Could not have gotten through the most important day of my life without them!!!
We had our wedding in August 2024 and signed Rumi as our head planner in July 2023! We only have positive things to say about her and our experience with the J2r teams. From vendor selection, to venues, to food tasting and decor design sessions. Rumi was there with us every single step away. She had meetings with us on a weekly basis and was great with our parents who joined all meetings!! She was so insightful and had the best advice through the entire process and always had the best recommendations based on our taste!! She really took the stress out of wedding planning and took the burden on herself. The week of the wedding was incredible. Our families were able to be in the moment and had the best time because she took over and ran the events with her team !! Tarak and Jiya really took care of us - Rumi and the team made sure we ate and tried all the food, helped me go to the bathroom in my dress, fixed my makeup, put my veil on, held my lip gloss and jewelry, made sure we got all the pictures, made sure all family members were in the right place and having fun, made sure we got to dance ! Because of them we had so much fun at every single event! I truly can’t thank them enough!! Our wedding would not have been possible without them!

We hired J2R Events for full-service planning for our August 2024, and we worked with Jalpa as our lead planner. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner! Throughout our wedding weekend, she was an absolute rock star. From keeping everything on time to making sure everyone was in place, she ensured the entire event went off without a hitch. Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate our needs made all the difference. We got so many compliments from guests about how well things went and how every detail was thought through.
She was incredibly supportive of my us, especially during such an important moment in our lives. Not only did she manage the logistics flawlessly, but she also went the extra mile, literally—driving us to different destinations to make sure we stayed on schedule.

Our daughter's wedding was a dream come true thanks to our amazing event planner, Rumi. Her dedication, attention to detail, and ability to juggle tasks and overcome unexpected obstacles was remarkable. Over the 3-day wedding celebration of Sonia and Chris, Rumi flawlessly managed the setup of multiple events, constantly working to address any last-minute changes and ensure that everything was perfect. Rumi and her team left no stone unturned ensuring a platinum service for each of the 250+ guests throughout the 3-days of events.
Even with an unforeseen microburst storm hitting just minutes prior to the reception dinner, she miraculously endured and restored the setup of the venue to its original pristine condition. By the time the guests arrived, it appeared as if the storm had never occurred. That is just one example of her incredible ability to solve problems as they arise, even under pressure.

Rumi was our lead planner and she went above and beyond to help us! Shirali and I got married on 7/13/24 and Rumi was able to help navigate us through stressful situations and was able to communicate effectively with other vendors. Her amazing organization skills and attention to detail impressed us right away and made us feel more relaxed and comfortable for our big weekend. When mentioning that we had Rumi as our lead planner to other vendors we were working with, they all immediately said she was the best and were so relieved because they know any event she works for will be executed to perfection. She was professional with everyone and was very flexible if we had changes to make. My dad even gave her a shoutout in his reception speech haha. We highly recommend working with the J2R team for your big wedding weekend, it is well worth the money! Thank you again to J2R!! -

