The Best Decision We Made: Hiring Jen!
There are not enough thank yous in the world for Jen! We planned our wedding in less than 6 months, and I was adamant that I did not need a planner. But as planning quickly progressed, we realized how necessary it was to have a sounding board and someone who has genuine experience with weddings (even non-traditional ones like ours). My initial plan was to only use Jen as a day-of-coordinator, but you need someone who is familiar with you and with your vendors to properly execute the big day and I’m so appreciative that Jen customized a package tailored to our planning/day-of needs. We found Jen with a quick google search and had a response to our inquiry within an hour. That was already a telling sign for how on-the-ball she would be; after our intro call, I knew we were in good hands and had a great partnership ahead. Jen went above and beyond during the planning process while simultaneously letting me take the lead. When we encountered a few roadblocks with our non-traditional dreams at Nura, a Brooklyn restaurant, she had great ideas and solutions to stay true to what we envisioned while also ensuring it would be executed properly. Fast forward to the day-of and she was beyond phenomenal! When I showed up, the setup was ahead of schedule and very stress-free, which set the tone for the entire event! Throughout the night, she made sure we always had a drink in our hands, that we ate when there were breaks, she bustled my train like a pro, and overall, we (and our families) felt so taken care of. I am so lucky to have connected with Jen and couldn’t recommend her enough!-

Wonderful Experience - Professional, Organized, and Reponsive
My partner and I engaged Jen as a month-of coordinator for our wedding in Brooklyn. It was by far the best thing we spent money on for our wedding to keep our stress levels down and make our day a success! We were so grateful to work with her - she was organized, professional, and responsive. She did a great job communicating with our vendors, and kept thing running smoothly on the day of the wedding. The only thing we would have done differently is engaged Jen earlier in the planning process! Thanks so much, Jen. -

Jen was pivotal to our wedding day running smoothly. We hired her for month of coordination and she dove right in, orchestrating all of our vendors to keep everything organized. She filled in all the gaps - from queuing up music, ushering guests to the next portion of the evening, moving florals, keeping us on schedule and so much more. Jen is so kind, detail oriented, and our day wouldn't have gone so well without her. Thank you Jen! -

Couldn’t have done it without her!
We had the pleasure of working with Jen for our 2026 wedding! She was so lovely and organized throughout the whole process and made us feel taken care of. We had to pivot venues 4 months prior due to a cancellation and she made us feel at ease when we were going through it! We cannot recommend her enough. She also helped with our rehearsal the day before and helped with coordinating so that everyone felt prepared. During the day of our wedding she took such great care of us, the timeline, the decor, and collaborating with all vendors. Truly so thankful for her, because our wedding went flawlessly 🥰 -

Jen is the best!
Jen is an amazing coordinator and our wedding day was perfect all thanks to her. We hired her as a day-of-coordinator but she got involved in the weeks leading up and took over the vendor coordination, ironing out all of the things we didn’t know we needed to do that would have caused surprises on the wedding day. Her expertise and guidance helped us realize our vision and our wedding day ran so smoothly. We were able to be truly present with our guests and enjoy every moment while Jen handled everything else. The schedule she helped us make ran so smoothly and every vendor was so well organized thanks to Jen’s know-how. We can’t sing her praises enough or recommend her any more highly. Jen is truly the best! -

Simply the Best
Jen is absolutely wonderful! The first time I met her, she gave off a great vibe and instantaneously made me feel that “You’re in excellent hands” feeling. As we prepared she took detailed notes and asked specific questions to ensure that she could deliver on my vision- esthetically and logistically. Shes incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. Our wedding couldn’t have been more seamless. Her efficiency and organization skills- impeccable; but what makes Jen so special is her kind nature and cool air. She understands the assignment and makes everything a breeze. She’s simply the best.-

Can't imagine anyone better
Man oh man, Jen Neal. We are SO BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND HER.
Firstly, my wife is a little Type A. In fact, she’s the most organized and logistically sound person I know, a literal director of operations and logistics professionally. So we were generally of the mind that, with her go-getter-ness and litany of google sheets, plus wells on wells of likes and dislikes from past weddings, we’d be in a good place. Fast forward, we were not in a good place. Granted, our wedding was nontraditional and we had 5-6 months to plan it, but we were running into logistical hurdles that were just over our (her) head. So after a quick google search, we found Jen, who responded to our inquiry within the hour. We immediately hopped on a call and emitted a massive exhale. Jen was exactly what we needed—a coordinator with loads of experience who could be a sounding board for my wife, reality check, and general executor on our behalf. She took care of us. So responsive to emails, to us and on our vendors (she got on our vendors). So generous with her time. In fact, we initially connected with her to simply be a “Day-Of” coordinator, but she ultimately did so much more than that. On the actual day, everything went extremely smoothly, which was not easy given the size of the restaurant, timing constraints with the band, and everything else that comes with doing a wedding relatively nontraditionally. It’s incalculable the amount of stress that Jen Neal relieved/prevented for us. We are so indebted to her and couldn’t speak highly enough about her! -

