked The Joe Baracata Band for our wedding on October 6th and they were unbelievably amazing!!! We cannot thank Joe and the Band enough for how special they made our wedding night. We had such a blast the entire time! We spent probably less than 10 minutes sitting at our table because Joe and the Band played awesome song after awesome song and we couldn't stop dancing! Our guests also have not stopped talking about how fantastic they were!! They truly made our night SO much fun. Joe and the Band had everyone on the dance floor the entire night! He is not exaggerating when he says they play the entire time and only pause for dinner!!! Not only is every member of the Joe Baracata Band extremely talented, but they are also such an awesome and fun group of people to work with. The best!

The Joe Baracata Band was amazing at our wedding this July!! We had seen them several times in the Parker House basement summers past and was thrilled to see they were a preferred band at our venue, it was fate! They were beyond incredible and knew how to entertain! So many guests were out of the seats dancing the night away and told us how great our band was. Not only did they perform well, but Joe was so easy to work with. He answered emails and texts right away and had great advice. John, the piano player from the band, performed during our ceremony and was also a pleasure to work with. He knows a ton of songs and even offered to learn something new. There is no better band than The Joe Baracata Band!

Where do I even begin to properly express how amazing the Joe Baracata Band is?! Joe was so easy to work with from the very beginning. He is just so extremely nice - talking to him made me feel immediately apart of the Joe Baracata family. I just knew he was going to take care of us! There wasn't a single person at our wedding that didn't compliment us on the band. No matter their age - everyone was at of their seats having an absolute blast.

We ended up having the 8-piece band at our reception and the keyboardist play at the cocktail hour. The 8-piece band was 100% worth it. They even set up TV screens where they showed live footage throughout the night.

Joe helped us decide how to structure our speeches and gave us recommendations for our walk-out songs. The band learned our first dance song and did an amazing job!

The saxophonist is also absolutely amazing. Him and Joe go out into the crowd and hype everyone up. It makes for such a special moment throughout the night and is just so fun and exciting.

In the less a week since our wedding, we've had 3 different couples that attended our wedding ask us for us for Joe's info so that they can reach out to him for their weddings.

Don't even think about it - just hire Joe. You won't regret it!

Best wedding band hands down!

Wow I don't even know where to begin! If you are looking for a wedding band that will have your guests up and out of their seats dancing all night long hire Joe today! My husband and I were familiar with Joe from working at The Parker House where we heard him play often. When we got engaged we immediately knew we had to hire them for our wedding. I don't know how he does it with all of the many weddings he plays at, but whenever I reached out to Joe he was responsive within minutes! Before the wedding I got to really know Joe and so I had full confidence that the wedding was going to be amazing. Let me tell you that our guests were up dancing the entire night. There was not one dull moment! Not only did they get everyone up and out of their seats but the horn players came out onto the dance floor and interacted with everyone which made it even more fun!! My husband and I had the time of our lives and I cannot thank Joe and the whole band enough for making our wedding dreams come true! We love you guys!!!

Book now for an epic wedding!

We have been following Joe Baracata Band around the Jersey shore for many years now, and have seen them play at two friends' weddings. So when we got engaged, booking them was an easy choice! I was always one who thought I wanted a DJ at my wedding, up until I saw how epic a Joe Baracata Band reception really was. We have gotten to know Joe and the rest of the band pretty well over the years, and knew we'd be in good hands. During our ceremony, John played beautiful entrance music on the keyboard and then was ready to turn it up at the reception! Joe, Robyn, Pat, Chris, John, Joe, and Albert got all of our guests up and dancing all night long - young and old alike. Several guests even asked when and where they could see them play again! Joe was incredibly flexible throughout the planning process and even learned "We are Family" which brought together both families on the dance floor and is one of our favorite moments! Best band ever!

The Joe Baracata Band was the easiest vendor choice we made after we booked our date. Upon speaking with Joe, the decision was clear! He is so genuine, easy to communicate with and incredibly talented. We had seen them before at a friends wedding and also at a few bars. They were amazing the day of our wedding, from cocktail hour through the last song - every song was perfectly executed. The band members all put on such a memorable show for all of our guests. When I would stop dancing for a moment to take in the night, I noticed almost our entire wedding was on the dance floor. Joe played something for everyone, played all of our special requests and made the night flow so smoothly. The dance floor was packed until the last song - we wish we could relive our wedding over and over. We would recommend Joe, Robyn and the rest of the JB band to anyone we know.

Best Wedding Band Ever!

Selecting Joe Baracata Band was one of the best decision we made when planning our wedding! Leading up to our wedding, Joe made the song selection and preparation smooth and seamless. During our wedding our guests ranging from age 2 to 92 had the best time on the dance floor. The band was interactive and facilitated an epic experience. Our friends and family are already planning when they can come visit to see JBB play locally, can’t recommend them more! :)

Everyone was dancing!

