    overall very wonderful service from Jewelocean.com company. i bought a citrine diamond engagement ring from them last week and the order was promptly delivered. the ring looks very beautiful as i gave it to my girlfriend and she was very happy with the same. she has not stopped wearing it since, i would definitely come back to this company again for our engagement rings in future

    Perfect from start to finish. I found the rings I wanted for my fiance, and when she saw the rings, she went crazy. She loves them. Already the rings are fetching a lot of compliments for her. I also got special approval from her parents, a very big deal. So I would come back to this jewelry shop again for future jewelry stuff.

    Very fast shipping and happy with the order. We received the order 2 days before the advertised delivery date on their website which was a good surprise for us. Wife got her ring and she is happy, which is what matters in the end. Overall very good experience.

    Little things this company did for my order made me so happy with them.
    I wanted to upgrade the center diamond to a bigger size stone for the engagement ring that i have for last 4 years. I had bought the ring from a local jeweler. I took the ring locally to few jewelry stores, the ring currently has a little shy of half carat round diamond. I wanted to upgrade something to at least 3/4 carat. I knew exactly what color, clarity I wanted. It was just a matter of comparing prices from different stores. I found that this company price was the lowest. They also had a promotion on christmas and I utilized it by buying an additional wedding guard (plain style). I am very happy with the purchase. The additional things that this company provided me was what really mattered, like they cleaned, polished and fixed prongs on my engagement ring free of cost. I had not asked for it. One of the prong on the side diamond was broken last year and they even repaired that. There was no extra cost. I really appreciate the extra touches. It was very sweet of them to do so.

    I saw the ring that I wanted online, the design was perfect. After searching for sometime both online and local stores, either I could not find that design to my liking, or it was out of my budget. Then I saw the engagement ring which was both perfect design, and well within my budget with this company. However, the maximum ring size they were offering was 9, and I needed 11. I thought it would not be possible. I called them up, and to my surprise, not only they resized my ring to size 11, but they also did it for free. I am very thankful to them. I am now wearing my ring everyday, the design is just perfect, and it fits my finger nicely also. thanks again.

    I am very thankful to this company and I wanted to take sometime to write my experience with them. I am in college and after some consideration, I decided to propose to my girlfriend and I ordered a ring from this company. My girlfriend however found out that I was about to propose to her as my friends could not keep the surprise.
    After she found out about my proposed plan, I decided to actually then ask her for her advice on the type of the ring I have ordered. And this is where the great service from this company kicks in. My girl friend did not like the design of the ring, and she wished that we both have a same style matching bands which will be more romantic.
    I called the company to switch my order only to find out that ring was already shipped and is already in transit. I thought that now I would be stuck with my purchase. And then next day I got a surprise email. They company had asked fedex to cancel the shipment and have the ring returned back to them. And they had shipped the new bands which I wanted to get.
    The new bands were $30 expensive compared to my first purchase and they have not even charged my card for the difference. I called them to find out why they have not processed the difference, only to get an answer that their first concern was that we get the correct style that we want.
    I am speechless. I am used to good service from companies, but this was extremely thoughtful and nice of this company. By showing extra concern towards our needs, they have now won me over as a lifetime customer.

    I purchased my earrings after looking around for sometime. I was looking for square shape diamonds. My purchase was great. The earrings which are three stone design, have nice sparling diamonds on it. My main concern was if the bracket on the back would be strong enough to hold the earrings, and they are holding up fairly well. I would have preferred that they were little thick and more sturdy. Happy overall with purchase

    Me and my now husband ordered our rings from them (actually only my rings, he ordered his elsewhere). The rings are good for the price. I was expecting something good and I was not let down. The rings are ok, the center diamond is the main stone that sparkles alot which was my main concern. If we purchase our jewelry online again I might use this company again.

    This place is a true GEM! I was on the hunt for some heart earrings to go with my necklace. I searched google and INSTANTLY found the winners. The price was just right (retailing at $1,800 and costing just under $800) I had to purchase them threw the layway program as I have major credit card problems at the moment. They did take a little while to get here but I know it was just bad timming due to the snow storms up north (im in Florida). They overnighted me the earrings and made sure to have signed for (big problem with people stealing left packages at homes down here). I LOVE these. they are not too small and not to big. PERFECT for a petite young lady like my self! After wearing them for 5 hours i had a hand full of compliments.. Great people to deal with!

    I ordered my fiance's engagment ring and wedding band through JewelOcean, and I was VERY impressed with your company. The customer service reps were very knowledgeable and accomodating. I had some trouble deciding that the ring size should be, and they really helped me out to find the correct size and even helped me find a lower price ring which was on sale.
    And when the order did arrive, everything was perfect! We are so very happy that we chose this company and highly recommend your company to anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring and/or wedding bands. Thank you so much for everything

    perfect bridal set. we found jewelocean.com website through google search and decided to purchase our bridal set from them. everything went very well with the order, only glitch might be a 2 day delay in delivery date. the rings are really wonderful and diamonds shine alot.

    i ordered our diamond engagement ring from jewelocean.com after hearing about them from a friend who bought his ring from them. i wanted to get some very spectacular but i know i was within a budget. needless to say, i am very happy i got my purchase from jewelocean.com. the ring came in just as described. they provided tracking number when the order was shipped. it came via fedex.
    the diamonds sparkle like they say it will, and i am sure i could not buy a better ring in my budget.

