Hire IEP for your next event, you will be glad you did!
When my husband and I decided to host a party in Italy, I went straight to google to find a good planner - because we live in California, and wanted to work with someone who was fluent in the language.
I met with a few different planners, in early summer 2024, and Ilaria, from Italian Event Planners, really stood out to me. She was friendly, personable, and made me feel like she and her team could make our dreams a reality.
We decided to move forward with Italian Event Planners because they offered the most customizable planning options and had great communication styles.
We exchanged many emails back and forth, as well as phone calls and WhatsApp messages, describing our vision for the event. Ilaria was a great resource in the initial stages of planning - sending us venue options to look at and outlining the various pros and cons of each based on what we wanted.
My husband and I decided to make a trip to Italy for vacation and to scope out venues before making any big decisions. We coordinated with IEP to spend a few days in Tuscany touring venues that they had shared with us online.
After some travel mishaps, we made it to Tuscany where Ilaria and Annachiara picked us up from the train station and drove us all over Tuscany. We were able to tour about 6 sites. They were the most gracious hostesses - driving us around, treating us to lunch, and building a friendship that will last forever.
We found the perfect venue for our party, that quickly turned into 3 events, and then we were off to the races. Booking a band, a photographer, hair & make up, and all of the other details that go along with a big event.
The party weekend arrived, and once Ilaria and Annachiara showed up we knew that everything was going to be handled with great care! They were professional, great resources, and handled all of the details so that we could enjoy the weekend with our friends and family - from putting the welcome gifts into the guest rooms, to coordinating the payment of the vendors, to decorating the spaces, to driving us between the events and our room, to stringing bistro lights (or as they call them: “Fairy lights”) over the family style dinner table where we hosted our main event - the list goes on! (They also brought the world’s best fixer, Antonio!)
The three days were pure magic, a dream come true that neither of us knew we had dreamt. It was so special, and the event wouldn’t have been so beautiful, run so seamlessly, been such a success without the help of the Italian Event Planners team.
I would trust them with any event that I host in the future - Italy or anywhere! Ilaria and Annachiara have become part of our family and look forward to more events in our future! -

Dream wedding in Ravello
The team at Italian Event Planners were instrumental in helping us put on the wedding of our dreams. They went above and beyond during the process and helped break things down for us every step of the way. Their communication with us was excellent and they would always respond to messages straight away, even during out of hours, and this helped put our minds at ease. When we were in Italy, they arranged various meetings with us and were always present. Clearly, the suppliers have a lot of respect for them and their professionalism is key. Every member of the team, Serena, Ilaria and Annachiara has their own strengths and it was amazing being able to rely on each of them for different aspects.
They also organised a welcome party for the night before the wedding which was arranged perfectly. The wedding day was beyond what we had dreamed of.
We would highly recommend IEP for weddings in Italy. -

Incredible experience
We had a great experience with IEP. They did an excellent job of creating our unique vision for our wedding. I truly could have never executed our special day without them. I merely showed them inspiration photos, provided a budget, and they did the rest. Then, they went above and beyond just planning our wedding. They also helped us and all our guests plan transport, lodging, activities, etc. to ensure everyone had an amazing vacation. I could not have asked for a better team to work with, and consider them life long friends.-

Italiana event planners are the most kind, professional and high quality wedding planners out there! They really make you feel comfortable for any request and go above and beyond to meet your expectations.
All of our guests mentioned how well planned and co ordinated our wedding was and noticed that the planners were very professional. While being professional, they make you feel like they are your friends and really go above and beyond to cater to your needs.