Thoughtful, kind, helpful coordinator!
Working with Jen Neal is the best thing you can do to set yourself up for success with your wedding day. I hired her to be my Day of Coordinator.
She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and so very helpful!
I initially intended to hire someone to work behind the scenes to help keep wedding events on track, things like - cue our speakers, escort guests to and from cocktail hour. But it quickly became apparent in planning that Jen does so much more!
Right from the start, Jen listened to my thoughts and intentions. She understood my vision and took the time to really know me, so the end result felt totally aligned with me and my husband.
In planning, Jen was always just an email or text away. While she is titled the “day of” coordinator, she was involved in our wedding planning for months before! Jen attended my venue walk through with my (now husband) and me, so she could learn about the space and my preferences. She offered helpful suggestions like which type of microphone to purchase and a smart idea on how to set my hightop menus.
She helped me to think of questions other vendors could ask to help me prepare. She also provided wonderful recommendations for vendors which I felt was helpful because they were already vetted and trusted.
At many points throughout planning, Jen checked in to make sure that my vision was being held and that I felt heard.
Jen has wonderful communication and sets clear expectations which I loved. She also contacted all of my vendors in advance to check on their arrival time and asked them what they needed to be successful. Jen put together a timeline that my vendors and family followed perfectly to the hour. The timeline ensured we kept to schedule and didn't miss anything.
I'm organized by nature, and Jen’s additional tools really set me up for success. Jen set up our table top decorations and cake table that looked better than I could have dreamed- simply by referencing screenshots and inspiration photos that I sent her.
I arrived at my venue and Jen was welcoming and already in motion. She worked with my florist to save a bit of money for me, and set up the flowers and my decorations perfectly.
During the ceremony and reception, Jen's work was felt but she was very delicately behind the scenes. She somehow always showed up when I needed her. Jen actually provided my husband and me with water throughout the day, making sure we stayed hydrated which was so nice!! And she answered some questions that came up literally during our reception.
I told Jen that I was going to return an item I purchased to Amazon, and she packed it up beautifully in original packaging to make the return a breeze! I didn't even ask her to do that, she just went above and beyond.
It was Jen who saw me before I walked down the aisle, Jen who helped me and my family pack up before we left the venue. I trusted her so much on my wedding day and I am thrilled that she was a part of it.
In the end, Jen feels like a friend I've known for years. She feels like my sister who happens to be a wedding planner. I feel so lucky that I found Jen, and I wish the same for all of you. She helped me feel calm and in control on the best day of my life. -

Super thankful to have had Jen as our day-of coordinator
Jen was our day-of coordinator and helped ensure things were tracking well in the lead-up to our event. She was great to have in a walk-through where she helped us think of things we wouldn't have known to ask the venue, and took meticulous notes. She also helped us put the floral arrangements together which looked great and took some stress off our plate. Thanks so much Jen! -

Simply the Best!!!
Jen is truly the reason that my wedding went as smoothly as it did and I can’t thank her enough for her professionalism, her calming nature, caring enough about us/day and the thought she put into absolutely everything. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband, myself and each of our vendors were properly supported from the month of to the day of. There were so many things I had never even thought to think of and Jen always knew what to ask, took diligent notes and created a timeline that even our vendors were raving about. Our family also noticed how smoothly everything went and even they raved to us about her!! She carved out moments for our parents so they always knew what the next steps were and whenever anyone needed something on the day, she was on it. I think back to that day and it makes me so emotional because she truly was the best and took all my worries away so that we were able to enjoy every second. Jen helped to ensure we have such happy memories of the day and for that we are forever grateful.
I never thought I needed a coordinator but I definitely needed Jen Neal and you do too!! She’s amazing!! -