    My is ring is gorgeous I order it from jewelocean.com you just let know what is your specifications for your ring and they will do it for you, their diamond ring come from singapore, when I ordered my ring I got it within 5 days and if you don't want the ring or if you have any problems with it you have 30days to send it back plus a lifetime warranty on the ring in case its scratch or the diamond is loose

    I finally got my bridal set today from this company. The order went smooth and fast, and the jewelry looks good. I am wearing the set since this morning and it truly sparkles. The main center diamond is ok size, but I was not expecting big compared to the price my husband paid for the purchase. I am very satisfied overall.

    we purchased our diamond bridal set from jewelocean.com in beginning january. the prices were very fantastic and we went ahead with the order. the order was to be delivered in 4 days. due to a change of plans, we had to change our deliver address, and the order was already in transit. jewelocean was very helpful in routing the package to the new address, and did not even charge us anything extra for shipping cost.
    the rings are beautiful to say the least. they are amazing and i am so thrilled to be able to afford such beautiful jewelry. one of my jeweler friends also complimented on the pricing and quality.
    we had a very wonderful experience with jewelocean.com and we would recommend them to our friends.

    They did not upsell me when i was asking them for advice, which is one thing i liked about this company and made me order from them. I was very confused about what to order and the customer service they have were fairly decent to walk me through. I finally decided on a solitaire ring which I had liked originally and that was on sale. I have already given the ring to my fiance, and she is very happy. I wanted to make sure that the ring is to her liking, as she has to wear it. She has thanked me many times so I am satisfied with the whole process.

    we are happy with our purchase from jewelocean.com. we ordered our diamond ring from jewelocean back in february for valentine. the website had many styles to choose from. we were bit hesitant to order online but we finally went ahead due to their style and price. the whole process was great. the ring we received is great, definitely worth the price we paid for. one problem we faced was we had to provide additional proof as we had different billing and shipping address, but that is understandable as we were making a big purchase.
    overall a plesant experience and we would give A+ review to jewelocean.com

    My only concern was that the order be delivered on time, as it was my wife's birthday present. The delivery was on time, which was huge relief, considering we ordered from UK. Nidhi is delighted with pendant and so am I. The presentation box and card were superb. Brilliant all around. Cheers.

    My fiance ordered my wedding set from this company. When it first arrived and he proposed, I was thrilled, the ring was exactly what I wanted and was beautiful! He was able to essentially get a custom design made as he knew I wanted a unique combination of things that was hard to find in stores.
    However, not even 3 months later, I had a problem. One of the small halo diamonds fell out. I am VERY careful with my ring and never wear it in the shower, at the gym, cleaning the house, or basically anything other than light daily wear. I remember noticing when I first starting wear the ring that it felt "scratchy" but I figured that was just because I wasn't used to wearing a ring with so many stones on that finger. Turns out, it's not supposed to feel like that. The prongs are loose and as a result, so are several of the diamonds. I took it to a very reputable local jeweler and they were afraid to even touch it as the setting is so weak.
    While JewelOcean did offer to replace the stone, I don't want to send it back to them to essentially just put a "band aid" on it, when I have been told by more than one jeweler that another stone will fall out sooner rather than later due to the setting.
    Long story short, while the ring was absolutely stunning, and from what my fiance has told me, the customer service was fine to work with, I am going to have to basically replace the ring due to the weak setting. Essentially only the center stone is savable. Luckily, I have found a great jeweler in my town, but I know my fiance paid a lot of money for my set that I am now going to have to replace. :(

    I don't even know where to begin with this so called "company." First of all, my fiance proposed on July 4th. About a month later, a small diamond completely FELL OUT of my ring. Obviously, this is completely unacceptable. Men pay good money to this company for rings that are SUPPOSED to be high in value AND quality. Clearly this company needs to up their game in the quality of their rings. After a diamond fell out, my fiance called the company and they told us, and I quote: "Mail us the ring, we will repair it right away, and will send it back to you via OVERNIGHT shipping. You should have your ring back in a week." I waited a week and a half. No ring. My fiance called and they came up with some lame excuse as to why it was not finished. We explained to them that we were moving to Texas in one week and needed the ring ASAP before the move. The day of our move, there was still no ring. Then we got to Texas and we gave them an address to mail it to. They said it would be here in 2 business days. We waited 3, called them, and they said there are delays due to the value of the shipment. What kind of bull crap is that? Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET A RING FROM THESE PEOPLE. This is a pathetic excuse for a jewelry company. Btw, 4 1/2 weeks later and I still don't have my ring. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

    If only I would have read the reviews earlier, I wouldn't buy from JewelOcean. Prices are really competitive, but they don't pay off for the large amount of delay it takes.
    At the very end, they cancelled my order and now I need to rush to get new rings. Things happen, but I they would just let me know sooner, I would have time to get new rings, with a designed I would really like.