Joe and his band are awesome! We had the dance floor in a park and not only were all the guests dancing, but so was most of downtown Asbury Park! All our guests had so much fun, and weeks later people are still saying how good the band was! They brought awesome energy and Joe was an outstanding MC. Thank you so much!!

Everyone is Still Talking About Our Wedding 3 Years Later

JBB was fantastic at our wedding! We never left the dance floor. We were married in Oct of 2019 and we still hear how it was the best wedding people have been too. If you're planning your wedding, book Joe today! Joe & his team are absolutely amazing and not only started the party, but kept it going all night for our guests! Everyone from our youngest cousins, to friends, family and grandparents absolutely loved the music Joe played and were on the dance floor all night. Even after the final song, everyone chanted for one more because they were so good! In addition to being great at what he does, Joe is also the nicest guy and a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and was open to making adjustments if needed per the potential rain delays we faced the day of our wedding. The BEST band!

Joe Baracata Band are a MUST HAVE at your wedding. They really brought the party. I haven’t stopped getting calls and texts saying how amazing the band was. They had the dance floor packed all night long! Joe is so easy to get along with, he communicates so well. He really made the whole process so easy for us. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them! We wish we could relive the night all over again and this band is a huge reason why! I had a lot of family and friends over from Ireland and they played all the best Irish songs. Honestly, if your thinking about booking them, stop thinking just DO IT!

Best Wedding Band!!

The Joe Baracata Band did an INCREDIBLE job at our wedding on 2/20/22. The dance floor was in full swing before dinner was even served! They are the best of the best and I could not recommend more highly that you book them for your wedding. Besides their incredible performance, Joe made the planning process simple and easy and was available to help with anything sound or music related that we needed. We were a COVID postponement from 2021 and with all the stress that provided, it was so nice to work with a flexible and understanding vendor like Joe and the band. Can't wait to see them out at the shore this summer!

Amazing Band - Highly Recommend!

Joe Baracata Band is the absolute best! We saw them at the Columns before booking for our wedding and we were so impressed. It was even more special having them keep the party going on our wedding day! They kept us and our guests on the dance floor all night and everyone had a blast. Joe and the band are open and communicative. They are so talented and made the process so easy by giving song suggestions and surprising us by playing a few of our favorite songs! Their Instagram and Google reviews speak for themselves— Joe & his team are absolutely amazing and know how to not only start the party, but keep it going all night! Not to mention, Joe is also the nicest guy and such a pleasure to work with! Our friends and family can’t stop raving about him and his band- including many anti-wedding band converts! Every single person was on the dance floor from friends, younger cousins, my 2 year old niece, grandparents, family friends, and colleagues. Best night of our lives with the best band ever!

My husband and I are so glad we made the decision to go with the JBB! The band had all of our guests dancing thanks to the vast variety of songs they performed! We received tons of compliments about the band during and after the wedding. They’re energy and talent is unmatched! Book them!!! We had been to many weddings and have seen Joe and the band all over the Jersey shore but never knew what went on behind the scenes. Joe is such a nice and good person. He made it a point to get to know me/ us and incorporate some of that into our special day. Joe had great suggestions and feedback when I was considering different songs (first dance etc.) that I am so grateful for!!! People were enjoying themselves and dancing all night long. The band got involved on the dance floor and Robin even made an awesome TikTok video that we got THAT night (I still haven’t received my official videographers video.) I later found out from neighbors (we had a backyard wedding) that people set blankets up on the other side of the fence and were dancing in the park behind our house the entire night! Goes to show how wonderful the Joe Baracata Band really is!

Best Band Ever!!

If you are looking for a band for your wedding, look no further! Joe Baracata Band is the best of the best and truly made our wedding extra special. We got married on 8/26/21 and our guests are still talking about the amazing job they did. From our wedding ceremony to our cocktail hour to our reception, everything was perfect. They had our guests up on their feet dancing before dinner was even served. We wanted a giant dance party and that’s exactly what Joe Baracata Band delivered. They played every song we discussed on our playlist. They even learned our first dance song for us! I grew up listening to them at bars and to have them play at our wedding was amazing!! We had to reschedule our wedding due to covid and Joe was beyond easy to work with and told us they would make our day extra special and that is exactly what they did!

What an incredible performance from the Joe Baracata band during our wedding. We haven't stopped hearing about how amazing they were and the amount of energy they brought to the wedding was astounding. We were so honored to have had such a talented band filled with such warm-natured people be our wedding band. Joe was also so wonderful to work with leading up to the day and accommodated all of our requests with such a calm and friendly nature which was very much appreciated when dealing with all the stresses leading up to our wedding. The best wedding ever!