You might think you don't need Jen at your wedding. You're wrong!
Our wedding venue mandated that we hire a day of coordinator, and I confess I had no idea what that meant. They recommended Jen and after our first conversation, I started to have an inkling that they might have been on to something. Jen is a genius -- no detail goes unconsidered, she knows exactly when to gently ask a question and when to make sure to protect you from unwanted noise. In our particular case, she managed to make sure all of the disposable cameras we'd left scattered for guests were returned to us at the end of the night (how!), she noticed no one was recording my dad's speech and jumped in to record it and sent it to us before we'd even realized the oversight (miracle!) and when we had an unexpected guest turn up she solved the problem before I even knew it existed. Oh, and we had planned our wedding in 2 months and yet somehow Jen made it feel like we'd spent years getting every detail right. Hire her!! -

Jen is incredible.
Jen was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. No matter how glowing of a review this will appear to be, it can not perfectly describe how great Jen was as our day-of-coordinator. Jen is incredibly professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She wrangled our vendors with patience and with a firm grasp. She prevented embarrassing moments. She corrected where others slipped up. She provided a level of calm when we were feeling overwhelmed. If anyone reading this decides to hire Jen for their wedding, they're going to be in good hands. 10/10. Five stars. Two thumbs up -

Look no further! We love Jen.
When friends of ours heard we hadn’t hired a day-of coordinator yet, they urged us to write Jen immediately, telling us how her help was the best money they spent in their entire wedding process. We didn’t really understand what a day-of coordinator did, exactly—we’d planned the rest of the wedding ourselves and assumed we could figure it out. It turns out that the right coordinator does SO MANY THINGS! From the first conversation with Jen, we were sold. She is warm, professional, and super knowledgeable, with answers to all our questions and with solutions in mind. In our walk through with our venue, she asked questions we’d never considered, and she organized our timeline for the day, coordinating with other vendors, making sure everything was seamless. Just before the ceremony, as we waited nervously to be called up to walk down the aisle, she texted to let us know it was time, and when I forgot my bouquet, she recovered it (somehow!) in 60 seconds. We trusted her immediately, and she helped us feel relaxed and at ease so we could fully enjoy the day we’d spent so many months planning. Her communication is quick and thorough and she’s just a truly lovely, genuine person we felt so lucky to have shared such an important day with. We received so many compliments about her from friends and family. Look no further! Jen is the best. -

It wasn’t for more than a second, that I thought wow, after a year and a half of trying to curate the perfect wedding…this is how this is going to end.. with me not being able to help and get everything done that needs to get done to put on a perfect wedding. Like I said, it was only a moment and then you jumped in and I wasn’t nervous, I wasn’t worried, I actually was able to take the wedding pretty much off my mind and focus on my health. I just can’t thank you enough for letting me (us, my family) take that time to focus on what matters most. As Dillon said, I know my mom already made it clear through her payment. Seamless wedding, thanks to Jen!
Jen was amazing for our wedding day, as well as the lead-up to it, and we were so glad we booked her -- from day one on the initial call, she was responsive and extremely detail-oriented. On top of her professionalism, she always had a warmth about her that made her feel like she was just a super organized friend there to help you on your big day. She did the walk-through with us of the venue and asked questions of the venue/event manager that we did not even think to ask (but that proved to be so crucial later on). Whenever we had questions leading up to the actual day of the wedding, Jen made sure to respond to us quickly and thoroughly, offering her own ideas and advice from her personal experiences, especially in terms of the timeline. On the day of the wedding, I truly don't know what we would have done without Jen. She was professional, confident, cool and calm under pressure (and the chaos of us running slightly behind schedule), and was on top of setting out all the decor perfectly and wrangling all the vendors in a seamless way. In the midst of everything, she went above and beyond to personally escort our dog after the ceremony to our room and got her fresh chicken from the hotel kitchen to snack on (lucky pup!). We didn't have to spend any energy at all thinking about the vendors or the flow of the day because Jen was there to proactively manage everything, both planned and unplanned. At the end of the night, she had even packed up all of our decor and had them sent up to our room so that it was easy to take with us the day after. We would highly recommend Jen to be your day-of or month-of coordinator. She was the best! -

Perfect Army base wedding
Jen was our dream come true as a day of coordinator! She was professional and paid attention to detail. She thought of items I missed and kept all of my vendors organized. I never had to worry about a single detail on the day of as Jen was well prepared before the big day. She made sure to look over pictures and descriptions of decor so that it was set up to my liking and she executed it all flawlessly. I got married on a US Military Army base which made logistics a little tougher and Jen handled it all with poise, grace, and professionalism. Thank you Jen!-

