Dream Wedding Planner
Jenny and her team made my wedding happen! I got the "Day of" Coordination package, but Jenny worked with me for months leading up to the event. She provided so many wonderful recommendations and resources to help with the planning process. She communicated with all the vendors and made sure there was no stress for me on the big day. Our venue was a bit disjointed in their comunication and Jenny was able to bridge all those gaps, find creative solutions to problems and probably solved so many other issues that I don't even know about. All our items were well taken care of and we always knew what was going on. Jenny took command of our wedding weekend and made sure we were on time and got to experience everything exactly as we wanted to. I'm recommending her to everyone I know that is getting married in the future!! -

Jenny was absolutely amazing to work with and completely brought the inspiration photos and what I imagined for our special day to real life. From remembering things I mentioned at the beginning of our planning journey to final touches, we truly had the wedding of our dreams. -

We love Jenny and her team so much. From day one Jenny has been responsive and planning things we didn’t even know we had to plan for. On the day of the wedding, my partner and I were able to have fun and not worry about gathering any of the vendors or staying on the timeline. Everything came together seamlessly. JenEvents was such a pleasure to work with! Jenny truly is a professional in the wedding business and can lead you through all aspects of the planning process. She has great relationships with other wedding vendors and I was thrilled with the DJ, florist and linens supplier that she recommended. Having her on the day of the wedding was so helpful. Perfectly Executed Our Wedding Vision!
I first contacted Jenny from JenEvents as a preferred vendor of my wedding venue at Coyote Hills Golf Course about 8 or 9 months before our date. She brought this warm energy and excitement to wedding planning that drew us to her. I was planning a western church wedding that still preserved elements of traditional Vietnamese culture so I really wanted a wedding planner who could anticipate those needs and felt that Jenny was our perfect fit!
Our venue already provided catering and bar services so we elected to do the day-of-wedding planning package. We were planning from NorCal which made it challenging in many ways. Jen had several check in’s with us over the months and was extremely responsive via e-mail when we requested assistance, such as needed recommendations for late night snacks. She knew all the best vendors in the area so we felt reassured with our vendor line up with her green light. We were also grateful that she was flexible with our tight schedules when we drove down to SoCal.
I was a cricut bride and I had A LOT of DIY decor and activity ideas. Jenny was always encouraging yet realistic. She knew or would figure out how to best execute my vision and always had a back up plan which made me feel so secure about trusting her with creating our vision for our big day. For example, I really wanted to create a warm, rustic look over the dance floor with a ceiling of rattan pendant lights with greenery, which the venue had never done before. She really delivered on working with our venue and thinking thoroughly of all the details for execution! It turned out SO AMAZING, just perfect. We received SO many compliments on the decor from our guests! We couldn’t be more grateful to Jenny and her team for carefully making every detail look perfect.
Jenny was very thoughtful about details of the wedding that we would have never personally considered and asked clarifying questions to intently understand what we wanted. Her communication was responsive and clear, and it was just an absolute joy working with her. We HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding planning needs!-

Amazing Wedding Coordinator – Highly Recommend JenEvents!
From our very first phone call, Jen was incredibly sweet, professional, and responsive. Throughout the entire planning process, she was always available to answer my questions and offered thoughtful, helpful advice. Her experience with Southern California venues really showed—she was already familiar with my reception venue, which made everything so much easier and less stressful for me.
One thoughtful touch that really stood out was that she sent her assistant coordinator to be onsite for our rehearsal day. It was so reassuring to have that support and guidance leading up to the big day.
On the wedding day itself, Jen and her team were amazing. They made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I could clearly see how much wedding experience she has—she was organized, calm, and completely prepared for anything that came up. Thanks to Jen, my now-husband and I were able to fully enjoy our special day without any stress.

