This review is long overdue, but Jen was absolutely INCREDIBLE! As an out-of-state bride, I was nervous about planning a wedding from afar, but Jen handled everything flawlessly. Finding someone reliable seemed daunting, but from our very first phone call, Jen put me completely at ease. She was incredibly responsive, even with the time difference, and stayed on top of every detail.
Jen truly is the best—you can’t go wrong with her! -

Professional and organized
Jen is amazing! My husband and I hired her a year before our wedding. We had monthly meetings with timelines which helped make it fun and more exciting. Our wedding day was stress, free and worry free because of her and her team I recommend her 10/10. Hire her! -

Incredible!
Jenn’s team at Janova Events is unparalleled. Hiring them to help plan and coordinate our wedding was easily the best decision we made during the entire process. Her advice and guidance was invaluable, but where they really shine is the wedding day itself. We did not have to lift a finger. From setting up/take down, to communicating with the numerous vendors, to ensuring everything went smoothly…the list goes on. All my husband and I had to do was be totally present with our guests and enjoy our day! Some very special touches were when I saw her coming towards me during photos with an entire platter of food…I’ve never been so happy to see a crab cake in my life! And my champagne never was empty. Jenn even gave me the clip out of her hair when I was dancing so I didn’t have to miss a second of the party! Jenn also called our hotel to ensure we made it back safely after the “after-party”, HOURS after we left the venue. Those details are what sets them apart from other planners I’ve seen friends hire- Jenn knew what I needed/wanted before it ever crossed my mind, and ensured it happened with the utmost excellence. Janova Events is worth their weight in GOLD. They went above and beyond, and I recommend them whole-heartedly for every engaged couple! -

Hire Janova Events. Jenn was an absolute godsend to our event. I know virtually nothing about planning an event, and Jenn was out in the trenches with me coordinating all the small details I surly would have missed. We got on biweekly calls to discuss everything that needed to be completed and she’d give me “homework” to get done before our next call. These tasks broken up into manageable pieces were exactly what I needed to maintain sanity. Also, Jenn’s eye for design and color is incredible. I had no idea what napkin fold to choose, because frankly who cares? Well Jenn does, and her choice looked stunning. Also, uplighting? Who knows what color to choose? I sure didn’t. Jenn did. The blush she chose day of looked beautiful with our decor. She is the reason our event went as seamlessly as it did. If I could hire her 10 more times, I would. She made everything about the wedding experience easy, breezy, and beautiful. THANK YOU JENN!!! -

Planner of all planners!
I can’t tell you the magnitude of the stress Janova Events had taken off of us during the wedding! Getting married 3 days after a major hurricane which knocked out power and almost ruined our wedding venue, was far from what I had pictured our wedding to be like. However, Jen made sure she was in contact with me, with vendors, with the venue, and even scrambled through contacts to make sure I was going to have a wedding no matter what! This is the commitment a great planner has to ensure that she is executing the wedding her clients dreamed of! Thank God the venue got power back but the work was far from over, her and her team arrived early to make sure the grounds were tip top, the sound system unfortunately took a hit but Jen made sure to secure the DJ for everything we needed! She took the stress right off of me, as if nothing skipped a beat! She orchestrated my wedding and made sure everything was beyond perfect! From decor, to precession, to organizing the other vendors, to organizing guests, and even cleaning up at the end of the night so I could enjoy my night being newly married. I cannot rave enough about Jen and her team of girls who were rockstars!! They did not miss a beat and I will forever be grateful for the hard team work that took place! 10 stars! You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! -

We could have never curated our wedding without Jenn! We were living in a different state and having Jenn direct and orchestrate the events for the day took so much stress off our plate. Even the day of the wedding we forgot to pick up our cake and desserts, but Jenn saved the day by going to grab them for us a few hours before our ceremony. Hiring Jenn for our special day was by far one of the best decisions we made. -

Amazing Experience with Janova Events!
Janova Events did an incredible job for our day! Throughout the planning process Jenn was professional, receptive to all of our ideas and last minute changes as well as always available when I felt like I was in over my head. She also has a ton of beatific decor that we got to utilize! Jenn and her team went out of their way to ensure that we did not lift a finger on our wedding day. We were amazed at how our vision was brought to life and executed perfectly. 10/10!! -

