Jessica and her team went above and beyond to make our baby shower perfect in 2021. Our guests were amazed at how beautiful everything was from the biggest to the smallest details. Since the shower, we have hired her to do my mother-in-law’s 50th birthday and our son’s first birthday party. We have made it a RULE in our household that if we’re having an event, we will ONLY be using J.Britt & Co. as they were so professional and easy to work with! Thank you so much for making our event dreams come to life. -

Highly recommended! I hired J.Britt & Company's Day-of coordination services for my wedding in November because it was important to me that my guests weren't stuck cleaning everything up after our reception. Jessica of J.Britt & Co. made sure of that and so much more!
She provided face-to-face meetings, unlimited email communication, and, leading up to the day I was able to give her all my centerpieces and decorations so she would have them for set-up on the day-of. Of all the good feelings I've had during this experience, being able to rid myself of a room's worth of decor and not worry about setting them up because Jessica would do it beautifully the day-of was one of the best!
She discusses everything with you so there are no surprises from her or the whole wedding experience (she's done quite a few, so her knowledge is outstanding). She also worked very well with by budget while still delivering 5+ star service. Definitely reach out to J.Britt & Co. if you are looking for a wedding planner or coordinator! -

Jessica and her team did an amazing job with our wedding. She was so patient and extremely friendly with my family and our friends. Jessica was also collaborative and made time to work with our needs for our decor and accommodations. She went above and beyond and I am so happy with the end result. Thank you, J. Britt & Co.!! Perfection
Wow!!! Could not be happier. Jessica said the entire event topic Meadowbrook Hall exactly to my liking and Oliver cast were in awe!!! Tear down was packaged back up nicely and actually delivered right to my home! Made my experience effortless and fantastic. Thank you Jessica!!!! I wouldn't call anyone else....... -

I should've listened and not hired J. Britt and Co. event coordinator. We paid her in full in September 2018 for decor and wedding planning services for our wedding in April 2019. She didn't meet the contractual obligations and informed us that, "I'd done her job." So my fiancee modified her contract in October 2018 for Same Day Wedding Coordination. Everything we've asked her to do, she's requested more money and/or stated it wasn't in her contract. The problem is that if you don't cancel with her within 72 hours of signing the contract, you forfeit your money. I've cancelled her services and will have to hire another Same Day Coordinator. And now we'll have to take her to court to see if we can get some of our money back. So brides-to-be, do like I did and plan your own wedding or hire an experienced professional. Since I've met her in June 2018, she's claimed to have done weddings/events every weekend. There's a reason why she only has five reviews.
