WEDDING OF OUR DREAMS! Jennifer's service with our wedding planning was spectacular! I found the perfect wedding venue but didn't know how to put all the things together so i needed help. I'm a little bit of a type A with details and from my initial consultation with her, I knew I was going to be in great hands. For a bride to be, She took a lot of the stress off, from wedding planning of connecting with the best vendors -- to the smallest details all ironed out and by actual wedding day, everything flowed SEAMLESSLY that I could actually enjoy the whole wedding day! As a bride, you want it to be perfect and Jennifer delivered beyond expectations.
Our guests all told us, even weeks after how it was the BEST wedding they've been to (we all like to host events so that's a huge feat) Everything felt so magical and was taken care of, even for a last minute change of honeymoon planning (2 days before the wedding), she has the best contacts to connect us with! I can't thank her enough!

Okay, so where do I even begin? To be fully transparent here, my now-husband was the one who wanted the wedding. I knew from the get-go that the stress of planning one would send me straight into meltdown mode, so I wasn’t exactly jumping for joy at the thought of all the details. Enter Jen, the absolute wedding fairy godmother we didn’t know we needed!
Let me make this crystal clear: If you’re hiring a wedding planner and it’s NOT Jen, you’re making a MASSIVE mistake. Like, this is the kind of mistake you’ll look back on and wonder, “Why didn’t I hire her sooner?! Was I braindead?” From day one, Jen assured us that she could be as hands-on or hands-off as we wanted. She was there for everything—whether it was giving me a calm, reassuring pep talk, guiding us through tough decisions, answering the dumbest questions (seriously, there were some real gems in there), teasing my poor fiance because I'll just say, he was a fun prop for us all planning long LOL, or sharing all the hilarious wedding memes that kept me sane.
But here’s the kicker: Jen is a master at keeping you cool during what feels like wedding emergencies or any shitstorm scenario. She is a true mama bear, ready to protect you from any drama or last-minute disasters that might pop up (but in the most demure, mindful, and cutesy way). No joke—Jen knows everyone in the wedding world. When it came to choosing vendors, she nailed it. She handpicked people who got our vibe, respected our budget, and made the whole process feel like a breeze and such a fun time. Honestly, the way she works with vendors is like magic—everyone loves working with her, and it doesn’t feel like work at all.
I honestly never thought I’d have fun at a stationary or floral appointment… but then again, I didn't have a Jen in my life. I'm telling you I was laughing myself to tears until I could not breathe at appointments with Jen. Every moment felt personal, special, and (most importantly) fun. Nothing felt like a chore—Jen made sure of that. She knew that stress was a big fear of mine, and every step of the way, she kept me grounded, prepared, and excited for what was to come. (Even shit that came out of left field- she had a plan in place and was ready to assure me!)
And here's the thing: Outside of planning the wedding of our dreams, we gained a forever friend. Jen’s energy, heart, and commitment to making you feel not just great on the big day, but incredible long after, is beyond anything I could have imagined. She checked in on us constantly—not just about logistics, but also to make sure we were feeling good, staying on track, and enjoying the ride that is planning a wedding. There was never a “too busy” or “too much” moment and some of my questions were just outright ridiculous. Jen made sure every single thing—whether it was timelines, meetings, vision boards, or just checking in on my emotional well-being—was handled without any stress. I genuinely looked forward to our Zoom calls.
I swear, 90% sure that my husband misses Jen too. Granted he's probably happy we're done making fun of him, but he loved her too. He knew she was my person and kept me sane through what could have been a very stressful year for us. There’s a strong chance that he called her at 3 AM on our wedding night, just to make sure she was still hanging out with us LOL
So seriously, hire Jen. Hire her for the experience. Hire her to make your day everything you’ve ever dreamed of. Hire her to be your sounding board, your emotional support, and your friend through it all. Hire her to be your wedding BFF (but, uh, she’s mine, and I'm not willing to share!). If you have the budget, do yourself a favor and get yourself a Jen. You won’t regret it. Promise!! -

Choosing to work with a planer was a great idea, choosing to work with Jennifer was an even better one! She swooped in and took so much stress off me during the planning process and even more so on the day-of. From start to finish Jennifer was there to offer guidance, make suggestions, answer any questions I had (and trust me I had a bunch). She made sure to communicate with all of my vendors as well as routinely communicate with me through our scheduled check-in meetings, which helped me stay on track. She helped me plan, and execute, the wedding of my dreams. I am so grateful for her and her expertise. I will recommend to everyone. Thank you SO much Jennifer, you are the best of the best. -

Jennifer turns dreams into reality
We went to some venues & were not really satisfied with how you have the exact same wedding as every person married at their venue, boring. Instead we decided to have an outdoor estate wedding. We met with a few planners and then when it came to Jennifer, we knew she was the one. She's kind, genuine, easy to work with and most importantly, knows how to handle the tough times. Jennifer works with incredible vendors and every vendor we decided upon was actually one of the options recommended by her. We had backup plans for anything that could go wrong when hosting an outdoor wedding on our property. And gave us the confidence that no matter what, it was going to be perfect. OUR WEDDING WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I cannot recommend Jennifer Tolento Events enough. -