I don’t even know where to start. From the minute we booked The Joe Baracata band we know it was the best decision we have ever made! Joe is just all around the best person and his band are an amazing group of people. We had to postpone our wedding from 2020 and Joe made it so easy for us. We have been seeing them live for years so we knew what we would be getting for our wedding day. It ended up being 10000 times better than we could have imagined. The Joe Baracata Band absolutely rocked our wedding, there are no words to describe it. From Joe to Robin to the horns every part was amazing, they are true entertainers! Look no further — book JBB ASAP!!!

First and foremost, Joe is the nicest human on this planet. With having to postpone 5 times, he was the easiest vendor to work with, from his quick responses, to totally easing my mind when I was in a state of panic (each time). We had SO many of our guests rave about the band- everyone kept coming up to my husband and I expressing how amazing the band was & how incredible they sounded. There was not one person sitting. Their song list is huge and they did a great job of picking a variety of songs for our day. The JB Band also learned new songs for our special day, “Ripple” and “Shake Down Street” by the Grateful Dead— which meant SO much to us. The band was so interactive, we loved the band/crowd participation- from the horns coming out to the dance floor, from Joe passing his guitar to my sister in law — it was truly one hell of a party. Joe was also super easy to work with when making sure my surprise tribute video for my mother went perfectly. JBB deserves more than 5 stars, more than 10 stars, I’d rate them the highest amount of stars this site provided. Do yourself a favor and book this band! The Joe Baracata Band deserves a 10 out of 5 stars!!! I cannot tell you how many people have said they are "the best wedding band they've ever seen"!!! They were truly the BEST EVER! My husband and I saw Joe and his band for the first time down the shore and before we were even engaged we knew we wanted them for our future wedding! We booked the full band before even locking in our ceremony and out of all the decisions we made IT WAS THE BEST ONE!!! I cannot emphasize that enough. We had a big time party crowd and there was not a single inch of the dance floor that wasn't covered. They played hit after hit and absolutely crushed it!!! I felt like I was at a concert! Just about everyone lost their voices :) When they were done you could hear the "one more song" chant a mile away and they made sure to accommodate with one last absolute banger. We wanted a party we'd remember forever and that is what we got because of the Joe Baracata Band. On top of that, they learned "Let my Love Open the Door" for our first dance and "Here Comes the Sun" for our father/daughter dance. Finally, they were as easy to work with as could be. Best band everrrr

I don't even know where to begin. I have been seeing Joe B and his band play at local shore bars for the past 10 years. They've always been the highlight of my summers. The night I met my husband Chris for the first time at the Boathouse in Belmar NJ, Joe Baracata Band was coincidently playing. From that moment, we always said Joe would be our wedding band. In fact, my husband loved Joe and his band so much, he spoke to Joe about our plans before we even got engaged! We were one of the first covid weddings to decide to postpone. Joe B made it so easy for us to move our date and oh boy was it worth the wait! THEY CRUSHED IT at our wedding and everyone who attended keeps asking us who our band was and how we found them. Not only were they our wedding band, but they're our friends. To be able to go out to local bars and see them play on weekends is the BEST treat. We have stalked them all summer in prep for our big day and have made so many memories dancing to their songs. Joe B is the nicest guy and it was such a privilege to have him at our wedding. The energy on the dance floor was contagious. EVERYONE WAS DANCING. Chris and I even joined the band on stage. It was beyond MAGICAL. Jbb is the best!

Yes, my father is the keyboard player in my wedding band (of course he had a substitute for the day!) But when you personally know each member in the band, have watched them since you were 21, and they keep getting better and better, the choice is a no-brainer. Their reviews are constantly through the roof, so when it came for our time, we were excited to have the Joe Baracata Band play for our day. We danced all night to a packed floor and spent the next day responding to texts from our guests saying they felt like they were at a concert. The band is so engaging, coming onto the dance floor with you, and their music hits all genres. Not only is each and every member of the band a talented musician, but they are wonderful people. We waited a year to finally have our wedding reception because of Covid and the Joe Baracata Band greatly contributed to a night we will never forget. Best wedding band ever!

