I cannot say enough good things about working with Jaime for our wedding! We hired Jaime for month of coordination and I cannot tell you the relief I felt when she took over, it made me wish I’d hired her for more of the planning process 😅 it was so worth the money. She is so organized and professional and it was such a blessing to have her take over communication with the vendors, rentals, logistics. Her positive attitude kept me calm and excited. And I don’t know what we would have done without her on our wedding day, having her run the show and keep to the timeline took all of the stress away so we could just enjoy the day. She was our wedding day warrior! I 10000% recommend Jaime for any couples looking for an expert wedding planner/coordinator for their big day! Thank you so much Jaime! -

Couldn't recommend Jaime enough! One of the best decisions anyone could make when picking their vendors. Jaime was present and available and either had all the answers or found them and made pre-wedding feel like we knew exactly what to expect by the minute on the wedding day. Where she really blew us away and went from "definitely recommend" to "don't choose anyone but Jaime" was the day of. Jaime was everywhere and knew every beat of the wedding and anticipated it all. She worked seamlessly with all the vendors and hustled to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. She worked so hard and had so much heart. I can't express how great she was, except for that at the end of the night my wife and I said to each other, "how will we live our lives now without Jaime" and then to Jaime, "We do, Jaime!!". -

We booked Jaime for our wedding in June 2025 and I cannot stress enough how much of a god send she was for us during our wedding planning journey. We booked her partial planning service and she helped us even in the beginning when we had no idea where to start. She was knowledgeable about what our next steps should be, what questions to ask our vendors, and stayed on top of things when we felt the burn out from decision fatigue. Not only is she very organized, meticulous, and responsive, she is such a genuinely kind person. After every meeting or phone call with Jaime, my partner and I would look at each other and say how thankful we were to have her in our corner. Because it truly felt like we had a friend guiding us along this insane process.
On top of all she already does, our venue was being aloof, even leading up to the final days of our wedding. Jaime checked in on us, on me and my mental sanity, and took charge, planning meetings with our venue to help facilitate the logistics. Even then, our venue made promises on things that they did not deliver on during our wedding day, but Jaime and her team stepped in to make things happen. I am sure there are other things that happened on our wedding day that Jaime fixed, but I was blissfully unaware because Jaime handled it. Her family and team are the BEST. She brought along her daughter to learn the ropes, and our guests could not stop gushing about how ADORABLE she was. I will never forget her daughter holding my veil while we took sunset photos, telling me how pretty I looked. I got many compliments that day, but this was a highlight!!
Weddings are truly magical, and my now husband and I owe it all to Jaime. We truly could not have done this without her. Thank you so much, Jaime!! Thank you for your guidance, patience, and calming presence. Thank you for being a part of our journey! We will miss working with you, but we are also glad its over ;) -

Working with Jaime was the best decision we made during wedding planning—hands down. She was not only an incredible partial planner and design partner, but truly the person who made our entire wedding experience feel calm, grounded, and so so so enjoyable. I truly don’t think our day would have been as magical without her.
From the start, Jaime was on top of every little detail. She provided clear, thoughtful lists of everything we needed to think about—paper goods, timelines, signage, and more—and gave us fun, manageable “homework assignments” to help us stay on track. She made the process feel organized and low-stress, without ever losing the fun.
In the final two months, when things ramped up (RSVPs, printer issues, and last-minute decisions!), Jaime was a total rock. She helped gut-check all my worries, handled communications with vendors, and made sure every loose end was tied up. And on the day of the wedding, she was everywhere—guiding guests, coordinating vendors, checking in with us, and keeping everything running flawlessly. I felt present, I ate dinner (!!), and I truly got to enjoy every single moment—because I knew Jaime had it all covered.
Beyond her skill and professionalism, Jaime is just the best person to have by your side. She’s a straight shooter, calm and confident, endlessly affirming, and radiates warmth. My wedding was exactly how I imagined it would be—stress-free, beautiful, and full of so many happy tears—and that’s in huge part thanks to her.
Jaime, we’re so grateful for you. Thank you for giving us the best day of our lives. My only regret is that we didn't get a picture with you!! -

She made everything more perfect.
I’m so glad I decided to work with Jaime during the wedding planning process. She made the whole journey so much easier with her patience, professionalism, and warm, caring personality. I used her partial planning package, and it honestly went above and beyond what I expected.
As a first-time bride, I had no idea how to make my dream wedding happen, but Jaime was super supportive and encouraging during all the vendor meetings. When I told her I had concerns about the catering, she didn’t brush it off. Instead, she told me it was okay to be honest with the hotel and suggested I request another tasting, which made me feel so much more confident. She was like a therapist at times, and I mean that in the best way!
Another big challenge for me was the florals. I had high expectations but no clue where to start. Jaime showed me examples from other weddings at my venue, which helped me start to picture what I wanted. She was so patient while I explored different arch styles, and in the end, I found a design I absolutely loved—something I wouldn’t have come up with on my own.
On the wedding day, things could have easily gone off track. My husband and I are both Asian immigrants, so we had guests who spoke different languages, and some of the vendors didn’t speak much English and were a little stubborn. Jaime handled it all so well. She kept everything on track, reminded vendors of the plan, and made sure every little detail was perfect.
If you’re lucky enough to work with Jaime, you’re in great hands. I couldn’t recommend her more! -