This woman is a God damn miracle worker.
Planning the most stressful event of your life (in my case, a wedding) is an experience for which there is no metaphor. You know what a wedding is. You can traverse your lived experiences and imagination and name many of the things that you think should be at a wedding like tables and people whose names you know and silverware and ice, but the act of then trying to list these items and then figure out where and how to get them feels impossible, as does identifying what is not on this list but needs to be on this list.
Then you realize you don't actually even know what things you need because you know neither where nor when your wedding is and both of those unknowns determine what you can or even should desire.
This paralysis unfolds like an ever descending spiral of madness with each day that passes, and everyone who you announced your engagement to must surely be sitting in a state of judgemental apprehension, pondering their lack of an invitation in their mailbox.
Screw this. We're hiring a wedding planner.
Enter Jen.
Hiring Jen is like turning an essay into a multiple choice test for which you either already know every answer, or may ask your new best friend what she thinks the answer is and she's always right.
I'm fairly confident that if somebody gave Jen an adequate amount of compensation, she could fix the entire economy in however much time she said it would take.
At no point in what should have been a harrowing experience did I or my wife, both of us Engineers who worry about things for a living, worry that anything at the wedding was going to go wrong. My largest concerns on the wedding day was forgetting to look at the perfectly curated list of things I had to do created by Jen, and failing to locate my desired pair of socks, which would have forced me to use my backup pair of socks.
Jen says to me a week before the wedding "Don't worry Zach, if something goes wrong, you won't even notice it, that's why I'm here" or something like that. And son of a bitch I don't think anything went even slightly wrong.

I don't know where this protagonist from a space adventure movie came from or why she runs an event planning company or why she's not also a therapist, but thank GOD we found her. -

Amazing coordinator!
Jenny is amazing! She is so easy to work with and very responsive! Her vendor list was very useful and helped us make decisions through the planning process. She also gives great recommendations. Wedding planning is pretty stressful, but she made us feel calm every time we spoke with her. We had a few last minute changes and contingency, but she was very accommodating and pulled through. On our wedding day, Jenny and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She even stayed with us the whole night until everyone left the building. 11/10 We highly recommend Jenny!!! -

Wedding of my Dreams!
Jenny was instrumental to planning the wedding of my dreams! Jenny and I worked together for the better part of a year to help plan my big day. Throughout this process she demonstrated superb communication skills (written and verbal), as well as fantastic soft skills. She has wonderful established relationships with vendors which helped the process enormously. She has strong systems to ensure a beautiful event. I'm so grateful that I connected with her and cannot say enough nice things about her. If you use Jenny for your event, she will take the stress out of it for you, so you can enjoy it. -

2024 wedding with with Jenny
I’m an October 2024 bride. My fiance and I hired Jenny in a heart beat. We didn’t even look at other quotes after speaking with Jenny on the phone. I hired Jenny as my day of coordinator however she was so proactive and responsive, I felt like she was planning with me like I hired a wedding planner. She checked in with me every single month leading to my wedding - answering my crazy questions, and created a smooth transitions during our wedding day.
Jenny is so detail with everything. She connected with all my vendors, and I basically just showed up and enjoyed my wedding day. Looking back I was never stressed during my day. Everything was so smooth and on time. She made sure me and my husband had drinks and we had food. My florist passed away weeks leading to my wedding day, and she found me a florist to match my original quote very quickly.
If you are an upcoming bride and looking to enjoy your wedding day and basically stress free, I would recommend Jenny and her team

Jenny is awesome!
My husband and I are so glad we worked with Jenny from JenEvents. From the start, Jenny was so easy to communicate with and I felt comfortable sharing my wishes and visions with her, it was like talking with my friend. I only needed the month of coordination, basically I had booked all my vendors and had decided on a wedding style, just needed help keeping things organized, keep me in check the few months before, walk through the rehearsal with us, and coordinate the day of! Jenny really made everything from beginning to end so amazing, always there for us if we had random questions via text or email, was flexible to set up tasting and venue visits with, and most of all the wedding day was so seamless. The day of was chaotic in the best way, and Jenny had all the timelines, vendors, and details DOWN. She remembered the things I had forgotten, like steaming my veil! Jenny and her team made sure the decor and reception was exactly like how I had imagined! If were to get married again we would choose JenEvents!! :) -

Best Decision Ever!
My husband and I found Jenny through our venue’s preferred vendor list and we had her as our day-of wedding coordinator. Hands down, the best decision! From the first phone call, I knew that she would be perfect for what we were looking for as she put me at ease and had great energy! Throughout the whole process she was super helpful and not once made us feel as though we were behind on anything. She listened to what we wanted for our day and helped our vision come to life! On the wedding day, Jenny and her team did an amazing job from start to finish! I remember feeling completely relaxed and as though I had nothing to do but sit back and enjoy that morning because her and her team had everything handled. They completely set up the reception space and made everything look absolutely stunning! (Totally surpassed my vision! It was perfect down to the littlest detail) We also repurposed some florals and decor and they took care of the entire transition from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception. Our wedding was the best day ever and it was largely due to Jenny and her team helping everything move along and adapting as needed!