Best wedding planner ever!!!
Three words for anyone reading this: book J2R events now! Rumi was our lead wedding planner for our destination wedding in Cabo in December 2023. When we first met rumi at a friends wedding, my partner and I hadnt’t even gotten engaged yet but we knew right at that moment that we needed her as our wedding planner. She was an absolute joy to work with, meticulous and efficient in her work, and endlessly committed to making our wedding week a success.
Our first meeting with Rumi was about 15 months before our wedding. Rumi was so warm, welcoming and kind. She was honest and laid out exactly what we needed to know in regards to timelines for planning, budget and cost, vendor selection, etc. She spent time learning about our dream vision, our likes/dislikes, the things that were non-negotiably important to us and our families. We could see immediately that she was going to put her heart and soul into all that she was going to do. More importantly, it was immediately evident to us that she LOVES what she does and truly enjoys the process of helping couples achieve their special day.
From there on, Rumi immediately got to work with helping us select our vendors (which was a huge relief). She did thorough research, offered us the best budget friendly options and asked questions to the vendors that we wouldn’t have otherwise thought to ask but was ultimately important to know. Even though she and her team handle multiple weddings at a time, it felt like she was only there for us. She kept us on track in terms of timeline and we felt ahead of the game the entire time which was a GIANT relief. Never once did we feel behind or rushed in our planning process. The last month leading up to the wedding, she met with us weekly over zoom to put all the final details together, planned meetings with all our vendors to meet together, and even talked to each of our families separately and then together to iron out all the timelines of wedding week.
Before we knew it, wedding week was upon us. rumi flew in the same day we did and immediately got to work meeting with all the vendors in person, finalizing decor, coordinating with our on site resort team, and helping prepare welcome bags, doing final walk throughs etc. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing. As is expected in an indian wedding, there were of course last minute changes requested by our family members and family stress and anxiety but Rumi triaged everything and handled it so well. It was also here that we met the remainder of the J2R Team: Tarak Shah and Jalpa Patel. We had just met but felt like we had known them for years. They were so enthusiastic and looked after us so well the entire week. Together the entire J2R team was a cohesive and seamless unit, extremely efficient and communicated with each other flawlessly.
Rumi was patient with our families, did walk throughs with them the night before the events were starting to allow them to ask any questions, showed them utmost respect, incorporated their last minute suggestions/desires and most importantly, did this all without letting the stress of it reach the bride and groom. She made sure the older family members had Indian food to eat at the resort, she ensured that food was sent to both the bride and groom as we were getting ready, made all of our guests feel so comfortable and most importantly for an indian wedding, ensured that EVERYTHING ran on time. We were amazed at how she did this, never once missing a beat and always with a smile, completely calm under pressure. On wedding day itself, Rumi, Tarak and Jalpa’s communication was meticulous and our entire wedding was a success because of them.
We could go on forever about how amazing Rumi is and all the details that she handled so perfectly but if you really want to know for yourself, hire her as your wedding planner. It was the first and best decision we made during our planning process. We have and will continue to refer her to our family and friends for their future events. Through it all, she became a friend and confidant and we can’t wait to see her again and catch up about life!

Great Wedding Planning Services
Jalpa was our full time planner for our wedding in September 2023 and she did an incredible job. She was very flexible and available to answer texts or calls whenever we needed. She was able to guide us through every step of the process from picking the venue to hiring all the vendors. She was very realistic and practical and gave us recommendations based our our budget. She is very familiar with all the local vendors and was able to guide us to choose the ones who best fit our wants and needs. The weekend of our wedding she was hustling to make sure everything was perfect and her expertise and professionalism really showed. She was able to handle some unexpected complicated matters with grace and without overwhelming us or our families, which we are extremely grateful for. By the end of the wedding she felt like a family member to us. I would definitely recommend Jalpa for anyone looking to have a multiple event Indian wedding. -

Jalpa is an amazing wedding planner! She was with us the whole way and reassured us throughout the whole process. She is very organized and very thoughtful and her team on the wedding day were amazing. She is very on top of everything and communicates with all vendors very well. Our entire wedding weekend ran so smoothly and me and my wife were tension free because her amazing coordination and planning. She also has great understanding of different Indian cultures as my wife is South Indian and I am Gujarati, we told her that we wanted our wedding to be a representation of both cultures and she ensured both sides were represented in a respectful and beautiful way. As a bride, working with Jalpa at J2R events was an amazing experience. We first connected with Jalpa about a year before our wedding upon recommendation from other brides. After the first interview, we knew that this is the type of wedding planner that we were looking for: organized, experienced, and full of positive energy.
Throughout the year, we had frequent meetings and Jalpa helped us coordinate communications between all of our vendors - decor, catering, DJ, video/photo, and even our clothing designers.
It helps that Jalpa and J2R has had so much experience with weddings so there was nothing they haven’t seen before. This helped alleviate a lot of the stress that goes into wedding planning.
When it comes to the wedding day itself, Jalpa and her team ran an incredibly organized event that our guests really appreciated. There was no stress about logistics during the wedding day itself and I had the opportunity to just actually ENJOY my wedding!

