We hired Jessica for her full wedding planning services - and man, she is amazing! I like to consider myself as a pretty organized person and somewhat of a perfectionist, so at first I questioned if I should even get a wedding planner. Not only am I so happy I did, Jessica was always on top of her game! She thought of stuff that I didn’t even think of and provided great recommendations/advice whenever I was indecisive/unsure about something. She also is amazing at replying quickly to any of my emails/texts- which are really big for me!
My wedding also incorporated some Filipino traditions into our ceremony and Jessica was very excited & willing to learn about these. Also since my now-husband and I are both Filipino that meant we have a BIG family...which meant we had BIG guest list. Our guest count was much bigger than anticipated, but Jessica was so supportive and provided great problem-solving skills for our floor plan. Of course our wedding turned out wonderful, amazing, and was a HUGE party!! My wedding party/family/guests that interacted with Jessica even told me how awesome and sweet she is.
I guarantee you will not regret hiring her!! We can’t thank her enough! -

Jessica was really helpful, super nice and caring. She understood us and what we wanted and everything was better then expected. She was a day of coordinator but she did more then that. We were very pleased. -

Benfield Wedding
Jessica helped to make my day wonderful. My husband and I truly wouldn't have been able to make it through the day without her. She handled and managed the wedding party, the family, the other vendors, and was always willing to assist when we had questions in advance. She gave good tips about seating the family on our wedding day. The day of our wedding, my 8 year old godson who has Autism, became nervous and unsure of what to do during his walk down the aisle. She coached him at the beginning and then had him walk straight to his godfather. She didn't even hesitate to make sure that this special moment was special for my family and I. When a problem arose with a vendor she quickly jumped in to assist where needed and was able to keep any other issues under control without letting me know so that I could just be the bride. She listened and worked with me throughout the whole process. Jessica was supportive and listened all throughout the process! We love you Jessica! -

You need Jessica for your special day!
Jessica was a tremendous help to us as we planned our daughters wedding. She thought of things we wouldn’t have, gave us a list of things ‘not to forget’ for the wedding day, and basically handled all the tasks on the wedding day so my husband and I, as well as my daughter, could just relax and enjoy the special day. I would not want to try to plan a wedding on my own! Jessica took a lot of the headaches away from us. I highly recommend her to anyone with an upcoming wedding! ***** -

We love Jessica so much! From day one and on she was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process! She helped us find some of our favorite vendors as well! She offers such good advice about the entire planning process and has so many connections and ideas that every thought you have will come to fruition! Jessica and her team were a fabulous addition to our wedding day! We moved our wedding from March of 2020 to March of 2021 due to COVID. It was on St Simons Island and Jessica had all the details organized and made the process that much easier for us. The main thing I appreciated about Jessica regarding the planning process was her promptness in communication - no matter the time of day, she would find time for me. She is so kind hearted and always had our best interests at heart. She was always open to listening to the ideas and concerns I had while proposing her own as well but not being too pushy. She was sincere in everything she did. She provided constant support, layouts, communication, professionalism, and an open mind! Jessica became more than a wedding planner for us but rather a friend! I would highly recommend! -

Okay this woman is salt of the earth. My wedding got moved three times during COVID. Jessica saved me from losing my mind completely. She took my anxious calls every time and walked me off a ledge to cancel my wedding all together because she knew how important it was to me. She worked with the vendors making sure my wedding day was everything I dreamed of, but also safe for my 50 guests. I have made a lifetime friendship and I am so completely grateful for the love & support of Jessica! -

I found Jessica at the last minute and hired her as a day of coordinator. At the time, I lived in Gainesville while our wedding venue was 3 hours away (I planned the wedding on my own contacted and hired vendors while working with Foxy Posh to decorate). I was recommended to her through Foxy Posh and I was blown away by her services. She has double checked everything and made sure the event came together seamlessly! Seeing her on my wedding day gave me warm feelings knowing that everything will be ok. Her smile and gentle nature made me feel calmer. She has made me laugh and checked in on me several times. I looked forward to seeing her at every visit and I cannot imagine if I had her with me through every step of the planning process. If it was one thing I would tell every bride who is planning their wedding. PLEASE hire a wedding coordinator along with services of a day of coordinator. It was tough to plan the wedding on my own but that is the thing, thats what wedding coordinators are for. They are EXPERIENCED and they know what to do and how to execute. They take your worries away and ease all troubles. Any issues happened (which most weddings will always have 1 or 2 things that could go wrong) in my case, Jessica handle every single issue seamlessly with NO problem and with quick fix. She is the one to stick with. I cannot express the amount of joy I had working with her. Still to this day, I have joy. -