JenEvents Is Amazing
Jenny is an amazing wedding planner! From start to finish of wedding preparations she was so hands on and attentive. She suggested ideas for us when we weren't sure how we wanted the processional to go, and she made sure we didn't forget about little things like table numbers when we were down to the wire. Her team has great energy and were so professional on the day of the wedding. They ran around making sure everything was running smoothly, handing out tips, and keeping every part of the wedding on schedule so my husband and I didn't haven't to think about a thing except enjoying ourselves. I'd highly recommend! -

Above and Beyond Wedding Planner
I recently had the pleasure of working with Jenny as a saxophonist for one of her couple's weddings, and let me just say that she excelled across the board. She got a detailed timeline out to myself and the other vendors WAY in advance, and was so attentive as to ask us about our vendor meal preferences and send us all a floorplan unprompted. In my experience, I often have to ask for these things, and when this level of attention to detail was displayed so early in the planning process, I knew the wedding would be a smashing success. Needless to say, I was right!
Thank you so much Jenny for bringing together such a fantastic team of vendors, and making everything fit together so seamlessly. Any couple would be lucky to have you, and I hope to get the chance to work with you more in the future! -

If I could give Jenny 20 stars I would! We hired Jenny last minute after we realized that we could not pull off a wedding without some help. Jenny right away took a meeting with us & won us over! From the beginning she was kind and easy to get a hold of. Once things got closer she was organized & kept me feeling at ease through the stress. Our wedding was PERFECT and it was in large part to Jen Events. We managed to pull off a surprise wedding. Our guests thought they were attending a birthday party and instead it was our wedding! These are the things that we appreciated about Jen:

Exactly someone you need to help everything go as close to perfect as possible!
Jen was absolutely amazing!! Everything went so smoothly and there wasn't a single thing I had to worry about or deal with on the day prior or day of. My cake was supposed to have fresh flowers all over it, but it arrived with no flowers and she went around finding the perfect colors and made it look absolutely beautiful!! I ordered the cake myself on the side ;) Jen is organized and worked seamlessly with all the vendors and the venue. I couldn't have asked to work with anyone better. Jen was amazing! We booked the month of coordination package, but she helped during our whole wedding planning process with answering questions and even helped DIY some of our wedding decor and kept many of our decor at her place for us. One of the Best Decisions for Our Wedding!
There are so many wonderful things my husband and I can say about Jenny! We got her full planning package for our wedding in August 2023, and she was honestly one of the best things about wedding planning and our wedding day. We were both stressed about different details and every time, Jenny swooped in with an efficient solution! She was so attentive to our needs and wants, ensuring that we were able to bring our wedding vision to life. She is so easy to work with and get along with too! All of our vendors and our venues loved working with Jenny, which made things so much smoother!
She and her team made it so that we did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day except showing up and cherishing every moment we had with one another. Peace of Mind with JenEvents
We had the Day-of Coordination Service with Jenny and her team. However, she took the reins of the final wedding planning details from about 3 months before the wedding day. Because of JenEvents, I didn't need to worry about making the timeline, coordinating with all the vendors at both the church ceremony venue and a separate reception venue, and getting all the decor to both venues. On the day of, as a bride, I really felt like I didn't need to think/sweat the small details and got to really enjoy the day with 200+ guests (and on time, too)! If you are having your venue at the Richard Nixon Library, truly consider having Jenny and her team on your side. She knows the ins and outs of the venue and provided such valuable advice about decorating ideas as well! -

Genuine, Timely, and Organized - JenEvents is a MUST hire
My wife and I had only 6 months to plan our entire wedding! We knew we needed a coordinator that could work quickly, answer all of our questions, and help keep us organized. JenEvents was exactly the vendor we needed to work with.
Jenny and her staff are genuinely good people. They care about you and making your day go off without a hitch. This is exactly what she did for us!
Jenny and her team will go above and beyond and hold your hand every step of the way. We had several planning meeting with Jenny where she not only helped us make key decisions but also gave us great advice on vendors to work with, where to source things like stationary/decorations, and best practices. She was patient with us but also kept us moving! In all, we were able to get everything planned in a short amount of time and had an amazing wedding; all in large part to Jenny and her staff.