Brandon and Tiziana’s Wedding
Where do we even start… with these amazing ladies who planned out dream wedding in Italy. The Italian event planning team (Ilaria, Annachiara and Valentina) were extraordinary when planning our wedding. They paid attention to every detail we wanted in our wedding. They were honest from the start and always guided us to making the right decisions. They were always a phone call away, no matter where they were. They dropped everything and responded to our requests. They were always there for us for the happy moments, the stressful moments, but most importantly they always reassured us that everything will be ok. Planning a destination wedding can be stressful, but with this team of ladies, they made it so effortless. They aren’t just event planners when planning your wedding. They become part of your family, which makes every moment super special. There shouldn’t be any anybody else planning your wedding other than the Italian event planners. We had an amazing wedding in beautiful Tuscany in Castello il Palagio. Ilaria and Annachiara made everything possible to make our wedding magical. Dream Wedding in Umbria
We did not know what to expect when planning a destination wedding, but Silvia met and exceeded every expectation throughout the process. From the moment we started working with her, she helped us to plan and prepare for every aspect of our wedding. She helped us find a gorgeous, intimate venue in Umbria that was everything we were looking for and more.
We could not have asked for someone more thoughtful, detail-oriented, and thorough. Not only was she helpful for all months leading up to the wedding, she was incredible on site. She came to the rehearsal dinner and the full wedding day, and her calm and organized demeanor helped as she coordinated vendors, hotel staff, and wedding guests with ease.
We never had to worry about a single thing-- the entire week went so smoothly. We cannot thank Silvia enough for all that she did for us, and we would truly recommend her to anyone. By the end of the time with her, she truly felt like family!-

Our Umbrian Dream Come True! Thank you Silvia and Mary!
Silvia and Mary were a fantastic team who turned our dream wedding into a reality! We are so incredibly grateful for all their support, professionalism and expertise that meant our wedding went perfectly.
When we found Silvia and Mary we explained to them our dream vision for a three-day wedding in Umbria where we could celebrate my 30th birthday, our wedding, and bringing together our guests from Italy, UK, Argentina, Spain and other parts of the world.
Together, Silvia and Mary were a superb team who made this happen. They helped us find the perfect venue that could host everyone and allow us to fulfill all the things we wanted for the weekend. They created a perfect plan A and B (thankfully we didn't need plan B), helped coordinate all the amazing vendors, managed the church paperwork process, kept things organized, designed a beautiful welcome party, a fabulous church and aperitivo setting and the dinner table decorations blew everyone away.
Whenever we had questions both Silvia and Mary were always available and ready to help guide us and support us. We couldn't have done it without them!

If you wish to plan and execute the wedding of your dreams, no matter the size and complexity, Ilaria is the person you need to go to!
From the very first call, she has been accommodating, respectful, creative and professional in each and every task in making our dream wedding come true. She helped us through each step of the planning process with great patience and understanding and introduced us to the top professionals Italy has to offer. We have been truly mesmerized by the highest quality suppliers that she works with and most importantly she did an amazing job managing these tricky suppliers to create a 3-day event no one will forget!
It is a difficult job making someone else’s vision come true, but we can confidently say she was able to do just that! Especially with our unique Eastern European cultures to which she may have not been accustomed to. She was able to beautifully marry our desire for a traditional Italian feel and aesthetic with our Eastern European traditions – Truly an amazing accomplishment!
It was a complete pleasure working with Ilaria and by the end of the wedding, she felt like a member of our family! She treated our wedding as if she were to be planning for her own daughter by pouring her heart and soul into our wedding. The family atmosphere, honesty and compassion gave us the wedding we always imagined and wanted and we have Ilaria to hugely thank for that.

Serena Ilaria e Silvia ci hanno fatto vivere al meglio uno dei giorni più importanti della nostra vita.
Tutto organizzato nei minimi dettagli, ogni scelta che abbiamo fatto ci è stata suggerita dopo ricerche specifiche volte a proporci il meglio. Il nostro più che un matrimonio per noi doveva essere una grande festa di celebrazione del nostro amore e così è stato senza stress e tutto molto easy. Il tutto svolto nei bellissimi borghi abbruzzesi di Rocca Calascio e Santo Stefano di Sessanio la particolarità di questi posti ha reso ancora più suggestivo l'evento. Consigliatissime💓 -