Oh my goodness. Without Jennifer and her team- my wedding would have been SO chaotic! I was married at a place where we had to bring a lot into the facility and bring In outside vendors so it was a lot!
Jennifer and her team KILLED IT! I cannot recommend them enough! Not only are they very professional, friendly and fun, they have EVERYTHING you will need for the day of, are so organized, communicative, and if any hiccups happened, I had no idea! I am telling you, RUNNNNN to book with Jenn!!!! I cannot speak highly enough about Jennifer Tolento Events! -

Jennifer and her assistants were nothing slight of PERFECT. I was a 1/2 DIY bride. She made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it; to a T. Jennifer made the whole wedding planning process and day of a breeze. As a new mom and working fulltime RN, Jennifer have me tasks every few weeks (3 months prior to my wedding) to make sure everything was all set for the day of. Jennifer and her team handled our month-of/day-of coordination and they all did a phenomenal job of ensuring the day went off without a hitch from the big picture items to the little details. Jennifer put together a comprehensive day-of schedule to keep us and our vendors on track throughout the entire day. This took all the stress off us and ensured that me and my husband, the bridal party, and our family were "guests at our own wedding" without having to worry about organizing people and resolving any issues. Jennifer and her assistants, Kyli and Robin, put us all at ease and were a joy to be with throughout the day! They were so attentive, kind, and professional, and made sure all of our needs were met. From the very beginning, Jennifer reassured me that my dream would become a reality. We even changed our wedding venue a couple months after the planning process began, and Jennifer was so quick to find us an even better venue that really was perfect for what my now husband and I wanted. I feel as if I developed a friendship with Jennifer that surpassed her being my wedding planner. Jennifer is so down to earth, and no task if too great for her! AMAZING Wedding Planner
AMAZING!! Jennifer was a life saver! In January of 2021 my now husband and I decided to switch from our original venue to an outdoor venue that would be more suitable to meet any COVID restrictions that may still be in place come summertime for our July wedding. We had to completely start over with only 6 months to plan and decided to look for a wedding planner. We interviewed a few but immediately knew that Jennifer was the BEST! She knew what she was talking about, listened to our situation and our needs and worked so hard to accommodate us. We got a sense that we could trust her to plan our dream wedding with us right from the very first phone call. She completely knocked it out of the park! Jennifer has so many wonderful contacts for vendors and she coordinated meetings with vendors that she knew would be a great fit for us. Jennifer is by your side in those meetings to make sure to ask the questions we may forget and to keep track of all the details and contract agreements. We chose to work with Falco’s catering, Flowerful Events, Dash of Class Platinum, and Ocean Tents and Rentals. These vendors were not only perfect at what they do but worked so well with us in the planning process and the day of. Jennifer found our wedding venue, Tatum Park, and I know for a fact we would never have found the park if it wasn’t for her. It wasn’t a traditional venue and we had to bring in everything ourselves (i.e tables, chairs, table clothes, plates, bar, alcohol, etc.) which made us nervous at first, but Jennifer assured us she’s done it many times before and knows exactly how to help us execute our vision. Jennifer really takes care of you during the planning process to makes sure you are getting what you want. But what really blew me away was how incredible she was on the day of! She coordinated the entire day and let me tell you it was flawless! From the start of the morning at the hotel to the very last song, Jennifer is busting her butt to make your day run perfectly. She created the timeline and made sure everything ran according to plan. She was always there to help when my bustle came out and for a lipstick touch up. Her two assistants, Sam and Kylie were so sweet and helpful too! I couldn’t imagine doing this wedding process without Jennifer by our side. I couldn’t recommend her services more! We wouldn’t have had our dream fairytale wedding without her!! Thank you thank you thank you!! -