Hiring JenEvents was the best decision for our wedding!
We sought out a wedding coordinator because we started wedding planning and immediately got so overwhelmed. We spoke to Jenny one afternoon and she was so warm and calm, her presence just made us feel so secure with wedding planning! It was a no brainer to choose her as our wedding coordinator.
Jenny was so amazing at communicating with us. Every obstacle we faced during planning, Jenny was always there to provide solutions and assure us that things were going smoothly. She has a really warm and kind demeanor, she makes you feel like family and it made us thoroughly enjoy the wedding process in its entirety!
JenEvents went ABOVE and BEYOND during the wedding itself! Every little request, they handled 110% and were the BEST team we could've ever imagined! We had a fantastic wedding and looking back, I really don't think there were any mistakes or mishaps during the night at all. I attribute the night's flawlessness to Jenny and her JenEvents team.
We really couldn't have done it without Jenny and her team. We kinda wish we could go back in time and relive the entire wedding planning and wedding day because of JenEvents. They are THAT awesome.

The best money spent
Just hire her. Just do it. I was referred to Jenny by my caterer and I am so glad I went with her. She was my rock in the chaos and hiring her was the best money we have spent on our wedding. While searching for a day of coordinator, I was reluctant to find one because my husband and I are both type A people, very organized and believed we could do it on our own. Boy were we wrong. Jenny came through for us time and time again, helping us locate vendors, checking in on us when she didn’t have to and overall you literally feel safe when you give her a hug (I’m not even joking).
I am vietnamese and my husband is white, so when I (a jenny nguyen) found out Jenny Halstead was a former jenny nguyen, I absolutely had to have her. Not only did we have the same names, but she understood what it meant to combine two cultures and make sure everything went smooth sailing. Jenny and her team worked tirelessly in our 270 people wedding and always did so with such a great attitude. I have to give a shoutout to Courtney Koltes as well because when things got chaotic, she handled it so gracefully and she truly is a gem on the JenEvents team.
At the end of the night, we told Jenny that she needs to up her pricing because everything she did for us was more and beyond what we expected from her. She truly is the best money we spent on our wedding. -

JenEvents is totally worth it!
I have heard all of those stories about how your wedding day will come and go in a blur, but with Jenny and her team, we were able to actually enjoy our wedding day! Jenny listened to our wishes, endured all the various vendors, and was able to fully collaborate with us to having our day on point. She was able to slow down the day for us to make sure we were able to enjoy the moments we needed to. Her team was wonderful to work with, along with handling all and any issues the day of without us knowing or needing to make any decisions.
The best part for me was that Jenny would be available to us and was answering questions in a quick timely manner, along with staying on a call with us to give us time to voice our concerns, worries, and wants to make sure the wedding goes as smoothly as possible. We worked together very well and she was adaptable with all the different vendor personalities.

Incredible Wedding Planner
Jenny was absolutely amazing for our wedding. We had the day of package for our wedding at the Nixon Library. She made everything so perfect. AMAZING - Greatest Wedding Investment
Jenny and her team are amazing! I hired Jenny for day of coordination for our wedding at the Nixon Library. Great day-of-coordinator
We decided to hire a day-of-coordinator a few months before our wedding. We were recommended JenEvents from our venue and were happy we decided to book them! We had Courtney as our day-of-coordinator. She helped create our timeline, attended our final venue tour, and answered any questions we had about a month out. She was super helpful during our rehearsal and wedding day, making sure the day went according to plan and that we stuck to our timeline! Our package also came with an assistant coordinator for the wedding day. Courtney was with me from 1pm getting ready to 10pm for packing up everything after the night was over. I would highly recommend JenEvents and Courtney! -

Couldn't Have Asked For A Better Experience
Nothing but high praise for Jenny! After researching multiple day-of/partial wedding planners, I decided to interview three. Jenny was by far the most personable, very affordable, and understood my needs. I hired her immediately. Even though she was hired as a "day-of" planner, she provided so much more than that. As far out as 8-9 months before our wedding, she helped me put together a mood board (detailing our theme, colors, and decor), recommended multiple vendors (we used the DJ, security guards, florist, photo booth, & furniture rentals she suggested--which was such a big help in knowing they were already well vetted), did multiple venue walk throughs with us, put together our day-of timeline, corresponded with all vendors, and made sure everything went off without a hitch (had no hiccups whatsoever)! Honestly, working with Jenny was such a pleasure. She was organized, communicative, and emotionally supportive throughout the entire process. One funny coincidence--some of our friends at our wedding had actually hired Jenny as their wedding planner before, totally unbeknownst to us! She really is the best and we can't recommend her enough. -