Jalpa at J2R Events was our wedding planner for our wedding in Indianapolis in August 2023! My wife and I started our wedding planning process in 2022 and Jalpa was recommended by a close friend as someone who "gets things done." And she 100% got things done.
Wedding planning can be a long and stressful process. You want to work with a planner and vendors that will help take that stress off your plate so you can focus on the important things - like enjoying your engagement! The best part of working with Jalpa was that it did not feel like she was just a vendor - but rather, she was a partner in our special time that truly cared about our well being, our wishes, and our happiness.
The unique thing about our wedding was that we were based in Chicago and we had mostly Chicago vendors traveling to Indianapolis. This could make logistics a bit complicated but with Jalpa's leadership, there were no issues at all. Our wedding day was orchestrated perfectly, and our friends and family were blown away by how organized (and on time!!!) everything was.
If you're planning a wedding, I don't think there are many options better than J2R Events. You'll realize that quickly when you talk to them/interview with them. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family, near and far. Just look at all the reviews here - J2R Events has fans and friends for life after weddings. -

We were beyond happy with how helpful Jalpa and her team were for our wedding events. She became an integral part of our planning as the wedding date neared, helping the coordination of the various vendors. She reached out to all of the important people, making sure each person was aware of their roles and responsibilities. Jalpa and her team were omnipresent during each event, making sure the timeline was adhered to and that we got to enjoy food and drinks ourselves. Months before the wedding, it is easy to question whether such services are necessary. After going through wedding week ourselves, we were counting our blessings for having had such an amazing coordinator and team help us along the way. Best in the business!
J2R is the best in the business! Rumi at J2R planned our wedding in late august and they did an amazing job. Our wedding events were 5 days long, 6 different venues, 25+ vendors, all crammed in a week with a reception venue that was put up a few days before the event!
Even with how complicated our wedding events were, Rumi was on top of everything. A commanding leader that can work with multiple vendors, juggling lots of priorities to get the job done right in a high-pressure environment, all with a smile on her face. Rumi tackled any issue that came up with poise and made sure to solve any challenge quickly. Rumi and her team helped us plan the wedding of our dreams, and most importantly, executed it flawlessly. When we began our wedding planning process, we didn't know where to start. J2R was recommended and Rumi became our full-service lead planner. It was by far the best decision we made. She helped us navigate through choosing vendors, communicate our wants and needs, and advise us on decisions. Rumi is very easy to work with and helped keep us sane during the planning process. She's meticulous and very detail-oriented, which is exactly what we needed from a wedding planner. Anytime we had a question, day or late night, she was available to answer them promptly and thoroughly; we are truly appreciative of her responsiveness! During the week of the wedding festivities, Rumi and her team were attentive, focused, and kept everyone in check to ensure the timeline was followed to a tee. She did an excellent job communicating the timeline to us, our parents, and the bridal party. Expectations were clearly laid out and we were all aligned on them. She also did a great job making sure we had time to eat (even bringing up breakfast the morning of the wedding), and that we always had drinks in hand. No detail is too small with this group and that definitely did not go unnoticed. We absolutely could not have done this without Rumi and her team's help, and we have found a friendship with her that extends beyond the wedding context. There should be no hesitation when choosing a wedding planner because Rumi/J2R is the clear and obvious choice. -

Jalpa and her team were truly flawless. We hired her as a day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond for us. She was thinking of details we wouldn't have thought of and was able to create a detailed and accurate timeline. She was commanding enough to keep us on track and get things done, but flexible and kind enough to make us feel more relaxed during the day. Her team thought of clever and effective solutions to issues that popped up on the day of the event (including dress malfunctions!). The days she and her team were present were the only days my now husband and I had the time to eat with our guests! I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough. If you aren't sure if you should choose her, I will tell you now - you won't regret having J2R manage your event! -