The best!!
Jess was absolutely amazing to work with! We were planning our wedding in Jacksonville, FL from Middle Tennessee, along with dealing with Covid 19, and several other hick ups that came the week of our wedding.. Not only did Jess help us at every turn she went above and beyond and my wedding turned out to be everything I had been dream of and more. Not only did Jess help us finish finding and securing our vendors, she set up appointments, coordinated everything, did multiple walk throughs and set ups. If I had any problems with vendors she was there figure it out for me. Our wedding would not have happened if it wasn’t for Jess. I highly recommend her to everyone. 10/10! -

My wife and I are self admittedly poor planners. We knew our dream wedding would not come together without assistance from a professional. Jessica was just that, a complete professional, highly talented, and an expert in her field. She came highly recommended by the manager of our gorgeous venue, as we asked specifically about a LGBT friendly planner, and without hesitation, recommended Jessica. Jessica is super sweet, with an amazing attention to detail that we couldn’t have even anticipated (we know that quality is expected in a wedding planner, but she blew our expectations out of the water). As we got sudden and unexpected news that our photographer couldn’t make it due to the impending pandemic, Jessica found us the perfect, and highly sought after, wedding photographer for the style we wanted, literally days before our wedding day. It was truly a miracle she wasn’t booked for our date. We would choose Jessica 1000 times over again. She is fearless, encouraged us to be bold, and empowered us to make it our own and throw out our preconceived notions of “normal”. She made our dream wedding a reality, and as cliché as it may sound, truly the best and most unforgettable day of our lives. We didn’t have a single thing to worry about on our wedding day, it was 100% taken care of. If there were any issues at all, we didn’t know about them and still don’t! We hired Jessica for day of coordination. Planning a wedding was stressful and Jessica made herself available to help in any way she could. She helped me hire two make up artists for my wedding day. Though one of them didn’t do as well as I’d hoped, Jessica still came through for me when I wasn’t sure what to do. She stayed busy helping before and during the wedding and was there any time I needed her. She works great with other vendors and can handle any problem thrown at her. I would absolutely recommend Jessica for your coordinating needs! -

Thank you isn't enough! Jessica was my Day of Coordinator for my wedding, but she was available everyday leading up to the Big Day! I can't count how many times I texted her with random questions or for advice! She was wonderful to work with and made things less stressful. She is very organized and plans ahead. Jessica knows what she's doing! She contacted all the parties involved and made sure things were running smoothly. I didn't have to worry about anything, and that's awesome for any bride! Jessica helped make my wedding day perfect and I am forever grateful! -

The most amazing Wedding Planner
If you’re looking for someone to be totally honest and overall amazing, Jessica is your girl! She will always work and do her best to make you the happiest Bride/Groom in any circumstance. Wedding planning is not easy but with the help of my planner Jessica, I got to enjoy every minute of it. Any time of the day she is willing to talk and answer questions. One thing I noticed that was the topping on the cake was that she never stopped searching for the best prices/vendors.
I can happily say that even after the wedding she keeps in contact with my husband and I just like the day we chose her. -

Jessica was absolutely the best! My wedding day went so smoothly because of her. My family at first were not going to have a coordinator but after me and my dad talked to her we were immediately sold! I was able to sit back and enjoy my day with my husband, family, and friends. She even made sure that I actually ate on my wedding. I had heard "Oh, you won't be able to eat you'll be to busy." Anyone who knows me knows I get hangry if I don't eat. She made sure that the servers came to me right after the ceremony with trays of food and then after we were introduced me and my husband sat down to a plate of food! I enjoyed my whole day because I didn't have to worry about anything! Everyone was in their place and on times! Y'all she even did this will she was pregnant! Such a great day thanks to Jessica! -

Jessica went above all expectations we had. I live in Texas and had so much anxiety about how I was going to put together a wedding. Well, thank God I found out about Jessica. She handled everything. If I was unsure about something I called or texted her and she answered or explained anything I did not understand. I can honestly say that I enjoyed our conversations. She was so personable it was I was talking to one of my girlfriends. She was professional and straight forward when dealing with the vendors. On the wedding day I began having a mini- meltdown and despite all my bridesmaids being around she was the one who calmed me down by ensuring me everything was fine and it was. I know we would not have been able to pull off our wedding day without her. All of her hard work ensured my wedding day was the happiest day of my life. -