Best choice for wedding day-of coordinator
We are SO glad that we had someone on our team that was professional, experienced, proactive, and organized. Starting a few weeks before our wedding, Jen was on top of everything and super communicative, responding to questions shortly after I sent them. She was attentive to details that we didn't even think about. Not only was hiring a day-of coordinator the right move, choosing Jen was the even better move. It was great to have a point person on the day we just wanted to enjoy and not worry about, and it was comforting knowing that Jen would be able to attend to any issue that arose. Great experience
Jen, our wedding planner, was an absolute gem. With her at the helm, I was able to enjoy every moment without a single worry. I simply handed her the reins on the day of, armed with instructions and a suitcase of meticulously organized essentials like table/seat names. Jen effortlessly orchestrated everything, seamlessly setting up decorations and ensuring the smooth flow of events, all while allowing us to focus on family photos. Jen did an excellent job of catching our blind spots in terms of planning out our schedule for the event, communicating with vendors, keeping tabs on the flow of the evening, and flagging anything else that came up throughout the night. Between our two huge families, she made sure that everything was able to run smoothly. Jen did a fantastic job. She made sure that everything was set up correctly, and without her we could not have had a successful wedding where we could focus on our guests and having fun! Jen was incredible from the moment I first contacted her inquiring about a day of coordinator. She was responsive, professional, and had a really wonderful energy about her. I'm in a PhD program, working full time, all while planning this wedding- needless to say I was constantly feeling chaotic and scattered but meeting Jen eased a lot of that stress for me. We met at the venue about a month before the big day and went over my vision/plans for everything. Jen took detailed notes, sketched out the venue and seating plans I had communicated and executed all of the above seamlessly on the day. Not once during my wedding was I worried or stressed- Jen handled it all (including making sure I was eating and had a drink!). I highly recommend Jen for all your planning needs!-

From my first email exchange with Jen she was helpful, practical, kind, and genuine.
I first reached out when we were panicking about the cost of catering, and Jen recommended we keep looking around because affordable full-service caterers do exist. Without Jen’s advice we would have either blown our budget or created big headaches for ourselves with a complicated drop-off catering scheme. There were several other times during our planning process where Jen’s expertise kept us grounded.
With a lot of DIY aspects to our wedding I was nervous about how it would all come together, but having Jen on our team was so reassuring. We were pretty organized and hands-on in planning our wedding, so we didn’t originally budget for a day-of coordinator. But Jen’s very fair pricing model didn’t require us overpay for services we didn’t need, & working with her was worth every penny.
During our walk-through with the reception venue (which was not a typical wedding venue & came with a lot of unknowns), she asked great questions and helped everyone get on the same page. From there, everything came together beautifully & we were able to fully enjoy our day without worrying about logistics. If there was anything that went wrong, we didn’t even hear about it. She also organized our grand entrance beautifully—getting 100 people to line up & throw confetti at the same time can’t be easy but, based on the smiles on everyone’s faces in the photos, & our own vivid joyful memories of the moment, she pulled it off perfectly. I cannot express enough how grateful my partner and I are for having Jen as our day-of coordinator. From start to finish, she was an absolute superstar. Our wedding day was nothing short of magical, and it's all thanks to her incredible skills and dedication.
Jen was professional, responsive (probably the most responsive vendor we’ve had, you will NOT need to chase her at all), calm yet warm. We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at the Wythe hotel in Brooklyn, NY. Even though she was only supposed to cover the wedding day, Jen got involved weeks before the wedding to make sure she has all the details covered. Jen's communication throughout the planning process was outstanding. She was always just a message or email away, promptly answering our questions and offering valuable suggestions. I consider myself a very proactive and responsive bride, but there had been multiple times when Jen jumped on cases already before I even saw the email threads. She also really listened intently to our vision and made it her mission to bring it to life. Her attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every aspect of the day was flawlessly executed. The bottom line is — Jen was ALWAYS there for us, and that’s probably the most important thing you’ll need from a day-of coordinator.
On the day of our wedding, Jen was a true hero. She orchestrated the entire event with finesse, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Her calm presence was what every couple needed for their special day. Because of her, we were able to fully enjoy our day, knowing that everything was in capable hands. Throughout the night, Jen was there, but not in anyone’s way. My MOH texted me the next day just to tell me how impressed she was by Jen’s work (and note, coming from my MOH, the bar is HIGH). We had brought a lot of personal items and decorations to the wedding. And let me tell you — Jen did NOT miss a thing. From our seating chart (which she later wrapped in cardboard box to ensure it wouldn’t be damaged), to candle holders, to numerous small signs, and etc., Jen packed everything for us after the midnight. We didn’t need to answer a single question and were able to enjoy our after party thoroughly.
Our wedding day was a dream come true, and we owe it all to Jen. She went above and beyond in every way possible, and we can't thank her enough. If you're looking for a day-of coordinator who is not only incredibly talented but also genuinely cares about making your day perfect, Jen is the one. We wholeheartedly recommend her, and we are forever grateful for the unforgettable memories she helped create.