    My husband promised the rings of my dreams for our 10th anniversary. The most beautiful rings in the world. . . on the website. Real life, however, was a far different picture. The stones were dull, discolored and two diamonds were missing. There were 2 very obvious breaks/gaps in the intricacy of design. The matching band wasn't even the right one!! I was so disappointed. We sent photos to the representative and he said he'd send another . . . and then wouldn't return our emails/calls for months. Finally he said the quality we received is what can be expected of their products. ? How can they stay in business like that? I think he blew us off. We sent it back but lost hundreds of dollars in shipping and customs. More importantly we lost the joy we had anticipated for years of commemorating our 10th wedding anniversary. They had made so many promises about getting the perfect rings to use on time. . . Horrible service/quality. . . everything. But a nice website, don't you think?

    READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING FROM JEWELOCEAN!!!

    First off let's address the 5.0 ratings that JewelOcean has received on this site. JewelOcean has contracted with a company in India or some other second or third world country to flush this site with positive reviews. How do I know?

    1) All the reviewers struggle with capitalization; solid indication that reviewer's first language is not English.

    2) All the reviewers follow the same pattern: I ordered from JewelOcean, it arrived with little or no delay, the quality is excellent, I would order from them again. EVERY time...

    3) Every time I call the company I speak with someone who has a heavy Indian accent. Odd that a company which, according to their reps, is located in Victoria BC and Toronto.

    Now let's get to my review. I ordered an engagement ring for my fiance from this site 4 weeks ago. At the time the order was placed, the estimated date of receipt was 10 days later. 9 days later, I received an email stating that due to weather problems, the shipment would be delayed a few days and I would receive tracking information quickly. After 10 more days, I had received nothing. I emailed JewelOcean twice and got no response. 3 days later I called a rep who said that my ring was still UNFINISHED and that it would be finished the next day and I would receive tracking information. 22 days after I had placed my order, the ring wasn't even finished. I'm on day 27, no ring. For the last three days I've been told that my ring would ship out the next day and I would receive tracking information. Still nothing. They are blaming weather delays and FedEx for not picking up the shipment. I called FedEx, who said that they were running at 100% and had no delays to due weather.

    If I haven't received my ring by this evening I'm going to assume I'm being scammed and cancel the order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

    P.S. I proposed to my girlfriend yesterday with no ring. Shame on me for being so gullible.

    Stay away from this place!My fiances ring had a diamond fall out the day i got it delivered.They fixed that one.Then just a couple months ago 2 more fell out.They blamed us for not having it professionally cleaned,lol.Then he said it will cost 76.00 dollars to fix it.I agreed and sent it back.3 weeks later we received the ring back.Missing a diamond!!!!After many phone calls and emails and anger.They said we will build a new one.I said ok fine.That we would be charged nothing at all.So sounds good right?That's where the nightmare got worse!We had people telling us supervisors would call and send emails to confirm and answer questions.Nope!!They said they would reimburse us for shipping it back.Here is the best part.I had a guy send me an email and try convincing me that he wouldn't cash my check for the prior repairs.That check he said would cover the shipping!?I said what check.We never sent any check?He was trying to not reimburse us(which they promised)and charge shipping!I never sent a check.Then halfway through our phone conversation,He said we haven't charged your card!He never got a check or had credit card info!He was plain old trying to screw us!So after much yelling.He realized i wasn't buying it and agreed to reimburse us for the shipping.Ladies and gentlemen,I have never seen such bad customer service in my life!We just received the ring back with the check after 7 weeks!!!I felt terrible my fiance had to deal with this.I will say the ring is beautiful.However I would never go near here people.Stay far away!If something happens to a diamond,have fun!I think the 0.8 rating is on the high end!

    This company is a complete scam. Who knows where there main office is, Victoria/Toronto/Texas/Maryland? Who knows. First of all, I purchased a Princess Cut engagement ring advertised as $1250 and got billed for $1450 - they charged me American even though they have offices in Toronto and Victoria. Not to mention this was not communicated when I input all my information. I ordered on Sept 25 and received the ring on Oct 3. I arrived in a haggard looking envelope and when I opened it the box was crushed and looked like it had been bought from a dollar store. I opened the box and it didn't look like the same ring. Upon looking at their website again it looks like they sent me a cheaper ring when I had paid for a different ring. The ring looked used, it had ruts, chips and general wear and tear. I e-mailed Jewel Ocean after trying to contact them through their "24/7" customer service line. Never did get through. They never replied to my e-mail. I took the ring to get appraised after noticing some dark spots in the main diamond. A local jewelry gasped at the craftsmanship and said it wasn't worth me paying for an appraisal - it was so poorly constructed it would fall apart. It was basically a piece of junk and I should return it ASAP and get a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE. Buying jewelry on-line is never a good idea.