Pure perfection from start to end!
Ilaria and her team were beyond amazing! From the very first video chat we had, Ilaria was fantastic in understanding what we wanted our wedding to be, especially since we are from the UK, and she knew exactly what was needed to be done to make our dream wedding come true. Meeting Ilaria for the first time when we went to view the venue, meet the vendors and do the food tasting, it felt like we were saying hello to a close friend. Someone who we had known for years! Such a kind, loving person and we're so glad she came into our lives and gave us our perfect wedding. We had a difficult journey with Covid leading to us having to postpone the wedding but Ilaria was with us through it all and reassured us that the wedding will still be perfect, and it certainly was! We had our dream wedding in Lake Como and all I can say is it was a fairytale. Something even are guests are saying - a fairytale wedding. Everything was perfect on the day and was so seamless. Ilaria and the team were there through everything. They were so friendly and welcoming and became part of our wedding family. They were very professional throughout the whole journey and always made sure we were happy, giving us the best advice and suggestions as they were so experienced. Irish couple wedding on Amalfi Coast - simply exceptional!
Ilaria and her team created the most wonderful wedding celebration for us. It completely exceeded our expectations, it was magical!! Ilaria was so lovely to work with and listened carefully to how we imagined our day. She took our criteria on day 1 and suggested the perfect villa for us, we didn’t even need to see another venue. We had a welcome dinner, the wedding day and a goodbye pizza party - everything was sensational. Illaria brings an amazing and passionate attitude and all of our friends and family loved her. Our experience with Ilaria and her team was wonderful. Right from the first meeting on video conference where we immediately felt her passion, enthusiasm and just generally a really warm vibe. Our dream wedding realized through the exceptional work of Italian events planners
Debora and Simonetta were the dream team that despite COVID hurdles made the wedding of our dreams come true in beautiful tuscany at an affordable price. I highly highly recommend them! They have an exceptional ability to turn what you are thinking of into reality. Every detail was tailored exactly to what we wanted, starting with a truly unique venue, design, timings, organization and coordination of all the different vendors from caterers to make up and photography. On top of that they are warm and professional women who we really enjoyed working with. We highly recommend Italian events planners if you are looking for a unique wedding in the heart of tuscany that is tailored to your dreams as well as ensuring use of local products and vendors. Don't think twice- hire Debora & Simonetta with Italian Event Planners Tuscany!
I could not possibly recommend Debora and Simonetta with Italian Event Planner's Tuscany team more!! They went above and beyond in every aspect of the process and will give you the wedding of your dreams. You are likely reading this because you are trying to sort through the many emails you've received from potential wedding planners and need to figure out who to move forward with. I am SO lucky that I ultimately chose this team and I'm telling you to just stop your search now and book them as your planning team :)
I was unfortunately a "COVID bride" and had a very difficult, drawn out, stressful, and uncertain wedding planning process and timeline, even within the weeks leading up to our event, simply due to the ever-changing pandemic situation and the travel rules between the USA and Italy.
But I am beyond thrilled to report that we totally pulled off our September 2021 wedding in Tuscany, all thanks to Debora and Simonetta!
Our wedding was absolutely incredible in every way and you can trust them to do everything that you are dreaming of for your own day.
I am a VERY particular type-A, stubborn, direct, opinionated, New Yorker and was likely an absolute bride-zilla at times, who quite frankly never took "no" for an answer. Debora was always lovely (but honest!) in her responses to my many demands/requests, and she and Simonetta were able to negotiate with every single vendor in the ways that I asked for. That alone is something that not every wedding planner can deliver on.
Their recommended vendor lists were wonderful and varied, also based on your personal wedding vision, budget, etc. and we are so glad that they had so many great professional standing relationships with so many wedding vendors in Tuscany.
Debora and Simonetta dedicated countless hours to our wedding planning and execution from February 2020 until after our wedding day on 9/8/2021 (over a year and a half). They helped to ease my nerves and aid in my decision on whether to move forward with our wedding or not- I cannot even imagine if I had decided to cancel or move our date!
I spent 3 different occasions with these women, first on my original site visit trip with my husband in Sept 2020, when we went to see all of the Tuscan castle venues in person. My second trip was a vendor visit, for tastings, MUAH trials, site tours, etc. in May 2021, and finally our wedding trip in Sept 2021. Because of our many in-person meetings and meals, in addition to our countless email/text exchanges, I got to know this team extremely well and now that my wedding has come and gone, I even miss working with them!
Debora is the one you will work with on a regular basis/directly correspond with and Simonetta is the woman behind-the-scenes who deals with all the vendor relationships and contracts- they are a dream team!
So in summary, I could not possibly imagine a better wedding planning team experience and for their incredibly fair rate. Do not hesitate to book these amazing women for your Tuscan dream wedding!-