We saw the Joe Baracata Band together with friends when my fiancé and I first started dating, and I remember him telling me very early on that if we ever get married one day they will be our wedding band. Boy am I glad both those things came true! Joe and the entire band were AMAZING!! I can not even begin to explain how many compliments we received from guests and other vendors saying it was the best wedding band they ever saw. They had the entire dance floor rocking from the very beginning until the very end, which is exactly what we wanted! We consider Joe to be a great friend, and he was still so incredibly professional and flexible throughout the whole process and met with us to ensure our vision came to life down to every last detail. Where to even start? If you want your wedding to be the most fun party that any of your family and friends have ever attended, book Joe Baracata Band. Our entire wedding night and for weeks after, our wedding guests told us that our band was the best wedding band they have ever seen. The band had everyone on the dance floor the entire night playing one hit after another with the most impressive transitions, highlighting the talents of all of their incredible band members. Joe and the band are the BEST in the business. We booked Joe blindly because they were in high demand and we didn't have a chance to see the band before locking down the date, but Joe called me to let me know he got another inquiry for my date and gave me the opportunity to book first. He was so kind and reassuring over the phone that I was willing to take a chance without seeing them. That was the best wedding planning decision I could have ever made. Joe is an absolute dream to work with as a vendor - super responsive to emails or texts and he was happy to accommodate both our wedding date and venue change due to COVID-19. The whole process was seamless. After booking Joe for our wedding, we would go down to the Jersey shore as much as we could to see Joe and the band rock out at our favorite bars, and they never disappoint. We read great reviews about the Joe Baracata Band and booked off the reviews we read since we didn’t get the chance to see the band live in person before the wedding. The reviews were 100% accurate and we were still blown away. Joe was so flexible and understanding when we had to reschedule because of covid and was so fast to communicate with us when we were choosing between new dates. Best wedding band ever.

I've been seeing Joe B out at the Jersey Shore since I turned 21. It was always a dream of mine to have them play at my wedding. Joe is incredibly professional, kind, and committed to making your wedding the BEST night of you life. We happened to be one of the first couples to postpone our wedding in COVID. It was in those uncertain times I was the most grateful for Joe. Not only did he show up as vendor but showed up as a friend helping us figure out what the heck to do back in March 2020 when the world was shutting down.

Having an unrestrcited ceremony with Joe B absolutely killing it was WORTH THE WAIT. Our guests have not stopped talking about how fantastic they were. The energy on the dance floor was non-stop. We have the privilege of seeing him and this incredibly talented gang two more times this year at two other friends weddings and WE CANNOT WAIT.

Where do I even begin? If you’ve dreamed of having the best wedding that people will NOT stop talking about, then look no further. Joe & his ENTIRE band are beyond incredible. From a mic for our officiant to singing along with my crazy father, Joe literally did it all. We wanted our guests to have fun and dance, so while I could & can recite every Springsteen song we wanted variety. From Tina turner to AC/DC and Motown to ABBA, he literally will learn ANYTHING you request. And Robin, oh Robin, she made our guests cry by the simple sound of her voice. She learned & sang our wedding song that we spent hours learning to dance to. It was a moment I’ll never forget. From start to finish the band is behind every vision you have and will make your dreams come true. I’m not joking when I say I went to the bathroom ONCE during the 5 hour reception (yes, we had them for an extra hour). Joe, Robin, Chris, Pat, John, Rich, Dan, and Joe thank you from the bottom of our hearts for every single second and every single song. You are not just friends, or the band we fell in love at 507 long ago, you are family. I would recommend Joe Baracata and his crew to anyone and everyone. Weeks later and we still hear about how great the Joe Baracata Band made our wedding!! The ease of working with Joe is the cherry on top! The band was SO hot that night no one needed a jacket at our NJ fall outdoor wedding! You know the band is 🔥 when the staff are dancing all night at your wedding! Best Band For Jersey

We had the best all around wedding and the Joe Barracata Band made it even better than we could of imagined! Nobody stopped dancing and our friends and family’s are still raving about the music . They get the party going!

We first heard of Joe BB in our glory days of bar hopping the jersey shore in the summer. Our friends were always in the front row dancing to the music so we knew we had to use them for our wedding. Joe is the absolute best to work with. He’s super quick to respond and will do whatever you want. He’s so easy going and fun to work with. The rest of the band is amazing as well! The majority of people were up off their seats dancing all night. They hands down made our wedding night and I will always recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

You need joe baracata band

Joe Baracata Band is the wedding band you need! I had seen them play at a wedding I attended, and knew they were the band for us. We actually ended up choosing our date, around the dates they had open. They are amazing - so fun, and interactive. They have loads of songs to choose from and can take on suggestions and requests. They truly made our wedding reception. Everyone is still raving about them! I cannot thank Joe and his band enough!

Best Wedding Band Ever!

We always talked about randomly finding our wedding band at a bar. We saw the Joe Baracata Band at the Boat House while in Belmar one weekend in August 2018. We had a blast - the band was so much fun and their sound was exactly what we were looking for. We immediately checked if they did weddings and got in touch with Joe. We went to another show at the Boat House a few weeks later to see the band again and Joe took the time out of his break to speak with us about our planning and what we were looking for and even played some Springsteen and Billy Joel for us. After that it was a no-brainer to have the Joe Baracata Band play our wedding. Joe was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process and was willing to personalize everything for us, including learning a new song for the Father-Daughter dance. Out of all of our vendors – Joe was the easiest and best to deal with!