We brought Jaime in as a day of coordinator for my 40th birthday party and she was absolutely fantastic! Jaime was a critical guide for me while living out of state. While we had arranged most vendors, we could not have completed the coordination for the day while accommodating guests and busy toddlers without her. Her support included building out the timeline, working with the vendors, supporting the setup and cleanup, and providing us with last minute vendor options when I decided to up the experience. The memories I will carry from the party is largely due to her. I didn't have to worry about a thing and instead could remain present with my family and closest friends. I couldn't recommend her enough! -

Jaime was above and beyond the best! She constantly kept us apprised the day before and of, never missed a step. From the beginning of the event, she took all the tasks of setting up, assisting the vendors, and making sure everyone knew the timeline, all the details covered! Jamie is an amazing and caring person, would work with her all over again. Wedding at Lake Sonoma
Jaime was so organized and great to work with! She came highly recommended and also had previously done weddings at this venue AND worked with the caterer and dj. She was professional and made sure all guests and bride and groom were comfortable. She made sure that we (bride and groom) had a few moments alone to enjoy and food to eat! Jaime made sure the schedule was on time and helped organize clean up quickly. It was a great wedding thanks to Jaime's hard work. We were out of there by 10:30 (event ended at 10) and we were so pleased with everything. She also sent some great photos and video 💛 Thanks, Jaime! -

We decided to work with Jaime as a "month of" wedding coordinator and I am so glad we did! Jaime ramped up quickly, communicated with our photographer and venue, and was always there when we had a question or couldn't make a decision (you'd be surprised how many decisions you still have to make even when you try to keep things simple!). Because of her expertise and vendor recommendations, our venue looked beautiful and we didn't have to worry about set up or break down. During the reception Jaime paid attention to every detail so that all we had to do was enjoy ourselves with our friends and family. At the end of the night Jaime had already loaded our car for us and returned our rental equipments. I couldn't imagine having our wedding without Jaime's support. I highly recommend working with Jaime! -

While I didn't work with Jaime and her services directly, she manages the events for our reception location, Blue Ridge Kitchen. I cannot speak highly enough about her professionalism, communication, kindness, and willingness to help with every single detail. Having her a part of the team made our day go off without a hitch. She even sent us home with a Mac and cheese care package. Highly recommend her and her services. She is AMAZING! -

We couldn’t have done it without Jaime!
We are so grateful that we found Jaime Tosti to help us plan my daughter’s wedding. The wedding was held at Montage Healdsburg and it was the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever seen. Jaime helped us with ceremony, dinner reception, cocktail reception and everything went so well because Jaime is a very experienced wedding planner. She got us through some unexpected changes like “rain”.
Jaime and the staff at Montage moved the ceremony in the Grand Ballroom and it was
an amazing space. Jaime was helpful to pick up last minute details that I couldn’t do. When I asked her, she was so nice. Thank you Jaime!!!
If you are hiring Jaime, my advice is to trust her because she knows how to do it right. Also, she is nice to work with and very very very professional!!! Hands down to this A++++ wedding planner!! We live Jaime!!!

I got married on October 30, 2022 at the Bodega Bay Secret Gardens Venue. I hired Jaime as my day of coordinator, and I can't say enough great things about her services! We were lucky enough to have Jaime as our day of coordinator & partial planner for our wedding this past spring. Jaime went above and beyond in every way to make our wedding happen and we couldn’t recommend her more highly to any couple!
Jaime was instrumental in our planning process from the very beginning. She recommended great vendors and was always willing to answer questions about the planning process more holistically, including the order in which vendors should be booked, when invitations needed to go out, which items we needed to bring day-of, and so many more details. She also proactively identified our blind spots and worked with us to make sure we gave our guests a great experience regardless. For example, she helped us realize that we needed a tent to keep our guests comfortable at dinner, found us a tent vendor who could provide us one affordably, made multiple trips to our venue to take necessary measurements for tenting, and coordinated a beautiful and comfortable tent setup from design to teardown.
Month- and especially Day-of, Jaime handled all communication with our vendors and ensured we (and our guests) could just enjoy our wedding day. This is especially impressive considering that we were working with an off-the-grid venue requiring lots of extra logistical work (e.g. extra generators, lighting, flooring for a muddy ground given it rained the week prior, etc), and we had two cultural ceremonies to accommodate (Hindu and Christian). There are so many ways in which Jaime’s forethought and organization made all the difference. For example, Jaime had made specific suggestions about how to keep our guests comfortable (e.g. getting parasols on a sunny day) that our family and friends are still thanking us for today (and some have even done for their own weddings since). She made sure our caterer had all the necessary items, managing the rental process end-to-end. The actual wedding day timeline felt seamless due to Jaime’s expert planning and on-the-fly adjustments in light of unanticipated delays (e.g, longer ceremonies, needing more time for photos, etc). And finally, Jaime also managed a fairly complicated clean up process after our wedding (tent included!) and made it easy for our family and friends to collect our personal items the next day.
All in all: Jaime is incredibly knowledgeable, organized, communicative, calm under pressure and kind to everyone she engages with. Choosing her as our coordinator was the best decision we could have made and we couldn’t recommend her more wholeheartedly. Thank you for everything, Jaime! -