Where do I even start. Let’s just say if I could duplicate JenEvents and Courtney specifically who was our day of coordinator to every single bride and groom I definitely would. I found JenEvents on Yelp and first off, amazing reviews and second, they exceeded our expectations. Courtney always made time for us to FaceTime and answer any questions we had, she helped create and provided our vendors with a timeline for us that made the day run seamless, and was so attentive all through the end of our special day. All items we needed to return home with were neatly packaged up and ready in our vehicle for us to head straight home. We did not have to worry about a thing but show up; I can go on and on about how great the day went for us.

Jenny is the best
I worked with Jenny and her team for my wedding and couldn't have asked for better coordinators. Jenny worked with me directly 3-4 months prior to the wedding (even though I only hired her as a day of coordinator) and responded to my thousands of emails till the day of the wedding. Jenny was extremely helpful the day of the wedding and the wedding couldn't have been as successful/fun without her and her team. She even helped one of the groomsmen change his shirt (cause he was too drunk) LOL. Not only was she professional but she was so comfortable/chill to be around. Even the bridesmaid/groomsmen loved her team! Would recommend Jenny 1000x. -

We couldn't be more thrilled with Jenny and her team. I, like many brides, thought I could plan my own wedding. I am pretty type-A and our venue had an on-site coordinator/catering manager to assist on the day of, so I had not originally budgeted for a wedding coordinator. However, as the date drew nearer, I realized that I was overwhelmed and just did not have the time on my hands to commit to wedding planning. I found myself compromising on all of my decisions and just doing "whatever was easiest" because I simply didn't have the energy to expend on the wedding planning in my limited free time. I also had no idea what I needed and was VERY behind on several bookings. After it became apparent that I was in over my head and needed help, I interviewed several planners and instantly clicked with Jenny! She is personable, down to earth, fun, and an all around good person. She took my mess of a wedding and in what seemed like no time, had it straightened up. She made contact with our vendors and even suggested a couple of vendors we ended up hiring. Once Jenny was on board, my wedding stress was drastically reduced. Jenny brings a very relaxed and calming presence to to the planning process and the wedding day. I have been a bridesmaid in several weddings where the coordinators made me want to run away. Not Jenny! Everything was EASY (for myself and our guests at least - I know Jenny had her work cut out for her). Jenny also has a great eye for styling and our reception room exceeded all of my expectations. Most importantly, Jenny is a facilitator. She doesn't try to change what you want - she just makes sure you get what you want! Our wedding day went smoothly from start to finish. Seriously, there were NO hiccups that I was made aware of, and I don't know many people who can say that about their wedding day. I knew exactly where I needed to be, and when. All I had to do was show up. I didn't spend my morning answering questions from vendors or guests. Jenny took care of that. My bridesmaids all commented on how much more relaxing my wedding was than others we have been in. That being said, although our morning was extremely relaxed, we still moved ahead of schedule all day, so my husband and I even got to spend time at cocktail hour visiting with our family and friends. That was one of my favorite parts of the entire day and I am so grateful that Jenny was able to give us that time by keeping us on schedule. If you want a relaxed planning process, great communication, a stress free wedding day, and a perfectly executed reception, you need Jenny! The value for her service is unparalleled. Before my wedding, I believed that all weddings were crazy and hectic. Jenny showed me that doesn't have to be the case! We are SO thrilled with her and her team. My only regret was not calling JenEvents sooner! -

A total lifesaver!
We are so, so happy we went with Jenny for our wedding planner! We hired her for partial planning and never regretted it for a second. She was professional, punctual, and always had our backs. She took care of things that would have driven us nuts to deal with ourselves (e.g. coordinating all the vendors), helped us find great vendors, and was so supportive through the wedding planning process. We were so happy to have her on the day of the wedding too - she took care of absolutely everything and made the day go so smoothly. We love Jenny and we're so happy that she was our planner. :) -