All of our guests raved about the band: they were a highlight of the night for everyone (there were even Instagram stories dedicated to the band)! They played the perfect mix of songs that kept the dance floor packed all night for our guests from ages 7-87. The horn section was incredible as was Robyn. Rosalita and Valerie were two showstoppers in particular! Several people asked for the band’s information following the wedding to potentially book for their own weddings and events. Our families have even talked about having a wedding reunion down the shore to see the band again as a group this summer.

Joe and his band are incredible performers and so easy to work with: we would strongly recommend booking them for your wedding!

We Love the Joe Baracata Band!

My husband and I chose our wedding date based on the availability of the Joe Baracata Band and it was the best decision we made (second to getting married, of course). We have seen the band for years all along the Jersey Shore so we always knew they were great, but they truly went above and beyond for our wedding. Joe was extremely professional and accommodating. He learned our wedding song and two polkas for my crazy Polish family. The band totally nailed the songs and got everyone on the dance floor! Our guests continue to comment on how amazing and high energy the band is – they were even able to do the limbo while performing (probably from years of practice at 507). We love the Joe Baracata Band and are so grateful that they were able to be a part of such a special and memorable day!

Best. Band. Ever.

The first time I heard Joe Baracata I was a 21 year old walking into Parker House for the very first time. That day I said to myself "these guys are going to play at my wedding one day". Sure enough, 9 years later, Joe Baracata played at my wedding on 11/30/2019 and it was the absolute BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE. Joe and the guys kept the dance floor rocking all night long. There were people dancing that I've never seen dance before, even the photographer, videographer, and wait staff were dancing. The videographer and guests of all age ranges came to me the night of/days after the wedding to ask me the name of the band. I've gotten so many compliments and already know at least one of my guests will be hiring Joe for when she gets engaged. Not only were they awesome the night of the wedding, but Joe was always super responsive the weeks/months leading up to the wedding. Best. Band. Ever. # 1 Fans!

When we decided to get married, the first item on our checklist was to book the Joe Baracata Band (before our venue LOL). There truly aren’t enough great things to say about Joe and the show he puts on. The band is hands down, the best entertainers you can have for your wedding day. It’s been a few months since our big day and we continue to receive compliments about how good our band was. There was not one moment throughout the night where our dance floor wasn’t packed with both young and old guests. We can honestly say the highlight of our night was joining Joe and the band onstage for one of our favorite songs. Throughout the entire planning process, he remained professional, timely, and accommodating to all of our ideas and at the end of the day, treats you like family. I can assure you that if you have the option to book the Joe Baracata Band, you will not regret it.

Joe, thank you for always bringing the energy and passion to each set you play. You exceeded all of our expectations in ways we didn’t know were possible. We honestly wish we could do it all over again, but we know we will see you at the Jersey Shore again soon.

So much fun!

I cannot recommend the Joe Baracata Band highly enough. They were so amazing at our wedding rehearsal dinner, and had everyone dancing for hours. They really brought the best energy to kick off our wedding weekend. We have received so many compliments about them, even months after the wedding, and a few of our friends have even reached out to book them for their own weddings. Best decision ever - book ASAP

My wife and I highly recommend booking this band, but do so quickly because they are in high demand and well worth it. We knew from the first conversation with Joe that we made the right choice to book the band. Joe was always very responsive and accommodating every time we spoke. From the horns section, to the female vocals and pianist that played my wife down the aisle, everything was amazing. The band even came into the crowd, which really kept the party going. We are now two weeks out from the wedding and still receive comments from guests about how our reception was the best that they had ever been to, largely thanks to the Joe Baracata Band!

Joe Baracata Band is AMAZING. We got married in June, and people are STILL asking us about our incredible band. Joe was so nice and really took the time to get to know us before our wedding. The Joe Baracata Band is hands down the best wedding band out there! Joe is the nicest and easiest person to work with, and his band never disappoints. From the moment we booked Joe for our wedding we knew we were going to have the very best. The Joe Baracata will make your wedding a million times better than you could imagine. Joe & the band learned 2 of our favorite songs for our first and mother/son dances… it was so special and everything turned out PERFECT! We knew from the second we booked that we were making the right choice and it proved to be so true! Incredible!!!!