Debora & Simonetta organized our dream day.
They quickly understood what we wanted and planned everything accordingly. They thought of everything and were very responsive. We didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day, they had everything under control, we just had to enjoy !!

Best wedding planners ever - Debora and Simonetta at Italian Event Planners Tuscany
Where do we start! We had been planning our wedding for 2 years with Italian Event Planners Tuscany. From August 2019 till October 2021.
From day 1 they were brilliant, picking up all of our specific requirements (believe us there were a lot), understanding the rituals of Hindu weddings, being our backbone and voice on the ground in Italy (as we are from the U.K.). They were not only our wedding planners but very quickly became our friends and during the wedding both Debora and Simonetta became part of the wedding family!
We’ve had an emotional journey with a postponement, various lockdowns and supplier changes however throughout it all Debora continued to reassure us that everything would work out perfectly. We had our dream wedding in Italy. There is only one word to describe it - Magical. Everything was to perfection, it was intimate and it was everything we ever dreamed off
What made them incredible? Pretty much everything they did. They were incredibly professional throughout, always putting our best interests first and handling communications positively and with clear information. They told us when we were wrong and gave us suggestions on what to do - it was advice from experienced individuals who know what they are talking about. Their wedding experience saved us a lot of time, a lot of money and contributed to the magical feel.
We loved their ability to come to us with solutions not problems. There were countless times when we only knew of a problem after it had been fixed - for example a supplier cancellation.
They paid attention to our every request despite there being so many. They were very organised and sent us detailed schedules of timings and information on costs/budget.
We can’t thank this amazing duo for all they did for us. We would not hesitate to recommend them to other couples planning their weddings - Debora and Simonetta will not disappoint. We’ve already recommended various people to them!-

A pleasure to deal with!
We were fortunate enough and delighted to work beside such a great team in Debora & Simonetta and their company Italian Event Planners Tuscany. As an Irish couple looking to get married abroad, it was a little overwhelming to find a wedding planner that could meet our requirements and budget. Thankfully we came across Debora & Simonetta! unforgettable memory❤️
My husband and I decided to have a destination wedding in the Amalfi Coast in Italy and I got to know about Italian Event planners through Instagram! I spoke to Silvia Bacchi in the beginning and then took a flight to Italy and met Silvia and Nicca Stella for a weekend (sponsored by the agency) a year before the wedding to explore potential wedding venues and get to meet other vendors (florist, wedding photographer,..).They made us feel very comfortable and relaxed the minute we met them. They are both Very professional yet very friendly. It was an amazing weekend, they both stayed with us from the morning till very late hours of the night. We explored the amazingly beautiful Amalfi and Cilento coasts and then went back home and exchanged tons of emails, messages and calls to organize everything. They introduced us to all the vendors and I loved working with every single one of them, starting from the airport pickup and transportation service Divina Car Service with all their friendly staff but specially Enzo, to the wonderful hotels Pupetto Beach Club Positano and Hotel Le Fioriere Le Fioriere " Voce e' Notte Grill and Sunset Bar " and venue Voce 'e Notte Grill & Sunset Bar, moving to the very beautiful hair and makeup services done by Parrucchiere Patrick and Sara Tarulli, to the amazing wedding photographer Ivan L'Astorina Wedding Photographer and finally to the elegant florist Rosalinda flowers - weddings - lab. Planning a destination wedding can be very challenging but they made it very easy. Whenever we faced a problem, Silvia made sure to find a reasonable solution and took care of literally everything. I loved every single moment of the wedding. Everything was very well organized, exactly as we agreed upon and even better. It couldn't have been done better. Thank you so much! ❤️-