We hired Jaime early on in the wedding planning process. She was there throughout it all to help, even through an unexpected venue and date change. Jaime was friendly, communicative and offered great tips and tricks. She was always there to listen, calm our nerves and give advice when asked. Jaime provided excellent vendor recommendations as well, removing all the guesswork. We worked with Jaime for over a year and the entire process was fantastic. Our goal from the beginning of wedding planning was to remove any stress the week of the wedding and especially the day of. We wanted to be present on our wedding day and enjoy time with friends and family. We also wanted our family to be able to enjoy the day as well. Jaime not only helped us meet this goal but completely exceeded it!!! If there were any unexpected hiccups on our wedding day, we were blissfully unaware as Jaime and her team masterfully organized and executed the whole day. Jaime is a passionate, joyful and reassuring person to have on your wedding team. Following our recent wedding of a lifetime, I will miss working with her. Jaime is a wedding rockstar!
We hired Jaime for ‘day-of coordination’ services for our May 2022 wedding at Boon Hotel + Spa in Sonoma.
Unfamiliar with the venue, Jaime jumped right in without hesitation - showing up with a binder dedicated to our wedding details for our tasting and venue walk through 5-months prior to our wedding. She also encouraged me to start copying her on every vendor email, so she’d know the ins and outs of the details I booked once it was to be handed over to her. From that time until exactly 1-month out, she made herself available for calls and emails to help me with any questions that came up as I managed the bulk of planning independently.
Once that month kicked off, I was able to hand over every detail to Jaime and focus on the other many moving parts and emotions as the date neared. Jaime fully took over vendor communications, scheduling, and managing the master timelines for everything I had set in motion.
For the wedding itself, Jaime arrived ready to go on Friday to receive and take over all of the materials I had put together and to coordinate our rehearsal and make sure the welcome party was set up accurately. On our scorching, 90-degree Saturday wedding day, Jaime (and her husband, who she brought along to help out, thank you for that!) worked every detail - as I had meticulously planned it - behind the scenes to allow us to fully enjoy the day and everything that came along with it. We went to sleep after the wedding with all of our belongings and gifts safely stowed away in our hotel room and our signage for Sunday brunch already set out and ready to go without even a thought thanks to Jaime.
As someone said during our wedding about marriage, “it’s the little things”, and this holds true for wedding coordination as well.
Jamie did all of the little things that are too numerous to list here, but I have no notes — she was perfect!
Jaime is incredibly organized, brings a lot of knowledge to the table, and made the wedding a breeze. I highly recommend having a weekend of coordinator regardless of how the rest of the event is planned. -

Beyond every expectation!
From our first conversation to the last hour of the wedding, Jaime was phenomenal. Planning this wedding was monumentally difficult but Jaime was always there to guide us, relieve our stress, and make everything look beautiful. Simply put, we couldn’t have done it without her. Our guests are still telling us it’s the best wedding they’d ever been to. That’s incredible!
I’d recommend Jaime to anyone and everyone planning an event. She has poise, confidence, and is incredibly talented.
She made the entire event come together seamlessly.

Where do I start...Jaime is the absolute best - we could not have gotten married without her (literally)! She guided me through the wedding planning process and helped me reach out and contact other vendors to make sure we were going to have the day of our dreams. Once COVID hit we were thrown for a loop and things changed drastically - we went from a 100 person wedding to a 50 person wedding and then if things could not have gotten worse our venue canceled on us 15 days before our ceremony. Jaime was there the whole time and we could not be more thankful. With 2 weeks before our wedding date we decided to rent a house and elope with only our closest friends, family and of course Jaime. When I say she went above and beyond I am not exaggerating - not only did she help set up tables and chairs, she arranged all of our florals, set place setting, coordinated with the caterers, made sure the boys got to work and gave us a wedding day to look back on and remember forever. We made the best decision hiring Jaime – she is caring, thoughtful, hardworking, organized and overall an amazing person. I highly recommend using her for your wedding! -

Our wedding day was the best day ever!! Jaime was the best in executing all of my ideas. She did an amazing job coordinating with my vendors and setting up the day of. I got to enjoy my wedding day and she handled everything. She even helped deliver some of my flowers when they did not fit in the car to drive them to my venue. Jaime went above and beyond making sure we celebrated and had nothing to worry about.