We wanted to reach out to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day so incredibly special. Not only did you guys knock all of the special dances out of the park, you kept everyone on the dance floor moving all night! Your band did an incredible job at Matt's brothers wedding a few years ago so we expected nothing less, but were again amazed with your interactions with the crowd and ability to keep the fun going. From requests for the congo line and the Star Spangelled Banner to a Bruce Springsteen Medley and ACDC, everyone was thouroughly entertained for the entire evening. I don't think Matt and I left the dance floor once, even for cake and pictures, and we wouldn't have had it any other way - We loved every single minute of it! We couldn't sing your praises anymore and passed along your information to a variety of guests who were equally impressed - we hope to see you again at events in the future!

Incredible band. If music is a priority for you wedding everything you’re looking for is in the JBB. Guest of all ages love them. Everyone says it’s “your day” but you want to make a memory for all those that you love! Our guest keep talking about how awesome the band was. There’s no better wedding band out there!

I truly could not have hired a better band! After seeing Joe and the rest of his band play at my cousins wedding, I knew that they would be perfect for my own wedding. The dance floor was packed the whole night, and people kept telling me that it was the best music they’ve ever heard at a wedding! Simply the Best!

Joe and the Band are incredible performers and professionals. They learned our first-dance song and incorporated their instruments to make it sound fantastic. It was an extremely significant moment for my wife and I and the perfect way to get the night started. Other than to eat, I don't think we ever sat back down! The band played a wide range of fun songs that appealed to everyone, which had the whole room up on their feet dancing and singing. Everyone that went still talks about how much fun they had and I can with certainty that our wedding would not have been so fun without the Joe Baracata Band. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a good time. Luckily we can keep enjoying the band at all the shore bars for years to come!

Our favorite band!

We had our wedding back on November 9th, 2018 and we are still reminiscing about that night! Having Joe and his band play at our wedding was the best decision we made. Before Gary and I were even engaged, we knew we wanted to have Joe play and once it was time to set our date, we had to make sure of their schedule beforehand.
We were able to sit down with Joe before the big day and go over our list of specific songs so that night, the band knew exactly the kind of music we were looking for. He learned “Head over boots” by Jon Pardi for the first dance which he truly did an amazing job!
The whole night, everyone was out on the dance floor and the night went so fast, we didn’t want it to end. We cannot thank Joe and the band enough for making our night so special! It’s great we still get to see them out around at the local bars of the Jersey Shore :)

The very best!!

There are truly no words to describe how incredible our experience was with the Joe Baracata Band! Before planning our own big day, we had been to two weddings where Joe and the band played, so when it came time to book a band for our wedding, we didn’t even hesitate or consider anyone else. We loved the music they played, their ability to read the crowd, and knew that they would be the perfect fit for our day. Every time we got off the phone with Joe, from the moment we booked to finalizing things the week before, my husband and I always said to each other, “Joe is just the nicest human! What a great guy!!” Joe is down to earth, attentive and professional. He was incredibly quick with responses to texts/emails/phone calls and blew us away with his ability to remember every minor detail we had shared in regard to our preferences in music for our wedding. When we went to see them play locally before our wedding day, Joe took the time to talk with us in person and remembered the songs that got me up and dancing & played them again for me at the wedding. Our family & friends have not stopped talking about the band! And we are always happy and eager to remind them of the name “The Joe Baracata Band” or to tell them where their next local gig is. Our plan was to dance the entire night of our wedding and thanks to Joe and the band that’s exactly what we did. We sat for speeches and to eat & then never saw our sweetheart table again. My wife and I got married on December 7th 2018 and we choose the best band out there for our wedding. From the minute we decided on the band, Joe Baracata was with us every step of the way. He provided us with song lists and his band was able to perform every song that we requested. From Elton John to Blake Shelton Joe and his band performed it all!! Joe and his band truly made our wedding an amazing and unforgettable experience. Not only is the band a staple at the local Jersey Shore bars they are hands down the best wedding band. Best band ever!

Joe Baracata Band played our wedding in April and they were INCREDIBLE!! Working with Joe was great - he's flexible, quick to answer, and so nice! We gave very little instruction in terms of playlist -- they're professionals and can read what the crowd wants so that took one thing off my planning plate which was great! We received so many compliments on the band -- everyone was just so impressed with the singing, the horns, the playlist! Our wedding was a dance party from first song until we chanted "One more song! One more song!" and they closed us out with Thunder Road. I recommend JBB to anyone and everyone!

Highly recommended! Everybody in the band is spot on!