J2R Events made our wedding weekend flawless and it couldn't have gone any better, thanks to Jalpa and her team!! It was an absolute pleasure working with Jalpa for our multicultural wedding.
We had our wedding here in Chicago, however, my family is currently living in Canada. We went with the full service package and I remember early in the initial wedding planning process, Jalpa had a Zoom call with me and my parents. She told them not to worry about anything because she would be here in Chicago to help me in every way possible, and that is exactly what she did. Jalpa was extremely detail oriented, was always available for a phone call and was quick to respond to text messages. She was extremely friendly and so much fun to work with! She always had a smile on her face and made every phone call, every vendor meeting and every moment so much more special. My husband and I always felt supported knowing that Jalpa was there to help us, every step of the way.
Jalpa went the extra mile to always communicate with me, my husband and our families. She was amazing and because of her kind, bubbly and thoughtful personality, everyone got along so well! If I was ever nervous about something or had a question about anything, Jalpa made me feel better and always had an answer. Jalpa was always extremely organized, helped us find the BEST vendors, communicated with those vendors and made sure all the payments were done on time. Since I am not originally from Chicago, finding local vendors (that catered to both cultures) was extremely important to us and we LOVED every single one of them.
Jalpa and her team made sure every wedding event had been planned perfectly and made sure to execute the timeline flawlessly, as well. My husband and I were so impressed with how Jalpa and her team kept us on time, brought us food and drinks during these events, and packed up everything so there was no stress on us after these events. I am so happy with how everything turned out and I owe all the planning and execution to Jalpa Patel and her J2R Events team. We are truly touched by how special our wedding was and how much fun we had planning our wedding with Jalpa. We worked with Rumi as our full-service planner and I honestly cannot imagine pulling off our wedding week without her. We started off our planning process cross country, with countless phone/video calls and virtual meetings with vendors. Throughout it all, Rumi was extremely responsive, communicative, and dependable. She went above and beyond with getting us answers to questions and in guiding us through the whole process.
As we approached the two months leading up to our wedding, we had a couple of last minute changes in vendors and structure of events, but Rumi handled and coordinated these changes with such grace. Jalpa & her team at J2R are the best in the industry, especially for large scale indian weddings – we have now used them for a few family weddings and we are very happy with the amount of passion and hard work that J2R showed in making sure each event was perfect. I had the pleasure of having Jalpa as my wedding planner and we were a perfect match. She is very organized, extremely hands on with her clients, knowledgeable about vendors and trends, and the quickest to respond to all messages/details no matter how big or small. Jalpa spent hours creating a very detailed outline with us for each of our events and met with us a few months out to discuss and plan for any missing gaps of things that may have been overlooked. Rumi & Team— Where do I even start!!!! Rumi and team were the absolute best and are one of the major reasons that our wedding day was as perfect and amazing. Payal and I got married on August 20th of 2022 and with how stressful big events can get, Rumi was there for us and make sure we continued to stay encouraged, and most of all, excited for our big day. With the experience Rumi and the team bring, they helped us in various ways throughout the day. Even if we had last minute suggestions, she and the team were so open and accepting of everything we wanted, no matter how difficult it was to pull off! Weddings can be stressful especially when you have a large number of people in attendance. Taking the stress off our plate was such a blessing. They took on all the stress of the wedding events and made sure every detail was highlighted and made sure the photographers, videographer, DJ, and all other vendors all knew what details were planned out and important to the couple. They are simply the best!!!! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great team to help them with wedding planning, day of service, to reach out to J2R. Rumi & the J2R team were fantastic. It was amazing working with them! Rumi took care of all things we didn’t really need to stress about so that we can focus & truly enjoy our biggest moments. People often say you can do without a wedding coordinator – but let me tell you… if you and your family want to really enjoy your big day then you will hire J2R!! You don’t realize how big of an impact they make until its all over or during when they are the ones to remember the smallest details to ensure it all goes according to our vision – which is what Rumi did for us! Rumi made the whole process less stressful because she took care of everything (from coordinating with all our vendors leading up to the wedding to setting up a few small things that we really needed to have on the day of the ceremony to making sure everything that was a must to get done, actually got done)!!! Every time we asked her about something she always tells us “That’s been taken care of” which was the absolute best. Rumi managed our families amazingly and it wasn’t always about the “timeline” she made sure that everything our parents wished to do was taken care of all whiles managing to the time to ensure we were not going crazily over -- & this was very important to us! We had a huge immediate family and the one thing we wanted was to ensure we got pictures with all of them & she made that happen for each event! When it came to execution – J2R was flawless! J2R Events is TRULY fantastic!!!! My husband Priyank and I got married on July 16th, 2022. On our first consultation with Jalpa, her energy and passion for weddings and event planning was truly evident. She has an amazing knowledge of all vendors in the Chicagoland area and across the nation and had an incredible fund of knowledge. In the stressful throws of booking vendors and planning a wedding during COVID, Priyank and I were already sold. I am so happy we chose J2R.
Our wedding was particularly challenging as we chose Chicago as a destination wedding for our guests. We were flying over 250 guests into the city (downtown might I add!), many of them having never been to Chicago before. I am so glad we picked J2R with their deep knowledge of the city and its vendors, our guests were in great hands.
Jalpa helped us with every aspect of wedding planning, from vendor meetings, decor planning, itineraries, and small details. She thinks of the little things that we wouldn't have even thought of. When we faced hurdles, we would get immediate responses from Jalpa at all times and she is truly an incredible problem solver.
And then the WEDDING WEEKEND. It was an absolute dream. All thanks to Jalpa, Mitul and their team. They took care of everything so our family could truly relax and enjoy the wedding. I remember at various times asking "Oh did we remember to do this?" or "How about this" and Jalpa always responding with "Oh honey that's BEEN done!" She kept everything on time, not only on time, but we finished our wedding ceremony almost THIRTY MINUTES EARLY. How does that happen for an Indian wedding?!? Absolutely everyone commented on the ease and flow to our wedding and I attribute that 10000% to J2R. They took care of all of our vendors, many of whom came from out of town. They managed our families beautifully, ensuring everyone's wishes were prioritized. She also ensured Priyank and I had our special moments that were important to us - our first look, our photos with our families and grandparents, our toasts with our bridal party before the wedding, photos in front of the Chicago skyline and more. Because we were so stress free we could be so present in these moments. Not to mention right after the wedding, Jalpa filled our Google Photos with 100s of photos and videos so we could relive these amazing moments as we await our official photos and video!
I could not recommend J2R Events more for our wedding and event planning needs. RUN, don't walk to hire them as they book up SO fast. I am SO thankful and grateful we chose them. Thank you J2R!!!!!