Jenny is amazing! We had a ceremony-only wedding so we weren't sure if we needed a planner but I am so glad we did. We found Jenny just 2 months before the wedding, and she quickly got on-board. The BEST experience ever!
Jenny and her team were amazing from the beginning stages of planning (and we had a 2 year engagement), all the way to very last minute of our wedding. I've know Jen with JenEvents for quite some time -- I actually was the florist for her own wedding! Having her coordinate on the day-of for our micro-wedding was literally a no-brainer. Seamlessly Special
Jenny and her team were truly remarkable, it was a joy having them coordinate our wedding. We live on the East Coast and had a destination wedding in California, but regardless of the distance we knew we could rely on Jenny's expertise to ensure our wedding would be special. She was flexible with her schedule and made availability to converse about wedding plans, meticulously detailed the wedding day itinerary, and just made our day very seamlessly special. On the day of our wedding, she was prompt and ensured both of us were timely at the venue. Jenny was amazing with our guests, providing everyone a warm welcome and direction during our wedding day. Best decision we made
Who wants to be stressed on the day of their wedding? Unless you must be in control of everything as it's going on, having a coordinator will make things run smoothly and allow you to enjoy your big day. That's not to say just anyone can get the job done right though. You need someone who knows what to do and be able to anticipate and prepare for what you haven't even thought of that can go wrong to prevent it. Jenny was already highly recommended by our caterer and has a lot of experience with our venue, but after meeting with her in person we knew she would be the one for us. Just the from initial meeting, we felt less stressed and more at ease. She was very responsive and patient with us as we had changed our seating chart many times and sent many last minute changes to the schedule. Even though we hired her to be the "day of" coordinator, she helped with checking on all of the vendors ahead of time to ensure everything will be smooth on the day of our wedding. This was definitely more than we expected. Hiring Jenny was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! -

There is always hesitation when deciding to get a wedding planner for your wedding. I’m SO GLAD I got over that hesitation quickly because I couldn’t haven’t done this without Jenny and her team. I owe my sanity to her! She had everything clearly laid out to us for timelines and what was a must for the big day. She carefully listened to everything we wanted, with our budget in mind. Everyone Should Book JenEvents!
I got married married this past January and I could not have done it without the JenEvents team. Right after I got engaged, I knew I needed help with all the ins and outs of wedding planning (there is so much that goes into planning that brides don't realize). Jenny and Crystal were lifesavers. Throughout the planning process they helped me find vendors in my price range, kept everything organized, and made sure I was on task with planning. I received plenty of emails and texts from them that really helped me stay calm and organized through the whole process. Jenny was even able to research and sort out an issue with a fraudulent vendor that I had booked and was able to help me find a new one. The day of my actual wedding went so smoothly because Crystal and her assistant handled everything! Other vendors even complimented me on how professional and organized my wedding coordinators were.

The best planner in the biz!
I reached out to Jen a year before my wedding to have her help me with my full wedding planning + coordination. Let me tell you- it was the absolute best decision I could have ever made! When my husband and I started the wedding planning process--we knew absolutely ZERO about weddings or what needed to be done- or even what kind of wedding we wanted. From the very first time that we spoke with Jen she made us feel perfectly at ease. Jen is the kindest, most resourceful and patient person- she kept me organized, on track and sane through the entire wedding process and was so nimble and accommodating when we changed our mind about various details last minute. She helped me select the absolute BEST vendors, helped me keep track of all the invoices and schedules, and helped me bring to life all of the ideas I had that I had no idea how to execute.
On the day of my wedding- I cannot tell you how many people came up to me to tell me what a smooth and well thought out event it was! And let me tell you, it had nothing to do with my husband or myself- and had everything to do with Jenny and the well-orchestrated event she created for us. Completely Took Care of the Details
JenEvents helped us plan our wedding from top to bottom including the big items like venue, catering, officiant, etc. She was able to help us quickly identify the vendors we wanted and get things nailed down. However it was in making sure all the small things were handling where she blew us away. Things I didn't think about before the wedding. But the day of the wedding all I could think about were all these little details that I hadn't done but that JenEvents had taken care of it. Best Investment of Our Wedding
Simply put, Jenny is the best! Hiring Jenny as a partial planner for our wedding was easily the most important thing we spent our money on. Jenny was there whenever we needed to bug her via text, email or phone. She tackled whatever task we needed help with and really helped us manage our vendors. Jenny was always willing to attend meetings we had, even if in hindsight really didn't need her, just as support and as an additional set of eyes. We really couldn't have pulled off what we thought was a perfect wedding without Jenny's amazing help. Jenny also brings backup on the day of the wedding depending on the size of the wedding, which was awesome because you felt like you really had a team watching your back - they literally made sure things went off without a hitch (and even if there was a problem, we certainly don't know about it). As a side item, Jenny also put us in contact with one of her colleagues because we wanted to have a first dance routine - so that was a big help too (thanks so much to Crystal obviously). You won't be disappointed if you hire Jenny - she'll go above and beyond what you thought you hired her for - you'll miss her when your wedding is over! -