A true dream Italian wedding!!!
We can’t thank Debora and Simonetta enough for all the amazing work they did putting together our dream wedding in Florence!! As we’re from Ireland and England but living in Australia it was so important to us to find the right wedding planners that could make our dreams come true and Italian Event Planners certainly did that! They were very clear on our vision and helped us achieve the most memorable weekend that we and our guest will never forget. The Venue (Villa le Piazzole) was spectacular, we had only seen it from photographs as it wasn’t possible to visit it before the wedding so we put our trust in the hands of Debora and Simonetta and it paid off! All the vendors that they put us in touch with were just fantastic and Provided such high quality service. Everything was just amazing and the day ran so smoothly we were able to just relax and enjoy the time with our friends and family! I can’t recommend them highly enough!-

Absolutely Incredible!!
Debora and Simonetta, from the Italian Event Planners of Tuscany, were exceptional in organizing our 3 day wedding destination in Asciano, Siena. From the beginning, they were professional and organized and personally showed us a number of amazing venues. Their knowledge of local suppliers was impressive, which helped us choose our florist, photographer, officiant, make-up and hair stylist. Our ceremony and reception was magical, mainly due to Debora and Simonetta's ability to understand our vision. They were on top of every detail and everything ran smoothly. They also planned events around our wedding, including a day trip for our guests, a cooking class and a pizza party. We highly recommend Italian Event Planners of Tuscany ( Tuscan seat of Italian Event planners group). We feel as though we have made life long friends in Debora and Simonetta and are forever grateful.

Excellent - they made it happen the way we wanted
The team of IEP - Serena and Ilaria - were exceptional in following us for the organization of our three-day destination wedding in Sardinia.
They followed us for all the months leading up to the big day with extreme courtesy and responsiveness.
They were available 24/7 and not only took the time to really understand what exactly we wanted, they were also friendly and understanding - especially in times of potential stress in the days before the ceremony.
We feel that they became for us real personal friends and advisors and not just event organizers.
They proved to have very good taste for the choice of venues, suppliers and decorations and they demonstrated attention to every detail.
We were particularly impressed to see, along the three days, that everything was in place even better than we expected, from lighting to transport arrangements for 110 people, to music and flowers.
On top of the ceremony and reception, they managed to organize two amazing events the day before (yacht party) and after (post-wedding brunch on the beach). They really helped us to finalize the whole three-day weekend from A to Z.
A personal thank you for making our day(s) so special and perfect, exactly as we wanted it to be! We would definitely recommend them to any couple wishing to have a flawless, perfect organization.

Couple from Canada - Wedding in Capri
Not sure where to begin to express our appreciation for Nicca, the rest of the team at Italian Event Planners, and all the other service providers that made our wedding celebration exceptional. This was truly a dream wedding, in every sense of the word! And things couldn't possibly gone any better than they did! Everything we asked for, the AMAZING locations (both ceremony and reception), the decoration, the Best DJ, the Talented Violinist, and even the food and drinks that were just over and beyond.. Every part of it exceeded our expectations, and it was all arranged so diligently and so efficiently, to the smallest details. Taking a step back, l it was difficult for us to plan a wedding all the way in Capri where we have no friends or family, not to mention lacking the opportunity to physically go there to select venues, services, or review everything ahead of the big day. Hence, we had to put all of our trust into the hands of Nicca.. And she did not disappoint! Given the time change and my busy work schedule, she was so accommodating with all of our texts, emails, video calls. Helping us find the best vendors and going out of her way to ensure every detail was done just right! Those decorations behind our Bride and Grooms chairs still makes us smile.. In the end, Not only the entire trip went smoothly for us and all of the guests who travelled from all over the world, the Wedding was UNREAL!!! and Not only we got to enjoy all the beauty and luxury of Capri, it was all done within our Budget!!! And lastly, Not only it brought us and our guests closer than before, we made new wonderful friends (Nicca, Illaria, Arthur - Photo, Emanuele - Video, Checco - DJ). So thanks very much for the hard work and all the love and friendship, and for joining us on the dance floor! And special thanks to Nicca! From the UK and IEP created the best week of our lives
After deciding to get married abroad and already in love with Italy it was the easiest decision to make the destination. Then I found the dream location only to find it was booked on the day we so desperately wanted. We couldn’t compromise on the day so I came across Ilaria at IEP and it was the miracle we needed. Not only did she secure the venue but also the date ‘which I was told was not possible’!
Initially, with only a small insight into myself and my husband and a great connection Ilaria and the team new what I wanted and captured everything we wanted to achieve.
Ilaria and Serena did not just plan the wedding day but helped organise all my guest transport and all the events I wanted to plan for the whole week! From stag and hen nights to gorgeous meals with local restaurants.