Couldn’t have pulled off our dream wedding without Jen
Jen was fantastic and an indispensable part of our wedding weekend. We forgoed the traditional wedding planner and organized everything ourselves, what we quickly realized is we would need someone to handle the day of organization. Not only did Jen excel at handling things as they cropped up she also helped us prepare for things we had overlooked in the planning process and really ensured we had the smoothest day possible. HIRE JEN! There are no details/disasters she can't handle
We hired Jen as our day-of-wedding planner and it was the best idea ever. The venue actually had its own day of planner and kind of suggested it wasn't necessary to have both ... umm, wrong.
Jen handled everything we needed to have done, reviewing my (perhaps overly-detailed) instructions and making sure they were executed as I had hoped they would be. She handled a few last-minute almost disasters and was incredibly kind and compassionate throughout it all. You won't regret hiring her. it's a no brainer so just do it! -

Everything you want in a coordinator
We hired Jen as our day of coordinator for our wedding in Brooklyn. She has the perfect personality for the job - she's calm under pressure, super organized, and very easy to get along with. I'm super Type-A and wanted someone who would keep us on schedule, which is exactly what she did. She made sure everything went smoothly, from making sure the venue was set up exactly as we pictured, to ushering us from event to event. She even stuck around to help us clean up since we couldn't leave anything at the venue after our wedding. Kept Our Wedding Stress-Free & Running Smoothly
Jen was absolutely awesome. We hired her as a day-of planner but as soon as we started working together she had shared folders & docs set up so we could start organizing everything. This made it super easy when it came time to ironing out all the details. A few weeks before the wedding we met up for a walk-through and went through a bunch of details I wouldn’t have even thought to think about. Jen guided us through a lot of the last-minute decisions we needed to make about timelines & vendor arrivals. On the day of the wedding Jen took care of everything so we didn’t have to stress about things like vendor arrivals & set-ups. I am a bit of a control freak but I’m so happy I trusted Jen’s expertise because everything turned out perfectly. During the ceremony & reception Jen was always there when we needed her - to ask a question or make a last-minute request. She made sure the evening ran smoothly but was also flexible when we changed things up a bit here and there on the fly. So Grateful
As a bride-on-a-budget, I hired 15+ vendors while my (now) husband did the DIY decor. The one thing we knew we couldn’t do was to coordinate the wedding on the day of and decided we needed professional help. I hired Jen based on the great reviews from different wedding sites and had a great gut feeling about her. We communicated over email and her response rate is amazing. Jen answered all of my questions however silly or anxious or super-stressed-sounding they may be. She kept me organized and helped streamline the “day of” timeline. She contacted some of the vendors that hadn’t confirmed delivery or arrival time the week of the wedding. And on the big day, she took care of payments, tipping, corralling our families for photos, kept us on schedule, helped us cut the cake because somehow we didn’t know how, fixed my bustle!! (yes, she can sew too!) and helped gather our personal things for next day pick up. We were able to enjoy our wedding and soak everything in. I reached out to Jen only a few weeks before my wedding, after a friend-of-a-friend backed out as our wedding planner. Jen quickly understood the particular needs of our wedding and helped me figure out some of the details. She also helped coordinate the timeline with our vendors before the big day. I can not say enough about how hiring Jen was the best decision I made, possibly out of any decision I made during wedding planning. After I reached out to her and we started talking I knew she was going to be a good fit. She is so kind but also clearly on top of her game and is the perfect balance of gentleness and directness that you want for someone coordinating your wedding day.
As far as brides go, I was very chill but also a logistical nightmare. Jen was so good at really talking to me and understand what I wanted, and then helping me to organize my thoughts and make sure everything happened like I imagined it. It made me feel so much better just knowing that I had someone on my team who was really on the same page and committed to making everything go smoothly.
On the day of Jen was seriously a dream. She navigated our families, and all of the vendors, and the bridal party with so much grace (which, tbh, was no easy task). The whole day, my (now) husband and I were able to be in the moment and have any questions, comments, and concerns directed to Jen and filtered through her so that we could really enjoy the day. Everything went seamlessly and I could not be happier with our our wedding day turned out.
If you are going to cut corners in wedding planning, don't let a coordinator be what gets omitted, because I really think that it makes all the difference in the bride and grooms headspace.