AMAZING!!! I’m so happy that my husband and I decided to go through with getting a band. I was a bit hesitant with the songs not sounding like the original and whether bands played a variety of music or not, but Joe by far exceeded my expectations! From the time we booked with Joe, we kept in constant communication; he answered my calls, emails, and texts right away. He took the time to listen to us and go over all of our song choices . I felt like he really and cared and wanted to ensure that our wedding was perfect! My Dad and I are obsessed with The Bee Gees, it’s always been our thing. Joe took the time to learn “How Deep Is Your Love,” which made the night even more special and meant a lot to us. Everyone was dancing the whole night! We got a lot of compliments from guests saying how much they LOVED the band! I only wish that the night wouldn’t end and I could hear Joe play more, but unfortunately weddings go by fast! Joe baracata is the best

The Joe Baracata Band is AWESOME! Selecting them was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They created the most epic and energetic dance party for our reception – everyone was up and dancing all night and it was a total blast! They nailed all of the special dance songs, flawlessly MC’d the whole event including introductions, interacted with and incorporated the crowd (the father of the groom was on the mic!), selected songs that match our musical taste and reflected the crowd energy and just did an overall amazing job.

Working with Joe leading up to the wedding was also a total pleasure. He was super friendly, responsive and helpful. Joe helped make it easy to work through the details of our reception and we knew we were in good hands with him and his band.

In the months since our wedding, we have already gotten multiple inquiries from our guests and friends of our guests asking who our band was because they want to have them for their own events!

Besides the amazing job they did at our wedding, my favorite thing about the Joe Baracata band is that they are a real band - they aren't just a band for hire for special events. This means they frequently play at bars around the Jersey Shore, so leading up to the wedding we went to see them play a bunch of times to get excited for our event and to blow off some wedding-planning steam. One of the times we saw them they even played our first dance song so that we could practice! And, now that our wedding has passed, we look forward to going to see them in the future for fun and to reminisce our wedding!

The Joe Baracata Band ROCKS!!

I saw the Joe Baracata band at someone else's wedding, and pretty much hired them the next day for my wedding. Amazing and talented musicians. We hired the 7 piece band with the horn section and female vocalist, and they played songs that featured those musicians nicely. They even learned a song specifically for me, and let me come up on stage and jam with them! Joe himself is very responsive to texts and emails, and a super nice guy. They played all night and never missed a beat. Without a doubt, I can recommend Joe Baracata Band in a second and know that they will rock your party properly. Thanks Joe!!!

We first heard Joe play at a few of our favorite bars the year before our wedding. At the time we knew we wanted a band, but weren't quite ready to make a decision. After one crazy night singing and dancing to Joe and his amazing band, the decision was quickly made. It was a no brainer.

Throughout the process Joe played a big role in helping us plan out the logistics and general tone of the music. He went out of his way to make sure the day ran smoothly, including helping us find an emergency guitarist to play at our ceremony.

When it finally came time to get the dance floor moving, Joe and his band absolutely crushed it. Our expectations were high and they far exceeded them. The best part was all the conversations the next day with our guests who were just blown away by how much fun they had dancing and singing along. He definitely added many new fans to his base that night!

If you want a band that will truly match and even raise the energy level in the room, we recommend you give Joe Barracato a call. From the second we met Joe and the band, we knew we had met our wedding band. Joe could not have been friendlier and more responsive to our emails. We knew we could trust the band to provide a night to remember, and they absolutely killed it!

So many of our guests commented that they were the best wedding band they had ever heard! (And we couldn’t agree more!) They had the dance floor packed the entire night! Their rendition of “Jersey Girl” for our first dance as husband and wife, and our parent dance songs were truly amazing and made these moments so special!

It was so obvious to us, that The Joe Baracata Band wanted to make the night a memorable one to us, and we appreciated it so much!

Incredible Wedding Band

Joe and the band were absolutely amazing. They were easy to work with, very accommodating with song choices, and very professional. Our guests all had a blast and everyone was on the dance floor all night long. I loved every song they played and the horn section was awesome! I cannot recommend them enough! You cannot go wrong if you go with this band!!

My husband and I got married this summer and had the Joe Baracata band. They were simply amazing. We’d seen them a few times at local venues and knew they were good, but the wedding night really knocked everyone out of their seats and onto the dance floor. The music was perfect for a wedding (different than what you hear them play at the bars) which was at our request. They were professional, responsive, and glad to answer all of our questions. To anyone getting married in NJ, I highly recommend them. Joe Baracata Band made our wedding that much more special and I can’t thank them enough!

Joe and the band made our wedding absolutely incredible!! From the moment we hired them, it felt like they became family. Joe worked with us on the day to read the crowd and get everyone up on the dance floor immediately. Guests were raving about them on the dance floor and continue to let us know how amazing they were. Our guests were begging for two encores, and they delivered a fun, happy and incredible night in celebration of our special day. As soon as we got engaged, we knew that we would be booking the JBB for our wedding, and that was the best decision we could have made! They helped to make our wedding a blast from start to finish. Many of our wedding guests have raved about how fantastic the band was. The saxman even helped facilitate our ceremony! I would 110% recommend the JBB to anyone planning a wedding!