I hired Janova Events for their day of coordinator services for my wedding in March 2021. I was a DIY Brde and really hesitant asking for any help so I waited until the last minute when I was completely overwhelmed before calling for a planner. Don't wait until last minute like I did. CALL HER TODAY. My main point of contact throughout my wedding process was Jenn. Looking back, I wish I had found her earlier in my wedding planning process. She really helped keep me sane in the month leading up to my wedding. She responded to every text and frantic call I had with patience and professionalism. Her knowledge of various resources I could use to make my day great was also very helpful. The weather appeared it would not cooperate the day of my wedding and Jenn helped us locate and secure a last minute massive tent with setup and breakdown services. Hiring Janova Events also gave me access to various decor to use within my wedding. One of my most memorable things worth mentioning with Jenn is how kind she is and how she goes above and beyond for her brides. As I mentioned earlier, the weather appeared it was going to pour all day the day of my wedding. When we were going over last minute details a few days prior, it was noted I would not have enough tent space for the caricature I had hired. I was running short on time and in a full blown panic. This was one tiny detail, but something that mattered to me. Jenn offered to run to the store and pick up a 10x10 tent for us. The first couple of stores actually ended up being out of stock, but she did not give up. She eventually found a tent and even ordered a couple of clear umbrellas for the wedding party in case it rained during the ceremony. I didnt even think of how ugly the huge colorful golf umbrellas I had would taint our wedding photos, but Jenn did. Having the assistance of this team on my day was truly a blessing. Attached are some photos of the beautiful work they did setting up. They also broke down everything before they went home and made sure all my gifts were brought inside before the end of the night. -

Forever grateful, truly.
Jenn and her team are AMAZING. I am so thankful for all of their help and support. She gave me countless support and guidance leading towards the big day and never made me feel stupid when asking any and all questions about what to expect regarding the decor, timeline, theme or anything at all. The decor was beautiful and we received so many compliments on how our venue looked. I really appreciate the constant communication, whether it was via text or email, Jenn was great to remind me what questions to ask the vendors regarding what to expect, things to remind them or to look for in our existing contracts which really was a great thing for me. Planning and replanning the wedding (replanning because of Covid postponement) it was great that she gave gentle reminders of things I may not had been thinking of.
Truly, greatful and thankful for all of Jenn and her teams hard work. I miss that day, I loved and enjoyed myself that day. And I truly have her and her team to thank for it. Thank you for making our wedding, stress free for myself and my family. -

Janova Events was simply everything I needed in a wedding planner/team. From helping me make decisions to long nights of listening to me vent, Jenn was always there! Can't ask for a better planner thats willing to work around the clock for you, the bride! She had my vision in mind and even got some decor she knew would fit just perfectly. And their large amount of decor is just an added bonus. From start to finish, I never had to worry about a thing, especially on my wedding day! -

Jennifer was very helpful in referring vendors and even helped us get a discount with her preferred vendors. Jennifer has a lot of supplies that will help you save money and is a wiz at making custom signs for anything you may need in your wedding. We had an awful time with the Don Cesar, it is not it is all cracked up to be, it's beautiful but the banquet management staff, short of Amelia who is amazing, are awful and will tell you "no" more than "yes", but Jenn stepped in and helped be our contact with them to alleviate the frustration it was causing us. We had a lot of extras, including a hedge wall with a neon sign and Jenn got it all done. If you want a true partner for your wedding day, Jenn would be perfect. -

If you’re looking for a Pinterest wedding, I highly recommend contacting Jenn! She is so personable and fantastic. She made my day so special and so smooth! The whole process and with all the changes she was quick on her feet and knew exactly what to do. Jenn kept my worries to a minimum. She has so much beautiful decor to work with as well! I’m so glad to have met her! -

JANOVA EVENTS !! I don’t how my wedding would have came together if it wasn’t for Jennifer and her amazing team!! The venue was a completely different space when we walked in !! Absolutely stunning! We got many compliments on how beautiful everything was. Jennifer is a true maid of honor. She came though with an emergency kit of essentials that I didn’t have. !! I thank you so much for creating my dream wedding! Which was the first wedding I’ve ever been too. If I could do it all over again I would definitely choose JANOVA EVENTS -

I want to recommend Janova Events for all of your wedding planning and coordinating needs!! I cannot recommend Jenn enough!!
From the moment we met with her, I knew that we were in great hands. She has sooo many decorations to choose from at no. added. cost! This saved us SO much money. She also has connections with other vendors for more discounted costs. She even put together all of our bouquets which looked like a professional florist! She MORE THAN paid for herself. And that’s not even including the HUGE amount of stress she lifted off of us during the planning process!
On the wedding day, Jenn made sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong, I had no idea. She was always there asking if I needed anything.. she probably asked if I wanted a glass of champagne 10 times haha. She even helped with throwing up my veil for pictures. Seriously, anything I needed her for, she was there.

