  Excellent!

  Five stars is not nearly enough! Ivy and Moss made our wedding dreams come true in every way. Always kind and professional. We are beyond thrilled with everything Malina, Audrey, and every single vendor we worked with through the process. We experienced the destination wedding of our dreams! Highly recommend Ivy and Moss Weddings! Love, love, loved them!

  Excellent Wedding Planner

  My daughter was planning a wedding from Hawaii. We hired Malina to take the stress off and that she did. She was so positive and had such great ideas! She was very easy to work with and we couldn’t have done it without her. I highly recommend her if you are in need of a wedding planner.

  Where do i even begin

  My now husband and I had a whole wedding planned & booked for Jamaica. Things changed about 8 months before the wedding date.
  I had to cancel & re-plan an entire wedding in just a few months. We live in Pennsylvania & traveled to Fort Walton Beach for the wedding on June 1, 2023.
  
  It was stressful going from an all-inclusive wedding planning experience to having multiple vendors with all different things.
  
  There were so many times I felt like I was a mess & I was never going to be able to plan an entire wedding... until I was lucky enough to find Ivy & Moss Weddings.
  
  Malina & her team did not disappoint whatsoever. She made sure everything was perfect! She was responsive & dependable. So easy to work with & I feel lucky to have had her by my side throughout the wedding planning process.
  She was so patient with me & so kind.
  There were some things that I was unaware of, but she took care of everything. Being a little (or a lot) OCD - it was a struggle to let someone else take control & let me tell you - I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day. I trusted her & her team - I am so happy I did.
  She made me feel safe, she made me feel at ease.
  She made me feel like I was her family.
  She was so wonderful & I would choose her over & over again.

  Above and Beyond Wedding Coordinator

  Malina did an absolutely increidble job coordinating my wedding! I reached out to her about 3 weeks out and she immediately came in and was fantastic. She was definitely more of a 2-weeks-out-coordinator than a day of which was so nice. She took over all communications with my vendors which reduced so much stress on me, helped with timelines and made sure everything ran smoothly even when we got behind on hair and makeup. She was absolutely everything I needed her to be for the wedding and truly went above and beyond my expectations. I would abosultely recommend her to other couples getting married in the area!

  Lifesaver!

  Malina was an absolute lifesaver for me and my husband! She was always available when I had a question or needed some reassurance! Her knowledge of vendors was exactly what we needed as were weren't familiar with the area. Her attention to detail was what really made our day perfect, we even had our guests and other vendors tell us how great she was! She went above and beyond to correct any mishaps day of without us even knowing. We were able to fully enjoy our day without stress because Malina had everything covered! Do yourselves a favor and hire Ivy and Moss, it was easily the best decision we made!

  Absolutely amazing!

  Malina was the best. Our wedding was perfect! She was always extremely quick to respond and took care of everything on our day. Highly recommend and so glad I went with her for our wedding.

  Fantastic wedding coordinator

  Without Malina, our wedding might not have been possible. She definitely made the entire process much more enjoyable for me and my wife because we did not have to worry about the detailed organization of the wedding.

  We love malina!

  Malina with Ivy and Moss was SO amazing and went above and beyond what we imagined her service to be like. She was so helpful, nice, and professional. I would recommend her to any engaged couple :)

  Malina is your planner!

  I love Malina! She is so great, and it always there to answer your questions. She made sure that we had everything that we needed, and really helped us stay on time with everything. I know how hard she worked because there were some of the bridal party or people that tried to give her a hard time (I’m so sorry about that!) but she kept doing what she was doing and made sure that we had a great night! I highly recommend her to everybody who needs a planner, Malina is your girl!

  Amazing in every way

The week of the wedding, she picked up all my stuff and had everything set to go. We ran into a tiny hiccup, and she unexpectedly went into labor the day before my wedding. Prior to contacting me to let me know, she had already found a replacement (who also ended up sick the morning of my wedding 😅). Just about the ENTIRE time she was in labor she was STILL planning and helping get things taken care of for my wedding. She even enlisted the help of her own mother to step in and help make my day flawless. I will never be able to thank her enough for the countless hours, and invaluable time and effort she provided. She went well above her contract and was concerned about me, when she had much more important things to focus on besides my wedding. If you’re looking for a planner who will always have your back, support your vision, help you find the details, and be super organized and thorough, Malina and her team at Ivy & Moss Weddings is EVERYTHING you could hope for and more ❤️

  Best planner!

  We were extremely happy with Malina! She was on top of everything and as the bride I did not have to worry about one thing! We were so last minute with our wedding and it seemed to not bother her one bit to take it on. Everything came out just like we wanted! Definitely recommend her to others.

  Great overall

  It turn out beautiful their few things and bumps but overall It was good.
  Just was hoping for more of a something like with the flowers and decorations and my balloons wall. But it served its purpose. People enjoyed themselves.