Couple from the U.K, the most amazing wedding in Lake Como
Where do I begin?? Planning a wedding abroad can be daunting, my husband Gareth and I had no idea what to do or what to expect. After exchanging a few emails with Serena at Italian Event Planners I was 100% sure these were the planners for us, they made us feel relaxed and even though our wedding was 2 years away, they still answered all our questions promptly despite how busy they must of been.
After initially speaking with Serena I was then introduced to Ilaria who would be taking care of our wedding plans. I felt an instant connection with Ilaria through her bubbly, happy and detailed emails.
Ilaria was FANTASTIC and so passionate about her role in organising our dream wedding. Over a period of two years, we exchanged many many emails, texts and phone calls to discuss every last detail, and I couldn’t of been happier with the service the whole team provided, especially Ilaria!
Ilaria took care of every single detail and I felt like the calmest bride in the whole world. The build up to the wedding was so relaxed and we have Ilaria to thank for that, nothing was ever too much trouble!
Ilaria shared our vision on our special day, and did her very best to achieve this for us by coordinating with vendors and keeping us updated with new updates or changes.
When we met Ilaria and Serena a month before the wedding at our menu tasting we knew instantly we had made the best choice in wedding planners. We had an instant connection and felt like family. They came prepared with all the details I had sent and helped us communicate with the owners of the venue to ensure every single detail of the setting and food was counted for. We instantly felt relaxed and excited for our wedding.
The IEP team met us the day before our wedding day to meet at the town hall, and we sat down afterwards over lunch to go through some last minute details.
Our wedding day was perfect and all the services the vendors provided were absolutely spectacular, even better than we had imagined! Our guests were blown away and said they have never experienced anything like it before. Ilaria and Serena were with us from start to finish, right up until the last of our guests left. All our guests said how amazing they were at their job. They helped myself and my bridesmaids in to our dresses, helped look after the flower girls and page boys (5 little ones to keep an eye on), and made sure I arrived on time. They also made sure every guests made their way back to the wedding reception by boat after the ceremony, and helped get the party started after dinner by dancing with our guests!
IEP now feel like our family and they hold a special place in our heart forever. They truly played a big part in the run up to our wedding and on our wedding day. Gareth and myself will always be forever grateful for everything they did for us and our guests, and we hope to see them again on our next trip to Italy.

Ilaria and her company were excellent!! Thorough, detail oriented, responsive and flexible. Ilaria took a lot of pictures that really captured a spirit of the property we were going to rent. Then Ilaria worked hard with all service providers to assure high quality of their service. She traveled several times to on site locations to make sure that they were ready for us and understood our needs. She would answer my questions and even when we changed our minds about a thing or two she made sure those changes were implemented swiftly. Her team worked seamlessly with her and the final result was truly magical 10th wedding anniversary celebrations ((4 events in all). Our guests were blown away, had a great time and so did we.