We're so happy to have selected Jenny as our coordinator and can't begin to thank her enough for her all of her hard work! She is just so absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend her services. She is a professional and understood how important our wedding day was, and handled each minute detail with perfection that exceeded our expectation. Jenny went out of her way to meet us in Los Angeles for our month of consultation. On the day of the event, she was the first one to arrive at the venue, check in with us at the hotel, return to ensure vendor arrival/setup was as discussed, and was the last person to leave. She was always available via email and text message even before our month of coordination package began. She went above and beyond what we could've ever imagined - retained her composure during our rehearsal with the different personalities in our party, carried the brides flats in her bag so she could swap out shoes right after the ceremony, made sure we were taken care of during the reception with foods/drinks, helped the bride change into her reception dress, and so much more. All in all, she was a great help and someone we're very thankful to have met.

Where do we even start?! We truly can't express how awesome Jen is. Her attention to detail is one of a kind, from the first initial phone call that we had with her, to the first email we received, it was filled with the smallest details we described. That's when we knew she was the one who was going to help us get through the last few months of planning and execute our vision.
She's so quick to respond and find a solution to any issues or dilemmas we had.
From Planning, followup, coordinating with vendors, timeline adjustments and suggestions, pre-setup, rehearsal, setup, execution, and even clean up - Jen didn't miss a beat. We can't thank you enough for making our day go off without a hitch! We've received so many compliments from our guest on the coordination. We truly picked the best of the best. Thank you a million times for making our dreams a reality!-

First off, JEN IS THE BEST!!! We had our wedding August 26th, 2017 and Jen was our wedding planner. She was super easy to work with. Very responsive by phone, text, and email. She took care of finding all the vendors, setting up the contracts, making the phone calls, the budget, seating arrangements, hotels, and all the small details you would normally never think of. She is in consent contact with all the parties involved. Jen is a true professional. She is very hands on and lightens the burden. She is a one stop shop.
I researched several wedding planners prior to settling on Jen. I found that NOT all wedding planners take you from the beginning of the process to personally being there on the wedding day. Plus, Jen brought two additional assistants on the wedding day and she was the last person there at the end of the night.
If you are planning a wedding, you need a wedding planner, straight up. There is too much nonsense not to have a dedicated person to handle all the details. Jen is that person!
This review is from a real customer, the groom, who had no interest in planning a wedding, but had too because my wife’s schedule was too busy.
I have never written a review for anything, but this was a must.

We highly recommend Jenny as a wedding coordinator. Jenny was our day-of coordinator for our wedding at the Richard Nixon Library in December 2016. Even though she was just “day-of,” we first met with her in person seven months before our big day. We also met with Jenny at our wedding walkthrough, one month before, and at the ceremony rehearsal, the day before. Jenny was readily available by phone, texting, emails, and in person; she was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns, and expertly coordinated all of our many vendors months in advance. We were most impressed when we found out that there was a chance of rain on our wedding day; Jenny kept in constant communication, and coordinated moving our ceremony into the ballroom of the Nixon Library, which turned out even better than we expected. On the day of the wedding, we felt comfortable with Jenny coordinating all vendors, including setting up votive candles, drapes for the ceremony, setting up the receiving area, and ensuring that we stuck to our very busy wedding schedule. Jenny made our special day perfect. -

Jenny is such an amazing person, always positive, responsible and eager to help brides:) I don't know how many emails we exchanged but she always reply me back right away and she was my life savor during whole wedding planning process. My wife and I were unsure if we could, and / or should, hire a third party wedding planner. Due to costs, we decided against it and we ecstatic to hear that the Nixon library would provide a "day of coordinator" to ensure that the event went smoothly for both us and the venue. Jenny was quick on her feet, attentive to the extreme, and enthusiastic to be a part of our day, her positivity was infectious! I can't recommend the Nixon Library more for a wedding that is regal and proper! -

