I was a groomsman at a wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens, for which Jazmyne was the wedding planner. It was immaculate. Jazmyne made sure that my friends, the bride and groom, could focus on what really mattered (the ceremony and enjoying the party) while she made all the trains run on time. She coordinated drop off and pick up of supplies, vendors, the band, the run of show for the ceremony, and so much more. I was so impressed and so grateful that my friends were able to truly enjoy each and every moment of the event. I so highly recommend Jazmyne! -

Hiring Jazmyne for day-of coordination was one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire planning process. From our very first meeting, she asked all the right questions and helped us identify aspects of the day we might have otherwise overlooked. She kept us organized, calm, and on track, turning what can be an exciting but overwhelmingly stressful process into something truly seamless.
Jazmyne handled it all: décor pick-up and drop-off, décor setup, navigating family helpers, and coordinating our venue and vendors for the big day. No detail was too small and no ask was too big. She was readily available to answer questions and address concerns as they arose, and her enthusiasm and encouragement made us feel supported every single step of the way. She didn't just coordinate our wedding. She helped bring our vision to life in a way we couldn't have managed on our own. We walked into our big day feeling prepared, confident, and genuinely excited, and that was entirely because of her.
I would recommend Jazmyne without hesitation to anyone navigating the wedding day-of coordination process. We simply could not have done it without her and her assistant, Liyah. Thank you Jazmyne and Liyah for being a part of some of our most precious moments! -

Jazmyne Lewis (J. Lewis & Co) was absolutely amazing!! We hired her as our day-of-coordinator. All communication was effortless and she helped us get prepared for our final walkthrough (multiple meetings beforehand) and had all of our questions ready for the venue and other vendors. She was always punctual and her energy and organization helped us feel so much better prepared for our big day. She went above and beyond and it really made it the best day ever for us. On top of all the coordinating, she always made sure us and our guests had everything we needed - even if what we needed was a little energy on the dance floor!! If you don’t hire Jazmyne to help assist your wedding, you’re missing out!! -

I’ll be honest, initially I was skeptical about hiring a day-of coordinator. I thought Sam and I could manage everything ourselves. Looking back, I am incredibly grateful we brought Jasmine Lewis on board for our October wedding.
I had built a custom website to manage our entire planning process—inventory, vendor checklists, budget, and color schemes. Instead of making us duplicate work or switch to her system, Jasmine dove headfirst into our tech. She used the tools we built to stay super organized, track inventory, and direct the people setting up the ceremony and reception so they knew exactly what to do.
Beyond the logistics, Jasmine held Sam and me accountable. She didn’t just take orders; she guided us, gave us advice, and ensured every task was completed.