When deciding to get married abroad Jon and I thought that the stress of planning a wedding would only multiply, but that was not even close to the case with the help of Silvia from Italian Event Planners! From the moment we had our first Skype call with Silvia, we felt very comfortable that she understood what we were looking for and could really help us turn our dream into a reality. Through lots of e-mail, texts and a face to face visit on our last vacation (about a year before the wedding) every detail was discussed and Silvia made sure that everything was perfect. It is a challenge to coordinate 70 guests from all over the US and a few countries but Silvia made it look easy. She went above and beyond to help find hotel blocks at very reasonable rates, followed up to ensure every guest we knew was attending was accounted for and made sure everyone's reservations were squared away. Silvia helped us craft a wedding weekend itinerary which was something that Jon and I, and our guests, will never forget. We started with a welcome dinner on Friday evening, followed with a boat cruise on Saturday and finally the wedding on Sunday. Silvia did a FANTASTIC job communicating and negotiating with the long list of vendors used (hotels, boat company, photographer, painter, wedding venue, etc.) and provided us with offers and options until everything was just right. Every detail was looked after by Silvia and it gave us comfort from New York that when we showed up the week of our wedding, everything would be perfect, and it was! There are so many choices and decisions to make about your wedding (and some will be difficult). Knowing you have a wedding planner and partner you can trust should be the first choice you make and we highly suggest that choice be Silvia from Italian Event Planners! -

Planning a marriage is always full of preparations, expectations and even inconveniences. We got married 800 km from where we live and everything was perfectly completed in 9 months or less. This amazing result was impossible to achieve without Italian Event Planners. Ilaria followed us from A (flowers & decorations) to Z (organize accomodation at our expenses for relatives & friends coming from far away).
We didn't have to worry about one single thing. Everything was taken care and the event went so smooth that still seems a dream.
We exchanged emails, phone calls, messages and we were always supported with experience and tireless efficiency. Everything was decided according our desires and, when we received some suggestions, those helped a lot to improve all the experience.
We got really pampered and - spoiler alert - it's addictive.
Long story short: if you want getting the dream experience of marriage without the nightmarish part you have to contact a pro.
Do yourself a favor and contact Italian Event Planners.
They're the best, you'll thank me later. -

We LOVE Italian Event Planners!
We met Ilaria and Serena in Capri about a year before our wedding. From the moment we met, we instantly felt a connection - and we knew that Ilaria and Serena shared that same feeling.
Over the next twelve months, we had countless conversations as we planned the wedding of our dreams. Ilaria, Serena and the rest of the team shared our vision and worked with us tirelessly to execute on that vision. Throughout the process, Ilaria, Serena and the rest of the IEP team were constantly available to discuss even in spite of the 6-hour time difference between Italy and New York. We entrusted them to make some of the most difficult decisions on our behalf as we weren't able to travel back to Italy after our initial meeting and our availability was often limited throughout the process. They coordinated seamlessly with our vendors and kept us updated along the way.
As far as the wedding and each of our other wedding events, the IEP team worked tirelessly to make our vision come to life. Our events included a welcome dinner, a 12-gozzo boat tour of Capri, the wedding and a post-wedding beach club party. They also coordinated every step of the transition from Capri to Positano (as this was also part of our vision). In addition, they also helped us and each of our guests every step along the way, which included helping with travel arrangements, accommodations, restaurant recommendations, you name it! Every one of our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about Ilaria and the rest of the team.
Every event was magical, and each event was better than the one before it. We had an ambitious itinerary and the IEP team did a fantastic job in making each of them come to reality. It was clear that Ilaria, Serena and the rest of the team really went that extra kilometer to make sure that everything was even better than we had imagined. From imperial tables, to balloons to candelabras, no detail went unaddressed. They also didn't leave until the last of our guests left.
More than anything, the IEP team feels like family to us. We will forever be grateful for their help in making our dream wedding come to life and cannot wait to see them next year and for the years to come each time we visit Italy.