We are so thankful that we chose J2R for our month of coordination! Both Rumi and Jalpa are super organized, friendly, energetic, and fun to work with. They did a wonderful job answering our questions and guiding us throughout the process. They were always there for us and had open communication when we needed advice on certain things. We were super impressed by the specific timelines/itineraries they provided with such detail. They made sure things were going according to plan and in a timely manner which is especially difficult with several guests and events. They also always made sure both families and couple were fed and had proper amount of time to prepare for the next step. They even brought us Our cocktails while getting ready and dinner. They are also very knowledgeable about all rituals and traditions and are professional yet personable. They really did a fanatic job stepping up and solving any issues that arose and are very proactive. We were truly able to just enjoy the events full heartedly with them around. Highly recommend J2R for event coordination and are beyond satisfied with their services! -

I wish I can give millions of stars to J2R events. They are worth so much more!! They helped me from day one, all the way until I said "I DO" I had Rumi as my lead planner! She was extremely professional, organized, patient, but most of all fun! Rumi and her team made the whole 8 months of the wedding process smooth. Even on the week of the wedding, Rumi had a solution for any hiccups we had. Couldn't have survived 3 days long wedding shenanigans without her J2R!
Rumi made me feel like the best bride on the planet because she is the best wedding planner on the planet!!!

Jalpa was seriously the best to work with, she was very professional and helped our wedding events run flawlessly!
We were really impressed with how she was able to balance our vision, parents wishes, budget, and best practices from other weddings to really make our wedding events very special.
In addition to the planning efforts, we really appreciated her presence at all of our vendor planning events making, reassuring us all details were accounted for.
Finally on the day of the big events we also really appreciated her and her team for making sure everything ran on time and as planned. Her attention to detail and minute-by-minute timeline helped my wife and I navigate through everything without getting stressed out. It was actually amazing how quickly the weekend flew by.
We highly recommend working with Jalpa and the J2R team, they truly go above & beyond to make everything run flawlessly!

Rumi and Jalpa did an amazing job helping with the coordination of our wedding and reception! Our wedding took place when Covid restrictions were still in place and Rumi and Jalpa managed it very well by laying out all of our options and working with the venue's restrictions. They were in constant communication with both of us leading up to the event and brought up many points that we hadn't even thought of such as a cake topper, which I didn't think of! Furthermore, they were very easy to open up to with struggles of wedding planning that we were experiencing and provided great guidance on managing it. I also really appreciated how they were so knowledgeable in Hindu wedding traditions and were able to help communicate the plans with our families. Jalpa and Rumi did a great job getting to know our families and communicating the plans with them, which I appreciated so much.
During the day of the wedding, Jalpa and Rumi did an amazing job! They were on top of making sure everything would go on time, which it did. The timeline was super detail oriented and was helpful to everyone! Furthermore, they did so much running around to make sure everything went smoothly, which I greatly appreciated. There was a little mishap with livestreaming the beginning of the wedding and I contacted them to help fix the problem, which it was immediately! Jalpa and Rumi also made sure to care for us and that we were being well fed. I would recommend J2R events in the future and gladly use them again in any future events. I love the energy and excitement that Jalpa and Rumi bring. I am so thankful for everything that they did! -