Choosing the Joe Baracata Band was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. From the beginning, Joe was so helpful and accommodating. He responded to all of my questions and concerns immediately. I have seen JBB at the shore a few times, but I was blown away by their performance at our wedding. The reception was perfect. Their ability to read the crowd was spot on. The dance floor was packed the entire night. All of our guests came up to us to say how amazing the band was. Simply put, Joe Baracata is the man! This was the easiest and best decision we made. We had a 230+ wedding, Joe and the band had everyone on the dance floor all night long! My wife and I recently got married in August 2018. We decided to hire a band for our entertainment, and we were lucky to find Joe Barracata Band. Joe Barracata made the entire process start to finish a super easy and enjoyable experience. From picking out songs to determining the flow of the event, Joe was very easy to work with and very friendly at every moment. The band helped make our reception run smoothly, and was great at reading the crowd. It was to our delight they got everyone on the dance floor during a Sunday afternoon wedding! If you're looking for a band to play at your wedding (or party or other special event), I strongly recommend giving Joe Barracata a chance.

This is so long overdue! We were married on 6/1/18. One of the few jobs I had was finding the band, a responsibility I was actually a bit nervous about. As luck would have it I was referred to Joe by multiple people and when I reached out to him he responded that he was available. From there on things were easy. My now wife and I were able to see the band play in the Belmar area multiple times over the winter/spring and got to know them pretty well. Joe was extremely professional during the whole process…always responding to all of our questions and arriving early to meet with us to go over the wedding details. He fully understood how important of a day this was for us and how significant the band is to a great wedding. That is exactly what we ended up with. Joe and the band were awesome! Our First Song request was new to Joe but he was happy to learn it and it sounded great. After that it was just hours of fun with a full dance floor of family and friends…the music was perfect for a Jersey Shore wedding. The quality of the music, the range of songs, and the energy the band displayed was amazing. People tend to forget many of the things that go on at weddings, but trust me… they remember a great band! We just had the Joe Baracata Band play at our wedding (a week ago today) and we are still talking about how much we loved them! From the moment we connected with Joe we were so confident in our choice to have them play on our wedding day. Every conversation we had and every time we went to see the band play live was better and better than the next. Joe and the band were extremely accomodating to any and all song requests and went above and beyond to make the night personalized to us. Their song selections kept everyone up and dancing while also allowing people to eat dinner and still enjoy the night. Joe and Amy’s vocals are outstanding and the band is fabulous!! We cannot say enough positive remarks about the Joe Baracata Band! Joe and his band have been nothing but a joy to work with. From the first phone call, we felt like we were in good hands. Joe was very accommodating and very professional, inviting us to watch them play live, discussing music requests months in advance, and meeting with us in person to finalize the wedding details. On the day of the wedding, Joe Baracata Band facilitated the MC responsibilities and performed live with an 8-piece band. We had over 225 guests at our wedding and Joe knew exactly how to accommodate everyone for us. Joe Baracata Band kept our dance floor full with a great mix of music that kept all generations out there. It was easy to see that the band members enjoy what they do. Every band member was having a blast playing and our guests could feel the excitement. The energy they brought to the dance floor was amazing; the timing of the reception and the pacing of the music was masterful; the variety and song selection were perfect for our multi-generational crowd, and the musical performance was absolutely unbelievable. When we went around speaking with our guests, they all raved about how great the band was, how they sounded awesome and how lively they were. Not only is Joe Baracata Band reasonably priced, but the talent is incredible! The vocals, horns, drums, piano, guitar; they were all fantastic! Their services just take things up a level and make it worth the investment. Great value, great performance, great sound system, very professional; we couldn't have asked for anything more! We would recommend Joe Baracata Band to anyone looking for a top-notch wedding band.

Joe and his band are outstanding. This is the review by a wedding couple that did not previously know Joe and the band. Yet, our experience is quite the same as those that know well the band 's music and their great talent. Our guests, of all ages and musical tastes, danced away the evening. They still rave: "that band was amazing ; just so good.. such a good time". And, Joe made the process extremely easy; from the band learning new songs for us to providing suggestions for 1st, 2nd, last dance, etc. We were very fortunate to have Joe B and his band perform at our event. Joe Baracata band was the first call we made after setting a date for our wedding. After getting to know them and seeing them play all around the Jersey Shore, we knew we had to have them as part of our big day. As always, they did not disappoint. They entertained the crowd all night and our guests all raved about them. These guys are genuinely great people, true professionals, play a huge selection of songs, and are extremely flexible and easy to work with.
