  Erin Kyle is Absolutely AMAZING

  Erin is so incredible, this review does not do her justice. Erin was phenomenal all the way through beginning at our initial meet up, where she provided awesome templates to help piece our day together so no piece went missing, to the day of, where she coordinated everyone and everything so perfectly, I am not sure she is human! Truly incredibly thankful for her as she took so much pressure off our shoulders and made it the best day of our lives. I cannot begin to imagine the nightmare it would have been without her. Erin was the glue!

  Best decision we made!!!

  From the first time I spoke with ErinKyle over the phone to discuss Kyle and Vines services, I knew that she would make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. Her level of professionalism is incredible.
  The planning process was so helpful with her. We had a destination wedding in Savannah and we were able to able to plan everything over zoom until our final walkthrough. They provided worksheets that helped us make decisions that we hadn’t even thought of yet! Our wedding day was the best day of our life thanks to ErinKyle and her team. I never thought I would be able to say that about our wedding day and I’m so thankful. She covered every single thing the day of from timing to music to photography, it was perfect. We had two tricky locations and many moving parts. I still have no idea how it all came together so beautifully and perfect because my bridesmaids, husband, and groomsmen were able to sit back, relax, and enjoy every moment because Kyle and Vine made it so seamless. She provided to-scale floor plans, timelines, and was so present for every second of our day. She took care of us from the minute we started getting ready to the last pick up at the end of the night. She even found my mom during our first dance so she wouldn’t miss it. She coordinated every detail and every vendor perfectly. I could not have pulled off this event without her and her team. I highly recommend Kyle and Vine for your wedding and event coordinating needs. It was the most important decision we made for our wedding. Thank you so much!!

  Destination Wedding Planner

  Kyle & Vine was such an important part of our wedding day - we truly couldn't have done it without them! So thankful for all of the work, communication with vendors & help that Erin Kyle provided on the wedding day as well as the preparation leading up to it.

  Could not reccomend enough!

  One of THE BEST decisions we made was working with Kyle & Vine for our wedding day! We were fortunate enough to get to work with Erin ourselves and she did not disappoint! We only got the Month of Coordination package, but Erin provided us with various documents to keep our planning on track and had regular check-ins with us. From coordinating the details between our vendors and keeping us informed she was on it! The wedding day ran so smoothly, and I know it was because of her and her team. We only had one hiccup with our florist and Erin handled it flawlessly. Not only did we enjoy working with her, but I also received so many other compliments from our vendors, family and friends throughout the day. If ever we need another planner in SAV she will be the first person we call! Thanks again for everything Erin 😊

  Stress free & Easy wedding planning with this all-star team!

  Kyle & Vine Weddings was AMAZING to work with for our destination wedding in Savannah, GA this past October! Since my husband and I weren't from Savannah, we really relied on Erin Kyle and Chelsea Zockoll to give us all of the best suggestions - and they did! We did partial planning with Kyle & Vine, and I don't think I would have managed any other way. Erin Kyle and her team completely took over the management of three vendors & took over everything (timeline, vendors, etc.) the month before the wedding - which made being a bride seamless, stress free & easy - the way it SHOULD be! Looking back on our wedding day, I have memories of being with my husband, my family & my friends, and not worry about a single detail day of because of Erin Kyle & Chelsea. I couldn't have done the planning process or the wedding day without them!

  Best Decision We Made

  I cannot recommend Kyle & Vine enough! We got married at the end of May 2022 and used Kyle & Vine's wedding coordination services. Erin and her team made sure our wedding was perfect. They were so knowledgeable about everything weddings, and made sure we had everything taken care of (even things we did not know we needed to do). We do not live in the area, so Erin's knowledge of the local vendors was very helpful and made us confident in all the decisions we made. From the planning meetings, to the day of the wedding (getting ready, setting up, the ceremony/reception, and cleaning up at the end of the night), Erin and her team were there and taking care of every last detail. If you are getting married in or around Savannah, I definitely recommend Kyle and Vine Weddings.

  Erin-Kyle was part of the reason the experience was so magical. She made every one felt heard and seen - especially for myself. She's easy to trust with game-time decisions and impressively peaceful and attentive to any matter. Highly recommend!

  I knew Erin Kyle was amazing when she showed up to my walkthrough with all of my floor plans printed out and the list of everything we’d spoken of. She made all of our meetings feel so easy- and was so receptive and patient with my many questions and changes. I felt so comfortable with her and her team- and everything ran so smoothly. All of her questionnaires about pictures and lineup made everything go quickly that we even had time to enjoy the cocktail hour. They made sure it the best day of my life and it truly was. Thank you so much!

  Everyone needs Kyle and vine!!!

  Erin and her staff were outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that Austin and I had the best day possible. They ensured everything was placed and decorated just as we wanted it to be. Erin spent hours with me going over every detail, she provoked questions for me to ask my other vendors and she contacted all of them the week of the wedding to make sure timings matched as well as everyone was on the same page with everything for the day.   Helping us tie up all the loose ends

  Erin is so organized and professional! She makes you feel like her only bride and I can already tell she's going to help our day run so smoothly. She listened to all my concerns and asked questions I never thought of. She gave advice from her experience and helped me make the best decisions for me and my groom.   From the beginning of our planning process, Erin at Kyle and Vine was incredible, choosing her was the BEST decision we made. She made great suggestions, was on top of everything, and it made the last weeks leading up to my wedding less stressful! She called all the vendors, created an amazing day of schedule, and contacted our wedding party. On the day of our wedding, she did a phenomenal of job making sure the venue was beautiful and captured the exact theme and feel that we wanted. She was so kind and organized; I really could not have asked for anything more or made it through the day with out her. I highly recommend Erin, and we cannot thank her enough for helping us create our dream wedding.

  Poised, kind and effortless coordination

  Working with Erin was a delight! She is extremely detail-oriented, organized and friendly. She is also great at "go with the flow" creating space for my husband and I to cast a more "non-traditional" vision for our wedding.
  
  I'll be honest, at first I didn't think I need a coordinator. If you're reading this then you are already smarter than I am. You do not want to deal with vendors day of, or track down your uncle, or make sure the drinks are iced down, etc. And by the time you think of these things, Erin has already taken care of it. Erin quietly and gracefully coordinated for us both seen and unseen tasks and was a helping hand at all times...going above and beyond. Highly recommend her services!

  I was beyond stressed about my wedding after planning it myself for over a year. I finally broke down and looked into a wedding planner. Erin was friendly and affordable and I am so glad I decided to book her. Her and Chelsea made sure I had the best day and that I wasn't worried about a thing!! Anytime I had a concern she reassured me that it was under control and she wasn't lying. I was beyond stressed about getting the reception area decorated on the wedding day and when I arrived Erin already had it completely done!! I would recommend her services to anyone!!

  Best Wedding Planner/Coordinator EVER

  Erin was beyond helpful planning my wedding. She is super knowledge not only about what is trending but how to keep it classic. She helped me figure out vendors and the technical business stuff behind it. I recommend her to everyone! She really is the best.

  Highly Organized & Professional

  We were blessed to have Erin as our wedding planner. Our meetings with her were very helpful. She is very knowledgeable in every aspect of wedding planning! She was also our day of coordinator and let me just tell you...she got things done! When I say everything went according to plan I mean everything went according to our plan. She helped make our day PERFECT! Erin is highly organized and kept everyone in line and on time. She is super sweet, accommodating and extremely easy to work with. I would recommend her services to my closest family and friends!
