Jamie was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to the very end and after!
While I did have alot of the vision for my wedding figured out on WHAT I wanted, she helped tremendously with the HOW to get there. She had a thorough list of every type of vendor you will need that she has worked with in either previous weddings or for personal events!
During the planning process she was a huge help with reminders on things that still needed to get done and also helped with reaching out to any vendors to set up meetings or changes that were needed. Which was a huge help for me as I can be bad at procrastination!
The day of the wedding Jamie is on top of everything as soon as she arrives. There were a few mishaps (like with anything) such as a small patch of rain or a few other things that I didn't even notice until my mom mentioned to me afterwards! She was so helpful in keeping an eye on the weather and knew when to call to push the ceremony back about 30 minutes. (Thank goodness too because it became a down pour and hail right when the ceremony would have started!) But even then got things right back on schedule.
I cannot thank her enough for helping to make our wedding absolutely magical. -

Highly reccomend!
Personal farm tent weddings aren’t easy, especially when a thunderstorm with high winds and hail are expected! Jamie took on the task of pushing my entire wedding a back a day last minute and made the transition seamlessly! Thankful her & her family’s willingness to get things done! -

We have nothing negative to say about Jamie. She was amazing and we couldn’t have done it without her. As the Brides’s mom I can truly say I enjoyed every minute without stress. Our family and friends that saw Jamie in action were amazed at how much we paid for her services. Most definitely worth every penny and more. One of the best decisions I made in wedding planning!
We cannot say enough positive things about Jamie. She was such a pleasure to work with and a wonderful resource through the planning stages--her knowledge and experience was invaluable as we decided on vendors and details for our big day. Our 3/12/22 wedding went off without a hitch, despite the crazy snow, because of Jamie and her flexibility and professionalism. What was supposed to be an outdoor ceremony turned into a beautiful indoor one that blew me away. I am so thankful we made the decision to have Jamie as our coordinator, it is definitely one I would make over and over again! -

There are so many great things that I could list when it comes to JamiEvents! For someone like me who typically does everything herself to avoid being in distress or overthinking , I can honestly say that Jaime was/is my lifesaver. I hired her to be my event planner for my daughters second birthday all the way in Lake Mary, Florida! I am tremendously pleased by how organized, patient and willing Jaime was every step of the way. She is such a beautiful individual inside and out. I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish such a phenomenal 2nd birthday party extravaganza for my pride and joy. There were things that I didn’t even think of that were so important in the planning process. I could count on her to be my second pair of eyes, hands and my voice when planning such a detailed and well thought out party.
Jaime is very transparent and real. She will help you gather your thoughts while planning—whether it’s for a wedding or a birthday party—so everything runs smoothly. And it did!
There was nothing that Jaime couldn’t do, and if vendors were not cooperative—she found a way to make things happen! Jaime is always available and my entire family and I felt like she became part of the family because she was friendly, professional and knows exactly what she is doing. The day of the event would of been completely chaotic without her. I am so grateful that she is also planning for my sisters wedding. I 100% recommend Jaime for your next event. She is the best! If you’re reading this then you’ve found your next event planner!! -

Jamie is AMAZING! We planned our wedding in a different state than we lived in, which was intimidating, but Jamie made our wedding experience the BEST day ever, so stress free! She helped with everything. She has so much knowledge about the area, the best vendors, and coordination and etiquette of all things wedding related! She arranged and attended meetings with all of our potential vendors with us and helped us select an amazing team for our wedding day! Jamie stayed in constant contact with us and each vendor. It was so nice to know that if I had a question, Jamie was there to find the answer! Jamie helped us navigate many changes to our wedding because of COVID, advocated for us, organized the timeline for rehearsal and wedding day, and was there both days to make sure things went flawlessly. Jamie said her whole goal in a wedding is for the bride and groom get to be focused on having fun and getting married, and to be oblivious of any of the stressful things that sometimes go on behind the scenes of a wedding. Jamie completely succeeded with this! On top of being such an awesome wedding Planner and Coordinator, she is such a personable, sweet woman! We loved having her as part of our perfect wedding day! -

Life savor!
Jamie was a life savor for our wedding!! I could not have asked for a better coordinator. At 21 days out, the coordinator I had was not working so I contacted Jamie (after hearing great things about her). She stepped in and was a huge stress relief for me! Before hiring her I was so stressed about the day of details. She is great at what she does! She is organized and efficient, but also lets you make the final decisions. Hiring her is one of the best wedding decisions I made! From the rehearsal dinner to the very end of the wedding, she was amazing. She made our wedding day, and the whole month of as stress free as possible! I would recommend her to anyone!! -

Jamie has been a phenomenal planner. She went above and beyond on every aspect of the wedding and was friendly and professional through all of it. Especially when I (the bride) was not totally organized or on time or on top of things, she was amazing and made it all about me. Jamie thought of everything I was forgetting and made tons of extra effort to make sure every little detail was perfect, down to double-checking tablecloth lengths. She was willing to do anything and everything that was needed and I genuinely cannot imagine trying to execute the wedding day without her help. Even a week after the wedding when I needed to track down a thing or two, I could text her and she helped. Absolutely would recommend her service! -

Jamie is amazing! Jamie is organized, efficient, personable and very cool under fire. We had a bit of rain during the pictures following the wedding and cocktail hour. Jamie and her crew jumped in to move everything necessary and to coordinate the serving of the meal during a rainstorm. She and her assistants had umbrellas handy and walked guests to and from the dining area to the buffet line. She even coordinated the meals to be served to the grandparents so they wouldn't have to walk out into the rain. Eventually the rain went away and the night proceeded on without a hitch. It was her little touches that gave us great confidence and allowed us to enjoy every single second of a beautiful day. Thank you, Jamie! -

Jamie was a life saver at my daughters wedding! I had planned on using a friend to be the coordinator to help cut cost, however the evening of the rehearsal that showed to be a bad decision. I called Jamie last min crying and explaining the position I found myself in. She immediately asked if I would like for her to step in and take control. She did just that. With the help of Jamie I did not have to worry and was able to enjoy my daughters wedding. She was so gracious and professional. I would highly recommend her services!! -