Best day of my life!
I wouldn’t have gotten married without her! From day one, she made the entire process effortless, allowing me to enjoy the process. I still get people telling me it was the best wedding they had ever been to. All I saw was smiles from everyone the entire night. I wasn’t a pushy bride and let Jen and her team do what they do best and it paid off! Everything exceeded my expectations and my husband couldn’t believe how amazing it all was. We agreed we would do it all over again and change nothing. I’m sure on her end, some things were challenging but I never knew about it and neither did any of my guests. It was the most beautiful wedding I’d ever been to and I can proudly say it was MINE! -

Jenn Dorosh w/ Janova Events is truly an angel. She literally made my Pinterest come to life and was there with me every step of the way. I tell her all the time that’s she’s worth every penny and then some. If you aren’t sure about hiring a Day of Coordinator, I truly think you should consider it bc Jenn not only ran my day smoothly but she provided the decor and even dressed our head table exactly how I envisioned it. Seriously best investment in the whole wedding process. -

Jenn with Janova Events is amazing! She did our Outdoor Backyard wedding a few weeks ago and it was beautiful!! She put so much time and effort to make everything perfect as possible, I've had the pleasure of meeting her a few years back and knew she was an amazing planner.. she helped raise a generous amount of money for our friends little boy who was inneed of a liver transplant! She is truly one of a kind and one of the hardest working ppl I've ever met. All our bouquets/boutonnieres centerpieces and floral arrangements were all handmade with extra thought and love ! You'll love working with Janova Events !!!!!!! -

100000% amazing
Jenn is seriously the best. I legit couldn’t ask for a better coordinator. I was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator since my venue had one but I’m SO happy I did. Our wedding wouldn’t be what it was without her. She doesn’t just work with you day of but months in advanced. Also whoever she recommends to you - USE THEM! She saved us well over $1,000 and I’m sure it would of been more if I booked her sooner. I went MIA for weeks at a time during the planning process. I’m horrible at communicating. I honestly don’t know if I ever even told Jenn exactly what I wanted. There were quite a few things that I forgot to order for the wedding day and I had issues with my printer person but none of that matter. Jenn took care of everything big or small. I was honestly so nervous to see our reception and thought I’d have to quickly move things around but I didn’t have to touch a single thing. For someone that didn’t have all the information on what the bride wanted she KILLED it. I couldn’t find a single thing wrong. Even something as little as the signs printed not fitting in their frames she figured out. We had more decor/favor then we had talked about and she found a perfect spot for everything.! I had some issues with my venue but one thing I can say was everything was gorgeous. I got so many compliments. I will forever recommend Jenn! -

Initially we had some communication issues, which were probably pretty mutual, I think she is still semi-new and she we booked her early on. It was really difficult trying to plan the wedding when I was in Baltimore and she was here. To keep it completely honest, I was a bit nervous having her after that, but OH MY GOSH- everything turned out amazing. I can confidently say my wedding would not have gone so smooth without her. She provided like allllll the decorations and setup/breakdown which paid for her within itself. She handled everything like a champ, and I'm sure she saved the day multiple times. I even specifically remember as the sun went down she had bug spray ready when it didn't even occur to me- and definitely saved me from getting eaten up. I pretty much left the layout up to her for everything and it looked better than what I would've ever came up with. She worked her tail off to insure we had the best wedding ever- which we absolutely did!! A HUGE shout out to her and all of her hard work. We did the partial wedding planning package which I don't think is available anymore because there were mutual questions about what we wanted from each other. For a long distance bride I would've probably done the full planning package because it's a lot of work and stress. But I could not appreciate this wonderful woman anymore for all her dedication on our day. -

I hired Jenn a couple months before the wedding for day of coordinator. She seemed great at first. She did show up late to our first meeting . Then the trip to look at her storage unit she was late again. Then the rehearsal day she was late. She also showed up late the day of the wedding. She brought extra girls including her daughter that I did not account for in vendor meals. She allowed all my food and wedding cake to be thrown away by the caterer with out our knowledge. She doo ppl ent my wedding on the room I got ready in where all the purses were kept for the girls which made them in easy when they went I. To grab money for the dollar dance. She also sternly talked to me about how long it took for my husband to get his food. That he was not aloud up pause on the way past people and interact with them. She did a great job at setting up and taking down the decorations with the help form my grandmother who showed up early since I was concerned but I would not work with her again. -
