From start to finish Jennifier was such a great help! I DO NOT know how we could have gotten this wedding done without her help. I'm so happy we hired her. She is on it! Jenifer is THE BEST!!
Our destination wedding became a dream come true thanks to Jenifer and her team!! She took all of our ideas and brought them to life perfectly. Everything looked exactly as we were hoping for. We couldn’t have done any of this without her. Now we will remember our wedding in such a special way! -

Howdy Brides, this is Rachael & Jason Tran.
We got married on 4/15/23 at Arenal Kioro and are big Jenifer Hernandez fans.
We got engaged in December of 2021 and knew immediately that we needed help planning our wedding.
As a couple, Jason and I have no event planning experience. On our own, we narrowed the destination wedding location to gorgeous La Fortuna, Costa Rica, and were just starting to reach out to venues. This is when I had the absolute pleasure of running into Jenifer as the wedding coordinator at The Springs.
Jen is the project manager of your dreams.
Reflecting on our time together; Jen was always receptive, responsive, and positive.
Receptive - For the first months of planning, Jen answered any questions we had while also gathering information on what she needed from us. As we drew closer to the Big Day, Jen was so thoughtful of every detail, from providing vendor options to making sure we like gummy bears.
Jen truly guided us every step of the way.
Responsive - We’re not gonna lie, we sometimes sent Jen on some wild goose chases. Jen always listened to our tangents and then worked to make it happen. When those ideas didn’t pan out, she was a true professional who pivoted immediately to the next plan. She made us feel comfortable to share our ideas even though we had no idea what we were doing (or were asking her to do, sorry Jen!)
Positive - Our wedding was non-traditional, and Jen was not only helpful but encouraging. You can rely on her experience to make sure everything goes smoothly and work with you when you have a few odd ideas. Jen is a miracle worker and will put together the most beautiful, lush, and luxurious experience a bride and groom can have (and all within budget!)

Incredible Service
Jenifer orchestrated an incredible elopement for us! We began planning with minimal time (1 month), yet everything was perfect. Bottom line..on our wedding day..we had nothing to worry over and we were able to focus on only each other! -

Better than ever destination wedding!
Jennifer made our wedding planning process absolutely seamless. She asked all the right questions and was so helpful in her communications that I didn't feel an ounce of stress planning a destination wedding! At the very start, I thought that the intimate and fun wedding experience I wanted was going to be impossible-- and was ready to limit my expectations being so far away in Texas. We didn't even get the chance to think twice about how hard it could be because Jennifer took care of everything so easily and efficiently, I actually got the dream wedding I wanted, and got the enjoy the entire day, even despite a rainy wedding ceremony! Jennifer had every aspect planned out that myself and my wedding guests would never know if there were any hitches in the overall trajectory of the day.
I can't recommend Jennifer enough for showing us her best work in giving us the wedding of our dreams and providing truly exceptional services and vendors for us. Despite the many special events Jennifer has planned, she manages to make you feel incredibly special and our well-traveled family frequently mentions how our wedding was the most beautiful and fun wedding they've ever been to!Jenifer Hernandez Weddings & Events's reply:

I don’t think I can express the gratitude I have for Jenifer Hernandez. She was absolutely the BEST! It’s no secret that planning a wedding is daunting, but planning a destination wedding during a pandemic was one of the hardest tasks I have ever had to do. Thank god for Jenifer! She was so incredibly helpful with every aspect of my wedding planning. Jenifer worked with my directly (and towards end, we spoke daily!) making sure every detail of my wedding was perfect.
When I asked for twinkle lights everywhere, she made it happen. When I asked for special transportation for my guests, Jenifer found me a shuttle service and ensured their safe travels. When I expressed that some of my guests were struggling with cost, she found pricing solutions. When I requested I harpist who could play two custom songs for us to walk down the isle to, she found the most talented Harpist to do it! And when I arrived without some of the decorations I thought I could take with me, Jenifer found replacements at the last minute! She checked in on me regularly to make sure I was staying on track and calmed my frazzled mental state. Every thing I requested, no matter how over the top or customized, Jenifer delivered. She’s efficient, organized, responsive, understanding, and overall fantastic at her job! My wedding was absolutely gorgeous, and I owe it all to Jenifer. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner, and would work with her again in a heartbeat. -

We had no idea where to start when it came to planning our destination wedding in Costa Rica. Once we secured our venue with The Springs hotel, we were introduced to the magical Jenifer Hernandez! She helped us every step of the way, from the initial phone call to budget overviews, catering, and of course the day of planning, she was absolutely amazing. Everything was better than we could have ever imaged all thanks to, Jenifer!

Jenifer is fantastic!!!! BOOK HER NOW- You won’t regret it
Jenifer handled every detail of our elopement so we didn’t have to think about anything (except showing up) The flowers were gorgeous, the musician was fantastic and our photographer was incredible- LOVE our photos. When Jenifer realized rain was likely, she offered another option even though
it was last minute. She even has some special surprises for us😊 I’m so thankful our wedding was perfect with Jenifer’s help and guidance -