Italian Event Planners organised our perfect day. As residents in the UK, the team planned and coordinated everything for us in Italy. They provided us with guidance on all the legal documentation required, translated necessary documents and organised official aspects with the town registry.
Our day was truly magical thanks to the team who organised flowers, entertainment, ceremony music, photographers, sugared almonds, table decorations, transport, accommodation and venues. Nothing was to difficult, even with changes of plan, Italian Event Planners accommodated our every wish. We are forever grateful for all of there help and support. If you are considering marrying in Italy, I highly recommend them. -

Italian Wedding Planners are a very friendly and professional company to use.
As we live in Glasgow, Scotland but got married in Rome we could not have managed to arrange our wedding without their help.
During our initial visit to Rome they drove us around showing us various different venues which allowed us to choose the best option for our wedding.
They gave us various options for the different services required and looked after us and our guests on our big day which helped make it the most memorable day of our lives.

Small world story: we found Italian Event Planners online when searching for an agency to help plan our wedding in August 2014, and after narrowing it down we began conversations with each regarding planning and pricing. It turns out that not only did Ilaria live in the same town we are from (San Diego) a few years back, but knew some of the same people my wife worked with who gave her rave reviews. I used Italian Event Planners for my wedding this past May. They were really fantastic! I was a bit worried as I was planning it from the US and didn't arrive in Italy until two days before the wedding. Serena and Ilaria were amazing!! They were very collaborative and helped work across countries and languages (my husband's family is Italian) - I highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan a wedding in Italy. They were able to deliver an amazing experience while also working with us on budget, specific requests etc. In the end, we were really able to blend American and Italian cultures and our wedding was more magical than I could have imagined. We had an amazing experience working with Ilaria and Serena. Living in Chicago, and not being able to take time to visit Italy during the planning process, made it very difficult. However, they were wonderful along the way. They were instrumental in keeping our budget on track, and always updating the master spreadsheet that was being used to keep our finances in order. When it became a bit more than what we planned towards the end, they helped us find ways to scale back the spending, but we were still able to get everything we wanted. We used their recommendations for florist, decor, tent, band, DJ, transportation, and hotels. Each was perfect and we were very happy with their services. Our wedding was a 3 day event, and they were with us the entire time making sure guests arrived to their hotels safely, and even ensuring that gift bags we created for everyone got into the correct rooms. Overall we couldn't be happier. They are a nice team and they balance each other out very well. I would definitely recommend them to help plan your special day! -

We had our perfect dream wedding just outside Rome, thanks to Ilaria & Italian Event Planners. From the very first moment we met, we always had the feeling they would provide a very personal and professional service.
Every idea we had in our heads for our special day came alive on the day. Their hands-on approach were perfect for us and their guidance through the paperwork, bridging the gap between the international legal side of things was so helpful we couldn't have done it without them.
They were with us every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. They were in constant touch either by email, Skype or phone even though we were countries apart and we didn't feel that we were doing anything by ourselves and by the end of the wedding we considered them our friends.

Big thanks to wedding planners Ilaria, Silvia, Serena and team for making our wedding in beautiful Sorrento on June 10th 2016 very special. We certainly gave them a challenge with the documentation side with groom being from Scotland, bride being from Kazakhstan but both live in Azerbaijan and marrying in Italy ! The venue they recommended for us was amazing and on our wedding day everything was planned to perfection and went so smoothly. Team……you were Bellissimo x

Destination Dream Wedding
We were lucky to find Silvia and she found the best wedding venue for us. She listened to our requests and vision of the day and was in touch throughout the whole process and on the day of the wedding. Silvia was there when the guests or us needed her.-

Fun, friendly and very organised
We found Debora and Simonetta through an online group for people planning weddings abroad. From her first email it was really clear that Debora had listened and personalised her propositions to what we wanted, which made her stand out from the 30 other planners that approached us! She was very flexible about doing Skype meetings to fit in with our time difference, and responded to emails and whatsapps efficiently, even when she was probably very busy! She had lots of suggestions and options for vendors, and looked at others for us when we said something wasn't quite our style-