Rumi and Jalpa are simply the best. We were probably one of the most difficult couples to to work with since we got engaged during Covid and wanted to get married Summer of 2021. We were really worried about finding venues and booking vendors since our friends already told us how competitive the market was for 2021. It’s been about 3 months since we signed the contract with J2R and we already have our venues and all our vendors locked up and the contracts have been signed. My fiancé and I both had some stressful couple of months at work but we were still able to enjoy the wedding planning thanks to J2R. Jalpa and/or Rumi came to every single one of our venue visits and were always ready to jump on a call when we were stuck. Apart from all the stressful planning and decision making we were still able to enjoy the process and enjoy the beautiful experience and that would not be possible without J2R. Working with them has been an absolute pleasure and I cannot wait for our big day!! -

Jalpa and Rumi are the wedding planners you didn’t know you needed until you start working with them! They are very thorough and full of creativity. They always knew to ask the right questions as we were planning big and small details of our decor, photographers, DJs, etc. While working with them I could totally tell that they really loved what they did and truly planned our events as their own, which I really loved about them! While they took their time to understand my needs and respected my wishes, they kept me on schedule when it came down to picking vendors. That was exactly what I needed given my busy schedule. Due to covid we couldn’t have the wedding that we planned, but they helped me find all my vendors that I used for my micro wedding. In years to come I can see myself always going back to them for all my event planning needs! -

A vendor as a client for a client
I am an Event Designer specializing in fusion weddings and rent decor to my clients. When my client asked to hire us for day of coordination there was no hesitation in deciding who was right for the job! I met Jalpa and Rumi at the Waterford expo last August and so glad I did. I have had multiple consultations for their clients since then and had become well acquainted with them and each time was a great experience. As I came to them with my client, they took me on as their own. To be completely honest, I was a little scared to hand over my client and their needs, as it was our first time actually working an event together. Because of COVID and our couple living out of state, we held all of meetings via zoom meetings. I wanted to make sure we checked off every task that was asked of us. It just so happened to work out better than I could have even imagined because they actually knew my brides parents too! (Small world!) This helped us plan for the perfect fusion ceremony because they knew what rituals were important to keep to and together we found a way to highlight both cultures in their ceremony. Rumi and Jalpa were so great and Filtered all the details through me so that I knew what was going on and when and no minute was left unaccounted for. All of the client meetings included me and as the wedding date got closer, I felt no need to hover and just let them do what they do best. They even took a couple tasks off my decor “to-do” list (Stuffing welcome bags and program printing/cutting) Come the day of event, they kept me in the loop on the days time line of events, as even our best laid plans don’t always happen the way we expect, they made sure there were back up plans agreed upon and executed them as needed. Thankfully there was no rain and everything really came together perfectly! I even heard from the photographer at TWA, that they were impressed that everything actually happened according to the timeline despite the slight delay Starting the ceremony, due to lighting the fire for the Havan Kund and the wind from the airport. They actually told me that I should work with J2R events to get my name out there more, little did they know I was technically their client already. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them directly as a client for my client. I felt this helped me see things first hand from an event planner point of view and have so much new found respect for their role! I wish that all my clients will add a day-of coordinator to their budget because it is SO WORTH IT! They took on all the stress of hosting an event and made every detail highlighted and made sure the photographers, videographer, DJ, Caterers and Guests all knew what details were planned out and important to the couple. They are simply the best and I CANNOT wait to work together again soon!!! -

From the time we selected J2R Events Inc. for our daughter's wedding Ceremony, till the end, Rumi was with us and ensured that every event went off very well. Every Vendor she helped us to select was excellent both in quality and in price. Because of the vendors she suggested, our daughter's wedding went off very well. During the wedding Rumi was with us in every step of the process to ensure that all the events happened as planned and in time. Rumi definitely has an eye for detail and is very sincere and a hard working person with tons of energy.