Jenny is a rockstar! Our photographer recommended her and as soon as we met, I knew she would be perfect for us based on her personality & professionalism. I wanted someone who was fun, chill, flexible & detail-oriented, and she was exactly that! Even though we hired her as our day-of-coordinator, she truly went above and beyond, planned and coordinated everything for us from months on out. She made the whole wedding planning process a breeze for us by proactively reaching to each of our vendors on all the day-of necessities and collecting any required documents for our venue at the Trump National Golf Club. She created a timeline for us from the day we met and updated it as soon as there were any changes. Jenny is an awesome communicator--straight to the point, yet detailed enough and gets the job done ASAP. She took all the stress/pressure off of us, so I'm truly grateful for her and to say that our both our planning process & wedding day was so easy! On the big day, she managed all of our vendor and made sure she was the direct point of contact. Anything we needed, Jenny and her team got it done without bringing ANY stress upon us. That just goes on to prove her professionalism in coordinating weddings. THANK YOU JENNY!! :) -

Jenny was AMAZING! She kept the entire process on track - from months before to the few days after! Did we throw her some "interesting" curve balls? OF COURSE! What's a wedding without a challenge for the coordinator. Nothing phased Jenny. She "trained" us to use her by going above and beyond sooo many times by taking tasks off our plates. She constantly checked in with us to make sure we were on schedule (give aways, booking and deposits with vendors, candy bar ingredients... I could go on and on... and on). The day of... lets just say, Jenny is an absolute angel. She kept us on time, too the minute and without us losing the feel of the day... Truly allowed us to be present and enjoy the moments as they came and not just rushed through the agenda. All of her recommendations for other vendors were also spot on! The photographer, the videographer, DJ etc) were perfect for us! Jenny was there to make sure that our wedding was truly the perfect wedding. Thanks Jenny!!

My husband and I are very blessed to have met Jenny at the Nixon Library open house wedding event last summer. We attended the open house with ZERO knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes of planning a wedding and when we briefly spoke to Jenny and asked her a few questions, we immediately knew that we wanted her to be on our team. Jenny is confident, experienced, reliable, and very personable. She does what she says and will always be there when you need her. It's really hard these days to find someone who you can truly rely on and have a strong connection with so there is no doubt in our mind that we will be keeping her on our team for other future event coordination. She was definitely an important building block to our Lego themed wedding and we are so grateful for such an amazing and memorable day!

Jen was the coordinatoe for my wedding in Jan 2016. She was excellent and can work with many different personalities which i feel to be very essential. I can not enough great things about her. I would gladly recommend her to any bride. -

My husband and I live in Orange County and got married in San Diego on January 9, 2016. We started researching and reading reviews on coordinators; there were so many different options. A coworker of mine referred me to Jenny at JenEvents. The first time I called and spoke with Jenny, she was extremely friendly and very flexible. My husband and I met with her and immediately felt a connection. She was amazing. She brought things to our attention that we hadn’t even thought about. We immediately signed the contract and put down our deposit. Jenny is very prompt and her communication is awesome. I would call and/or text her to check in or ask a question and would get an immediate, helpful and friendly response. We met with her a couple of times before our wedding and each time we left our meeting, we would have huge smiles on our faces. We felt very confident that Jenny was going to make sure our day was perfect; and it was. She did not charge any travel fee which was a huge shock and very nice. She drove 90 minutes on Friday for rehearsal and again on Saturday for wedding day. Each day, she was early and we were so happy to see her. She brought a sense of calmness and security to us in what can be quite stressful, hectic and emotional time. Our families are loud and can be difficult to get their attention; Jenny was able to gather everyone to be calm, let them know exactly what was going to take place for rehearsal and the wedding day. From set up to clean up, she was awesome. Her attention to detail is beyond outstanding. The best day of our life was perfect and a huge credit of that is due to Jenny. Thank you so much! -

Jenny was my wonder woman for our special day! From literally day one, Jenny gave us her full attention, advice, ideas, support, etc. She was willing to answer all my bride questions at all times of the day or week. Any time I wanted to have a wedding meeting she was there for us! The day of our wedding Jenny was there by my side the entire time. Before the wedding started, Jenny was contacting me throughout the day asking how I was feeling. She really cares! And that is what makes her different and special! Those small simple thoughts or questions you are worrying about, Jenny had all the answers! She is amazing, very thoughtful, excellent with time management and a great friend! My wedding was perfected because of Jenny! Jenny made my wedding calm, smooth, and fun! I highly recommend JenEvents! No don't about that! :) -