Couldn't have pulled it off without them!
Jennifer Tolento and team stepped in last minute and completely saved us when our original wedding coordinator canceled due to COVID and our wedding plans/location completely changing. We couldn't imagine not having them at our wedding and we can't thank the team enough for helping make our wedding such a success! Everything went way better than we could have expected and they helped in so many little but important ways we never would've thought of. We had so much fun and have gotten such great feedback from all our guests! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jennifer! She made our wedding planning process fun and simple, and later became our own personal therapist as we worked to postpone and replan a wedding during a pandemic. She was always available to us for calls, texts, and meetings and worked so hard to make our wedding day exactly what we wanted. A Magical Day with a Magical Team
Thanks to Jen and the Tolento Events team, our wedding day was a stress-free, incredible, dream come true. It was everything we ever wanted and more. If you are looking around for a planner—look no further!. Hire Jen, full-time because your event will stand out like you could have never imagined.
Jen makes planning a big event easy and fun. We booked Jen Tolento Events about a year before our wedding. When we hired her, our anxiety and overwhelmed feelings were immediately put to ease. She gave us expert advice, guidance, and support throughout the entire planning process. She was the creative mastermind behind almost every over the top feature of our memorable wedding.
Jen made our wedding wish list a reality (suspended cake, amazing florist display, beautiful invitations, electronic violinist, bagpipers and a belly dancer to name a few). She introduced us to and coordinated with reputable vendors and event performers. She always made herself accessible to us. Jen is patient, graceful, talented, and vastly knowledgeable about the wedding industry. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.
During the planning phase, we followed Jen’s lead and listened to her as she guided us along the way. She was more than a planner, she was family and truly cared about our day as if it was her own.
On our wedding day, Jen showed up with a star studded team. Her team was totally vested and all business when it was showtime. They worked hard making sure everything was just right. We smiled the entire day and never once felt stressed because we knew Jen had everything handled.
There were some unforeseen challenges on the wedding day which were completely out of our hands. These challenges could have really wreaked havoc on our day, but Jen came through and shined under pressure. One example is how the start of the church ceremony was delayed over a 1.5 hour and cut the set up time for the florist. Once given the clearance to set up, Jen and the girls went full speed ahead. The ceremony was set up in lightning speed and also assured that all the guests were cared for during the delay. Jen personally handled the domino effect delay of events for the rest of the day. The cocktail hour, musicians, and entertainers were all seamlessly re-scheduled and it honestly didn’t feel any different from the original plans. Everyone raved on how this wedding was so well orchestrated and presented like a Broadway show. The party went way past midnight and lasted a lifetime in everyone’s memories.
We took a bit of time to write this review because we wanted it to thoughtfully reflect our experience working with Jen Tolento events. We absolutely love Jen and cannot imagine our wedding day without her. We hope to work with her again in the future… (Baby shower! Surprise Jen! : ) , It’s a BOY!).

My husband Mike and I had Jennifer as our planner and coordinator for our wedding this past weekend. She was so knowledgeable, organized and had everything handled throughout the planning process. The moment I knew I needed her for my own future wedding? The day of my brothers wedding when the shuttles never showed and Jennifer jumped on the phone within seconds, solved the problem, and got everything extended 1/2 hour, all the while the bride & groom sat back and got a minute to breathe and sip a drink before the day continued.
The moment I knew I made the right decision hiring her for our own wedding? When leaving our 2nd venue, I expressed in the parking lot that I fell in love with it and was ready to book immediately, when Jennifer asked us to trust her and come see a few more only because at the same price range, we could have so much more included rather than an expensive add on. Sure enough the 1st venue she suggested we see, included DOUBLE what the one I "loved" offered and was even more beautiful. Her knowledge of the industry alone and her ability to execute it in your favor is a huge reason why I would recommend her.
This past weekend, Bryan and I experienced the best day of our lives. From 7:00am - 12 midnight, I smiled and laughed and worried ONLY when I realized I dropped my Grandmother's wedding band somewhere during pictures (dont worry, Jennifers assistant found it!). I can't tell you how many people told me how relaxed I seemed, and I am convinced it was because I knew I had such a great team on our side. You usually only do this wedding thing once in your lifetime, and Jennifer and her team do it 2-3 times a month! For almost any problem, they have a tool or an idea on hand and if they dont, they WILL get one.
The planning process was truly a joy for us and I am saying this very honestly. For a year and a half Jennifer set up & attended meetings with us, asked the questions we didnt know we had to ask, negotiated well in our favor (saving money is ALWAYS nice am I right?) and went above and beyond to make our day the best in our life. Our timeline was so meticulously planned out for the day of - that we were actually able to take it ALL in! So many brides say the time flew and it was all a blur, but for me - I was able to enjoy all of the great parts and I truly believe it was because of Jennifer Tolento.
Even though we are very sad to have the planning process and our time together over for now, we are so happy for her to move on and make another wedding amazing for her next client. Whether you're a detail-oriented-perfectionist or a laid back-dont know the name of any flowers- let's just have fun type of bride like me, you can never go wrong with Jennifer & her team. Her expertise, patience & kick a** personality make her an amazing wedding planner and an even better friend. Now I am onto finding some future event she can help us plan! -

I could go on and on about Jennifer Tolento- she started out as my wedding coordinator, but I now consider her my friend. We had so much fun planning my wedding together- Jennifer is knowledgable and then some on all areas and aspects of wedding planning- but what sets her apart is, even though she can create a beautiful wedding- she is all about the little details and moments and making sure your wedding is truly about YOU and your partner and what YOU want for the day. She really truly listens to everything you say and describe and makes your dream wedding become a reality! The good news is I am still working with her as we plan my daughter's bat mitzvah!