We were so happy to have Jen coordinate our wedding for us. We are both designers, so we had specific ideas about everything from table settings, flowers, lighting and all the minutiae that went along with it and Jen helped us make it all a reality. You are so busy with other things on the actual day of the wedding, that it was such a relief to walk into the room before the ceremony and see everything just how we imagined it. I hired Jen Neal for my wedding this previous Sunday evening to be my Day of Coordinator. All I can say is fantastic! Working with Jen was a dream. I wasn't sure I needed a coordinator as my fiance and I are really hands on and wanted to do a DIY party, but honestly I could not have done it without Jen. From the start she got my vision and let me be as weird and nontraditional as I wanted to be without judgement. Jen did an excellent job as my day-of coordinator. I rented a space, so I needed a lot of help setting up decor beforehand, and taking it down after. Jen was easily the best money I spent on my wedding!!
While in the planning stage she had some great suggestions and provided pictures and instruction along with her ideas. Her responses to emails and calls were fast and clear, and she took great care to go over all of the details with me beforehand so she knew my vision and could execute it flawlessly. Or as flawlessly as one can with a meddling mother and missing card box! But Jen kept calm, handled my family well and solved any issue that came up, so I was able to relax and not worry about all the morning-of minutia while I was getting ready.
During the ceremony Jen was there to coordinate with and direct the vendors (photographer, videographer, officiant, and musician) and kept the communication flowing so that everything started on time with everyone in the right places (not easy with some many people to direct!). She came several times to the car I was waiting in to keep me calm, reassured, and updated. Jen and her assistant cued the musician to transition through the prelude, bridal march, and postlude, gave the bridesmaids and groomsmen the cues to walk, and finally cued my father to get me for our walk. She was so in control that the whole ceremony went off without a hitch!
The decor was just what I had envisioned, and Jen was even kind enough to lend us a few cake plates for our dessert table! She paid such close attention to detail, which I appreciated, as I had a LOT of details! Everything was absolutely gorgeous, I could not be happier.
My father even praised her when I was speaking to him after the wedding, as he went early and observed her setting up, and said she was being very thorough and precise with the decor and very proactive with the vendors.
I can't stress enough how much of an asset Jen was in making my wedding day beautiful, relaxed, and enjoyable. -

My mother and I had essentially planned the entire wedding, and Jen came in a few weeks before to learn about all of our details and plans. She was amazing -- from running the wedding rehearsal, to making sure every aspect of our wedding day was perfect. She kept such close watch of the details that even things I had forgotten, she remembered. She was very professional, but also a very nice person to work with. I recommend her to anyone who needs a wedding to be planned or is looking for someone to help on the day-of. -

Jen was great from the start, super nice, prompt in communication, listened and understood what look I was going for and also had great suggestions for our ceremony set up. Our ceremony and reception area looked great and everything was flawless. She was also very flexible--as of the day of (6/12/2011) we weren't sure if we would be able to have our reception outside (we did in the end :). -

Being cost-conscious, we purchased items for the centerpieces at discount stores, on sale & online. We gave the items to Jen, showed her what we wanted the centerpieces to look like, and on the day of the wedding, she assembled everything perfectly. It was such a thrill to enter the reception hall and see the centerpieces laid out so beautifully...exactly as we had envisioned. Jen also handled the many finishing touches that made the event personal & special; smaller centerpieces for the high-top tables around the dance floor, placement of portraits & candles on the mantlepieces, the unique "message in a bottle" table seating cards, etc. Most importantly, she is an absolute joy to work with! -

Saved in the Nick of Time
What can I say. I just wish I had known about her earlier. We're so thankful for Jen for assisting us through what could've been a disaster. She's helped us through coordinating and communicating with the vendors on their needs and how to make it all happen. Saved us through the chaotic last couple of weeks before our wedding. And just happy that it all came together as well as it did with last minute changes from our parents. -
